Patient care with the nurses and doctors are great. We had Dr. Miller 2 years ago and loved her! Now we have doctor Sideman and he’s great! The ladies who check you in however was the reason we left. They are always rude and negligent of their jobs, ultimately the reason we left. Decided to give this office a try again only to have the same experience. Checked in, and waited 30 minutes with a 3 month old a 2 year old before double checking and the desk never checked us in correctly. The entire 30 minutes we waited I head them socializing amongst each other though.

Friendly staff, clean facility and attentive to our needs.Waiting a minimum of 30-45 minutes after scheduled appointment to see a doctor is a regular occurance. Personalized care is wonderful but it is clear appointment time slots need to be re-evaluated. Would be 5 stars if our time was valued more.

I would suggest getting a different primary care physician. I had to remind them when walking out I needed this test, got an email forgot to run this test with your four vials we took. Just go somewhere you’re treated with a bit more dignity.

I have been going to Salud for several years I do believe the people that work there are dedicated and kind. The clinic is very clean In the past several years the appointments I have made have been very close to the scheduled time. They also have a pretty good website You can set up appointments keep track of your labs and get your prescriptions refilled There is a pharmacy on the 2nd floor I do recommend Salud

Had a severe sinus infection causing fever and Dr. Mann blew me off without checking or prescribing any medication or anti biotics. I now have scarring in my sinus cavities and my nose and have to have reconstructive surgery to be able to breathe from my nose again.

Disregarded pre-eclampsia symptoms right up until she wound up in the hospital for a dangerously high blood pressure. Went in for a prenatal checkup while awaiting the results, we were told they saw the results and everything looked good and that her high blood pressure was lifestyle related. Nevermind the fact that the weight gained was all over a period of 2 weeks (rapid weight gain is also a symptom)We get word back from UCHealth after the appointment saying our results were in (after we were told they were fine by Miller) and while doing a little research realized the numbers were dangerously high. Attempted to get ahold of someone at salud to get answers, couldnt get ahold of anyone until the next day. Wound up in the hospital immediately and being induced 2 days later for the safety of mom and baby. The whole time spent on magnesium to prevent pre-eclampsia complications like a stroke.

They have nothing but lazy obese mask-obsessed workers at this place. They will make you wait for an hour despite arriving early.

I recently needed a doctors note for my Emotional support animals in order for me to sign a new rental lease. I scheduled my phone visit with ease, thanks to a very patient and busy front desk team. I talked with Dr. Paul Meyer and he was more than happy to provide me with the paperwork. I dropped my paperwork off later that day. I received a call a few days later from Dana Photos. She told me my paperwork was misplaced, luckily I had a second copy in case this happened. I told Dana I could drop off the paperwork again, but it was very urgent that I got the paperwork completed as soon as possible. Dana told me not to worry and she would take the paperwork to Dr. Meyer personally! When I came back to the clinic to drop off the paperwork, Dana met me outside and told me she will get it to me by the end of the day. I received my paperwork 30 minutes later. I love Salud! Theyve always been super helpful within their medical care and therapy program. Thanks for everything Salud Team!

Always clean and accessable.Has a helpful staff that genuinely want you to get the care you need.The doctors are diligent and friendly.The book selection in the waiting room and patient rooms is great.The whole place is English and Spanish bilingual. Its really nice.

They give me the best care and treat me like a super important person each visit. I use the dentists here too which are all great.

I have been going to this clinic for a while and it’s a joke. I feel like the doctors and medical assistants do not take me seriously when I’m concerned about an issue. I work in the medical field, I know when results come back. I waited a week for a doctor to call back about results just for a person to call me saying I need to schedule an appointment?! Also, not to mention, I brought my issue to their attention in November and they said I needed to schedule an ultrasound. When I did, no one called me back and said it was through a different company?? A couple months later they are trying to rush me into my ultrasound and do it the same day they called out of nowhere. When doing the ultrasound, the technician said the doctor will call me in 1-2 days. I had to request the doctor to call me. Now I been on the phone for an hour with them to schedule an appointment that I was never told on why I need one. This place is somewhere I do not recommend and probably after this appointment I will not be going there anymore.

The worst dr office Ive ever been to. Can not take simple directions, constantly charge for services they specifically say are free, are rude to myself and members of my family on the phone and then threaten you with dropping you as a client because you get upset at the way your treated. Cant even fill a simple prescription that is necessary to live. Worse doctor office ever!

Please please don’t use this doctors office. They are the most negligent office I’ve ever come across. If you request a prescription on Monday, you’re lucky if they send it to your pharmacy by Friday. Even with you calling everyday to ask for it to be sent, even high priority requests are ignored. The wait times are atrocious, the office staff are incompetent and it’s an awful experience. If you’d like to speak to your doctor about solutions with their horrible systems they will try and charge you a $20 copay.

Medical care is adequate. However the phone system is archaic. They need to vastly improve it. Particularly with the current pandemic situation.

A good place to start would be having everything not take so long! And better customer service. Maybe not be on hold for 1 hour.... the funny thing is I know they arent busy. They say the call back time is 6 min... its been 45 min. I have them on hold with 2 phones. If its going to be more than 6 min probably tell them that! Worst doctors ever! Because they run on medicaid you dont get the best treatment.

I have been trying for days to get ahold of salud to get a prescription put in that was supposed to be put in by the doctor already. Everytime I call I get the they are closed message. Even though it is during there normal business hours.

Im never coming back to this clinic.Seriously unimpressed with this place. Chances of good customer service are minimal. I had maybe 2 employees that were genuinely nice to me out of a multitude of interactions with people.I felt as though the doctor/ nurses i interacted with did NOT take me seriously at all. They passed everything off as if i didnt matter, never asked or directly answered any of my questions. And out of the few questions that were asked, were done so in the most inconsiderate and rude way possible, nearly making me cry.I felt as though I was treated like cattle.And as ive seen in others reviews for this place, its absolutely true that they are capable of answering the phone sooner than they actually do. Absolutely every time ive every called this place ive been put on hold for at LEAST 30 minutes to and hour and then hung up to expect a call back. And then the call back come within 4-6 hours. RIDICULOUS.

I cant stand how long you have to wait on hold when calling to get an actual person, sometimes over an hour.And waiting room times for the actual appointment can be even longer than that. making it almost impossible for appointments unless you have a full day to make one and a full day for the appointment itself. Made me give up completely on trying to see my Dr at all.

This place is terrible. We scheduled an appointment and when my wife showed up, they just weren’t there. No sign, no explanation, nothing. We realize this is a free option but this was simply a waste of time. We would have done something else if we had known they would behave like this.

This place is a joke and should be closed. My mom started going here and everyone is incompetent from doctors at least the ones we dealt with to staff members. They keep rescheduling her appointments because the doc dont show up or there is some other issue. When there is a phone appointment nobody calls. We are looking for another place. Please try to avoid this place if u can i wish i can give 0.

The staff is professional & courteous. I rarely have a long wait, they run pretty much on time. Thats great. I find my Dr. to be thorough, knowledgeable, caring & helpful. I can easily respect all the personnel here.

Dr. Breana Thompson neglected care of my son attributed to his death. When notified of his death she couldn’t even be bothered to give our family a condolence call back.

Im always on time or early for appointments. But the doctors and nurses have no sense of time. With having 3 small children under the age of 10 waiting for almost 2 hours every visit is just irritating. I have been coming here since my oldest were born

On Friday, one of the gals screening folks up front was incredibly rude and unprofessional towards me. I had explained that my documented symptoms had been flaring up, and I was told I was not allowed to enter the clinic. the gal refused to help, have any sort of conversation or professionalism, embarassing me in front of other patients standing in line behind me. it is about a 2 hour round trip, and I am disabled, so getting to these appointments is not easy. I should not have to beg for medical care. I am bummed because I had a decent doc, but I refuse to be treated like that.

They did not make me feel safe or welcome ill die before i go here id suggest finding a diffrent clinic

I give this Salud a one star because SOME doctors a good there. I went there today to have my knees looked at. I have muscle pain in my back and knees from working again, when I tried to explain this they told me I could not see the doctor after giving me the run around on scheduling. I have to work to support my family, not wait for a call so I can be turned away from the door. I went to the ER and they told me I did NOT have covid. If you want to go to a place that turns away little kids and people who need a doctor than go for it but this office has broken the first rule of DO NO HARM!

Awful. Bad experience everytime I go here. The parking lot is always full of suspicious characters and theres always someone soliciting right next to the entrance. Not to mention the staff is pretty inept at their tasks. For example: I call to set up a appointment, everything is hunky dory over the phone with the personal info they ask prior to actually stepping foot into the clinic. Upon which I am demanded to show a card for my health insurance. Now, prior to this, they only needed my number and I wasnt informed that I needed the physical card to be treated, but this minor detail wasnt shared to me until last minute, forcing me to forgo more healthcare for their ineptitude and lack of communication. Their physicians are also low quality and the good ones are always booked months ahead of time, so good luck getting a good doctor that actually cares about your health rather than a doctor that just struck you off because it doesnt sound that serious. Any clinic is better than this one.

Kaitlyn Murphy is great and if you have mental health issues you MUST see Pedro, hes kind and incredibly helpful. The women at front desk are always sweet. 😋 definitely recommed.

Dr. Virostko is a good doctor now her medical assistant in the other hand, she NEGLECTS on calling back NEGLECTS on calling in prescriptions when new scripts are needed! Pharmacist, my mother (the patient) and my myself have left numerous voicemails for over a WEEK NOW and still nothing. Wow Janet you sure know how to do a poor your job!

Whats the point of appointments if you dont even follow them? I had moved my whole day around to make a 2pm appointment that I had to make 3 weeks in advance. By 3:15 I still hadnt seen the doctor I had scheduled. Spent 45 min the waiting room and 30 in the exam room. I ended up just walking out. This office has no respect for peoples time. People have jobs and obligations, and cant sit at your office all day. I wont go back and wouldnt recommend.

Great staff, great services. Salud has taken care of me more times than I can count, and each time I feel heard and cared for. If I have ever had an issue, they take care of it immediately with kindness and integrity. I have no problem sending my other family members to receive their care. Definitely recommend!

Got a COVID test here. Its been 10 days and no result. I also cannot reach them via phone. I get a machine with no options to choose from. Very poor.

Went there because they offer an emergency dental clinic at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. every day. I was extremely impressed by this clinic. I was seen by a dental tech for x-rays, consulted a final-year dental student, as well as the dentist herself. They were all extremely professional. They were able to prescribe antibiotics, and provided three possible courses of treatment. If you have dental emergency.....between regular dentists? Go here!

Long waits!

My time with Salud began when someone told me they try to find financial assistance. The person who gathered my info first told me I should qualify for Medicaid buy in. I saw the Dr who was a PA, not an MD. Ive been on the same meds for many years and just wanted refills. The exam was cursory. Then I was refused refills on certain meds because she felt they were addictive. Ive been taking the same amount of the same drug for 28 years. She wanted me to try another med so I did. It didnt work so she upped the dosage. Still didnt work but did turn me into a zombie. I finally went back to my previous med through my previous doctor. At a followup visit I pointed out that there was an irregularity in my chest, because in two visits she did little more examination that BP, pulse, etc. She checked it and looked alarmed but never said a word about it. Nice person but I wont see her again especially after they charged me $300 for the first visit. I was NOT a complete physical.Financially I got ripped off. I was denied Medicaid buyin. Was charged $515 by a lab for blood work - not a complete panel - and then billed another $220 by Salud. I went there because Im unemployed and ended up paying over $1300 and got back nothing more than updated xrays of my back. But they dont treat pain so I have to go to pain management which costs over $800 if you have no insurance.I give one star because the staff there was very nice and wanted to help. I give the PA one star because she was kind but did not give me the care I needed. Overall it was a huge waste of time and money. At this point there is a huge dissonance between who Salud is portrayed to be and what Salud did to treat me as a patient. I dont recommend them.

Everybody is so friendly. They will try to help anyway they can. My Doc makes sure they will have my (rare) meds a month before she knows I will be coming in for them. They have all made my fight so much easier.

All three of these stars are for the staff in the medical section of this place. Shame on the lazy receptionists upstairs in dental who would have turned us away if we didnt know their job better then they do. They turned away an older guy who had the same problem we had and I bet if he just went downstairs to the helpful medical receptionist (which we had to do) he would have been seen. Correct those two employees and I will gladly rate 5 stars as I was otherwise very satisfied with the service.The dentists and their assistants were great too. I expressed what a baby I am when it comes to dentists and they were very skilled. Didnt feel a thing.

My son sees Dr. Amelia Viroskto and she is amazing. The nurses are amazing! They’re patient, kind, and always make it known to us that they genuinely care. We’ve never had long wait times and we can usually get in the same day or exact day that we need the appointment!

So, I’ve been to three appointments through this place. I understand workers are busy, but aren’t appointment times set for a reason? The first two, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes after I was supposed to be seen, now this third time... I decided to leave after 40 minutes of waiting. I am not ok with such a blatant show of disrespect.

They try as hard as they can to avoid you coming in during Co-vid. They forget about referrals that they were supposed to send. Find a different hospital because you wont receive care here.

I see Dr. John Mann. He and his staff are amazing. He listens, evaluates, and makes the best plan for me. I feel my health concerns are important to him. His staff is always friendly, funny, and very nice.

Worst service ever. No way you can leave a message, or receive a communication back. The call center is by far the worst. Cant take a simple message and get back to me properly. Deliberately unhelpful and infuriatingly unprofessional and unresponsive.And I was really happy with Dr. Mayers physical. And also the nurses who actually work there. But the other staff are so pathetic, its shameful really.

Denied to simply write a note and fax it over to work release in regards to my dietary needs and how the facility can not meet them. Dr. John Mann is only in it for the money and a bout as compassionate as a turtle. Joke of a clinic. Always has been, always will be

The staff is great here! You get the feeling that they actually care and want to be helpful. The doctors may be stretched thin but do their best to make sure everyone gets the same attention to their care. Unfortunately that does lead to some long wait times to be seen but I would recommend this place to anyone!

2 stars. Maybe 3 if they were a more efficient. Love my doctor here. Started going when I got pregnant. Baby seems to like doc too. Neither of us like the HOUR long wait it usually takes. Getting someone on the phone is just as hard. When theyre quick, theyre quick. But thats rare. They have good resources and programs. Whoever turns on the phone in the morning though, I hate you. 7:30 means 7:30. Ive been trying to call for 15 minutes.EDIT: phones were FINALLY turned on a half hour after they opened. Waited on hold for 10 minutes befofe finally speaking with someone. This isnt the first time this has happened either. Youre down to 1 star, Salud.

Like any other clinic each provider is different, Dr Mayer is great.

My experience here has been great! Mercy is amazing!!! She and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable and they answered all my questions about being a first time Mom. Dr. Virostko has continued to impress me with her kindness, extensive knowledge and support. She is the best Doctor that Ive ever had! Thank you all for being so great!!

Good facility. It does not do walk ins, as far as I can tell. You need to set up an appointment and establish a primary care provider. This one has a pharmacy and I believe it has a dentist as well. Staff is always kind. This location is also close to many other resources.

I went to Salud about a week and a half ago to start the monitoring process on my heart as I have done 2 EKG tests and both have shown an abnormal heart rate. When I told the doctor at Salud that I have family history of heart problems and that I’m concerned about this along with multiple other doctors I’ve seen, she looked at my chart, said I was young and healthy and wasn’t concerned. But said that since I am concerned about it, she guesses we can do another EKG and blood work. It wasn’t genuine or anything, it was like I was being a huge inconvenience to her by being there. I refuse to go back there or take my daughter there again because of this. I am going to a different doctor and would not recommend Salud at all after this.

I cant get ahold of my doctor & no one is calling me back. The automated phone line is a mess and randomly disconnects. Weeks of trying to get a prescription filled, hours of wasted time. I used to like Salud, I dont understand what happened to this place.

Do not recommend if you have chronic illnesses. In fact I will be having Medicaid look into the billing for my appointments where absolutely nothing was done. Very shady.

Clean lobby. Friendly smiling faces at front desk. What i liked best is the fact that I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Also never waited long in the room waiting for the Doctor to come see me.

This is the worst place ever I do not recommend going here, this is the second time I made an appointment at a specific time and I go in and they say it was a different time. Today I had an appointment at 3pm to get some shots that are required for me to start clinicals I go in and they said my appointment was at 10:15 I called twice to double check! They even said it was 3pm. They need to fire the people who schedule appointments and hire better ones my 2 year old can do better then them. Now I won’t be able to go to clinicals and will get dropped from it

All your medical care in one place. Its bw2en great for my whole family. They accept many insurances including Medicaid and Medicare and CICP. The behavioral health team is top notch. You can also get dental and vision care here too. Been going for 7 years straight.

The staff are always amazing and friendly. The doctor makes sure he actually listens and goes that extra mile for you.

My kids doctor is amazing. But they constantly overbook appointment slots. It usually takes 30 minutes to an hour past your appointment time to even get into a room. Doesnt matter if your kid is hacking their lungs up, they dont try to hurry or make your child comfortable. If it werent for how great my kids doctor was, I wouldnt continue to come here.

Unorganized and unprofessional. Not an “equal rights employer”, felt strongly discriminated against. Made an appointment with a doctor, got a rude PA who knew nothing about giving kind and caring service to mental health patients. Would only recommend to people who cut me off in traffic.

Ive been a patient with Salud for 17yrs. Same physician the entire time. Even followed him when he moved north. Not until I started coming to the Blue Spruce location did I start having problems. Why is it they can cancel appointments within an hour of my time slot, but if I have to cancel within 24hours I have to wait almost 2 months to get another appointment. More communication between the front desk and M.As would be great!No accountability for any mistakes made!!Never again will I come back to this location! And now that my Primary care physician is leaving I wont have to!!! If you have to come here be sure to have your whole day freed up because you WILL sit and wait at least an hour in the lobby and then another in the examination room before you even see anyone!

Dont bother coming here for medical attention, consistently wait for an hour after the appointment is scheduled once we have been taken to the back... Rude staff, Rude front desk also the Doctors are not thorough at ALL!!! They missed 2 bulging discs on an MRI for my wife... WITH a homeless man sleeping across the chairs in the lobby... this place is a joke, theyre here because no other practice wants them!!! S T A Y A W A Y!!!

Great staff! It can be busy but they treat every patient as best they can at the moment with what they have. Try to have all your information in order.

I really like Dr. Paul Mayer. He cares about each patient and takes the time necessary to do a full diagnosis. Sometimes the wait for your appt can get a bit extreme (1 hour +) but usually less than 15 to 20 minutes. My wife and I have been with Salud for over 2 years now & plan on many more. A good doctor, let alone a great support staff, is not easy to come by. So when we found everything we needed in one place, we were sold!

Giving them one star because my doctor (Anna) sounded like she was high and was yawning the ENTIRE time. She wasn’t helpful AT ALL. Wouldn’t even give me the prescriptions I need.I will never come back here again.The nurse and lady at the front desk I spoke to were very sweet as well as the lady that spoke with me about mental health.

Then she says oh you can still come over here. No, no I cant. Im walking. Cant walk no more.

What can you say its a family health clinic. It has licensed doctors and nurses to help you get better or give you references to somewhere else! Worst part is setting an appointment, usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to get in! Unless its an emergency of course then they help you figure something out.

They get super busy and you can be waiting over a hour for your app some times but its worth the wait amazing people amazing doctors!! Great place!

I really love this clinic. The dentist is absolutely super, the staff is trained to pay attention to peoples vulnerabilities and are extremely respectful and considerate. I am truly grateful for this place!

I have finally found doctor who talks and listens to me at Salud.

The wait times are long and it can be difficult to get an appointment due to the volume of people coming here. I find this to be an issue in any clinic though. The care we have received here has been pretty exceptional though. We actually pay out of pocket to come here instead of going to a place that accepts our health insurance depending on the issue. One of our family members had a mixed connective tissue disorder that was undiagnosed until Dr. Virtsko spent a considerable amount of time researching the issue and actually reached out to us about her findings. On the other side of the spectrum, Dr. Laurie Miller was absolutely terrible though and a relative almost died due to her down playing the severity of symptoms that were being experienced. PA Mann and Dr. Hampton both were knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. The dental clinic is also busy but can handle basic issues. They are also aware of their own limitations and will refer you somewhere else if they need to. Overall, this is a great clinic but avoid Dr. Laurie Miller at all costs.

I came to Salud after having been seen by several primary care doctors at other clinics who just didnt listen or understand my situation. I am 32 and I have had fatigue and mild pain all my life, but things got so bad starting in December of last year I was bedbound for three full months. By the time I found Salud, I had given up any hope of an actual diagnosis, and of finding a caring provider that didnt feel that I was crazy or a hypochondriac. Salud was the last chance for me. I had told my husband if they couldnt help then I would just have to deal with my declining health because I was too exhausted to keep looking for help.From the very first moment I walked into the Salud facility, I was pleasantly surprise. The front desk staff was super courteous, and even offered me a living will packet to fill out free of charge so that my wishes are known. The medical assistants there are polite, compassionate, professional and they actually care when they ask how youre doing. My PCP there is John Mann, PA. From the outset he listened to all of my health complaints, my history of doctors and what I was hoping to accomplish with his help. He gave me a physical exam, and I left with a referral to Rheumatology and about a million blood tests ordered after my first visit. John Mann also cares about his patients, but doesnt have the inflated ego or doctoritis as I call it, that many providers seem to have. John has been the single biggest support for me in the medical field and he is the reason I have hope for what Western medicine could be. He gave me the first medication since my illness to help with my symptoms, and it wasnt a pain killer, which I was relieved about.I had a visit with two different rheumatologists and was finally diagnosed. John Mann is a wonderful health care provider. He always answers my emails, even when Im being a high maintenance patient, he is compassionate and understanding. He knows that illness is hard to deal with, and he truly wants to help. I had lost so much of the enjoyment of my life and I was struggling with feeling hopeless. Thanks to John I have hope again. My pain has improved some and I have the referrals I need to get more of my life back. There are not words to express the gratitude I feel for John Mann and Salud Health. I am a loyal client. I recommend this office to all of my friends when they ask where to go. You wont get a better doc than you will at Salud.

Love Salud have been going there since I was a little girl and can only express how awesome the physicians are. As I grew up my doctor a male doctor Dr.S was always very helpful and making sure I was comfortable talking to him about things if there was ever something I didnt feel comfortable talking to him about he would bring in a female nurse or other dr. When I got pregnant he recomend the best doctor I could ever ask for. Dr.V has been amazing and caring always remembering what we talked bout at the last visit. Im now in my second pregnancy and she still remembers the little details of my first pregnancy 4 years ago. And her RNs and CNAs have always been just as awesome. They really make you feel wonderful. Recently started to see there dentist side if the clinic and it was a painful wait to get a new patient appointment but well worth the wait. They have treated me very well and gave me excellent care. I dont know if its cause of my pregnancy but they have made sure I get my dental problems resolved as soon as possible. Very thankful for this clinic and the Salud West who has seen me in some emergency cases.

Dr Jon Manto was exceptional every time I saw him! The last day he worked at Salud he examined me and sent me to the ER in time b4 things wld go terribly bad. Thank you Dr Jon. You will be missed!!!

Their pharmacy is the greatest! Fast, efficient, and staff are so nice! They will inform you everything! You just tell them what you need.I have been a customer for many years.

Comprehensive care, helpful staff, and amazing doctors. They even have an app to help you communicate, keep appointments, and keep track of medication.

They tell you if you are more than 15 minutes late 4 or more times they wont see you anymore. I showed up early, my appointment was 55 minutes ago, my Dr is nowhere to be seen. My husband asked if they forgot about me, Im fairly certain that they have.

Absolutely digusting! Lying criminals in bed with whichever pharmaceutical company that will actually shake hands with them. They caused extensive damage to me due to medical negligence. I might end up paralysed in the long run because they prefer money over care. Beware! Sunrise clinic in loveland is better. Not much but at least Ive never been injured by sunrise. Again. Salud caused injuries that will effect me the rest of my life. They gave me an oh well about it to try to dodge liability. You dont care about your family if you take them here!

John Mann and a couple others only have their interest at heart and their personal agenda they want to push.. their interest is not in your best but souly theirs I cant stress it enough if you need true care look else where.
