After reading reviews I was honestly super worried about seeing Dr. Golen. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to doctors, surgeries, hospitals etc because of an extreme trauma at an early age followed with a lifetime of surgeries. I was nervous and afraid of seeing Dr. Golen especially after reading the reviews. Walking out of the office I could not have been more happy and satisfied. After months of not getting any answers. Nothing to help with pain. Being shifted to one doctor after another. My PCP doing the best he could. Dr. Golen finally gave me answers and help. He was to the point which I loved. No wishy washy of we can do this and try this. He was matter of fact and lets do this and this is why. Straight to the point. Did not waste my time or his. I went home and researched what he suggested. At midnight had many questions so I emailed him. By 12pm I had a straight forward answer that calmed my hesitation and worries. Fastest response I have ever gotten from a doctor. Totally my kind of doctor.
