One of my favorite food stores ever. Great staff, great selection. Been shopping here since 1999! One of my favorite features of Natural Grocers is that when I shop for produce I dont have to check that its organic. All produce is organic. Love this place!

Been going here for years. Very high quality food. They only select the best. Produce can be pricey, but isnt too bad, given the selection. Love the bulk dry goods. Love going here!

I like all Natural Grocers. There is some consistency between every location: good, mostly organic, bulk section, extraordinary produce, helpful staff, clean restrooms!And honestly, for this level of quality, the prices are reasonable!I would add a bigger beer section, this one is quite expensive and very elitist.

This is a very nice sized grocery store. Its not too big. Not too small either. The store is well lit and seems very well stocked. The parking lot is horrible in the snow. Theres no lines to be seen and theres easily 6 of slush and snow. Where theres no slush theres plenty of packed snow and ice making it quite sketchy walking to and from the car. The steps leading up to the store front are icy as well. The inside of the store had boxes and garbage from restocking the shelves. The folks running the registers were friendly enough and very efficient.

Bring your own bags, otherwise you need to use the boxes similar to the way Costco does it

Natural Grocers is a really good healthy alternative grocery store with a good variety of brands, some hard to find items and a large vitamin-supplement section. Really friendly staff and plenty of free parking.

They do a wonderful job and stock a lot of the things we prefer.

I prefer the on in fort Collins vs Cheyenne. They know more and the staff are much more friendly.

We just moved here from Aurora (where the Natural Grocers is amazing), so I expected great things at this location. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking. We experienced some major attitude from more than one person each time we went. Why so much snark? Guess well move on to Sprouts!

First time shopping at a Natural Grocers. I was helping a friend out. The layout of store seems good enough. Shelves appeared stocked. Store looked clean. I might have shopped a bit for myself but the two employees I spoke with were rude; they seemed bothered I was taking up their time. Lack of customer service is why I gave it 2 stars. Not sure if Ill shop for my family there. My friend really likes the store. So if she needs me to get her groceries again thats what will bring me back.

Sadly the employees at this location are completely rude and actually act like customers are a big inconvenience. Multiple experiences on several different occasions with apathetic or rude employees. Natural Grocers has lost my business after several decades. Id rather drive all the way through town and go to Whole Foods and pay a few dollars more to be treated with authentic kindness. I love several stores in the Denver area but I dont live there any longer. Really disappointing!

I love getting there reverse osmosis water!However some of their other items are so pricey. I have a tendency to not want to shop around. Its far to depressing!

The checker was nice, the selection was good, I was having a great experience until I went to being the basket back. The employee who took the basket from me was extremely rude and nasty. It was difficult to hear her with the mask on, so she grabbed it away and yelled at me. This just happened 12:45 in the Fort Collins store

Great natural food store with a fantastic supplement section. They have only organic produce, so you dont have to worry about finding the separate sections.They also surprisingly have a great greeting card section and some really cute hats.All natural skin care products including make up and animal friendly options only.Really nice people there. They are also careful about COVID precautions.

I really appreciate the organic produce and bulk section. They really oversell ‘humane meat’, which is a yuppie fallacy to relieve the burden of guilt. Would like to see better sales and more advertising of plant based options.

One of the best healthy grocery stores I have ever been to. They also gave a wide variety of supplements and supplies. All of their beauty and body care products are mindfully and ethically sourced.

There is a product I can get here that I cant get elsewhere in town. This would situation cause me to give the store at least 4 stars were it not for their lax Covid mask enforcement. Every time Ive been there, there have been multiple customers shopping with their noses sticking out of their masks. Last time I was in the store, there was an employee (it appeared to be a manager) helping a sales associate with a problem behind the register with their mask under their chin. Your staff sets the tone for customers. Its no wonder your customers dont follow your posted, just for show, rules.I will no longer shop at this store and instead will order the product I need online. My health and safety isnt worth the convenience of local shopping. I have informed friends who care about their safety to also avoid your store. Bad job, guys.

Everything is organic. They have items you cant find anywhere else in Loveland or Fort Collins. Produce is excellent as is choices in frozen and refrigerated foods. Their customer service, especially at checkout, is excellent.

Not our primary grocery store but it does have some items we cannot find anywhere else. A bit more expensive than other places and the parking lot is a nightmare. Staff are very nice.

Always a fresh selection and great sales on popular items. Pre-packaged dinners in the deli section such as pasta, roast veggies, mashed potatoes and burritos are always nice to pick up on days when cooking isnt an option. Also a wonderful spot for fresh flowers and seasonal pies.

I dont recommend coming here what so ever. The food is so overpriced and the employees are so RUDE. I was confused where the vegan yogurts were and I asked an employee who was stocking shelves. She pointed to the aisle behind me and when I walked over there. She copped an attitude out of no where and said um no, this aisle, there is clearly a refrigerated aisle here. Then when she was walking off she goes god rolling her eyes and shaking her head, including having the nastiest tone. Do not come here if you are not familiar here the employees act as if they are so superior. Not to mention the cashier was not friendly at all. They need to work on their costumer service greatly.

Low prices on good healthy food, a great selection of tea!

They are not enforcing the mask mandate. There were two different shoppers not wearing masks and when I said something, they would not do anything about it. Im shocked that for a store about health, they are allowing such casual endangerment of others. Yikes! I will definitely not be back. Other reviewers have had the same experience.

Very helpful staff.

No other store compares in terms of ethics. The quantity of options and store stock may suffer a little because of their high standards, but I think it is desperately needed. I do work for the store, but have worked for others like Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Kroger. Natural Grocers is a quirky store that is definitely suffering some growing pains, but they have the best values in the business and I think that is sorely needed. I chose Natural Grocers above all others for the risks they are willing to take even if it hurts profits, the free education that they offer their workers, and the fact that they provide a FREE Nutritional Health Coach for customers.

Rosie in Vitamins/Supplements was incredible. Very kind. She helped me search the section for a very specific Dietary Supplement I had never bought before. She stuck with me the whole time! If you are shopping for Vitamins/Supplements, and she’s working, you’re in good hands!!!

Natural grocers is a place that I feel good about shopping. They are good about bringing in the natural products!

Love this place. Recently remodeled inside and they sell organic beer. Comparatively the best prices in town on same products. Sign up for their savings and get eggs at a $1.99 a dozen. My go-to place for herbs. You can save a bundle buying your herbs here for pennies as compared to buying the jars. Oddly, goats milk is a dollar more than WF. Whod a thunk... Great staff.

This store is out of a lot of things that we have to travel to 120th ave to get. Like fresh nuts, different cheeses, fresher fruit and vegetables. I wish they would fix the lacking inventory. We can no longer even count on them having a full supply of vitamins in stock. This store is not run as well as other wonderful Natural Grocers, I do not understand what their problem is, but Im frustrated enough to not even try to find what I need there.Also, I shopped there often and they have a no return policy without a receipt. Thats even if your trading Pumpkin pie in a can for pure pumpkin. Their brands. Really? Not going back!

Apparently, natural grocers does not follow state marks mandate. A guy in the store walked without a mask, he hugged another lady who walked in and was touching everything around him. When I try to complain to the cashier she looked at me rolling her eyes and said there is nothing they can do they are a corporate and not allowed to ask people to wear one. There is a big sign at the entrance to the store that specifically requires you to wear a mask. I guess they dont care about their customers well being.

Have just about everything, just not always easy to locate it. Not all NGVC set up in the same way at all.Still love this store tho.

If you’re not buying your produce from here you’re wrong. They consistently have the lowest prices on the food I eat the most of. All the produce is organic and generally VERY reasonably priced. $1 for organic avocados (can this price be beat???). It’s important to me to eat real food, and to get it at a sane cost. This is the place to go to buy your fruits and veggies.

They allow people without face masks. We saw 2 different people without masks and when we complained they refused to take any action. Irresponsible.

This has become my go-to store. Love that all the produce is organic. Prices are reasonable and they have lots of sales. Ive compared many of the prices to other stores and they are usually lower here even when not on sale. The staff are also super friendly. I also love that I can find almost any supplement here.

One of the best local natural food stores in NoCo. Amazing selection of produce and I love that it is all organic. Great selection of specialty foods and body care. The only improvement I’d like to see would be more local, pasture raised eggs. Free Range is a marketing slogan that doesn’t speak to animal welfare at all. Likewise ‘cage free’ - granted Natural Grocers aren’t any worse than any other grocery store, but given their commitment to humanely raised meat and organic produce I’d love to see more truly local pasture-raised eggs.

Friendly, helpful staff. Reliable quality of organic and natural products at reasonable prices. Great educational programs and access to a nutritionist. Especially appreciate their dedication to products of thehumane treatment of chickens, milk cows, etc. Only criticism: the store is good enough that it deserves to expand do it can offer more fresh food options. Ive told their corporate offices, but no response yet.

I have hit and miss for my experiences regarding the employees at the Fort Collins location. When Ive been there before some of the employees are extremely helpful when Ive been looking at supplements. They offer sound advice and help you with comparisons. But then other times Ive gone theyve been rude and not helpful at all. Or I cannot find a single person to assist me while in the store. I bought some pills that were sealed but one pill had been cut open somehow. It got all over the other pills inside the bottle. I went to get a replacement and the assistant manager who helped me was reluctant to allow me to open the replacement bottle when I asked to do so while I stood in front of her to do it. I am not going to wait to open it at home only to have to potentially return the item again if it happened a second time. Ridiculous. She was very odd and peculiar. They missed the mark to be getting a 5 due to this. The positive at this store absolutely outweighs the bad so that is why theyre getting a 4 and not a lower score. Plus theyre pretty good with their prices.

The selection of organic in season produce is always good, the entrance is full of good deals and the staff is friendly and always welcomes questions about where things are and products. I love this Vitamin Cottage! I cannot imagine who talked to anyone rude at this location. I have always found them helpful, kind, and generous-spirited.I have a disabled son and they always take an interest in how he is doing. I love their new rewards program which helps us out a lot since we have to buy a boatload of supplements for him.I only wish some of their produce, like corn on the cob was fresher. Otherwise, we have been very pleased with the quality of the food and of the helpers. (esp. Johnny! Hope hes reading. ;-))

I really like Natural Grocers as a company. They have specific standards that must be met for the products they sell, which allows me to have more comfort in knowing the food Im buying is safe.This particular store is managed well. Ive been shopping here for nearly 7 years. Most employees have been there for quite some time and treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. I think this speaks well of their management (when employees stay).I really like the fact that they are a bagless store that contributes to charity for every bag a customer brings. They also have an excellent return policy.

This is the place that had the superior gluten free bread.If youve had GF bread youre probably familiar with its texture; thick, heavy, a little grainy, its a chore to eat.The bread they sell here (Bread Basket I think its called) I cant find anywhere else. Its expensive, as gluten free bread is ($6~ a loaf) but I swear to you its taste and texture is perfectly matched to regular, gluten-y bread. The parking isnt bad, but not great, and the bread sells fast, but its close, convenient, and the employees are friendly.A+
