Second time this week they called to cancel my appointment. Today they called less than 3 hours before my appointment to cancel with theLame excuse that the injector is out on a medical leave. Just right now that happened ??? Now I wouldn’t trust these people to inject a dead animal in the street.

I called to ask if being recently vaccinated would impact the effectiveness of Botox. I was very rudely told no it would not. The man on the phone was very put off by the fact that I would call to ask such a question. I asked to reschedule given that I’ve heard Botox won’t last as long if you’ve been recently vaccinated. I was rudely told I could reschedule and lose my deposit. I kept my appointment and a month later, the Botox is no longer working. I’d have been better off losing my deposit. My experience with the man that answered the phone was completely unprofessional and I will not be returning. They used to be customer focused. Not anymore. There are many better options in Fort Lauderdale.

I’ve gone to the Botox Lady for lip fillers and I won’t go anywhere else!! My lips are full, plumpy and best of all, even and natural looking! She truly takes her time to produce the results you wish for & the staff is always courteous & pleasant. Pricing is super reasonable. I do fillers twice a year to maintain the results & I’ve never received a negative comment on them. Thank you a million!

I’m actually looking for a provider to do my fillers so of course I’m reading these reviews and I’m actually shocked with the responses from this company to their unsatisfied guests.. “I’m sorry you were unable to fill out a simple form”.. ??! No understanding or accommodating just sarcastic and rude! I’m positive from your other responses that me saying I’m NOT coming to you for anything at all won’t bother you and I’ll probably get a rude sarcastic response. Yikes!

What an amazing medical spa! I had the Glowtox facial and my skin is glowing and looks amazing. I was left with pitting/indents from a plasma a pen at a different medical spa and this facial has really improve the texture and depth of the indents/pits. I also had a little filler and botox which has really left me feeling and looking rejuvenated. Jessica and the Sarah were wonderful. Both were knowledgeable, sweet, and explained everything. As I mentioned above I had a horrible experience at a different medical spa and really don’t trust anyone to perform facial procedures as a result, but the Botox Lady and her employees have given me that confidence and trust that I was looking for!

I treated myself to a Diamond Glow facial! I was met with a smile from the friendly staff and introduced to Blanca, she took me into her room, she was so upbeat and excited for me to have my facial! Wow, what a great experience! Blanca gave me an education about my skin as she performed her magic. It was the best facial I ever had! My skin felt incredible! She also helped me with the right products for my skin goals! It was a great treat and I highly recommend Blanca and the Diamond Glow facial.

After attempting to go to two other places, and just unhappy with their customer service, me and my friend gave up on getting Botox/fillers. We made small talk with our neighbor when we arrived home and she recommended the Botox Lady in Fort Lauderdale. We called, super friendly staff and they told us to stop on by! Perfect! My cousin got some forehead Botox, and I got filler on my jaw and chin, which I was nervous about. But honestly it was a great decision. The staff was extremely friendly, made us feel at home. The Botox Lady was so nice as well, and did an amazing job. I don’t know much about fillers and Botox, but she is very knowledgeable and answered our never ending questions (we are first timers). Rate this place a 10/10, highly recommended!! We will definitely be coming back again and again.

Not a good value and the pricing is a mystery.

I was referred to Jessica from a friend. I told Jessica that I typically get 35-40 units of Botox(R). She said she could give me Xeomin to match the price I typically pay. I agreed. I should not have. She gave me 36 units of Xeomin & after 3 weeks I noticed my forehead moving & my crows feet showing. I went back to the office to show them the movement. Jessica stated that she could put more Xeomin for more $. Why would I put more product in my face when it didnt work the 1st time? I stated that Ive been getting Botox(R) for almost a decade & never had an issue. Something isnt right. I spoke to my friend who referred me & she hasnt gone back either. That speaks volumes. If a product doesnt work you return it. It didnt work here & their answer was to pay more $.

I recently had a diamond glow facial from Blanca. I have to say she is very knowledgeable, she analyzed my skin and customized a facial for me as well as a skin regiment. She is highly qualified and will recommend her to all my friends. The staff made me feel welcome and I have booked my next facial for next month. Thank you all!

If I could give Jessica 10 stars I would! I was able to get in to see her for a filler/Zeoman consultation after I had a horrible feeling at another office. I used to live in Miami before I got married and have had fillers with several very skilled plastic surgeons. My husband is also a cosmetic dentist so his eye for natural beauty makes it very tough for me to choose the right injector. Jessica is by far the best!!!! I LOVE what she has done for me. She used a technique more like “facial balancing “ rather than just filling. Her ability to recognize youthful beauty rather than just filling hollowed areas makes all the difference. She placed filler and Xeoman in tiny areas all over.. little by little, creating such a soft and natural look. I’m beyond happy. Anyone looking for the perfect injector needs to visit this office.

I wish 10 stars could be given. I have received Botox from other providers and Jessica is by far the best. She is never pushy and every time we meet she ensures that we agree on my desired look. I want to keep her my secret, but I dont want to be selfish. I attempted to go to a clinic that had a Botox special, and I walked out without receiving service, I knew that wasnt the place for me as they were more about selling than listening. I wasn’t able to interact with the provider due to unreasonable “office policy” regarding consent forms.I made an initial consultation appointment with the intention of getting Botox. I signed and initialed all consent forms (even though some of the “policies” seemed extreme) but when I got to the last consent form for filler, I left it blank since I had no intention of ever receiving filler from this provider. I have a wonderful doctor in Weston (Dr. Ryan Greene) who does my filler. The only reason I was consulting with this provider was because I moved east and wanted someone more convenient to do my Botox every 3 months. The front desk staff informed me that I must sign the consent for filler even if I don’t intend on getting filler.During my attempts to explain to the staff that I will not be getting filler from their office at any point over the next year (at least) I was provided with the following explanations:1- this is our office policy2- we don’t want to have to waste time to get your consent if you decide to get filler in the next year3- it’s not like we will inject you with anything you don’t pay for4- we have rulesUnfortunately I felt the need to leave and will not be going back. My next stop is Dr Amy Arnold in East Fort Lauderdale. Maybe this office will rethink its excessive consent forms.

The staff here are amazing! I have had procedures done before but have never gotten the results that i wanted. Jessica was attentive to my concerns and worries and because of that my results were amazing. Little to no bruising (which was a major issues before) and little pain during the procedures.Justin at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about their products and check out was speedy.I would recommend this place to anyone that is a newbie to getting a touch up.

Jessica is a true artist who takes her time to study your features and listens to what you want and comes up with the best plan. In some cases it is creative and cost effective, you don’t get the feeling she is trying to “push” anything as some places I have experienced. First off i would like to say this place is LEGIT. Come here and experience it yourself. I was a newbie when i first went but it was the best experience i had. The staff is truly amazing and knowledgeable. I wish i could give a 10 star review, too bad google goes up to 5. You have to come and try it yourself.

I took a chance going here for routine forehead Botox. I asked for 14 units but she insisted on 20. Now my forehead is drooping low in the center brow, exactly as I warned her happened once to me before (why I wanted to keep it light). The Renee Zellweger bad Botox. Ugh. Now I have to wait 12 weeks for it to wear off. DO NOT TRUST her with your Botox! Such a shame she built her brand around a routine procedure that she messed up for me.

I came in asked for Botox brand , it last me 6 to 8 month . I been doing it for 5 years and did try other brands they don’t last as long , maybe 2-3month . I received 18 units between my eyebrows of “Botox”! not even two months my Muscles was recovered and “Botox” that I got was not longer working. Went back and She tried to convince me that botox working only six weeks and wanted to sell me more of her cheap whatever she’s using but charging me double like true Botox cost .Watch out for that scammer if you not familiar with Botox and other brands.

I just had a Non Surgical Laser Face and Eye Lift with Utherapy, to get rid of a lot of wrinkles and sun damage.
