If I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Mike and the staff at Le Spa Plastic Surgery I would... and then i’d multiply that x10. The process from beginning to end was smooth and easy. The patient coordinator Katherine made sure that all of the appointments were scheduled, organized, and on time., and paperwork complete. She was very informative and she educated me throughout the process so I always felt understood. I felt very comfortable knowing that at any point I could shoot her a message and she or Dr. Mike would reply promptly. The surgery center is immaculate and the surgical staff was top notch. Dr. Mike uses an anesthesiologist and not a nurse anesthetist, and that helped to calm my nerves about being put under. The experience was unique in that I felt like the only patient whenever I was in the office. Now for the results......My facelift has taken years off of my appearance and everyone who knows me says how refreshed I look, but nobody can tell that I had anything done! They took excellent follow up care, and I will go back to him for anything else I might think I need. Dr. Mike has changed my life and my partners life. 11/10 would recommend!

He lied to me about being board certified. He became board certified a month after he performed the first botched surgery. He tried to fix it 4 months later ans it was worse. He kept lying about what happened (even Dr B Haas didnt agree-((his former employer)). 6 months after that, he charged me $$$ to try to fix it again, and it was worse. Ive lived w a deformity and pain for two years. If I could give minus 2 stars I would. Will post pics soon.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mike Frederick for over 4 years now. I have never been to a more professional kind doctor then him. My most RECENTvisit to his office in Las Olas was no different. I was greeted in the lobby of the beautiful building by his office manager Katie. She then walked me down to their office. I am always very very nervous about getting my face frozen even though its been about my 8th time now but whose counting. I am not a fan of needles at all! Truly I could not be happier with my results. Dr. Mike has totally changed my life. After losing 140lbs I was left with a body that looked like E.T. I’m not exactly sure why but for some odd reason when I first met Dr. Mike I felt like I was talking to my brother ( this person that I’ve been talking to most of my life) he asked me what happened and I was honest with him and I said I really screwed up my forehead, I was drinking and I fell and I hit the door jam. He was completely non-judgmental and he went right to work!All he could think of was, how could he make this better?????AND he was on his way to a luncheon!!! So, in a suit and tie, beautiful by the way, he threw a drape over me and told me what he had to do, and he just took care of it. Needless to say I was brokenhearted as a single female that now I had this big gash in my forehead. Dr. Mike did his thing,,,,,,I go back a week or so later and he takes the bandages off and he hands me a mirror. Dr Mike has the best bed side manner. He made me feel very comfortable at my first consultation. He was honest and very professional. I went to see Dr. Frederick for basic Botox and I was hoping for a suggestion on what to do about my pronounces lateral neck muscles. I was prepared to hear there is really nothing that works other than surgery as I had been told that in the past, but he had a suggestion. He put a few shots of Botox into my lateral neck muscles and in less than 24 hours I have incredible results. I am honestly in shock by the difference. The simple procedure made me look and feel fantastic! I am so glad I drove the 1.5 hours to see Dr. Frederick!

I got a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Mike, and so far I am loving my results! The surgical staff are constantly encouraging one another and commenting on eachothers work, and its great to see the team be friends as long as co workers. First, this is my first time ever writing a review for any business or company. I just had to. I researched for awhile and it came down to them and I’m very happy with my decision. I never thought about doing something like this but it was my decision and my body , for MY life so I did. I did a BBL. Dr. Frederick along with the amazing staff and assistants were very friendly, welcoming, so positive , caring and every time I entered their very amazing clean and nice smelling clinic btw, always nothing but smiles at the front desk all the way to the back. Not sure her name but the female at the front desk , outstanding customer service , always a smile, very friendly. All of these things, makes you feel even more warmer, positive and secure about the decisions you’re about to make. All of my concerns and questions were always answered with honesty and care from beginning to end. I’ve had major surgery in the past for a serious health issue so I knew somethings that I would have to look forward to as far as pain, discomfort, etc but this was different for me. It’s been one week post surgery and I’m feeling way better than I thought I would. A way to go but I’m doing great. All of those YouTube videos I watched with others and their experiences were ok but not like my experience from no drainage, to how independent n mobile I was faster than I thought would be was outstanding and all due to Dr Fredericks work and his techniques. It’s true every doctor/surgeon is different. You can barely see my incisions or barely not at all and this is only one week. This week has been very emotional for me on different levels but I couldn’t have gotten through it without this team. Also want to say that from the beginning Jill whom I did my consult with, amazing , greatest person to have to begin with In making decisions and to Wendy who I followed up with with my many questions who called and called to check up on me, she was n is like an angel we even shared an emotional moment, she cared so much about my health . I would without any doubt recommend Dr Frederick and his team to anyone for any service they have to offer . So I had my breast done by Dr. Michael Frederick and he is absolutely amazing. I got mine done two years ago in Orlando and developed capsular contracture‘s which he removed. I also had noticed they were uneven and I was very self-conscious but being the magician that this doctor is, they look perfect and if I was rich I would buy everybody a boob job just so they could see and feel how awesome of a job he does! Not only is he an amazing plastic surgeon, he’s also a really cool guy. I will definitely always come to Hass plastic surgery to get anything else that I want done by him.
