I took my grandmother (97–but sharp as a tack) in as a new patient. Chandra really listened to my grandmother and the issues she was having, and more importantly, was able to address them and improve the function of her current hearing aids. She didn’t even charge us!They definitely earned our loyalty.I would highly recommend this clinic!

I bought new hearing aids from the Hearing Rehab Center after a terrible experience at a local Audiology office.Every part of my experience was exceptional, from making the appointment to explicit instructions on how to find the office to the hearing tests to fitting my new hearing aids. The Audiologist got the settings right the first time but insisted on two more appointments, one by phone, to be certain.I highly recommend the Hearing Rehab Center and would give way more than five stars if I could.

I have had hearing aids for approximately 15 years and they were wearing out. I was having a very difficult time hearing and especially hearing individuals with soft voices. I was also having a difficult time hearing family members and then they started joking about my hearing and it became very embarrassing. I started doing research on the new technology of hearing aids and the costs. I visited 5 different hearing aid centers and Dr. Samantha Powers was one of them. When I met with her, she was very professional and was very knowledgeable as well. As I continued my research, She called me twice to see if I had additional questions and how I was doing. I have been going to the hearing rehab center for at least seven years. I have always had wonderful service and all of the extras that you get with their care is amazing. My husband also went there and was very pleased with the service. Dr Samantha has been wonderful and I really appreciate her extra service she always gives. Ive had other hearing tests, and worked with other audiologists. The work that Samantha does is top notch: tests Ive never had or heard of before, and an excellent adjustment to my hearing instruments that really improved the hearing experience. She asks all the right questions and listens well and knows how to take actions that really help.

Today, for the first time, I visited the Hearing Rehab Center in Fort Collins. I met with Samantha Powers AuD. I needed a hearing check and some settings tweaked on my hearing aids. The office staff was welcoming and prompt. Dr. Powers was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I was very pleased with the hearing check - its depth was much greater than the previous company I had been with for the past five years. She also did an exam of my ears which also was more in depth than the previous exams with my former company. I am impressed with Dr. Powers and her staff and highly recommend them!

I just visited with Dr. Powers yesterday for a tuneup. I doubt anyone loves the idea of getting into hearing aids. I didnt really think I needed a hearing aid. Huh? was my standard response, and I thought that was normal. I had hearing aids for 4 years that were never working well for me despite years of repeated attempts at adjustments and changes. After several months of going without aids and realizing that it was no way to go through life, I tried again with Dr. Powers. She fit me with new aids that seems to be doing so much better than the previous ones. She was also mindful of costs and did not try to upsell me to more than I needed. The Hearing Rehab Center is such a wonderful resource! I have an unusual hearing loss, and before I came to HRC an audiologist told me that I would just have to accept that I would never hear well. Dr. Hardy takes the opposite approach; she has worked with me for many years to help me get the best results from my hearing aids. Her competence, deep knowledge of the field, and respect for her patients are apparent in every interaction.

September 8, 2017 I turned 65 this summer and suddenly everything needs checked including my hearing. (A bit discouraging) This morning I had my appointment with with Hearing Rehab Center in Fort Collins--what a POSITIVE experience! Everything from the first phone call, to the way I was greeted when I arrived, to the very professional and kind way that I was treated. I completed my appointment with a lot of helpful, solid, new information, with wax free ears and a happy hopeful feeling.

I went in thinking my hearing had changed, but Samantha found that the hearing aid was not working like it should and di a very quick repair. Very good office and great people. My wife is very happy to have it working again.

My 96 year old father developed hearing problems while in an assisted living facility. Dr. Stuart Tomlin not only performed a thorough audio exam but showed a wonderful sensitivity to old age issues and patiently answered all questions regarding possible treatment. The hearing aid that my father chose worked perfectly and was carefully matched to his needs. Unfortunately, my father passed away a couple of months later, and although he was already beyond the initial trial period for his hearing aids, Dr. Tomlin called the manufacturer and arranged to have all costs for the hearing aids dropped. I simply could not have asked for a more caring and sensitive professional audiologist to help with my fathers hearing needs. Thank you Dr. Tomlin!

Dr. Powers caught a serious mistake made by the previous doctor.When the first pair of hearing aids came in, they werent correct sothe previous doctor reordered and when they came in, they were the wrong type and we were not told. Dr. Powers asked us why we changedfrom the original order and thats when we found out. She ordered thecorrect ones and has been very helpful. She is great.

Having had noticeable hearing loss for the past few years, I was skeptical about getting hearing aids as others I have talked to people who spent a lot of money on them and they did not work well. Working with Dr. Andrea Hardy and Dr. Stuart Tomlin changed all of that. They offered a very affordable option and I my hearing has improved dramatically. I was so impressed by Dr. Stuart Tomlin and the entire experience of getting a new hearing aid. Ten years ago I woke up one morning and found I was deaf in one ear. It was diagnosed that a virus had caused it. Over the years I have gone to about six different hearing clinics, and have tried several hearing aids. I was always told that my left ear nerve was completely dead. The hearing aids did not particularly help as I needed them when I was in a noisy place, and the aids just magnified the sounds around me.When I saw Dr. Tomlin he said there was still a little hearing in my left ear after all. With my new hearing aid it is better in noisy situations, plus I am hearing in stereo instead of just one ear. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with their hearing.

After moving from Washington State to Fort Collins, I was referred to HRC by a former nurse and several of her nurse friends. It became apparent that my former “audiologist” had don me a disservice by fitting my very poor right ear with a “CROS” radio that transmits some sounds to the better ear. Samantha Powers, the PhD Audiologist at HRC fit both ears with hearing aids and I have recovered a degree of hearing in the bad ear! Her selection of hearing aids allow much better hearing (for example, hearing in church without using hearing assist radios, listening to TV with direct Bluetooth control of sound to my aids while my wife listens to the TV at an appropriate lower volume). Several years ago I purchased one hearing aid from the Hearing Rehab Center and was very satisfied. A few years later I purchased an aid for the other ear. Dr. Hardy with the Hearing Rehab Center is helping me with my 2nd set of hearing aids with Blue Tooth capability. My first set came from another business in FTC, and after three years, things were still not right. It’s been a Joy working with Dr. Hardy who always stays in touch via email and continually monitors progress via myself and the hearing aid manufacturer. Not all hearing aids work for everyone, as was the case with the first set she had me try. A 2nd set will soon arrive, and she’ll have me wear them for a bit to make sure they are a fit for both my ears and hearing capability. I am absolutely thrilled with Dr. Hardy and her patient determination to make sure that all goes well. Through Dr. Hardy I am truly looking forward to “hearing” to the best of my ability.

Each and every appointment for my hearing (loss) care is excellent. Dr Tomlin and Dr Hardy are amazing in their professional indepth knowledge first of all, and amazing in their compassion, understanding, and grasp of my hearing loss. I had a hearing test in August of 2017 which showed a moderate loss of hearing in my left ear. After a year of continued tinnitus, dizziness, and symptoms of Meneir’s disease, I realized my hearing was rapidly deteriorating. The stage productions I so ardently love and support had become virtually indistinguishable and no longer enjoyable.I went back for another hearing test in March of 2018 which showed decreased hearing in both ears. I did not hesitate in deciding to get hearing aids. Dr Powers showed me all the different options available and I selected the pair I felt best fit my life style, habits, and hearing needs. Yes, they are a major investment, but knowing how much in life you may be missing, the joys of hearing the things you enjoy, and how your cognition is enhanced to keep your mind active, it’s a good value!Dr Powers had my new “ears” in two days. I was given time to learn how to put them in my ear, change batteries, and clean them. The technology is surprising! Dr. Powers showed me how to connect the hearing aids to my smartphone and control volume and sound levels. I had three short follow up appointments to see how I was handling them and fine-tune the volume. I was also provided with a generous amount of extra batteries and cleaning supplies.A very positive experience. I felt the sound proof hearing room and test procedure was superior to other places I’d been. Appointments were always prompt with no waiting, but distracted me from eating the cookies, candy, and coffee they provide. I can stop into the office to purchase all the supplies I need and call if any emergency should arise.Ft. Collins has acquired a jewel with Dr. Powers and the Hearing Rehab Center. Samantha did a great job of fitting new Widex hearing aids for my 90 year old father. The first ear molds didnt fit quite right, but Samantha was very quick to arrange for revised ear molds and now my father can install the hearing aids by himself, they stay in place, and he can hear me talk again, even on the phone.

Above and beyond! Had an annual hearing re-test and hearing aid tune up with associate, Bryne Gonzales. Bryne was amazingly thorough, precise, not rushed, and wonderfully effective. He even managed to repair a sticking button problem with my expensive (but aging) Oticon hearing aids. The level of personal involvement with Hearing Rehab Center at the 1030 Centre Ave, Fort Collins location has been, and remains, unparalleled. Ive been a client since 2010.

They always help me within a short time when my daughter has hearing aid tube problems which happens at the most inconvenient times! They are so pleasant, professional, and helpful and make it so she can hear at school without a long repair wait.
