Have been going here for years, even through the ownership change (new owner worked as an employee for years and happens to be one of the best wax people in NoCo.) They have always been a reliable place to get great mani/pedis, facials and waxing. I am VERY particular on my brows and Chanice is my go-to gal. Overall A fantastic local business!

I have never had any professional body service done before and I got the Brow Wow treatment by Jasmyn. The space was cute and clean and full of lovely items for sale, Jasmyn was bubbly and kind and I think she did a great job. I was super happy with the result and will definitely be back before my wedding to have them redone! thank you!

I like She She for nail services. Ive found better options for waxing. But nails, theyre good! Its clean and comfortable and they always have a chick flick on the big screen to keep you entertained. Gets one star off because Ive found the staff to be a bit cold but not so much that I wont go back.

I had an amazing experience with She She. First, I could schedule an appointment! And they were on time. Second, I was very happy with my pre-wedding mani/pedi. I splurged and did the eye brow wax, lash dye and eyebrow dye — perfection. I am SOLD on the lash and brow dyes. I woke up every day of my honeymoon feeling and looking photo-ready. I got a few compliments on my brows, too. This place is my new go-to! I’ve already sent a few friends in for the lash dye. (Definitely doing that before every vacation!)

Shockingly terrible customer service. I witnessed a staff member verbally abusing another person when she thought no one was in ear shot. Wonder what she said about me too after I spent money there.

This is the best nail and beauty salon I have ever been to. The experience is always relaxing and comforting, plus their skills are always top notch. Even with a change in ownership there has not been a change in quality. I frequently get shellac, standard mani/pedi and the brow wow (wax, tint and lash tint).

I had a great experience at She She today. Leah was my nail technician and she did a flawless job. Not to mention she is super sweet and easy to talk to. What sets this place apart from the rest? 1) very clean, inviting space 2) non-whirlpool footbaths, just a clean basin of warm water with river rocks at the bottom 3) sanitary tools 4) organic skin care products 5) English-speaking employees (sorry, not sorry) which makes it much easier to communicate my needs . After trying out a few other salons in town, I have finally found a place I love!

Hands down the best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had! I live in Cheyenne, WY and I plan on coming back here. I am going to be looking into their other services as well (massages and facials)! I got my eyelash extension done by Miss Chloe today and had a wonderful experience! She was very thoughtful and allowed me to lay certain ways and interrupt her to move to change positions so I could be more comfortable! I was very impressed with the quality and care I received! I initially came to She She because my best friend recently started working there. Bias because of that aside, She She is a beautiful, clean, and friendly salon. They are up front about services when they are booked, and they honor their appointments, which is nearly impossible to find in most nail salons. The techs are nice, attentive, and they make sure you are happy with your service. I recommend them :)

The salon does great nails but also insures the cleanliness of their tools so I dont have to worry about any type of infection when I go there! I will continue to go there to get beautiful pedicures and manicures done. Also their estheticians do a great job on Brazilian waxes!!!

She She is my favorite nail salon in Fort Collins, and I have been to a LOT of nail salons over the course of living in FoCO for almost 20 years. She She is sparkling clean every time I visit, I have been in all of the treatment rooms and have had my nails and toes done many times. It is always my first choice when I have time to pamper myself. The technicians are always warm and friendly, and my nails always look amazing. Plus its a super fun perk that theres always something fun to watch while Im there. They serve you a drink when you come in, and you sit in cozy chairs. The techs are either happy to chat with you or let you rest in quiet. I also love the boutique. There is always something new, and some things I go in for specifically because She She is the only one that carries it. Five Stars!

Small place in a crowded area of Foco. The employees are wonderful, very nice and tentative. They did a wonderful job on my mothers beauty treatment just would have been nice if there was an area she could have waited in so her nails could dry before needing to move for other customers. Maybe move some of the items you are trying to sell and add more seats for those waiting.

I love the Brow Wow service as well as the Glow Facial. Professional staff, clean, relaxing! She She is awesome, I would recommend it to anyone and a gift card from here would be a great gesture for any occasion.

I went in as a model for Veronica for a full set of lashes. I LOVE them! I got them done right before our 7 day vacation to the Dominican Republic and let me tell you they were amazing!! I was definitely hard on them and they held up beautifully!! Highly recommend Veronica! She is simply amazing!!!!

This is my happy place, where I come to be refreshed! I have been going to She She for years. I have never had a bad experience. Every technician does my brows perfectly every time; I never have to worry about them messing them up. I first started going when my skin freaked out after moving back to Colorado. I got the Glow facial and Morgan helped me get new products to get my skin back to healthy again. A few years later I got the glow facial from Krista and she helped me get products based on how my skin had changed. The facials are soooo relaxing. They are all very knowledgeable so I know where to turn when I have a question about products and skin problems. The pedicures are wonderful and I love the giant screen and comfortable chairs. It is very welcoming, never judgy, and overall a wonderful place. Every staff member has always been wonderful. I highly recommend She She!

I love Susan and the staff! They are very busy, because they are the only salon in the area that follows sanitary and other state regulations to a t! I will never go anywhere else now that I have found them. They choose organic products and chemical free ways of sanitizing (none of that blue dye in the water). Not to mention rose water for your feet to soak in is delightful! And the movie screen, when its playing, is a nice treat. The waxing and eyelash tinting services are also great :). Highly recommend!!

I have been going to She She for years now, facials, waxing services, mani pedis. Wonderful atmosphere with fun movies, comfy chairs, excellent service and attention to detail. Friendly staff, highly recommend! Online appointments are also a wonderful bonus.

This is one of the only nail salons in town that has proper sanitation and hygiene. They also have done a great job on my nails most of the time - however, some of the new hires are not great. Ask for someone who has been there for a while.

We have lived in this town for 25 years and never have I had such poor customer service. I made sure to make an appointment the day before and when I got there I was told that my appointment did not allow for a gel manicure. I was a new customer and was never told that...all I was told was that I had a quickie manicure and pedicure waiting for me. To top it all off my son was getting married in 2 days! My husband had bought $300 worth of gift cards that we want refunded. She She attendants said it would only take an extra 15 minutes to do the gel manicure and yet you couldnt make room for that? Absolutely will not recommend this to any of my friends or clients. My nails will be done at home by me for such an important family event. Shame on you She-She Salon!

I literally just walked in my door after my first visit at She She today, and had to sing praises about my experience. Krista went above and beyond any expectations I had walking in. I chose the Fluff Seasonal Facial. My skin is glowing and has never felt so good! Walking in, I was anxious, as Im an introvert and new spaces can make me a bit on edge. I was warmly welcomed at the front desk. Krista greeted me warmly, her energy and presence was warm and welcoming, and made me feel right at ease. She listened to my skin concerns, and explained products she would be using. The facial was Ah-mazing. The products felt great and the organic frangences were perfect. The massage with the facial was a great surprise as well, I have pain in my thumbs from years of working with my hands and she not only helped my skin but hand pain as well. I cannot wait to come back.I highly recommend Krista, you will not be disappointed!

Huge lounge chairs where you lean back and get pampered to the max.I watch shows my husband cant stand (like The Office) - and hang out while the polish dries.Pampering on an island of escape - and your nails look fine too.

Went to SheShe last week and received a deluxe mani and pedi. The technician was lovely and the shop has a great vibe, I really did enjoy the appointment/service while there. However, I was very disappointed that within 24hrs every single finger nail had chipped polish. Ive been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced this. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

Always seems to be over booked, each nail tech is alotted UN realistic time slots, they call even s polka dot nail art and charge you extra. Nail techs seem to talk about themselves a lot. I can never seem to get my wife in for what seems like simple procedures.

Got an eyelash lift and tint for $85 and the results were underwhelming. Front desk staff seemed slightly rude. I had a $5 off coupon (from Instagram) that they seemed confused and surprised by, after accepting the coupon I looked at my receipt and saw it was never awarded. I wont be going back there, I think its over priced for sub-par work.

They did a great job on my first ever pedicure. I would go there again.

I have been coming to She She for my pedicures for about a year and have truly loved my experience! My only complaint, a major one,which is one that will have me not return, the treatment of my daughter. It has been an ongoing treat to have my eight year old come with me to get a pedicure or manicure. We take the day and go to Fox and Crow to have lunch, then get our nails done. The first time about a year ago her experience was fabulous and we had so much fun but after that, Ive had a technician refuse to talk to her during a manicure, the technician seemed upset to have her! About two months ago, we drove an hour from Estes Park, for our girls day and yet another rude technician complained to her about being too picky (due to she wanted another coat of sparkle nail polish to really see the sparkles) and that she didnt have time for it because she had a regular client waiting! I am shocked and appalled at the treatment of my little girl. I bring this up a couples months later because Now, she no longer wants to go to She She on our girls day out and it is so disappointing. Owner and Management- Please remind your staff that ALL paying clients should be treated with respect, deserve good quality treatment, have a good experience and should leave with beautiful nails that they enjoy!

I went to SheShe and had the most amazing facial by Morgan. My skin felt very hydrated for an entire week after my appointment. I also had a mani and pedi by veronica! My polish hasnt chipped yet and she was very friendly.

First time we came in without an appointment and I totally understand the need for one. The girl up front (with red short hair) was very short and when she bullied me into an appointment I still wasnt going to get what I came for. So I went over to my friends who still were gettimg services and told them i think Im just going to come back for mine. The girl from up front interrupted me and said If you arent going to keep the appointment then I need to cancel it. I answered by sayingI know please give me just a second. I then for sure cancelled the appointmemt.One week later me and my friend came back in after making appointments and the same girl was at the counter and helped us. She said since we are already 5 minutes in both of you will not be able to get the deluxe pedicure but instead one could get a regular one Of course I was upset since this was the second time coming and I wasnt going to get the deluxe again plus we made appointments. Yeah we were 5 minutes late but to have to totally give up what we wanted over it. Crazy scheduling problem I did not expect. My friend said she would get the regular pedicure so then we could get started. The girls (Kassidy & Victoria) who did our pedicures where AMAZING! They were super sweet and gave us both the deluxe after all.

After losing a toenail from a fungal infection I got from a pedicure, I was VERY picky about where I decided to go next. She she has great sterilization and sanitary techniques plus I love the environment and they do great manicures!

Got a quickie mani today and it is perfect. My gal was a dear, her name sounded like Desidaria? Something with a D? Very sweet and very talented. Nice skill, pressure, form, and technique. Quality products. I have been getting mani pedi’s monthly for 2 decades in Fort Collins and have been everywhere. That being said, the front desk person was rude. Her mood was subdued, affect flat, and speech curt. Perhaps it was an off day...She was the only drawback. But the drawback was glaringly out of place in such a lovely boutique.

This nail salon is on point! Every employee I met was really friendly, it was like you were hanging out with your girlfriends. The best part is your getting your nails done, I had a mani and pedi. Super relaxing and they use this scrub that is amazing, I really need to buy some next time I go in. The salon itself is really so pretty and has a boutique with the coolest clothes, skincare and jewelery. My nail tech was Veronica and she was meticulous with my finger nails, they were a wreck. Next time I go in for my pedi, Im going to try some facial treatments and I cannot wait! Ladies, this place is the definition of a true nail salon...you wont be disappointed.

Sorry but this is one lousy pedi and especially for $38! The girl did not even say hi let alone introduce herself and the polish was so old that 5 hours later while laying face down on a tanning bed the polish pushed right off my toes. So I called and spoke to the receptionist and she said she would speak to the manager and call me back. 5 hours later and no call from anyone. And I was being very kind about it all and really just wanted a refund on the pedi so I dont understand not even getting a call back. There was no cleaning of the nails, very little old skin removal and a leg and foot massage that was just putting on cream rather than a massage. This is not up to par for a $38 pedi! And after no return call I will not go back and will tell everyone to stay away from SheShe.

I am new to the area. Since moving to Fort Collins I have had a difficult time finding a place where I felt a like I wasnt being persicuted for being a straight male and getting my nails done. The technicians are amazing and speak English. A few nice things about coming to She She for me are..... If I feel like just zoning out and not talking, the technicians pick up on it. Not only is this place clean and very professonal there is no gossip. As a guy I dont want to hear the local gossip, and like this town isnt small enough.... Oh and did I mention that She She has Goorin Brothers hats. If you like making a statement without saying a word this is your hat. Youll find the best flat caps, fidoras, or cadet hats in this place. I recommend checking this place out!
