This office is downright amazing. I have never been here where we werent treated with absolutely amazing service. So friendly, caring and they make you feel important. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Bethany is very friendly & patience. She made sure that I’m able to hear out of these aids & also explained how to use this with the I-phone. Made the visit very comfortable. Pleasant gal.. :)

I am Marvs daughter. Ashley is AMAZING!! Ashley was so helpful and encouraging while working with my dad. After his initial hearing test, he was interested in trying the hearing aids. After hearing the price he was concerned not because he didnt have the money to do it, he just never wants to spend it on himself. I relayed my concern to Ashley, she asked if I could bring him in and she talked to him again and gave him a trial pair. This gave him the opportunity to actually hear what he was missing. Within the first hour his cell phone ringing scared him, and while sitting outside he kept thinking that a bird was sitting on his shoulder. If Ashley would not have taken the time with him to help him see what he was missing he would not have chosen this opportunity.My dad is not a very technology wise person, and Ashley took the time to explain everything to him. He now feels very confident in putting in his hearing aids and adjusting them to the level that works for him. This was an amazing experience for myself and my dad. I would highly recommend you to any and all of my friends!! Thank you!!!

Dr. Katie Cox was very thorough when she did my hearing test. She explained much of who the Inner Ear functions. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

I go to The Hearing Place located in Ft. Lupton to see Brittany or Katie. Its such a warm atmosphere, and I feel totally comfortable there. Ive been well taken care of and would recommend the professionalism and depth of knowledge of these doctors to anyone.

We’re traveling out of state and ran into a problem. My dog tried to eat my hearing aid. We found the hearing place by accident. We went on and in less than 15 minutes my hearing aid was fixed. Very efficient.Would definitely return for all my hearing problems.NB

It was my first appointment and there is still a lot I dont understand, but Margo seems very nice, informative and patient and I hope she will continue to be. She knows her stuff. Im the one who is having difficulty understanding all the material and directions that are required.
