Im retiring and it was time to get a Medicare supplement. Trozan Insurance was recommended to us by a neighbor. We have not been disappointed. Most of all, they know all the ends and outs of Medicare and the different supplements, which made us feel very relieved. Peter was very professional and throughly walked us through the complicated process of medicare and supplemental insurance. He answered all of our questions. His price was very competitive. and even better because he will be with you all of the way even working with the insurance company regarding claims and processes.Most impressive is that Peter will be there anytime you need him. You always have a person and not a call center to go through. It was also very apparent that he understands customer service and wants to provide an honest and excellent experience. Best agency we found that really seems to care about the customer and not just selling a policy. He even stated if it was not the right one for you he was willing to help refer you to one that would be a good fit. He cares about people and wants to educate them so they do not have any anxiety through the process. Will even help you fill out the forms.

I cant even describe how fabulous this office is. Not only was the initial service incredibly thorough, friendly and professional, but their follow up service is fabulous. I forgot or misunderstood so much about my policies, and Ive called them back about four or five times, and they always are patient, helpful, and find the information right away. It is so great to have personal service from the actual agency rather than from a call center. I only wish I could give them six stars.

12 hours before open heart surgery The insurance company denied Open heart surgery. Trozan insurance got on top of it when I called and contacted the insurance company and within two hours we had approval and then surgery was a go. I am so grateful to Trozan insurance but can’t express my gratitude in words.
