Lice happens! Not often but it does. Having information to share with parents who are nervous about it all has been very helpful. Most aren’t sure what they are looking for so a clinic so close to the school for a double check helps make the families feel more comfortable. Free teacher checks brings our staff a little peace of mind as well. We highly recommend Lice Clinics to all our families both professionally and personally.

I called Lice Clinics of America first thing this morning and got in within an hour. Roxy was so sweet and personable! She went above and beyond to make myself and my kids comfortable, offering drinks and snacks. She was extremely gentle and explained every step of the procedure. My 9 year old did have some fears about treatment and Roxy calmly explained everything and took her time with her. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting the clinic if you find yourself with lice!

Super friendly and great with our kids (ages 3 and 5). We called in the morning and had an appointment by 11 AM and were treated and out in less than 2 hours. Hopefully we wont have to return but would highly recommend if we run into lice again.

Super friendly staff! And super fast treatment. I called in several days to change my date and times and they worked with me no problem. They checked my family’s hair all no problem and treated the ones that needed to be treated. Not only that, they also gave me tips and pointers on how to prevent the lice from coming back!! The customer service here was great! Very thorough comb through, and both my kids were treated very well. Staff was very friendly and nice. They really did a great job and reassured me that the issue is taken care of. I am very relieved I came, to know that we took care of our issue.

Lice is absolutely no fun. Courtney, the staff member that took care of us, was patient with our childrens tender heads, explained everything and was very sociable so the time flew by. The owner also checked in and made sure we were taken care of. Hopefully we never have to return, but, if needed, I would go back.

This place is amazing! The staff here is super friendly, very accommodating and are experts with the most up to date information on treatment. They got us in on the same day (within a matter of hours) and the process was extremely efficient (especially for someone with very long hair!) They have this down to a science! Much more cost prohibitive/time efficient and effective than any at home “solution” by a long shot! Also healthier! Sit back, watch some Netflix and eat snacks while they take excellent care of you! Highly highly recommend!!!

This place is amazing! I have had the misfortune of requiring lice services twice now and both times I came to this place. I was very impressed with Tanya and the other ladies working at this location. They know how to turn an unpleasant experience into as pleasant of one as could be! Besides their warm friendliness and comfortable environment, expect quality results at 100%. I was completely cleared of lice after my 1-hour treatment.

Tanya answered my panicked call immediately and was so nice, understanding and calm. She was able to get is in immediately but also gave us some grace time to drive from Greeley during rush hour; it was quick but also gave us enough cushion that it was exactly what we needed.Megan greeted us at the shop and was sweet, informative and helpful from the very beginning. She answered all the adult question while also speaking with my 6-year-old and making her comfortable. Wine for the adults, Capri suns for the kiddos, understanding of a grumpy 17-month-old, and a dinner recommendation.The entire experience was 5 Star! Thank you!!!

Tanya, Roxie and the whole team here are amazing. Several years ago when my daughter got lice and we had tried everything to get rid of it with no luck we came across this Lice clinic. They were so super sweet and were able to give us piece of mind within hours. After weeks of no luck, not knowing when it was going to end they were able to clear all the head lice in one day and give us a list of todos at home that simplified our lives. Since then anytime we’ve had a scare they welcome us back in to check to see if it’s just dandruff or if it’s something more. They give us the price of mind we need and are lovely to deal with.

My experience was WONDERFUL! They got me a next-day appointment and answered so many of my questions over the phone. I was freaking out but they were so nice and understanding. A friend drove me down from Wyoming and he was sure it was a scam- that they would tell me that of course I had lice, and then try to upsell me a bunch of services and products that I didnt need. Nothing could be further from the truth. We got there a little early and they were finishing up with a family. The kids were watching a cartoon and Roxie, the specialist, was great with them. The little girl came out singing and dancing, so I figured I didnt have anything to be scared about. Roxie spent a ton of time with me and answered all of the questions my friend and I had. She even showed me what real lice look like so I wouldnt be confused next time. My head check was $25 but I would have gladly paid more for the peace of mind. I absolutely would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family!

I highly recommend getting treated here. I was able to get my kiddos in right away. It eliminated a lot of stress from treating lice on your own. Tanya, Amy and Roxy were all amazing. I love how they educate you on how to prevent lice in the future against public outbreaks.

I was blessed enough to have followed my best friend to this clinic when both our families were infestated at the same time. The clinic, however extremely busy, was able to call a second technician to help all 9 of us out of the two families. They were extremely understanding, accommodating and genuine. We learned a LOT about lice and all 9 of us were cleared or treated in 3.5 hours! Impressive place and I would definitely recommend the treatment even for young kiddos if they can handle heat on their heads (like a blow-dryer).

How is there no negative reviews about this clinic? Sounds fishy.I was focused on getting my child taken care of last month. They said it was possible for a refund if you gave them insurance. I gave them the information after the treatment on another day. I didnt have it on meThey said I had to give the information day of and theres nothing that they can do. I would not have done the treatment that day if I would have known.When they say you may get a refund. They mean you will not get a refund or discount.It seems like the secret is lots of combing and hair drying. I have short hair so I just shaved my head. Save your money.They admit that they are not a medical clinic. They have a weird sketchy office and 1/2 abandoned building in fort Collins.There was a man in the hallway with a sidearm that made me and my child nervous. It did look like there is some kind of security company in the same building.They obviously dont pay their employees very well. I saw the hair technician working at a grocery store the week after. $200 for less than 2 hours work. Somebodys making lots of money...

They were quick and amazing!! We were traveling across the country when we discovered our unwanted guests. We called and they got us in right away and took care of our whole family!!! We had a great experience! The technician was great with my kids and she was very knowledgeable. She combed out my hair, my moms hair, and my sons hair to make sure we were not infected. My daughter did have lice, and the technician showed us what to look for. My daughter said the combing and treatment did not hurt me at all. She enjoyed the awesome tv, snacks, and super nice lady Megan. She was super patient and awesome! I was thankful for some tips and tricks to prevent her from getting re-infected. Omg never in my 40 years dealt with lice both kids got them and myself. The Lice Clinic of America knocked them all out and theyre gone. We got in the same day as we were referred and drove from Greeley. The lady was super nice and very calming with the situation. She offered juice and snacks to all.

Thankfully they take care of everything for you- in a calm relaxing environment- friendly and thoughtful as well as thorough- I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!

We came in and were checked for lice quickly, then a full treatment done for those who needed it! There was tv for the kids, the treatment therapist was really good about explaining everything to us as she was doing it, and talking to the kids in a way they would understand.
