This place is super cute & relaxing! I love the way they designed everything & how it’s all set up. The only reason this place doesn’t get a full 5 star review is due to all the things that happened at my appointment.I walked in with a friend on Friday to schedule appointments together for yesterday. One of the girls at the front desk mentioned that they didn’t have at the same time which was totally fine & scheduled us back to back. That same day I also asked if their guava sugar scrub had any type of coconut in it because I have an irritation to coconut. She said no. When I arrived they had messed up the appointment for my friend & were expecting her to be there at the same time. & didn’t even have a correct number for her even when we were in person booking. I wasn’t allowed to do the body scrub because it did have coconut which is fine. I’m glad they didn’t. But when I got other treatments done the massage therapist started massaging me with the guava lotion & said it didn’t have coconut in it which didn’t make sense in my head but didn’t really say anything. I liked the smell of it so much I bought it. They did compensate my scalp treatment for the mix up which was nice!When I got home I started reading the ingredients to the lotion. The first ingredient in it is Coconut Oil🤦🏻‍♀️ I broke out in a rash.I definitely would recommend this place because of how relaxing it is but definitely make sure your appointment is right; phone number and all. & just more knowledge on what’s in their products if you have sensitivity to anything or have allergies.

My husband and I got a couples massage today to celebrate our anniversary, and it was amazing! From the robes and slippers, to picking your lotion scent, and what music you want, it was top notch! Johana and Heidi were the best!!!

We had the very best spa treatment at Spavia today - I havent had such a great massage in years. It was a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived, with the owner on the premises who greeted and welcomed us and we loved the small, personal touches (heated beanbags, choices of oils and even the individual choice of music). Loved it all and will definitely be back soon!

Didnt have a great experience here. Booked 2 facials for me & my sister with add on hand/feet treatment & hair treatment. They called me back a short time later & said the estheticians arent qualified to do the hair treatments & they dont like to do feet treatments & suggested I get a massage instead. I declined & just did the facials with the hand treatments. They still didnt get the appointment right the second time. Booked the deluxe facial for me (suppose to be oxygen therapy but ended up with acne treatment) & it was suppose to come with neck/shoulder massage (see photo for their websites description of the service) & the lady didnt do any of that at all. My sister who got the aging facial did receive the massage & was really happy with her service. When my sister asked why I didnt get the described treatment at the front desk, the lady said it was suppose to include it & just kinda laughed & said oops & charged me full price for the deluxe service. And not that it matters really but they ask you on your sheet if youd like tea or water after & I selected tea and got water. You go to a spa to feel pampered but I mostly felt ignored. Not worth the $300 bill.Owner response edit: As per the review above, my issue was indeed brought up at the time of checkout and no help was offered. The service I purchased was clearly described in your websites description so to say that youre sorry it was not what I expected is not accurate- it was your companys expectation of what the service entailed that I am basing my issue on, not my personal standards. If there was not suppose to be the stone massage in the service, thats fine. Ill make my selections and manage my expectations accordingly. I anticipated it because your company said I should. Having already tried to rectify the situation at the time of checkout and having been ignored says to me that no intention of fixing the issue would be offered therefore Im not seeking anything further from you or your company. Im offering up an opinion based on my experience for other to consider when shopping for a spa. Thats what a review is. Holding a business up to personal scrutiny in hopes of dissuading others from wasting money that, like me, they may have had to specifically save for to have the luxury of a spa day.

The employees are really sweet; however, the owner is not nice to their customers when the customers have an issue to put it simply.It would have been really nice if the owner was more flexible and understanding with the customers due to issues everyone is facing due to COVID. Since they are not, it just seems like they just want to take your money.I had several issues with them and I was able to resolve them over a couple months. It would just be nice if the issues were handled appropriately and on time.

Lara was very helpful and accommodated a complicated transaction with gift cards, etc. She was very patient and friendly.The facial and massage we received were amazing. This location is extremely relaxing. Highly recommended.

My husband booked me for a detox body wrap, massage, and a facial. This was my first time being treated in this way so I was excited, but a little unsure of what to expect. Right when I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, Tara and the front desk staff. I filled out some personal information and then I was taken to a little sitting area where I put a warm wrap around my neck until my masseuse came to get me. I was gifted with Ramon who was experienced and gave me a wonderful massage. Each time I was directed to where I needed to go and what I needed to do which was super helpful and assuring. I did not feel unsure at any point. Nell was my wonderful body wrap and facializer woman and I felt like I was glowing, plump, and super soft by the time I left. I dont know what products they use, but they definitely work! Everyone was so nice and patient and attentive to me and my spa day. Also, I was given food which was awesome! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to get a boost for their body and spirit.

First time at this Spa for my birthday. Jacqueline surprised me with how strong her hands were for being so petite. I was a little disappointed because I paid for an hour massage and a foot treatment but all together was done withing an hour so.... The Owner at the front realized I was a bit bothered by that and made sure she did everything she could to make sure I still left happy. Good customer service.

While I have never had the opportunity to be a guest at Spavia, I have had the honor of knowing the owner for over 30 years. She is one of the smartest, most hard working and dedicated people I have had the privledge to know. I know she works tirelessly to ensure she has the best staff, best processes and offers her guest the best experience possible.

My wife and I went in together and came out as refreshed and refocused as we could have imagined. Everything was fluid, comfortable, and relaxing. Well be back.

Had the most amazing couples massage from Izzy and Micayla today!! Professional, therapeutic, and overall the the best experience my husband and I have had at any spa. Izzy was absolutely amazing!! From start to finish the massage was above and beyond any of the competition. The ambiance is calming with waterfall fountain, zen music, and stone decor. Izzy provided a deep tissue massage that was not only therapeutic but relaxing, hitting every pressure point head to toe. She also focused on pressure points in hands which a lot of therapist overlook. The scalp technique was outstanding as well! Highly recommend bypassing every other place and heading straight to Spavia to see Izzy or Micayla! Thank you for a much needed relaxing day!!

I had my very first visit today and got a hydraderm facial with Chelsy, and I enjoyed it so much! She was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable! On top of that, the facial was amazing and I am so happy with the outcome! I would definitely recommend coming here!

I feel so sad to write a 1 star review as I have been visiting this place since opening but after my most recent experience, I feel so let down.PROS: beautiful space/idea; staff are very friendly and skilledCONS: business practice, financial (DO NOT BUY THEIR MEMBERSHIP), consistent staff turnoverI signed up for a 1 year membership (August 2020) on my birthday last year because they were running a promotion (displayed on their sandwich board sign). It was supposed to be 3 months free by signing up with 12 months of membership. I asked about this on my second visit (month 2), in which they stated the free months should be months, 3, 6, and 9. In honesty, I just hadnt checked the charges, but was doing a review of finances and noticed they charged me for ALL months. Called the business last week thinking it was just a simple error and they stated they needed to talk to an owner - no call back. Called again today, and they said the owner stated they have never ran this type of promotion and conveniently nothing in my profile noted from when I signed up, but I will get one month free in July (5 bucks says I still get charged).This was a good example of losing customer loyalty due to lack of poor service. 1) the owner didnt have the decency to call me back, but made their poor receptionist who stated she had only worked there for 2 months call me (deal with me lol). She was VERY nice, and of course, not her fault 2) I guess Ill just count the 2 months that were not free a loss and then cancel. It happens and I should have taken a photo of the promo, but Ive honestly never had something this sheisty happen to me lol (someone entice you to do their membership and then rip you off). I honestly would have continued my membership after the year, but now I will cancel. I guess I should have taken their constant turnover of staff as a sign to poor business practices. As someone who spent and would have spent nearly $1500/annually at the business, I hope the extra $180 was worth it.I get it, messages get mixed and you probably have had customers try to scam you. I promise, Im not one of them. I just feel disheartened that a local business would treat a neighbor that has a clear service past this way.

The only thing better than the gifted massage therapists at Spavia are the amazing people who work the front! I adore Spavia and would not have survived this pandemic without being able to visit. I recommend the Hot Salt Stone massage, you will never want anything else!

I had used a gift card to get a spa treatment package. They did not honor the package but broke it down into 3 treatments (which was not the same) so for $250 I got a hot stone massage, a facial, and some oil put on to my scalp. The massage was only average. There did seem to be a disconnect between the 15 minutes of Of paperwork I filled out and the therapist. She asked the same questions that I had just spent all that time filling out on their tablet. The Room had no audience. The music was static I disruptive and annoying .The facial was terrific . Probably the best I have ever gotten but, the 5 minute oil treatment made a mess of my hair. It took 3 shampooings to get it out.I also think this place is completely overpriced. I thought that on my 1st visit but only went back because I received a gift card.They also strongly encourage tipping. Im not against tipping but I dont think it should be mentioned when you book your appointment. They wanted to take the difference on my gift card and apply it to the tip. I guess this is assuming that the massage therapist and the esthetician would be earning a tip. Perhaps at their prices ($119 for approx 60 min massage and same for the facial) they should just pay their talented employees better, instead of expecting the customer to bring their wage up to a fair, competitive level. I believe tipping should be for good service not for making sure a businesses employees or subcontractors are getting paid enough to keep them on.

I was an employee here for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about the massage therapists and the estheticians. However, I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism from the owner Terra. She constantly calls and texts all day long, does not respect your days off or evenings and is incredibly passive aggressive. There are no professional boundaries.

Had a couples massage today. Both massage therapist were amazing. We were in dire need of relaxation as well help with sore muscles. My family of four and I went to Spavia for my moms birthday today. Even with all the Covid-19 regulations our time was absolutely magnificent. We got three facials and one massage, all of the consultants who took care of us were absolutely fantastic! We highly recommend this relaxing spa. Have been here twice and both were very relaxing experiences- once for a hot stone couples massage and then the essential massage. Both times guests seemed to be staggered really well so it didn’t feel busy and the space is very clean and calming. Have been on weekdays both times. Rose was very skilled and professional and tailored the massage to my specific needs. Highly recommend!

Stephanie is a wonderful massage therapist. Kind, skilled and experienced. I highly recommend booking with her. The host team is very kind and accommodating. The spa is clean and peaceful. There are lockers to store belongings and they have all the accessories and supplies you could need in the locker room. This is just a really nice spa.

I was never into getting a professional massage until I came to Spavia. Not only is everyone friendly as all heck, but my recent massage therapist, Stan, is a literal angel sent from above. He must have descended from a holy place. He is kind, soft spoken (which is super relaxing), and so understanding of the muscles in the human body! He works hard on your problem areas but managed not to neglect a single part of your body. The reception staff are all so nice, and the manager is super sweet. I highly recommend Spavia and Stan to anyone looking to escape real life, even if its just for an hour or two!

I have had two massages at this location, one with Rose and one with Vanessa, both were great and probably one of the best ones I have ever had! I decided to go for the membership and I feel great the next day every time!Also, I do want to mention the staff there is always warm and welcoming and very helpful when you arrive, they seem like they thoroughly enjoy working there and the customer experience.

Really enjoyed the overall experience of our couples massage. Pricing was good for service and length. Only down fall was they did not have a women available for myself which i was slightly uncomfortable with. I went in with happy thoughts. They gentleman that did my massage was VERY rough and made the whole massage painful. I asked him to ease up on his pressure and he agreed and then would continue at the same painful pressure. I could barely walk the day of and next day of my massage. My partner enjoyed her time and her technician was very comforting and gentle! Will return but only with two females!

Im 30 min. early for deep tissue 1 hr massage, and receptions forgot to tell massage therapist Im was there. They told me they could do a 40 min. massage. Massage therapist then does light massage, after 5 to 10 min. I couldnt take it any more, so I stopped massage and left very disappointed.What a waste of time, so much for enjoyment.

They are amazing people and took care of all my mom’s medical conditions on being called upon for bad spa. I was astonishingly happy with their super friendly nature and a mature manner to handle the situation. She went to spavia again and has an amazing experience this time. Also, she suggested it friends about Lizzy and how amazing those people treated my mom. I am super satisfied with them and surely suggest it to anyone and everyone.

I recently had a sports massage with Julie and the whole experience was AMAZING. The spa itself is very nice and relaxing and Julie is incredible at her job! Shes so sweet and listened to what I needed and really helped stretch and relieve my muscles. She used pressure in areas I was tight and had me move my extremities along with her techniques to help relieve tension. It was a true sports massage and Im glad to have found someone who actually digs in and releases aching muscles. Thank you, Julie. I will definitely be back! :-)

I have had a variety of massage therapists at Spavia and they are all excellent. The environment is more relaxing than any other spa I have been to. And the Rejuvenate package truly is a luxury experience! The customer service is great and they have a very reasonable and flexible membership plan that you can easily stop if you want to.

Everyone I met there was very friendly and helpful! They give you lots of options to make sure your experience is exactly what you need and the lounge where you wait is soothing with great tea! 100% will be back!

My husband and I booked a couples massage this past June for our anniversary, and we left with a membership! The massages were amazing, the relaxation before and after were amazing! Over all, great for feeling relaxed and peaceful. I used to have trouble with miscommunication at the front desk, and my membership was cancelled before I wanted to cancel it. I went back today and used a promotion I was emailed, and the ENTIRE experience was amazing. So amazing that I decided to start a membership again.

I took my team to Spavia in December. I called 10-15 Spas looking for a place that could take all 4 of us at one time. They made it happen which that in it self was a relief. Once we were there I loved EVERY service I recd. Body Wrap, Massage & Facial. I just recently got another facial on a business trip and was so disappointed as it didnt compare to the one I got here.The few days after my facial my skin pealed but once it was done shedding that dead skin.... My face never looked so good. Ill bring my team again the second we have an opportunity.Staff was kind and helpful as well and the owner was an absolute JOY!!!

Beautiful newer facility, relaxing waiting area with tea and warm neck wraps. Massage was pretty standard, nice and relaxing. Awesome facial-- my skin looked and felt absolutely refreshed and healthy afterwards! Love that there is a membership option and package deals. The whole experience felt like I was in an efficient, welcoming place where I know it will be good, though maybe not totally top-notch luxury (for the price I found this completely fair). Friendly and non-pushy front desk staff and owner. I would definitely recommend this spa for regular self-care.

Spavia is great, if you go for a massage get Elli Lynn she is the best deep tissue therapist Ive ever had. The music can be lame sometimes but you can always request spotify. The neck wraps and tea are always great and the staff are super friendly.

Went to try out spavia to try to find a new therapist. Massage was ok what I didn’t like was the therapist chewing gum the whole time. She would stop to take a drink and kept dropping the cap. I understand she was tired and thirsty but my goodness did she have to drop that cap every time. After massage was done I turn to see what the heck she was dropping and it was the cap from her Starbucks frappe. I thought this was water. She couldn’t wait later to have her drink.

I had a massage with Sheila and Stan, they were both AMAZING. Such great pressure and relaxation. The whole experience was fantastic and I will defiantly be back. Highly recommend!

Best. Ever. My husband and I bought a groupon for a couples massage. And let me tell you, best decision ever. The staff was very friendly and professional and since the facility is brand new, everything is crazy clean. The masseuses were just great. They focused on the areas we asked them too and you could tell they were passionate about their jobs. Were moving out of state soon but if we werent I would absolutely be going back.

Ive had experience with acupuncture before, but never a spa. I treated my mom to a facial for a mothers day present and decided to get one myself. The staff was wonderful, the environment was relaxing, and the facial took two years off my face! Mom enjoyed it as well!

I have now been to Spavia twice! I have absolutely loved both experiences. They are professional, and you truly get a spa feel. They walk you through the process from beginning to finish. I surprised my fiance with a couples massage and they did a great job keeping it a secret from him. I have bought gift cards for management for Christmas, and plan to do so again this year. I plan to continue to refer everyone here. So mucb better than the other massage places in NoCo.

Wow. So nice of them to take care of us after we were out horseback riding the day before. Caitlin and Heather did a great job with our couples massage. The facility was relaxing, clean and professional. Superb experience. Tip your massuse!

Disappointed. While the space was clean and quiet the massage was terrible, cold hands and spent a lot of time grinding on my ribs even though I asked her not to. I only saw very young staff and Im guessing they didnt have a lot of experience. I went in with a family member and her massage was a little intense. The changing room is cramped and there is only 1, with up to 4 women in there at a time. I think they should stagger their start times to improve this. The only other option is to change in front of the door of the locker room which kept opening. I wouldnt go back.

The only reason this has even one star is the massage therapists are good, but I instantly undo all the work they did when we go upfront to pay. Not sure if it is just incompetent front office people or a bad computer system, or moronic managers, probably some combination of all three. What ever you do, do not try out the memberships because that is when all the problems started. Cancelled today and it will be the last time I will be here.

Super awesome! The whole place was so tranquil! Every detail was well planned to make it easy to relax from the reception desk being well organized and quick to the dressing room to the relaxation room you wait in for the technician. I got a facial from Macie and it was so amazing! They ask you all your preferences to begin with in the paperwork so you just lay down and relax. Couldnt have had a better experience. Its a a little more expensive,but absolutely worth every penny!!!

Booked an exfoliation and spray tan for a wedding and todays appointment did not disappoint! Tressa was very skilled and explained every thing from start to finish so I knew what to expect. Front desk check in was warm and welcoming, I received email appt confirmation, pre-tanning tips, and receipt for todays services. Facility is clean and calming. I will definitely book with Spavia in the future for spa services. Very pleased.

Highly unprofessional. Had an issue with a couples massage bought through groupon. Somehow they didnt get a second massage therapist for it. Manager/ owner told us that one of the therapist quit two days before. Things like this happen and is understandable but the spa never contacted us about the problem to see if we could reschedule. Instead she tried to reschedule us the day of, 15 minutes before our confirmed appointment. When we asked her why this was our problem, she interrupted us numerous times simply saying she doesnt have an answer for us. She gave us the option to go back to back, and have one of us wait in the relaxation room for an hour each while one of us gets our massage. Only reason as to why we ended up doing that option is simply because it was bought through groupon and they were clueless on how to refund us our money. A great start to feel relaxed and pampered? Will definitely go out of my way to get people to not go there.

Had a Spalebration there this past weekend. It was a disaster from the moment we walked in. This place is not equipped to offer spa parties. This was a spa party for my sister’s bachelorette party, it was awful and not relaxing because of all we dealt with. The therapists were good and the services were decent, but the front desk staff and event/schedule planners are incompetent, lack customer service and were down right rude. I called days prior to our party and let them know we were going to be taking finger foods in and asked if they had plates, cups and plastic ware. They told me they had it all and the cups were plastic champagne flutes. We got there and the only thing they had were napkins, and the only cups they offered, were paper water cups. Then they put us in a “retreat” room, nice room, but it was a small area to be shared with our party and all other women guests. When we asked if we would be sharing the room with other guest, the front desk ladies rudely responded by telling us that because we didn’t put a deposit down on the room we had to share it with other guests. That was fine, we didn’t necessarily mind sharing the room but I’m upset that no one mentioned this deposit and by how rudely the staff snapped at us about it. Then to top it all off, after having my first service done I sat in the retreat room for 45 minutes before I went out and asked when my next services were scheduled. Good thing I did because they did my add on services for one of the other ladies who didn’t even order them. They apologized and said they’d give both of us those services free of charge. Ha! The other gal left before I got out of my services (an hour and a half later) and they in fact DID charge her for the services she didn’t even ask for. It’s was their mistake and they still charged her after they said hey wouldn’t. Then I went to pay and that was a disaster also.I’d stay away from this salon especially if you’re looking for a fun, relaxed, organized spa day. This place is a joke and not able to accommodate a party.Side note: It’s posting my review under my husband account because I don’t have a gmail account.

I wouldnt even give it one star if the computer would let me. I scheduled my fiancé and I a couples massage for his birthday present after we got back from a long, tiring week volunteering for a camp for foster children. To say the least we NEEDED an hour of relaxation together. When we arrived they only had one of us written on the schedule even though all of my confirmations said a couples massage and my groupon I had paid for was a couples massage. The manager/owner, Terra,wasnt sympathetic at all even though it was their fault. She kept saying she felt terrible but her body language and other words werent portraying that at all. She wouldnt even let my fiancé speak when he was trying to explain our frustration. She shushed him up which I thought was extremely rude. I have never written a bad review in my life but this one definitely deserved it. Also I like firm pressure and even though I wrote it on the sheet and told the massage therapist twice it was not even close to firm. It was more like a lotion application. I think Im more tense leaving here than I was when I got here. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA! Save your money!
