Had a haircut, my first in almost a year. I asked for an angled lob (with a picture) and I got a very short Bob. It’s a very good cut in technique, but it was not what I asked for. I am disappointed because I had mentioned how I have a very round face and I didn’t want it to appear rounder..and this cut makes me look like a pumpkin. The styling was very nice, the wash and conditioning treatment was lovely, my stylist was very sweet and personable. I had a good experience but too much hair was taken. Sunglasses is the reference picture I showed, car picture is what I got.

Employees were nice but management did not honor a clearance price tag that was clearly marked for a product. Turns out it was for 2oz not full size product where the label was placed. They need to watch where they are putting clearance labels.

Staff is very nice and helpful especially the manager she went out of her way to ensure the issue with my membership rewards account was taken care of. Not even the customer service reps were capable or even attempted to fit my inability to make an account. The manager, Michelle, will be the main reason I go into a physical Ulta location. She was amazing!

The employees are so nice and helpful at this location. The store is always clean and its easy to find things in here. I wish Ulta would carry more beauty brands but I love their rewards point system.

Ethan helped me pick out some lashes and he was super helpful and gave great recommendations and advice, give this man a raise. It took me 10 minutes of looking through lashes before he helped and found me the perfect ones in like 2 mins

Courtney was pretty rude as I was trying to return product. She said I needed my original packaging. When I told her Ive never needed it at any other Ulta, she said the other stores were doing it wrong. (Who keeps their original packaging for the 60 day policy period?!?) She also claimed the return policy on the website states the original package rule. It in fact does not.Anyhow, I went to the store in Arvada and, sure enough, they returned it without any issue.

The place is mostly organized. There is typically a line to check out when you go there. There is a decent selection of beauty products.

Im not one to post a terrible review, but what Ive dealt with the past few weeks is atrocious.A few weeks back I went into this store and purchased a Vitamin C serum on sale. I was thrilled to see this product at a lower cost since Ive used it before in the past and unfortunately stopped due to the price (retails for $95). After ONE use of this product at night, I woke up to my face completely inflamed, irritated, and the texture of my skin felt like sandpaper. I have never experienced this before, nor ever dealt with my skin feeling so uncomfortable and extremely itchy. I ended up contacting the store to see if there is any advice or tips they could provide, but the associate just told me to stop using it. As if I was going to continue!!! With the little help I got, I reached out to the brand telling them about my situation. I was asked to send a picture of the bottom of the bottle and they did confirm the product was expired and well past the preferred date use. What was more frightening is the brand telling me they were receiving random reports that Ulta has been selling expired goods.... excuse me - WHAT?!?! Two weeks and a dermatologist visit later, I am now on medication to clear up this rash on my skin. It was unfortunate I already threw away the product box so Ulta told me I couldnt return it, but the brand did everything right by refunding my money and sending me soothing products for free to help with my irritation. I have been a customer at Ulta for years and appalled the store cant even do their job to check the shelf lives!! I will NEVER shop at Ulta again and encourage if you do, check batch codes on a product to make sure this doesnt happen to you. Now Im left with not only an irrirated, uncomfortable face, but medical bills as well.

Hailey did a great job on my eyebrow tint and wax! She was verry friendly! Let me ask all the qustions i wanted! She was wonderful! I would highly recommend her to do yours! Thank you again!!

Don’t even bother looking for help, it took me over 5 minutes to find someone to help me for some hair appliances. When I finally found someone, she knew NOTHING. I was looking for a CURLING IRON for my hair and the girl was showing me straighteners because that’s what she uses. I don’t care what you use personally if it’s not what I’m even asking for. I wish this place was as knowledgeable in their products as Sephora.

From the very moment that I walked in here I felt so good because I was helped with every question that I had and I wasnt feeling like someone was always watching me thinking I would steal from the store

Went in for a haircut staff were friendly but was disappointed in the cut ended up getting it re-cut a few days later at another salon. Styling wasnt at all what i hoped for unfortunately. Would not say it was worth $60.

Shop at this location on Corbett Dr. in Fort Collins! Their team of associates is extremely helpful and extremely friendly. I recently had an issue with a return I was trying to make, and the other store was not helpful at all. But everyone who helped me at this store went above and beyond to solve my problem. The General Manager, Michelle, was very attentive, and kind to me and she went the extra mile in the middle of her very busy day to get to the bottom of my problem, and she was extremely kind, and smiley the entire time. The other location is much closer to where I live, but from now on I’ll definitely take the longer trip to use this store because they’re worth it! 😊

Went into Ulta with my daughter to purchase a $7.00 item. During checkout, they wanted her full name, date of birth, address and phone number. When I told them no thanks, they said without all that info, they can not provide a return if my daughter doesnt like it. My daughter is a Minor and I am pretty sure its illegal for them to ask for all that from a minor. Their return policy doesnt say anything about needing all that info, but they insisted they would not take a return without all that information. So I told my daughter if she doesnt like it, I will reimburse her. Awful policy. Ill be taking this up with their corporate.

Its Ulta! Like a candy store for adults! The ladies are so helpful and sweet too. Love this place!

Amanda was the best help I have ever received at an Ulta location. I ended up spending $350 on products just she recommended! I’m giving a 4 star because the cashier team could use some extra training and it is always a hassle to make returns.

This particular ulta is amazing! The manager, the workers, the environment are so welcoming and I always have amazing customer service. I tried the salon tonight as I had heard good things and was blown away. Alexis did such an amazing job on my hair. I will def be returning as long as she is there and HIGHLY recommend her. All around this Ulta is the best!

JoJo at this location is extremely helpful and a lot of fun to explore products with. I was shopping around for cologne as a gift for my boyfriend and could not test them due to the pandemic. He managed to describe each scent and asked me questions to see what would be a good fit. I was not only happy with the one JoJo helped me find but he also gave great recommendations that I will be picking up in the future !

Both of the employees that help me were very pleasant. One employee helped me find a certain product and then she also gave me information about how to use the product. The other employee clerk was very friendly and took the time to explain the rewards system. They both had great customer service skills!!

The people are nice here and its a great place to work, products are a bit pricy but thats just the beauty industry.

One of my all time favorite stores to shop at, they have a pretty good clearance selection where I always manage to find something cool for next to nothing. And of course they have all the makeup, skincare, fragrance, and tools you could ever ask for. I love it!

This location is so much nicer than the mall location. The staff is super friendly and helpful and dont act like theyre doing YOU a favor by doing their job! 😁 They took time with me and I didnt feel rushed or like I was bothering them. I live MUCH closer to the mall store but am happy to drive further to be treated well and like my business matters. These employees seem happy to help people and actually like their jobs! Maybe take some notes mall site...

The woman that helped me out gave me new hair style Im absolutely in love with, and helped me find makeup and skin care products that work well with my skin! Everyone I interacted with in the store was very friendly and helpful when I had questions!

Got my mom a Tarte palette for Christmas that she LOVED! I do most of my makeup shopping at Ulta and love the selection.When I came back to return a couple Christmas shopping items an employee named Melissa was SO helpful with my returns. Since I didn’t use my account to make purchases I was originally not going to get a full refund and only store credit but Melissa helped figure it so I was able to get the full amount refunded. It makes such a big difference when there is good customer service! She was so sweet and patient with me! Thank you so much for your help! I’ll be back soon to buy my wedding makeup! 💗🌷

I always have very good luck at Ulta stores I like this one because it is nice and big. The employees are very friendly and not pushy. I like how sometimes they offer really cheap samples at the counter. Some of my favorite things to buy there are concealer and mascara sometimes you can buy them in a pack which makes them cheaper. Look for coupons online and sign up for their mailing list itll save you some money!

Love this location. I always know what brands and items I love. Whenever theyre out, they give me an EXACT dupe. They help color match foundation for me, got me onto way better eyebrow brands (Benefit)and foundation (bareminerals). They even have the options of store brands, like Elf and maybelline which fantastic! Ulta brand itself is great!

A very good visit. They spent the time with me to find Gluten-free products as I have Celiacs disease!

Im color blind and dont do well with make up to say the least. So finding things is always difficult. This is definitely a shop I recommend! They were so nice to me and helped me get color matched! Most other beauty spots Ive ever been to are rude and cruel, the people here were amazing and so pleasant!!! Definitely coming back!

The makeup pro who greeted/helped me today was awesome. She had a great attitude and a wonderful personality. The lady behind me in line cut in front of me, and the cashier apologized(although it was sooo not her fault). I wish I got her name so I could give her props. I love this Ulta. While their parfume selection is great, this particular Ulta is a bit below average. The store is cramped and its difficult to find what youre looking for when youre shopping for a specific brand or item. The Ulta at Foothills Mall is much nicer, has better lighting, and isnt as cramped as this location.

I love when the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner go on sale. Lasts me all year!! Pricing is great, workers are friendly, keep up the great work!

Had my hair done at the salon. Now, I am super hard to please when it comes to my hair (like most gals) and when I explained the color I was going for, my stylist asked a ton of questions to make sure she got exactly what I wanted. She even had some great suggestions. The price was fair compared to other salons and I didnt have an appointment. I think Ill be going back next time I need to get my hair done.

Tiah did my hair and did such s great job I have thick curly hair that I’m very picky about but I couldn’t be happier with my cut and color!! Jaylyn did my facial and make up and let me tell you that girl works wonders!! Definitely recommend coming here for anyone who just needs to pamper themselves

I was helped by a young man named jojo, he helped match my foundation and was patient with it, didnt rush because we couldnt find a match for my complexion. Anyway I love the foundation its a perfect.

Decent select but horrible service. Not once did I have a single person ask if I needed help but it seemed like every other person in the store was asked. I stood in that styling tools isles for a good ten minutes trying to get someone attention. Im happy with my purchases but I will not be going back. They have better service and select at Sephora.

Had to argue to get an advertised sale. Finally honored after 2 different clerks went to look at the sign on the shelf.

I love this place and the great selecting. The staff can help you figure out your colors and will take the time to answer your questions.

I give them a 2 star because of the selection. I went in the other day expecting some customer service. My foundation was recalled and I was on the hunt for a new one.. I expected some knowledge from the woman who approached me. I told her my situation, my skin type, price range, and that I needed long lasting foundation. She looked like a deer caught in headlights. After showing her some of my online research and some products I had read about she directed me to those products and that was it. I couldve went to Walgreens and gotten better customer service for half the price.

Ultra is great. I enjoy their brands of make up.

I love their hair products. The consultants are great with guiding us about the new brands. I hate this place cause i end up spending a fortune every month on hair products ;) well if you want great hair you gotto pay for it. Love you ulta for taking care of all my cosmetic needs.

Staff seems pretty rude or judgmental when you walk in,I usually have no issue since I ignore it but when Im trying to check out and they are chatting up with other coworkers its fairly unprofessional. I get work is nice when you have great people you work with but dont just stand there and stare at a customer like they are an inconvenience.

The ladies that work here a super stuck up, rude didnt care to ask if we needed help. But did ask everyone around us if they did of course to me seemed like a raciest thing will not come back here again.Sephora is better anyway.

Go to Sephora it’s right around the corner and you won’t leave regretting your time wasted. Employees at the register here are always either salty, confused, or both. Waited in line and was ignored and passed over for another customer. Not to mention fellow customers there are rude. Clearly a special place for special people— better prices at Walmart for the skincare anyways.

I love Ulta and the employees at this location are always friendly and helpful. The store is always hit or miss with in stock products. More times than not I leave empty handed because the product I needed wasnt in stock.

Nobody acknowledged us when we came in the store, and no one asked if we needed any help at all! We left without buying one thing.

Even though the store was understaffed at the time and the line was fairly long, they assisted in helping me with a return on a product that I had long lost the receipt for and were very kind in giving me a full refund. Excellent customer loyalty in this regard. Thanks, Ulta!

Great place, good prices and products

I had a difficult time here today. I did an exchange for shampoo and conditioner as the type I had purchased did not work for my hair. I attempted to exchange for the exact same price items however when I was checking out I almost got charged an additional $25. The logic of the exchange didnt make sense to the cashier so the manager had to step in. Even the manager was a bit confused and after 10 min of going back and forth the manager asked what do you want me to do. I explained I wanted to do a simple exchange not pay an additional $25. She worked her magic and finally got the price situated and quickly walked away from the register. I get Customers can be difficult but she just wasnt on the same page and she didnt need to walk away briefly and her staff with great smiles were probably wanting to get me out sooner! Please make sure they exchange and charge you correctly!

Sephora is more pretentious but has better product. From the one who gladly & gratefully pays.

Dont come to this location if you want any of the free gifts that are advertised. Just stopped by and they didnt have a free gift, with purchase, 4 days after the month-long promotion started.

Nice people but you have 3 or 4 swarming you to see if you need help but then theres only one person at the register to checkout a line of 6 customers. They did save my sisters day though when she got a bad haircut.

Lately the associates Ive dealt with at the register have been extremely rude and condescending. I ended up returning everything from my last purchase and will not be returning. Youll be better off at the Sephora down the street.

If youre out of a promotional product, take down the signage. Or, offer to locate the item at another store. I am sure the sales person wasnt too upset at losing my $100 sale, but what she didnt realize is she lost a customer for ULTA for life. This was the last straw after repeated bad service.

Dusty and messy! Stock on the floor is poorly managed. Products were out of place all over the store, empty shelves, dust EVERYWHERE. Further, I could tell, not only from the amount of dust but past expiration dates on several skincare products, how long it hand been since the shelves were tended to. The best thing about the store is that they have a public retro and that it was clean

. My current hairdresser decided at the last minute to move to California and I was due for a color and cut this week. I was frantic to find someone. My sister goes to the Ulta salon in Levittown, New York and raves about the stylist. I decided to give this Ulta a try.I gave them 3 tries to get my hair right. Im done. I did not want the out growth to be obvious so I spent the last 6 weeks pulling my hair back. I thought it would work sorry I went somewhere else they got it right my first visit. The salon is a step above one of those haircut chains. For the money I paid I expected more. It is not like the NY ulta. Every time I went to use a coupon they told me it did not include the salon, the one time I did have a salon coupon the girl at the counter forgot to apply the coupon. She said I would not be able to use it for my next appointment since it would be past the expiration date. Too bad, the facial I did have was great and I would go back for that. As far as my hair Im done!
