Jamie was amazing! Hands down best massage I’ve ever had. I felt like a million bucks walking out of there she got to every muscle issue that I had some I told her about, some she found on her own which blew me away.

I told the therapist exactly where I needed & wanted her to focus my massage. She did not even touch those two areas. Except that I paid in in cash, I possibly would have had the cc charge XXX.I went there for a special introductory price of 60.00. It was not worth 1/2 that.Also, she put moist heat on my back with the sheet over the damp towel(?). The sheet absorbed the moisture & when I turned over of course it was cold. I asked her to please get me a dry sheet - I thought she was going to work on my neck & shoulders & feet at that time - but no she was finished.The manager offered to extend the introductory offer to me for a second massage but I will go somewhere else. That was time & money wasted.

Been going here for over a year now. 💜 Every time Ive been, my therapist has taken care of me wonderfully! Almost exactly as far as what Ive asked for. Each therapist will have your body feeling so much better! 💙Laid back, other than the upsells in certain instances, haha and a great place to relax! Those things do rock though.. For someone who is broke, I love my monthly price but wish I could afford the add-ons! 😋Thank you for your wonderful customer service H&S! 💚

They need to fully disclose information in regards to pregnant women. Nothing on their website discloses detailed information, in the studio, or sign in paperwork. Canceled my membership. Taking my business elsewhere.

The people a massage therapists are nice and professional at Hand and Stone, however I am done going to this corporate establishment.There has yet to be a time when there isn’t some surprise fee, or my account has been charged for something extra or this time one of my gift cards wasn’t accepted. I had two that were purchased and given to me at the same exact time yet Hand and Stone would only accept one....of course it’s always something.They made no exceptions for the fact they were closed due to COVID and I had been pregnant during a pandemic so not about to go out. I was told a manger would contact me, however, it had been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing. Needless to say not a relaxing way to end my massage, being frustrated and having to pay more than I should.So disappointed in this company, their corporate policies and poor customer service.

Got a Swedish massage from Alan, left feeling like whole new person! The wonderful lady at the front desk was so helpful. I will definitely be back!!

The therapist are nice enough but the corporate overlay is full of miscommunications and overcharges. Do not hand over your credit card information.

Grey was amazing! Ive had a few massages before but he was the best Ive ever experienced by far. He was very attentive to an old injury and knew how to dig in without hurting. Id go back again any day and highly recommend him!

I absolutely love this salon! Everyone of my massages have been amazing! Jamie is my all time favorite masseuse! She puts my into a deep meditation and completely relaxes me while releasing so much stress from my body.I also have to mention Leslie! She is a phenomena aesthetician! I got a massage today from Salix and she did an incredible job! I really appreciated how knowledgeable and informative she is. I also appreciated that she took a lot of care in my problem areas while also giving me tips on how to help them at home/ everyday life! I will definitely be back to see her again! ☺️

There’s nothing more relaxing then my trip to Hand and Stone! My massage therapist Janet is excellent! She always works the areas I need work on and she gives great ideas on how I can improve certain areas with different stretches. The Himalayan hot stones are a new favorite of mine. Exfoliates my skin while helping my body get even more relaxed. The front office ladies are great too, always cheerful and kind. Over all, a great place to visit!

Had my first hot stone massage with Leena. She did an excellent job. She made me feel comfortable and it was so relaxing! The spa itself has a great atmosphere and friendly customer service.

Honestly, I felt a little shorted on time. I got there 20 minutes early in hopes of being able to get back use the FULL hour, which according to what I was told, was how long the facial was supposed to last. My facial didnt even start until 10 minutes after it was supposed to start, and I got done about 5-10 minutes early as well... so in total, I had about 15-20 minutes cut off of my $100 facial. I am not trying to be nit-picky, but if I am going to spend that kind of money, I would at least like the full amount of time that I am promised.

Not the best massage Ive ever had but not the worst. The massage therapist talked a lot during the massage and it was a little hard to relax. She also gave me a deep tissue when I specifically asked not to do that but those are the ones she specializes in. Not bad but I probably wont be back.

Had a very lovely experience at Hand and Stone this afternoon. Grey took care of my hot stone massage and did wonders for my lower back pain. The owner Yvonne I believe her name was and Nick working the front desk were very lovely people who made the entire experience smooth and relaxing. I am now a member and will return with my wife! My facial at Hand & Stone was fabulous! The front desk staff was helpful and efficient and my aesthetician was gentle and thorough. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. I am excited about my new monthly membership and will certainly continue to get facials here.

This place is AMAZING! Not only did their services help me determine what was truly wrong with my back, but they solved a problem that was unusual on their part, with class. And most of the fault was due to my mental disability, but they did the absolute best customer service in the world. Their professionalism in the art of massage therapy has also rekindled my want to go into the practice. Once I can do so, I will become a repeat customer! ^_^

Doing this here since there is no yelp page yet (?). I would give a 1 star but my husband had a great experience so it averages out to 3. We went to take advantage of the introductory offer and it was my gift to the hubby for Valentines Day. The decor and vibe is very nice, clean and relaxing. My husband was called back 15 minutes before I was and my appointment went late. They also took another guy back that came in after me. They did apologize and I appreciate that but it would have been better to go back at the same time. I overheard another greeter tell the guy before me that music, lighting, and pressure were all customizable but I was never given the opportunity to customize. In fact some of the music was great and some Of it was cliche Pan flute. Would have liked less of that. My massage therapist Travis was a little off his game I think. Ive probably had 50+ massages in my life from places all over the world and Ive never been in this much pain the day after in my life. I carry tension in my shoulders, particularly the right so I asked to focus on that. Now my upper back and shoulders feel like theyve been in a fight and probably bruised. Id prefer the tension. I did ask for the pressure to be lighter and it was lightened a bit-I think he has a heavy hand and not a good fit for me. Also his nails were a bit long and I got scratched a few times. When sitting near me doing the head/neck I could also smell body odor. In addition he did repetitive pinching of my neck skin with his thumb and index finger as a technique....NEVER experienced that before and found it odd. Toward the end was the scalp massage and they use peppermint oil. Smells great but he used waaaaay too much. I felt Like there were 10+ drops hitting my hairline and when he finished my hair was so oily I looked like Ive never washed my hair in my life. Had to put a hat on so we could finish running errands. My husband also had a the peppermint scalp massage and his hair looked fine. In fact he had an overall great experience with Janet. When I came out and went to pay they tried to up-sell me on their membership plan. I declined no less than 3 times and felt uncomfortable/annoyed since they wouldnt take no for an answer. After my experience Im obviously not jumping at the chance to get a membership and as I told Emily at the front desk, I had a spa membership previously and hardly used it so the massages just kept banking up and it was a waste of money for me. Im willing to go back and try another massage therapist but I wouldnt rave about this place.

Not my best experience. Massage felt inexperienced and facial was great, except a microdermabrasion was supposed to be added and wasnt. Reception had requested I change appointment times and did not thank me for being flexible, and then attempted to charge for what was already a paid for service. I may not keep my membership much longer.

I will not go back. Had less then ideal experience from the beginning. The full body hour massage was less than 45 minutes and was certainly not a full body... not even close. When I voiced my displeasure to the massage therapist and receptionist both were unapologetic and frankly act like they didnt care.

They told me to let the person giving me a message know exactly what I wanted and how hard. I dont believe my directions were followed. I repeatedly​ asked for more pressure and specific body parts attended to. After about half way through I just stopped asking.

The staff at Hand and Stone are very friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to help their guests. One time I had to run through a hailstorm from my car to get to an appointment and they saw me and were waiting at the door for me with a towel. They even dried my clothes for me during my appointment!
