She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and talked me through every step. I would HIGHLY recommend her and I would HIGHLY recommend this spa. I got my teeth whitened and I could immediately see results! I am so happy and I cannot wait to go back.

I will definitely be back! I went to the Beauty Bar to get a chemical peel and was impressed as soon as I walked in the door. It is beautiful inside and the staff was friendly and professional. They knew the exact type of peel my skin needed and took the time to explain the process. She also gave me a hand and head massage which was wonderful and relaxing! Overall great experience and results.

I have been using Luxe Aesthetic & Artistry Spa since 2014 and have had positive experiences with every product I have chosen including facials, Microderm abrasion, Botox, and fillers. The staff are so professional in understanding my needs and are very helpful in making sure I understand products, effects and follow up procedures.

After having to go in twice for frown lines, 35 units total, plus tips, it was a disappointing out come and too much money spent for a lack luster result. After the second treatment (20 first appt then 15 second appt) I waited 7 days and called back to let them know I am having far too much movement. The front desk person told me you will see full results after 10 days. Ive never had to have more than 20 units. I felt like the RN who did my injections was trying to upsell me on future procedures which was uncomfortable. The place is pretty and clean, lots of products to buy, front desk people were great, professional, and polite. Im just disappointed in the outcome and wonder if they dilute the solution. What also worries me is the defensiveness of responses to previous unsatisfied customers. Yikes.

I love, love The Beauty Bar by Charity Laine. I love the professionalism, I love the service, I love the decor! Think Hollywood 1950s.

Their services might be ok, but their customer service is atrocious. They have treatment packages that they apparently can’t keep records of. That is, you pay them for a certain number of treatments but only give you one because they lot track of their paperwork.
