So very ghetto and unprofessional. I posted photos of the room I was in with 4 other children getting our mouths molded for braces. They used ziplocks over mouth pieces, and left tools on unsanitary tables. I was misnamed and being 2o I thought it was rude. Yet this was the only Medicaid orthadontist, they kept moving me around not knowing where i belonged. I had xrays done 6 times and was told I had to beg for medicaid to do my braces. I have to use them because medcaid but this is totally not a place id go to willingly.

Quick, professional, and courteous.They managed to make scheduling my 4 kids easy and got everyone in and out at the same time to make life lovelier.Nice relaxing and fairly cozy feeling clean environment for those that have to fill out paperwork ans hang around for our kids too!I am recovering from a TBI and it was super easy for my senses unlike some other office buildings, which was a big bonus for me and a plus for other TBI kids and parents to know about as well.Thanks!

We arrived 10 minutes early as they specifically requested (7:40) for our 7:50am appointment, and were the 1st ones here, and even had to wait for them to unlock the door. They literally took back 7 other patients before my son, all who arrived after us, and he did not get in until 8:15. We have been coming here for years and there is always zero consideration for people’s time, and there was zero communication regarding the delay.

So, I am not a huge fan of dental appointments. The sound alone is a thing of nightmares. 😂When they told me my 5 year old needed to have a couple cavities filled I was anxious enough that I pushed the date back a couple of times.I was so wrong! The staff had my baby girl laughing and entertained the entire time. It took them 15 minutes for everything and not one tear was shed. I am so glad I found them!

Great place for the kiddos to get tooth work done.

I realize that business operations may be impacted by covid, but no one answered the phone, and after about 8 rings it went to their answering service which had a default statement -- not really a greeting -- which didnt even identify the business. After more than an hour, still no call back, so I guess they dont want the business. I wouldnt want anyone taking care of my daughters teeth who cant be bothered to answer the phone, so Im moving on to a better provider.

Best dentist

We usually have a very good time at the dentist. But this last time sucked big time. They didnt even trim the wires after my daughter got her braces adjusted!!!!! Im not happy! The staff at the front desk is usually nice unless they get a phone call when helping you then you are no longer priority and will not be flexible with scheduling. They say you will get alternating appointments also do that you could wont miss so much school, but that is a lie when you get you first few scheduled then your are stuck with whatever they give you! Plus they speak mostly Spanish so it is very hard to understand them. And if your children have a unique name it doesnt matter if you have been going to them for years they will not make it appointment to learn the correct way to pronounce them even though you and your child repeatedly corrects them. Island not rude but this last time your staff sucked!!!!!!

I want to know all of your braces colors

I have NEVER had so many issues with a place. They book appointments and cancel and change them without notifiying you and then it takes months to get another one set up and when you are talking dentists and braces they cant just wait forever. Dont put yourself through lost time and lost energy. Find a place that knows how to work a schedule. This has happened twice now and another time they over booked and werent able to get her taken care of because they didnt have time for her...If you want the best Medicaid dentist, go to Clear Creek Dental.If you want the best Medicaid orthodontist, go to Taft Hill Orthodontics.

We love the ortho tech Bailey and manager/ coordinator Maria! My son got braces put on at this location a year ago and has to go in every few months to maintain and change out his rubber bands and we always see and request the same ortho tech Bailey. We have seen a few different techs prior to her (Bailey) and since we got her we will not schedule with anyone else ever. She is absolutely hands down the most patient, caring, professional and amazing person. My son is very difficult and she always maintains the best care and treatment for him- it is impressive. Also Maria the manager has always been so personable and accommodating as I’m also a worry wart mom and can be quite a lot to handle myself. The receptionist and front desk girls are also very sweet as is the entire office staff. Wonderful customer service. Thank you ladies!

Toothzone is awesome, it totally creates the experience that kids need to get excited about dentistry at a young age. Toothzone has wonderful dentists and staff and they always go that extra mile to make sure that the children coming in are taken care of and leave with a smile. Zero percent like this place. they need work on communication. also just be sure to clarify which person you go to when you schedule. apparently each person schedules their own appointments and has different offices. Only they dont bother to tell you which office they are at. as I walked out today I heard the family right behind me about to have the same problem! They had also gone to the wrong office.

My son has been going to Toothzone for the last 12 years. I always liked this place and thought of it as a kid friendly, competent dentistry.However, the last visit was absolutely shocking.Two days ago, it was time for my sons regular half year check up. He was treated by a new doctor, who told us that my son developed 10 cavities within the last half a year (since his last check up when he had none).Seriously? 10 cavities within the last 6 months? The treatment plan of course would require a hefty payment out of pocket because the insurance benefits would not cover the entire treatment.That night I contacted a friend, who happens to be a well known and super competent dentist to check if she could give us a second opinion on my sons dental state. She did the next day - WOW, he has not 10 but 2 cavities!!!!! Also, he needs his wisdom teeth removed. Since our visit to Toothzone I have talked to some other kids and parents, who had the exact same experience with Toothzone.Not only do I feel disappointed and betrayed, I feel insulted in my intelligence and by the fact that these dentists must think you would not even question their extreme diagnosis. I see this as fraudulence behavior and will try to contact the Colorado Dental Association. SHAME ON YOU TOOTHZONE!

Serious lack of communication from your offices! This is twice Ive had incompetent staff screw up appointments or procedures beyond rectification! I rescheduled an oral surgery to an earlier date last week (per your request), so my son didnt have to go to school right after a surgery. You TEXTED me a message an hour before the appointment to tell me youre running 30 minutes behind schedule, and to show up to my appointment 30 minutes later. (Which was STILL pushed out ANOTHER 20 minutes). My son had been fasting since the night before and was getting dehydrated, so he has a small sip of water before we even left to the appointment. The anesthesiologist canceled the appointment because of the SIP of water before we left to the appointment! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Ive had many surgeries and never had a problem like this! You also changed all the wording in the paperwork I signed prior to the appointment and made me re-sign everything upon arrival! What was the point of an appointment for a consultation and paperwork BEFORE the surgery if you make us re-do it all over again the day of surgery. I also stated several times my son was allergic to Amoxicillin, only to say it AGAIN and make sure it wasnt given! The receptionist had to EDIT the paperwork and ASK other staff what else she needed to enter into the computer instead! We will no longer be using your services! Inconvenient, no regard for schedules or time frames, no concern for anything other than money. You cannot ever see patients on time, NOR can you communicate effectively or in a timely manner!

The building was defiantly misleading, pretty run down outside. I was not happy how they discouraged parents from coming back with their children. After I was told parents wait out front, I said I wasnt comfortable with that and wanted to come anyway. I felt like I was an intruder. The office was much nicer once you were in the back. I felt weird about being there, but bottom line is I am there for my children. If your kids are older I understand them wanting to go alone but with a four and six year old, and new patients. I would recommend leaving it up to the parent if they want to wait or be with their children.

We have been going to toothzone since 2005. Over the years, the staff has turned over multiple times, which is to be expected. But, in all honesty, that shouldnt change how you greet people when they come in. The front desk staff is pretty stand-offish. Another downside is the strong perfume smell! Its over the top! I dont know if its an airwick or a glade plug in, but its migraine worthy. If you are sensitive to chemical smells, you wont be able to sit in the office for long. I now have to sit in the hallway while my son gets his braces done, so I dont have a headache all day.

I highly recommend Toothzone! Once again they provided excellent patient care and service. They are great at commumication and did a wonderful job putting my nervous daughter at ease.

Toothzone always does a phenomenal job, not only in the dental work they do, but also in informing the parents of whats going on before, during and after the appointment! I hated the dentist as a kid, as most adults my age have similar feelings, however my son and daughter feel differently about the dentist, and I couldnt be more grateful if I tried! I took my daughter in for her ortho appointment and a broken bracket was repaired. We were under the impression that the visit was to be the normal adjustment etc., but that did not happen. Now after calling several times and never being able to talk to the ortho person, we have had to leave messages and are still playing phone tag. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. To make matters far worse, when we took my daughter in for a cleaning the technician actually cut out a piece of my daughters gum ! We were very upset and talked to the doctor who said that could not happen and it must just be a blood clot or something. And he would not even put her back in the chair and take a look ! I cannot believe we still go to that dentist. We are being advised to talk to legal counsel about the cutting of her gums, but have not done so yet.

Took my 1 year old daughter for the first time and staff was really friendly, gentle and super nice.

Every time I take my 2 kiddos into the office, the front staff always welcomes you with a smile and the back office staff is so wonderful with my kids and explains all instructions in detail and are very knowledgeable.

We have always had the best service in the year my boys have had their braces on keep up the good work

This place is a joke i would not take your kids here if i was you. the dental assistants here a rude and immature they make your kids feel bad one of them even called my 4 year old daughter a drama queen because she was crying when she took her X-rays and the other one was just sitting there laughing. also one of them put my sons candies un the trash because she said they had a lot of sugar when the box was not even open wha are they to do that and when i asked to speak to someone about it they said we will call you back and this was a weeks ago and still no call from them.. i have to give them one star or else it will not let you post the review!
