Every time I came to the clinic, I got more impressed. Amazing staff, they are receiving me always with the smiling. Dr Emma Richardson is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in my life. I am saying that Without lying or exaggerating. She is so kind with me, she listens to me .carefully, and provides me what I need

I went here a few months ago and saw doctor Murphy. He was cruel, rude, and just out right mean. He didn’t listen to me and just made assumptions that trickled into the quality of care I was given. Thus far, all my experiences at any UC Heath clinic has been absolutely awful. We need health care reform.

I’m a CSU student so this is the most economic option for me, but unfortunately I have never had a pleasant experience here. The actual CSU team is pretty kind but they’re understaffed. They advertise a walk ins friendly facility but don’t be surprised to wait an hour to an hour and a half. For the AFM and Urgent Care facility though is a whole different story. I called in after enduring horrible pain this morning at 7:45 after checking to see if they would recommend me coming in, they took my name and phone number and said someone would contact me when they were “open” even though their website said they were both a 24 he facility and open! Peculiar. They never called so I went in and was greeted by some pretty sour receptionists.THE RECEPTIONISTS WORKING 8AM ON MAY 24 WERE ALL INCREDIBLY RUDE AND HOSTILE.I understand they had just opened and believe me I didn’t want to be at urgent care either, let alone at 8 am, but I was being kinder to them! The least you can do for people in pain is at least show compassion. And one of them even insinuated that I had COVID even though I am vaccinated. A lot of symptoms that are synonymous with my condition sound like COVID which she would have known if she was just a little bit educated. Especially frustrating because I had explained multiple times what I thought it was and everyone up until the doctor was questioning me. Felt a little bit like gaslighting with their tone and connotations. SUPER UNPLEASANT PEOPLE.After waiting 45 minutes for URGENT Care, I was about to leave to go to an ER until they finally called me in. The doctors are always super nice, but you could tell it was pretty chaotic and not everyone was on the same page. A lot of waiting and they sent me on my way without a prescription for a very serious infection? Like I said, never had a pleasant experience here, you’re most likely better off somewhere else.

I always feel very cared for by the doctors, PAs, and nurses at Associates in Family Medicine. They take great care of my family. The CSU urgent care clinic is fast and thorough. I adore their staff. I have two boys so have had to go quite a bit and am always satisfied!

I enjoy working with Associated in Family Medicine, I see Dr. Stacie Johns, and she is a joy to work with. I always feel well taken care of, and get all my questions answered. I also love the UCHealth app you have, it makes it super easy to communicate with the doctors and team.

I came here for the first time..I liked the doctor and the nurse staff was friendly I felt a bit rushed. After going from Dr to Dr..I am hoping for some relief. The staff calls you back and fast. I appreciate that. Also the hours are great. Horrible location. You can use the website and it makes it so much easier. I hate going to the Dr..but it wasnt to stressful. I will be going back. I recommend this place. They dont make you wait forever for results or a call.

Weve been going here for three years now and every experience my family and I have had has been really impressive in every way. The entire staff has been great every time, medical and office, and we all feel like its probably the best care weve ever received. Personable and caring, good listeners, and while Im no expert, theyre always surprising me with new, better, and quicker ways of doing things, so it seems like theyre serious about staying up to date with tech, etc. Ive had some experience with other offices and have been impressed with them too. Highly recommend.

I went to the urgent care this morning (as of 1/11/2021) because my ear lobe piercing absorbed/embedded a rubber earring back fully and I was unable to get it out and was experiencing extreme pain when I attempted to remove it the night before.Despite this, the AFM urgent care made the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful, as was the nurse I saw. Also, I did not wait for very long in the waiting room.My provider was Dr. Morgan, who was wonderful! He was so friendly and understanding, as well as very non-judgemental (I definitely felt stupid because of my inexperience with piercings as a college student).Dr. Morgan held conversation with me while attempting to remove the earring back (which helped a lot - it was a welcome distraction from the pain) and was very attentive to my body language and would slow down or take breaks when he could tell I was in severe pain. After attempting to remove it with no luck at first, he let me take the lead with deciding to stay at the urgent care or consult my piercer with the issue. I chose to stay and asked for ice to bring the swelling down so he could try again, and he let me ice it for half an hour while attending to other patients. After coming back, he gave me two numbing shots (again talking me through it). He was very careful to make sure these shots had worked before continuing. After a while longer of trying to remove it, he finally got the earring back out and laughed alongside me in relief.Lastly, he even stole a mechanical pencil eraser to stick on the back of my earring post so I didnt have to reuse the rubber back and so it wouldnt fall out. What a legend.Even though this morning and last night have been pretty painful AND stressful, Dr. Morgan and the rest of the staff I interacted with at the AFM Urgent Care made the experience a lot less scary and even enjoyable (especially for a 19 year old like me who has never gone to an urgent care or ER alone before).

I went in for my first appointment with Dr. Anthony today, and couldnt be more pleased with the care I received. The nurse working with her, Brandie, was so friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Anthony herself took ample time to listen to my concerns (even the ones that I considered small) and respond in a thoughtful way with concrete recommendations. I also had bloodwork done, and it was easily the least stressful bloodwork experience Ive had- the phlebotomist, Laura, was so friendly and I was in and out with blood drawn in less than five minutes (if that)! Im so looking forward to continuing care with this AFM location!

This is Stephanie, Tims wife, posting about the great care we always receive here. As a Poudre School District employee (Tim) this free (included with our monthly insurance payment) clinic provides amazing care to its patients. We appreciate the time, energy and love poured into each employees interaction with us. You care about our health and time - two very important pieces of life with a young family. Julie Thornton PA-C was so kind and understanding when I was in a few weeks ago and Dr. Michael Colip spent a lot of time with my son yesterday helping us to figure out if he had conjunctivitis. Your care is top-notch and we would highly recommend going here especially if you are on Poudre School District Health Insurance. You will be pleased with your care.

My name is John in full disclosure. Created another account to avoid spam.Receptionists and front-liners are fine. In fact, I would say friendly and professional. Providers (I guess their term for doctors?) are another story. I’m not saying they will kill you (although they should avoid sharp objects - like scalpels), they’re just not very empathetic unless you fit their profile. Thought I found a home base for my health care. Big mistake.

Emma Richardson is possibly my favorite primary care physician I’ve had in the past five years. My first visit with her was a breath of fresh air - she was totally thorough and gave me 100% of her attention, no rushing. All subsequent visits have been just as pleasant. The office staff is competent and proactive, and I’ve never had an issue with late lab results or lack of communication.Overall, highly recommend this office!

This review is aimed at All of the Associates in Family Medicine Offices. Yes, All 10 of them !!! Whoever said bigger is better, never tried receiving care from these offices. If you want personal care, in an office where you will always see / be in contact with / be treated by, the SAME people each time you go in.....this is NOT the right place for you. Yes, they have 10 offices. Whoop-dee-do ! Heads Up !!! All of their nurses and front desk people, and office personnel, **Float** between all 10 offices Continually. As a result of this, you, the patient, will Never be talking to / treated by the same people. Try talking to 4-5 different nurses about the Same test results.....see how confused They get, and You get, and see how notes get changed, lies get told, and YOUR health Suffers as a Result !!!!

CSU STUDENT ATTENTION!! If you have the the student health insurance,: yes it is considered In-Network, but dont let the fact that its in the CSU health center deceive you; it is the most expensive urgent care, the cost is ~$150 after insurance (not including services). If that will prevent you from going to grocery this month (like me ;) ) any of the other urgent cares in town in the In-Network list, the cost will be ~$50 after insurance (not including services). However, many do no have access by bus! Also, the people are great and I got service just as good as anywhere else!

Caution I would avoid this place at all costs. Large letters that say open to the public but in reality you have to deal with receptionists that are rude and have no desire to help you. Not actually a UC Health Urgent Care like one would expect. I went to the Harmony campus Urgent Care and was in an exam room within 2-3 minutes. After years of battling cancer at UC Health in Denver I had high expectations after their incredible care. While on the CSU campus I left in more severe pain from the frustration and was contemplating self harm over getting the care I needed. Your desk staff are your first encounter and they are unpleasant.

Ive been seeing the same doctor at this practice since 1999. In the last couple of years, the doctor has continued to be a great doctor, but the AFM business has gone down the tubes. They must have way too many patients to handle them all with the time/care a patient deserves. To schedule a check-up, you need to book you appointment 6 months in advance. I recently called for an appointment to visit with the doctor re questions/concerns with a prescription, and they wouldnt get me in sooner that one month! What am I supposed to do in the meantime? Receptionist had a thats not my problem attitude/response. When I asked for something sooner, she was so very rude. When you do finally get in, I always feel rushed. I like my doctor and his nurse, but the business operation is a complete disaster, as is the receptionist.

Worst healthcare providers ever. They dismissed me as a patient two years ago when they signed me up for three consecutive appointments that I did not need. I was in the middle of treatment and they “fired” me as a patient because of their error.Today urgent care wouldn’t see me because of this unsolved problem. The office manager of Associates has not been returning my calls for years. I just want to explain that what happened was a mistake. Why would I have three appointments back to back?!It clearly states they are UCHealth that’s why I went. I got there and they say they aren’t. Why would CSU associate themselves with this horrible healthcare company? They don’t even return phone calls to give me a chance to explain my side of the story.

I followed my Dr. from Kaiser this year to Associates in Family Medicine. I had an issue while she was watching TENNIS IN NEW YORK, so Dr. Daniel Hammes, filling in from Windsor, did an excellent job.I am beginning to think that maybe most, if not all, Drs. at AFM might be worth a look, if you have a need!I stopped in again to see Dr. Johns, who took care of me in short order. While I was there, Josh, her phlebotomist, took some blood so they could run a lipid panel. The office was running pretty much on time, and got me in and out. Everyone there is SO pleasant!

If you have any other option besides this place, go there instead. I took a loved one to this urgent care and he received horrible care from the medical assistant. She was cutting him off so rudely when he was explaining his injury as if she had absolutely no time to listen to him. She mocked him as if he were dumb and was even rude to me. The poor girl she was training looked very uncomfortable. If you must go here do not allow a lady by the name of Marlene to tend to you. She has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced in the medical field. Not a shred of empathy!

Slow service and staff that doesnt care.Beware of Dr. Ian Brickl. After waiting over 1 hour and 20 minutes in the exam room, he finally had time to see my sick son. He lacked personality and did not show one ounce of compassion. He should not be interacting with patients. Dr. Brickl spoke and moved so incredibly slowly, I wondered if there was something wrong with him - probably explains the 80 minute wait time. Also, the business hours for this place are wrong. The urgent care IS open on Saturdays, despite Google stating it is closed Saturdays.
