Rude customer service. Follows instructions to call the Clinic when I arrived and no one answered the phone. Walked in instead and they wouldn’t allow for the appointment because we were late. The woman claimed that she couldn’t answer the phone because she was checking in the man who walked up to the counter right before we got to the counter and she didn’t want to be rude to the customer who was in there in person. So she’s rude to one customer b/c she didn’t want to be rude to another. Perhaps The Little Clinic needs to provide customer service training.

Went in for a strep test and got tested for mono, lady was very nice but super uneducated and had me help look at the test cause she couldn’t tell. Said I have mono and I increasingly got worse over night. Tried calling countless times with no answer except for one time told me I’d get a call back after her patient didn’t get a call back for hours later. I ended up going somewhere else and was diagnosed with tonsillitis and now I’m being treated properly. Definitely affordable but definitely not worth the waste of money.

Went in for a Covid test and waited an hour for a test, when I had an appointment. They stuck me in a room and decided to help two other patients that came after me before coming to help me. This has happened twice now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I showed up in a snowstorm at least 30 minutes before closing at 7:30 pm on Wednesday night in hopes of getting tested for COVID and none was here. If I’d have known this place didn’t honor their posted hours, I would have made it on time to another clinic or testing site rather than having to wait until tomorrow for a test and then another 24 hours after that for results I already will know are positive. Little things like manning your stations at the posted times would save a lot of hassle, time, energy, and worry. Thanks for nothing!

I had a great experience here. Sure, the wait might have been a little longer than ideal, but this poor doctor is running the entire show by herself. Surely she’s underpaid, obviously understaffed and wildly overworked. Have some humanity and give her a break. I was able to get a scheduled appointment for the next day, whereas most places are days out.

I called ahead and went in for a simple nose swab covid test. There was 10 min until closing time when I arrived, and 2 staff members/0 patients. They turned me away saying it was too close to closing time to do the swab. Ive had one other test and it only took a few moments..I would think in these times they would want to do the test.

No one answers the phone! Ever! When I have come here, theyre usually friendly, professional, and kind. I do find the check in process to be extremely tedious and takes way too long. All the appointments Ive had here have run late, so dont expect your appointment to be at the exact time you schedule it for, and dont expect it to be quick. Pad some cushion time into your day for it, unfortunately. The doctor Ive seen hasnt seemed especially knowledgeable, which makes me uneasy. She seems new at her job, but she isnt.

I saw Laurie for an infection early last week. I figured as one professional to another, she would understand when I told her I couldnt take a penicillin family drug because they dont work with my body since I took them so frequently as a child. Id feel better for a few days and then it would come back. She let me know that that isnt how it works and she had been in practice for 30 years, so she knew better than me about my own body and prescribed me amoxicillin. Its been 5 days and guess what? My infection is back full force. I had to call another provider to get a different antibiotic that WILL work within my body. So now I get to go on another 5 day course of antibiotics, on top of the several days Ive already had of one that doesnt work. Make the drive to the Greeley clinic instead of this one. At least there youll be respected and listened to.

Yes you can get a shot here and yes they take Medicaid, but the inefficiency is staggering. When you make an appointment, you’ll be asked for your name, address and telephone number. When you arrive for your appointment, you’ll be asked to sign in at a kiosk where you’ll be asked your name, address, telephone number, and a number of health questions. After you’re done at the kiosk, the receptionist will give you a piece of paper to fill out by hand the EXACT same info. Don’t bother to ask if you have to fill it out again when you just did it on the kiosk, the answer is yes. After you hand the receptionist that piece of paper, she will call you up to the front desk to ask you your name, phone number, and address...yes, seriously. After all that, I sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes waiting for my appointment that was supposed to be at 11. If they get you in 20 minutes late when you have an appointment, I can’t imagine what a walk-in is like. There were two medical staff members, but only one is able to give immunizations, so the other staff member saw patients who arrived after me while I waited...If there was any other option, I’d go somewhere else.

I am Soooooooooooo glad I found The Little Clinic. I am new to the area and found myself in need of medical care. I was treated by Laurie Niles, NP at The Little Clinic. Laurie gave me exceptional medical care and addressed the problem quickly. Also Mari Mutter, NP and Scott, the Patient Care Technician assisted in my care. This will be my To go Clinic for any of my medical needs from here on out.I totally recommend this clinic as they check your insurance, wait time is very reasonable and the medical care is exceptional.Thank you, Laurie, Mari and Scott for your professionalism and for helping me; so very glad I found you guys! I actually feel like I have made new friends here in Colorado.......You guys ROCK! Teresa~

The service is EXCELLENT. The billing department is just awful. They refused to work with my insurance company, which is in network. My insurance company needed some information from billing in order to make a payment and billing refused to give them the information they requested. Instead The Little Clinic kept sending bills to me and eventually threatened me with collections letters. At that point I finally paid for a service out of pocket that should have been covered by my insurance company. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went to The Little Clinic on a Monday. I decided around 3pm that I should go see a doctor, so I went online and scheduled a same-day appointment for 5:30pm that evening. I arrived a little before 5:30, filled out a standard intake form, and was seen on time by a doctor named Lori. She was very thorough and helpful for my cold/flu and lung/sinus infection. She did not rush me in and out, but rather took the time to understand what I was dealing with. She prescribed a few medications that I got filled right there in the pharmacy a few steps away. I was having issues with my insurance, and the pharmacy helped me find coupons so I could pay out of pocket for my antibiotic. It was honestly one of the best urgent care experiences Ive ever had, so I thought the reviews here were rather biased and freaked me out for no reason. Thank you Little Clinic!

Went in tonight to check my blood pressure and to figure out why Ive been so dizzy and lightheaded lately. Blood pressure was fine so the doctor came in to ask further questions. She was so helpful! Referred me to an inexpensive option for blood tests and recommended an at-home treatment to eliminate sinus/ear problems. You could tell that she really cared and wanted to help, and all at no cost! Thank you so much!

Lorie said how much she didn’t want to be there and was tired. She was very rude I was very ill and had to blow my nose I asked to wash my hands in the room and she gave me an eye roll and said ya. Then she told me to come over there, and said get over here so I can explain your meds. Talked about how she doesn’t love what she does. Super obvious. This place sucks. Go to another place unprofessional. Slow as all get out too. They run on their own time for sure.

If I could give them less stars I would. Drove all the way across town thinking i could get in and get out with no more than a 30 min wait. I thought wrong. After sitting down and waiting at least 15 mins one of the (2?) Nurses came out of the exam room and told me that her and the NP were going to lunch and that i wouldnt be able to be seen for an hour and a half when they got back. So NOT convenient at all when that is the whole point of this clinic right? Save yourself the time and go somewhere else or you might dare go in at the wrong time and end up having to wait 1-2 hours to be seen. Such bs.

Terrible customer service. My son and I arrived at the Little Clinic, checked in using the kiosk, and sat down to wait for about 30 minutes. Once the door finally opened and the patient before us left, the doctor continued to sit in the exam room with her back to the door, shredding paperwork. Seriously. Shredding paper after paper with her back to the waiting room for at least 10 minutes longer. When she finally noticed us sitting in the waiting room, she stood up from her shredding machine, walked over to where my son and I were sitting, put her hands on her hips and said, What do you want?. I was very surprised by her approach. Every other time I have gone to the doctor, the receptionist usually asks my name or how they can help me. She asked again, What do you want? in an annoyed tone. I explained my son might have strep throat and wed like to be examined. She ended up refusing me service because I had forgotten my insurance card in my other purse -- even after offering to pay full price for the appointment. I will never visit the Little Clinic again. I cant believe we were denied service because I offered to pay full price after having forgotten my insurance card.

We went right when they opened on a Thursday. Only one person working, only one other potential patient there. We ended up leaving after waiting 40 minutes and the nurse hadnt yet seen anyone - she was slowly checking in people and answering phone.I would like to update this review. Forward two months we received a bill for services that were NEVER rendered. According to the little clinic, the nurse provided services to my husband, including taking his vitals and providing medical advice, which never happened. He never left the waiting room and she never touched him. HE notified her he was leaving due to poor service. We have been fighting this bill and feel that a medical professional reporting and billing for services that were never provided is extremely unprofessional.

Is this convinience too good to be true? Yes.Came to get some vaccines with an appointment and still waited an hour.Made the mistake of coming back with what I though was a sinus infection. Had to go to another Dr. after not getting better for over a month to find out I had mono.Save your time and yourself and go somewhere else.

Been here twice! I get terrible UTIs and this place has saved me from the ER visits! It is first come, first serve..... So you will have to wait your turn (faster than the ER though for sure!). You can grocery shop while waiting which is super convenient. Plus, they have the King Soopers pharmacy right next door which really speeds up the process! I got a rebate check back in the mail after my insurance paid more than was expected..... The nurse practitioner is AMAZING here as well.

I came to the little clinic because it was conveniently located and there was no wait time. I could feel the start of an ear infection, which I have been prone to since I was a child and if they go untreated they get very bad. So I go in and there is one girl in front of me. Her service takes about 20 minutes and then she leaves. I am now the only patient waiting to be seen and it took almost 45 minutes to get in to see the nurse practitioner. I described my symptoms, told her my history, and explained to her how crummy I was feeling with my sinus issues. She then proceeds to tell me that if I dont clear up my ears and threat, I will most likely get bronchitis or strep, but that she is unable to prescribe any medication until I have been sick for TEN DAYS. She then offered to show me to the aisle that has the over-the-counter allergy medicine. Such a complete waste of time and a joke of medical care. I will never ever come back here.
