As a 20 something trying to navigate insurance and finding a pcp on my own for the first time, UCHealth at this location made it so easy. Everything was so efficient and clearly communicated. I was so stressed about finding a doctor and making sure I did everything right. They made it so easy and I’m very grateful to have such a great facility so close to me!

Dr. Juhala and his staff are excellent! They have taken great care of my 99 year old mother. They take the time to sit and listen to our concerns and explain things in easy to understand terminology. My recent visit to the office of Dr. Benjamin Leon was the best first visit with a physician Ive ever had. Dr. Leon and his staff were attentive, caring and encouraging at every step. The doctor also provided a helpful response to lab results in record time which helped to allay some fears. I highly recommend this provider.

I really enjoy going here when it’s necessary. Check in is easy, I ever wait long, and Dr Tsien and her staff are really brilliant and kind. Also handy that the lab is literally across the parking lot. Dr. Tsien takes whatever time is needed to get you the care you need, which I really appreciate.

This team will always do their best to get you an appointment as early as possible and get you through any reason for your visit. In my case, they literally saved my life because of their after hour follow-up and even sending the local police to my door to get me sent to the ER all in the same day as the appointment and receiving the alarming lab results. Thank you! I highly recommend this team of doctors, nurses, and all. Very professional!

Dr. Democopolis at UC Health Internal Medicine Clinic has been my primary Doctor for 8 years or so. Dr. D and the rest of the staff are excellent, caring and professional.

Just moved from Louisiana and was nervous about finding a dr because I have went to the same dr there since I was born , 45 years. I decided on dr Leon and it was a great choice, they are so friendly and caring. They took the time to listen to me and explain things in way I could understand. Dr Leon takes his time and listens and cares about his patients.

I definitely recommend Dr Capes and his associates at this office. I like that Dr Capes never makes me feel bad, he suggests options and ideas to help me on my health journey. After bouncing around from pediatrician to pediatrician, we finally landing at the Internal Medicine & Pediatric Care Clinic and couldnt be happier. Im a Functional Medicine Acupuncturist and having a physician that is well rounded is important to me and my familys care. I believe in patient education, its what I do in my own practice, and this office does too. I really love that our doctor spends time talking to my children about health, important life events, what to expect emotionally/physically at specific ages, school, bullies, etc..and so do they. I have recommended this clinic to friends, family, and my patients.

TERRIBLE!! I give 0 stars! I’ve had many problems with the Doctors & staff over the years. Poor communication & f/u through. I was seeing Dr. Hendrix. I called the office 2/11/21 to notify them I needed a prescription for my nerve pain meds refilled through a mail in program. I had to follow up daily. I just received the prescription on 2/18/21. My last conversation was with Marina on 2/18/21. She was extremely rude, justified why it took so long & told me to find another doctor. Raised her voice many times!! There is no excuse to talk to a patient the way she talked to me. I definitely DON’T recommend this practice especially the PAs. BE AWARE if you go here. Terrible communication & f/u through.

I’ve been going to Internal Medicine on Snow Mesa for 4 years and finD their front desk service efficient and friendly. The physician assistants are also efficient in taking vitals and recoding notes. My primary physician is Dr. Pelloquin and I feel very confident and comfortable In her care. She is thorough and careful to help you monitor your medical needs.

I recently change doctors after 20 years and I couldn’t be more happy with Dr. Leon and his staff. If you need a doctor He is your guy.

I began seeing Dr. Juhala recently as I needed a PCP to help me through a series of bizarre complications from a knee surgery I had done in Vail. Wary of doctors in general I usually spend days researching them before trying to get an appointment. Unfortunately this time I didn’t have that luxury and had to book an appointment with the first available UC Health PCP. I was incredibly fortunate though as Dr. Juhala has helped me navigate some complicated issues, he listens well, he is empathetic, logical and competent. Couldn’t ask for a better PCP.

I love Christina Reimer, MD! She is professional to the highest degree. And she is caring as well.Dr. Reimer listens carefully and thoughtfully and will collaborate in her responses, making sure you understand and are okay with her suggestions.Dr. Reimer thinks outside the box, and more than once has caught something that might have not been easily visible to many.In other words she is an internist in the best sense of the word, thinking of reasons for a symptom that are sometimes subtle.Dr. Reimer is direct and respectful and I am grateful she is my doctor. Both my husband and I have found the whole office a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Juhala is an excellent physician. He listens patiently, and at length, to patient input and explains his recommendations fully. He is conservative, in that he tries to minimize medications, but he follows up recommendations with needed tests or specialist referrals. He was recommended by our daughter-in-law, a former nurse, when we moved to Fort Collins and my wife and I enthusiastically recommend him.

Kind people await you to help you. Dr J is very good, he takes time to listen and understand your health issues.

Dr. Tsein was phenomenal at addressing my partner’s concerns respectfully and patiently. She was very responsive to her needs, which was a relief. We really feel like if we’re having concerns we have someone who will listen and help us. A great provider for those struggling with mental health diagnoses, as she came across as very trauma informed and patient. I would highly recommend her. (Disclaimer: I am not familiar with her psychiatric prescribing skills)

I could not have asked for a moreprofessional and welcoming reception.I went for my annual checkup last week and both the medical assistant and Dr. Tsien were professional, concerned, attentive, and responsive. I hold Dr. Tsien in the highest regard. She is a thorough professional, who is attentive, kind and knowledgeable. I am fortunate to have such a wonderful medical team.

Found Dr. Capes nearly three years ago. Up to that point, hadnt found a Northern Colorado Physician that I loved. Luckily, hadnt had much need for a PCP beyond the occasional annual physical.A little over a year ago, started having little nagging health issues, nothing major, just didnt feel right or normal. I felt like the guy who brings his car into the shop and it runs fine when the mechanic is there. I couldnt explain the problem, knew something wasnt right, but ...Not the easiest situation for a Physician.Dr. Capes was and continues to be amazing. He truly listens, TRULY. Hes extremely professional and knowledgeable ... and rather than speculate or send me home without a plan ... Dr. Capes dug deep. Set me up with testing to rule out major issues. Tweaked a few things here and there: Diet, Vitamins, Medication, etc. Each and every visit I continued to feel better, he continued to listen, and offer new advice and plans.Thanks to him I havent felt this great in years. If he hadnt been so thorough, attentive, and detailed this wouldnt have been possible.His bedside manner is phenomenal. His staff the same. Ive never had a Doctor who was so attentive, so quick to respond ... and yes, he responds at times to calls and emails, not just his staff.Ive had a most amazing experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Geoffrey Capes.

Both my husband and I have been going to this practice since 2000. We love the doctors and the care that we receive. I see Dr. Hendrick and have never been happier with a doctor; she listens, asks questions, and reviews her plan of care and asks for input at every visit. My husband sees Dr. D. and he is also more than happy with his care. Dr. D. is very thorough and thoughtful, and also reviews his plan of care and gets input at every visit.Some of the other reviewers mentioned issues with the transition to UC Health and issues with having a phone service manage calls, but those are petty issues that people seem to be making too big a deal about. Who among us is perfect and what company or person is flawless? The health care providers here are excellent and the agency asks for input so they can improve services and make needed corrections when things go wrong. What more can we ask for?

Dr. Capes and Dr. Drysdale have seen my family most recently however EVERY provider in the office is caring, very intellectual and make you feel like a person not a problem!

Quality health care with prompt service and easy scheduling

Dr. D is very good. Unfortunately the practice management part of the office has deteriorated much since being taken over by UCHealth. The office phone number is now answered by what gives the impression to be receptionists actually at the office but in reality has become an incompetent and mostly useless central UCHealth answering pool. They have no knowledge of the patient but just follow a fixed script, regardless of the reason for the call. Their primary function seems to be as a gatekeeper to the actual office practice. And you must play their game of 20 questions each time you call, even if you are just following up on a call you just had 5 minutes before. Very frustrating. Also the UCHealth system seems to have difficulty with reminders of necessary proactive care. Totally missed my annual physical. Even our dogs vet sends us an email when its time for her annual checkup or shots. Its sad to see how this very good practice has lost much of the excellence it had prior to becoming part of UCHealth.

Always a great experience seeing Dr. D. He is always thorough and meets my needs no matter what I go to see him for. He is very attentive to my needs and I always leave knowing everything I need to know concerning my health.

Had and infection on one hand... Dr. H. cleaned it out and provided med and covers.... it healed fast and is no longer a problem...

I hadnt been to the doctor in 10+ years so my list of things was extensive. Dr. Reimer and Dr. Loffler were patient, understanding, and honestly I couldnt recommend them more. All of my concerns were addressed and just knowing that they are on my side is a immeasurable relief.

I changed doctors 3 months ago. I hadent been to the doctor in over 3 years. They took the time to read my history before my 1st appointment. When I showed up for my 1st appointment we got things done quickly. I very much would recommend them if you think you need to changed doctors.

Professional and friendly support staff; modern facilities and a primary care doc that I like very much.

Great service while I was there. But they coded their billing incorrectly. I contacted them and they said they would fix it. Now Im getting a notice that Im being sent to collections...for my free yearly blood work. Sadly, the level of stress they have caused me far outweighs their quick and great service in office.

Awesome providers my doctor is exceptional. The office was organized, on time and my first appointment helped me with my relocation. I moved here from Hershey Medical Center Penn State and U C Health has a better system than PA.

I had to call numerous times to get my prescription filled and sent out to Walgreens because apparently sending over a prescription is a difficult thing to do. When I called to follow up with Dr. Simmons office I was met on the phone by an associate who was not interested in letting me finish a sentence and explain the matter to them. Furthermore, she got an attitude when I had to speak over her as she tried to interrupt me. No one wants to deal with this type of behavior and lack of professionalism from your doctors office. Being that I have only visited this office once I can say that I will not be returning and looking for a primary care physician elsewhere. If you want to run a successful practice make sure it is run by professionals.

Saw Dr. Ow and was able to get in and out in less than an hour. She was very thorough and professional with genuine concern.

I gave them one star because there is no negative stars. Tried for almost a month to get a procedure ordered. Called 4 times as and still nothing. Worthless as far as I am concerned. All they did was waste my time and money. Favorite saying in that office is I can, you have to see a specialist. She couldnt even refill my prescriptions. Fired her this morning.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend going to this place unless you want people who dont know what they are doing or you dont want anyone to listen. I would be embarrassed if I did my job this horribly. The good news is UC health is garbage across the board so their low level of care is consistent.

Dr. Juhala is a wonderful and attentive physician who genuinely cares about his patients and I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends. After getting out of the US Marines after 10+ years it was hard to find a physician I could trust and relate to but since Dr. Juhala also served his country I felt very comfortable with him knowing what I have been through. Whatever he has done seems to be passed on to the staff of the clinic as they are wonderful to work with, as well. Everyone has been to a doctors office where the staff seems to be unhappy and unfriendly, but that isnt the case here. Very refreshing and comfortable environment. Highly recommend!

Terrible staff, horrible Dr. Rude, incompetent, and a joke. Ive been to two UC behavioural health locations in fort Collins and Ive been shocked with how horrible the staff is. My family and I have been treated like garbage. Please save yourself the time and see any other Dr.
