Professional team in a clean facility.Haley did a fabulous job with my hair - I didnt have a clear vision (only some parameters of what I wanted) and she was able to work with me to develop the idea and execute a great cut and color. I did a dramatic transformation (cut off 15 inches) and she was game for that! Would return and recommend to others.

Murat is amazing. I have have worked with him for the past to pageants that I did. My hair looked amazing with the highlights and color blend together and natural look forward to come back, for my next appointment.

Think Id have to go again to up the rating. Im mixed, black and Asian and have hair as such. To be more specific think 3c to 4a hair. So it was thicker and curlier than the stylist expected I think. After getting home and combing it out I found a lot of scraggly long strands. The shape of my cut fits my face, so thats amazing, but I needed to go in and cut some places myself. To be fair I was on a time crunch so there was no time for her to detangle my hair herself. Very friendly staff, Id go again if I blow out my hair myself and then have them cut it. The atmosphere was fabulous. So I paid 35 for a hair cut and 25 for a 5min deep conditioner in a hair towel. Total of 60 dollars.

Haley did a wonderful job. It was my first time there and they impressed the heck out of me. Had a color correction and it came out perfect after I had messed it up at home. My hair feels healthy and it looks amazing.

Edit: unfortunately the dye turned grey after about two days even with proper aftercare. We were also told that maybe it didn’t come out as good as we thought. He took very good care of her and took the necessary time even when it went over the scheduled time commitment. We have worked with a few salons and this was the best result we have had! Went in for a complicated color correction for silver/ grey hair and am very happy with the result! They are all about customer service and making every customer happy. They did a wonderful job!I would add a picture of the resulting silver hair but I unfortunately dont know how.

Over 5 years ago I went to Enchanté and very much enjoyed my experience but due to moving I had to find a new hairdresser. Recently I purchased a Groupon to find a new person to do my Brazilian Blowouts and was ecstatic to try Enchanté again! I was offered an appointment but because I was a client with a Groupon they told me that they had to cancel my appointment. Furthermore they went on to say that they are busy and could not fit me in till the end of the month (even though I was already offered an appointment for weeks earlier). It made the experience feel unprofessional and invalidating.

I love this place! Krystal is amazing with hair, she is able to do exactly what I want without having to say much. She also is great at figuring out what to do when I dont have a clue. I always leave with a big smile on my face and loving how I look.

I have been to this salon twice now. Morat did an amazing job cutting my hair both times. I have gotten so many compliments on my last haircut. I just love it. It is a little on the $$ side but worth it for a good trusted haircut.

I just got a hair cut with Murat and I love it! He is obviously very experienced and tells it like it is (while not judging me for my bad split ends). The front desk girl was very professional, nice, and informative. They also book online and got me in quickly and on a weekend. The salon was very private and clean. They have a lot of European products and tools so it definitely lives up to its name. He also didnt try to push any extra services on me in fact he gave me some for free. I was looking for a new, consistent hair dresser and I found it here for sure. Will be going back, already booked a return appointment.

I don’t often write bad reviews, but if I could give Enchante 0 stars, I absolutely would.The owner is a complete jerk, incredibly rude, unprofessional, and overcharges for his AWFUL work.I have never experienced such poor treatment at a hair salon as I did here.I went back to get a refund and he refused, and began yelling at me and got in my face.I will always, 100% of the time, advise people do not go here.

I would steer away from this place, they do not honor packages they sell on Groupon. Poor customer service and never answer the phone.

I started going to Enchante about three years ago when I struck out at several other salons in town. Murat is very talented and gives you his undivided attention every time. He really listens to what you want. Enchante also schedules sufficient time for appoints so that the stylists are not rushing through your hair to get to someone else. If you ever wonder why Enchante seems quite, its not because they dont have clientele, its because they are careful with scheduling so each client receives the time and attention they deserve. If you want a 15-minute, inexpensive hair cut, this is not the place for you. However, if you want a highly professional experience, give Enchante a try. I will not trust my hair to anyone else in Fort Collins.

Murat was fantastic! I absolutely love my hair and all the effort he put into it. It was definitely a splurge for me, but so so soooo worth it!! My hair has so many dimensions, he is extremely talented with color! His assistant was very nice as well and attentive. Loved the experience, will be back!

ExtensionsI had the very same bad experience except I only had mine in for a month or less. I keep picking up the hair off shoulders to take some weight off because I felt like someone was pulling my hair out. I looked above the beads one day and I seen my hair broken off above the link they put in my hair. I also had chunks of hair coming out after they were removed. Number one I was told there would be no damage, number two it was way to heavy for my hair and pulled it out. I do not have thick hair to begin so this was a huge bummer. But sucking it up I went back in knowing I was going to have to cut what was left off. I walk in and get asked where are your extensions. I tell the story of them pulling my hair out and there really was no I am sorry or offer of a refund (I know there was a contract but the damage was severe in a short amount of time and it cost me $2000 plus to have my hair ripped out, when I was promised it would not damage it.Just hmmm I have not had that before......I proceed to get a cut and color, I wanted red but ended up looking like a hot tamale and my side bangs were cut so short they stuck up. At this point I had less hair than a two year old (this is not a joke).I went straight home and since I have my hair license I had professional color at home. I walked straight from my vehicle to my room and colored it dark and wore a hair piece for a good six months. Oh and the only person who saw me from my vehicle to my room was one of my kids and their response what oh my what happened to you. That’s says something right there.Yes they promised no damage. Yes it costs a small fortune, and yes it was all a lie. My hair got ruined. I have since been to other salons and have heard many stories from this salon damaging hair. I wish I had done more research before using them.So truthfully Murat ruined my hair and it took over a year for it to feel somewhat better but it’s still very thin.It took me a long time to decide to write a review but I feel I was ripped off with money and have a long time of damaged, thinned out hair, and I certainly don’t want this happening to anyone else.

The entire experience was incredible— great service, conversation, and an overall comfortable/welcoming vibe. I’d recommend this salon to any and everyone!

I have been losing my hair gradually over the past 5 years. Finally, over the last two years, I have become less and less social with friends. In a world where hair is the central focus for women, going bald and losing your hair is devastating. I did a great deal of research and ended up deciding on Enchante Salon. My research definitely paid off. Murat was not only a great artist and knew exactly what I needed to help me face the world once again. The topper that was recommended was highlighted and cut to fit the shape of my face. He also colored my bio hair that is left on my head. I walked out with the amazing hair that day and looked wonderful. It is completely undetectable! I could not be happier. Murat was also so kind and reassuring. A week later I had an appointment at the dermatologist to discuss my alopecia, and the doctors did not know I had hair extensions. They entered his name into their database for women who ask for recommendations for hairpieces and or extensions. I can not begin to thank Murat enough for giving me back my life. He is truly and utterly amazing. Thank you, again, Murat, for being so kind and sensitive during this traumatic life-altering event that has happened in my life.

I am not one to usually write reviews, but felt I had to comment on the review regarding hair extensions. Ive worn hair extensions now for almost 4 years, and have been coming to Murat now for almost 2 of those years. He has always done my hair extensions and is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very talented. Hair extensions are not easy and require a strong COMMITMENT! They are not for everyone, and some people simply cannot wear them (they may be too rough), or do not know how to take care of them properly. I do not believe that they simply started falling out right after the customer left the salon. I have used two different types of extensions with Murat at Enchante` and both have been put in very well and have lasted 6 weeks to 3 months and had to be reapplied once the growth started to show, and not because they were loose or falling out right after my appt. Murat urged me to get my current extensions (Cinderella) when it was time for a new set (I had used my last set for over a year), and he was completely right. I can now go for over two months without having to come back in, and again its because they start to show with the new hair growth. I also want to add that coming to a new salon is a new experience and not every stylist is going to nail your perfect cut and style the first time. I am a very tough girl to please, and Murat has always been very sweet and accommodating to me. My color wasnt perfect the first time I came in to see Murat and he simply fixed it that day stating that it, Was no big deal and he wanted me to leave feeling beautiful and happy, and guess what? I did. I think that anyone that comes into this salon, would be pleased not only with Murat and Kim, but also with the rest of the staff and the services that they provide.

She took her time and it came out amazing. The staff is so friendly and they made me feel like a princess after my hair was done. They offer drinks and give you a mini photoshoot. I went here with the family and while waiting for my wifes hair extensions I was treated with Turkish Coffee and treats. After a while I decided to get my haircut with Murat and he was amazing. My wife love the new style he created for me.

Stylist was very educated and good at his job. I love my hair! The best hair color and cut i’ve ever received my whole life.

First off I want to say that the woman at the front desk was very sweet and both she and the stylist I worked with were professionals when I went in for a bang trim. I went in because the salon was nearby, had good reviews and their website said bang trims were complimentary (a plus for me since I want to keep my ends ragged for Halloween and am waiting to get a real hair cut until November). It was a good trim, but throughout my visit, the stylist kept pushing products that I didnt want with the rather insulting suggestion that my hair really needs help. He didnt use anything to shield my clothes from hair, and I assumed that was the cost of a complimentary trim, until I found out it was actually $10 and they just really need to update their website. Should have made more of an issue with that, but I needed to get home and I was afraid theyd try and make me buy more stuff.

The place only had two stylists in total, by appointment only. It took two hours for a hair cut that I didnt like and wasnt what I asked for or showed pictures of. When I said this the stylist snipped a bit more off than I wanted and made it uneven. Then they styled my hair with a ridiculous amount of hair products. I ended up going to a Fantastic Sams later and got a nice pixie cut that cost me way less and looked better. Ill never go here again.

It is a great place! Pleasant atmosphere, very professional stylists and Turkish coffee. They really know what they are doing there. I was SOOO happy with my hair cut and color. You might think it is a little expensive (not much more then studio BE) but the result was worth every dollar I spent there! If you are looking for an European style haircut - it is a right place!

I paid 1500 for hair extensions and hair products the day of I was in love with the hair little did I know that moment would last very little literally a day after I had them put on, they were loose and started to fall out I went back a week later it was to the point that if I brushed my hair the hair extensions came down with the brush so I went back to the salon and somehow it was my fault ! Terrible customer service . all they could do was take them completely off and give my short hair a shine! They kept the hair I paid for as well. They made me feel like it was only money they were after and not the actual way I felt about the poor work done to my hair. I never spend money on myself like that so I finally was able to do so and it just honestly bothers the crap out of me to have spend so much and not even be able to enjoy it. This was just my personal experience others enjoy their visit there and thats great wish I could have said the same .

I rarely ever leave reviews but I feel this review is absolutely necessary! I have only been to this salon once, and Murat did my hair. I booked for a Brazilian Blowout and partial highlight. I did not even realize what truly happened until I got home... I was scammed/duped and I totally fell for it because he seemed like such a nice guy. Firstly, Murat did a FULL highlight when I booked a partial. I was not paying attention I guess. Maybe it was all the flattery and constant compliments about how beautiful I was. Yep, I totally fell for it. Okay fine, maybe it was a mistake or confusion? I could let that go... But it gets worse... Then he only did PART of the Brazilian process, told me I would need to finish the rest of the process at home- which was weird.... did I get a discount for finishing the job myself? Nope, I got charged extra for having long hair for the Brazilian AND charged extra for long hair for the FULL highlight that I didnt ask for- but not told any of this until time to check out. Then, he began cutting my hair, which was weird since I didnt book a hair cut. I asked what he was doing in a panic and he said just a baby trim- so I assumed maybe I really needed it after all the processing on my hair? The end result was choppy hair, not at all even, with layers/face framing (I dont do layers). At this point, he is expecting me to purchase the mask that is required for the Brazilian (that he was suppose to do but didnt- I assume to save himself time) but he is OUT of the product so tells me I need two completely other products that should work.... I ended up leaving with product I dont need, paying extra for a full highlight (which was awful) and an awful hair cut that I didnt ask for, and wondering if the Brazilian I just paid for (which was way more expensive than what his website lists) will even work because he didnt finish his job, while being up-charged for long hair. The salon is nice but dark and not a lot of natural light, so inside my highlights looked good I thought.... outside I looked like a tiger (striped), several areas of bleeding and spots and the highlights are so yellow. Its embarrassing. I went to another salon to fix the cut, but I have to wait to fix the color because of all the damage already done. So I left broke due to all the up-charges, extra services and products I dont need, embarrassed of my hair, and embarrassed I let this guy take advantage of me- because even though I wanted to like him, that is exactly what he did. Very much like a sleezy car salesman. Sketchy! BEWARE. Oh, and when I went to another salon to have them try to fix the hair cut at the very least, I started to tell my story of what happened and they GUESSED who did this to me before I even said his name. To me, that says a lot! I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Here from out of town & I needed to have my “Locket” extensions moved up. I chose to go here because the owner is certified in several types of extensions. I scheduled a consultation & I was grateful they could see me on a day they’re normally closed. However, once finished the owner Muret charged me $250.00 just to move up my extensions. I was not made aware of this at the beginning or I wouldn’t have proceeded. It’s a nice salon but for a Diet Coke & moving existing extensions up it was extremely overpriced! Very angry & I will not be going back, nor would I recommend to anyone!!!07-18-19 8:28pm Updated ResponseIt’s interesting to me Muret that I spoke to you around 2:30pm today but you responded 2 hours later, stating to call you & you’ll fix it? I had already talked to you & you offered nothing! How would you even know if they were installed wrong? It takes my niece in Vegas & another place in Utah 20 minutes to move them up; not a couple hours. It appears to me that’s all your focused on & gauging people along the way. You should’ve had the professional courtesy & ethics to explain your price to me before moving them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I was extremely DISAPPOINTED with my experience at this salon. It is very over priced and services are added without customer knowledge or consent. Murat absolutely botched my hair by cutting my bangs WAY TOO SHORT! I gave him precise instructions about what I wanted with pictures and specifications about a previous experience which he completely blew off saying not to discuss past experiences at other salons... ok so I trusted his and is was a HUGE MISTAKE! He totally did his own thing saying that he customizes the cut for specific face shape. But I didnt ask for that! I had a request and he ignored that and did what HE thought was right. My hair looks HORRIBLE and I have to wear a head band to cover up the damage he did.Furthermore be blamed his mistake on my supposed calic?!Not only that but he FAILED to mention the the shampooing he added was going to cost an extra $15.00. For an added charge customers should be notified and given an option whether or not to partake.Overall this salon is WAY OVERPRICED and run by someone who is overly confident and wont listen to his clients. I wont ever go back and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.The one redeeming quality of the place was the receptionist Kim who was pleasant and seemed reasonable but doesnt seem to have any leverage in dealing with customer satisfaction.

I drive 45min to get my hair done here because I dont trust anyone else but Murat with my hair. He knows his stuff and makes my visit worthwhile every time.

Where do I begin? Enchante is an outstanding salon! For years I was an Aveda girl...very particular about the products I use and the stylists I choose (I used to drive to Boulder for a specific stylist), however, after my first experience at Enchante, I will never go to another salon. Murat is exceptional at what he does, from his cuts and styles to his hair color technique, truly a fantastic and experienced stylist. He is professional, personable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you have a pampered experience. I also had a blow out and style with Mariela before a job interview, she did a wonderful job, it looked fabulous (got the job!). In addition, I have had an eyebrow shaping and coloring with Anel, she made them look perfect! I cannot say enough about the exceptional work, consistency, and level of professionalism this team brings to the table....every time.

From hot mess to hot mamma!When I first decided reached out to Enchante salon I recieved a complimentary consultation. Murat (the owner!)was full of great ideas and enthusiasm. I left feeling excited and confident I was going to LOVE my hair and I definitely do!!The appointment started promptly and the staff was exceedingly friendly and approachable (which can be uncommon in salons of this caliber). Murat worked closely with his assistant watching every move she made closely to ensure it was all up to his standard. The benefit to this was they accomplished a lot of steps quickly. My hair was hand painted with 5 different shades, a brazilian blowout,a fabulous haircut and a photoshoot done in just over 3 hours!!It feels amazing to finally love my hair again. THANK YOU to Murat and his team of talented stylists for making me feel beautiful and being so gracious. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and am looking forward to a return visit!

I highly recommend Mariela at Enchante. Ive been to her a couple times now and shes always done great work. I went in with longer, plain brown hair and told her I wanted a change, but nothing too dramatic. Mariela had some amazing suggestions based off my hair type, color and skin. She cut my hair into a cute lob and dyed it a rich brown, with a layer of red underneath. Mariela really is an artist when it comes to color, since my hair looks so much thicker and healthier now. I cant recommend enough.

Just had the brazilian blowout done. OMG, I highly recommend this. The negative affects of the cold dry winter months does to your hair, this brazilian blowout is Amazing!! Made my hair soft, shiny and bouncy. Looks very healthy. Mariela is my stylist, she colored, cut and did the Brazilian blowout. She definitely cares about her clients and their hair. Very happy, positive, innovative, and creative stylist!

Got a Living Social for a mani/pedi and had a wonderful experience! Service was very good and all of the staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend!
