Paige did my hair and she is AMAZING!! I usually leave haircuts sad about my hair being shorter with still no style to it but Paige knew how to help give my hair style and volume even with my thin/fine hair. I would recommend her to anyone! My best friend told me my hair looks the best it ever has!

Worst place EVER to go! 2 years in a row they have messed with my scheduling. First time they forgotto pit me on the schedule. Today they call me as Im walking in to reschedule due to their lack of communication. I get my hair done only once a year and they have failed, once again. I DO NOT recommend this place, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

I had a really bad experience with eyelash extensions here a few weeks ago. I had voiced my concerns with the eyelash technician here about one bad past experience and showed her pictures of what I wanted my eyelash extensions to look like and even some pictures of what I didnt want. What I ended up with looked worse than the picture of what I showed her I didnt want. She rushed through them and left me with a patch of eyelashes in the middle of one of my eyes that were completely void of eyelashes. They looked terrible! She put so much glue on them (another thing I told her I didnt want) that I had a ton of glue in my eyes, causing them to get extremely irritated. The very next day I had eyelash extensions coming out because they werent properly put on. I voiced my concerns with the owner, who was very nice and apologetic. She immediately refunded our money and offered to take them off. I was very hesitant to have them removed by the same person who put them on, but was assured she would be extremely professional and gentle with my eyelashes. Wrong! She immediately started plucking the eyelash extensions off without even using any eyelash remover on them! When she did this I asked her what exactly she was doing, because I have had them removed before and they NEVER do that! She said they would come off quicker that way! When it became too painful and I asked her to stop, thats when she put the remover on them! Now my eyelashes are completely damaged and messed up because of this eyelash extension specialist! I am posting pictures of what a horrible job this individual did on yelp. You have been warned!

Orchidee as a salon is a very comfortable and relaxing environment, where I can settle in to get pampered! Very excited for their new location opening in December, 2013!

I was given a groupon to get a manicure and pedicure at Orchidee. I called the main number and left at least three messages and never got a call in return to schedule an appointment. I decided to see of the nail tech had a direct number that I could call. Thankfully she did. I called that number and we played phone tag a couple time. Finally I was able to get a hold of her and set up the appointment.When I got to the salon I had no idea where to go because they dont even have someone at the front desk to greet you and tell you where to go or let the nail tech know that you are there. After a minute or so the nail tech saw me and I was told to sit and wait while she finished the manicure that she was working on. While I waited I picked my nail color. She only had about 15 colors to choose from.Once it was my turn she never even tried to make conversation with me. We pretty much sat there in silence for about an hour.She did do a nice job but for how much she charges and the over all feel of the unorganized salon I would not go back. It was nothing special and I know that there are several other salons in Fort Collins that you can go to and get a great manicure, pedicure, great service, and a fun environment.

I absolutely love Orchidee Salon and Spa! The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. I have been going to Sarah Tyler for my hair for over 10 years. She is an amazing hair stylist and is always updated and educated on the newest hair trends. She has always been extremely helpful on any and all hair questions and tips, and has the best hair products. Everyone at the salon is extremely friendly and inviting. Sarah is doing my hair for my wedding and Im very excited, she listens to her clients, and I have never been disappointed. Orchidee is a great place for nails, massage, and skin treatments, weddings and more.

I love Orchidee Salon and Spa. As a photographer, I have worked with them many times on various photo shoots. I have always been impressed by both their artistic and technical abilities. The stylists are able to transform our models with spectacular updos, hairstyles and makeup. I also, really enjoy their beautiful salon – so gorgeous in fact that we’ve done several of our photo shoots at their location.When it came time to choose a hairstylist and makeup artist for my own wedding, I knew hands down it had to be Orchidee. I appreciated having the opportunity to do a ‘trial-run’ before the big day. Both my stylist, Sarah, and makeup artist, Kylie, asked plenty of questions and really listened to find out exactly what I wanted. When my wedding day came, they arrived on time (we got ready at my hotel), were very personable with my family and bridal party, and most importantly, did a wonderful job. My hair and makeup turned out even better than I had hoped. They made me feel beautiful and confident. I highly recommend Orchidee Salon and Spa.

I havent gotten my hair colored in over a year. I had old highlights in my hair which I hated. They were looking choppy as they were growing out and I told her I did not want any blonde highlight look to my hair. The first time she colored it it ended up looking just like my natural color, strawberry blonde, when I was trying to go for a darker reddish ombré. She said she would re do it for free and add chocolate coloring to it so it would be darker. However, when I showed back up there, I asked if she could put the chocolate where she put all the highlights. She said she came up with a better idea so I could still have a more red darker ombré look. And she also wanted to add highlights to the front of my hair with a shadow effect underneath. I believe there was no brown coloring used whatsoever based on how my hair turned out. I told her okay, I trust you. I made a mistake. I should not have trusted her and stayed firm to what I wanted. I still dont have the ombré effect I wanted. And in addition I now have highlights that are in front and show every time I look in the mirror. I still do not see any ombré effect in my hair. Im very disappointed because I cant afford to color my hair a lot. So Im now stuck with I look that I was trying to get away from for a while. In my opinion (which should be the only one that matters) I dont notice a difference from when she colored it first to the second time. The only difference is now I have highlights. Which as I said before, I did not want that look.

Dont listen to any review that starts, I had a Groupon or I went on LivingSocial. These are the cheapest and most demanding customers and they are not willing to pay for good service.
