I honestly never make reviews, this one is important though due to how professionally they handled my unique circumstances. My hearing loss is a result of a TBI (39yrs/old) so navigating it all was stressful for me. Jim and his staff instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. They made sure I understood everything & my hearing aids are a life changer!FYI because I didn’t know, Jim will adjust your hearing aids whenever your ears need it. Meaning it doesn’t cost you to have your hearing aids exactly custom to what you need. For me that was NOT the case anywhere else. I am grateful and a life time customer. I 100% recommend!

Was on a road trip through Colorado and my right hearing aid stopped working. Turned out to be a broken speaker wire. The office in Fort Collins was great. They were able to fix my aids and quickly get us back on the road! Thank you Fort Collins Miracle Ear!!!

My father-in-law is here from North Dakota. He purchased hearing aids 2 weeks earlier from a location in North Dakota. He said he could not wear them in the car on the drive here because they picked up all the wind and road noise. He also said they did not stay in and easily fell out. Knowing that Miracle Ear comes with a lifetime guarantee, we went by the location in Ft Collins for some type of solution. We had no Appointment, but Jim Newton was able to work us in very quickly. He found the tips of the hearing aids were too large and replaced them. He added some silicone wire devises which apply pressure to the hearing aid allowing them to rest comfortably in the ear. This and the new tips worked well and we left very satisfied. All was great until the next day, and my father-in-law could not get them back in properly. I called the office, set an appointment this time and Mr. Newton was able to replace the tips once more and get everything set to a good comfort level. My father-in-law will be staying another 3 weeks, and Mr Newton said if we had additional issues, to just come by and get them corrected because he wanted everyone happy.Now, the Ft Collins location did not sell these, but they have made sure they work correctly and wants to help more if necessary. No charge!Wow, this is terrific customer service and I do not know how anyone could want more. Very satisfied.

Before going to Miracle Ear my dad Don Wood missed a lot! His hearing was not what it could be. From the very beginning the Dr. Newton and his staff here at Miracle Ear have been very professional.This is what he has to say about them. I have found Miracle Ear to be a superior product! The man who conducted my testing during my consultation was extremely rude. Asked very personal/invasive questions about my financial status & shut down immediately when I asked about my device options. He very clearly was making assumptions about my budget & only concerned about his commission.Worst salesman Ive ever encountered & its concerning that he is the point off contact for the elderly when it comes to their hearing device choices. Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere!!! Shop around & choose a business whos priority is your quality of life NOT hitting sales goals.

Not being able to hear is very annoying. The Newtons set me up with a set of Miracale Ear devices for my farmers ears. The aids have many adjustments to maximize my hearing improvement. Jim works endlessly fine tuming the devices to maximize the volume and the enunciation. These aids are by far the best of the three previous sets Ive tried, and Jims service is the best also.
