DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE. My hair is ruined. It’s horrific. I asked for a trim- just above the shoulders with light layers. You can see what my hair looked like before in the photos. The cut seemed decent at the salon. It was shorter than I wanted, but it looked ok in the front. I didn’t realize the crime scene in the back until I got home and realized that huge chunks of my hair were missing. I don’t know that it can be fixed. He hacked all my hair off. It’s awful. I could have done a better job myself, blindfolded with a pair of kitchen scissors. My sister told me I look like Lord Farquad and I WISH I looked like Lord Farquad.UPDATE: This happened on Saturday. On Sunday all the hair salons were closed. Thankfully someone was able to see me on Monday to fix it so I could go to work. She had to cut my hair even shorter to fix it and she said that it’s still not great in the back. I now have a pixie cut which looks just awful on me. I am devastated because my HAIR IS GONE and it will take years to grow back. I wish I had gotten the guy’s name because he needs to be fired and please take his cosmetology license away. If your response to my complaint is that the employee usually gets great reviews, please show me where. Your salon’s ratings are 2.5 stars, which I wish I had seen before getting my hair cut there.

Yesterday was my third time getting a haircut from them. The first two were fine so thats why I gave two stars instead of one. Yesterday however was a zero star haircut. I asked for shorter sides blended to the top also trimming the top. One side of my hair kinda resembles what I asked for while the other had no blending. A line going from short to long and its not even straight. A little tuft of long hair is below this line. Uneven as could be. Also asked for a beard trim. She went over my beard once and missed a lot of hairs, to the point I had to go over it with my own shears. It seemed like she was trying to rush me out of the chair because this haircut was under 10 minutes. My sister works at a supercuts in a different state and she was appalled by the quality I received. I hope the women who cut my hair enjoys her $10 tip because she didnt deserve any of it. Will not be returning

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Didnt even know the basic cut I asked for. He had to look it up on his phone and STILL had no idea what he was doing. REALLY dude!!!?? Entire place was dirty. Complained about his co workers and boss the entire time. NEVER again!!!!

I had made my appointment the day before and the guy on the phone seemed annoyed when I asked the earliest I could get in the next morning. I showed up and he seemed agitated and I asked how his morning was going. He said he was tired. He spent 5 minutes on my hair and after I left I noticed some still longer pieces than the rest of my hair left over. I had to trim these off at home. I can only guess he might’ve been hung over from a party the night before. But that’s no excuse for the lack of care, attention and professionalism. Don’t go here.

Made an appointment but was dropped off early and they were able to do my hair cut within a few minutes. Very pleased with great service!

Every time my brother goes to get his haircut here they always seem to let him leave with an uneven haircut, i would never pay money for something this bad. if i wanted this i would have cut it myself. don’t recommend.

I don’t ever post on this but I went in for a haircut(long hair just needed a trim) and the guy cutting my hair literally spent ONE minute hacking the back and said “that’s it”. Rushed me to the register to pay $20 + a $5 tip because I’m a human. Terrible! Do not go here! I am not making any of this up. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

I have literally watch people go into the salon with no appointment and the girl inside takes them right away without them being told to wait outside. So I bring my boyfriend in for a walk in and the girl says you have to wait outside we dont take walk ins. Little does this girl know I have brought several people there for walk ins and she has never had an issue. This girl is not professional, she is bias as hell. She should be fired and get someone who is actually professional and respects EVERYONE.

I would like to share my experience from Super Cuts in Fort Collins CO and send out a WARNING. I went in to have my hair colored and was assured by the stylist that she was experienced and could perform the necessary service to accomplish what I requested. I had pictures that I left up on my phone for her to see so there was not a misunderstanding on what I desired for a color. She was also counseled by the Manager. I spent 3 hours in the chair but when she was done my hair was nothing like what I requested.. It was ORANGE and I had requested and dark brown with low lights. She stated that she could try to fix it but I was not going to risk them doing anymore damage. I paid for this mess that they created and had to have another stylist fix the very next day. I have requested that they refund my credit card and they are refusing stating Services were rendered no credit due. The owner Wayne is from Centennial Colorado so maybe he does not care about his customers in the Fort Collins area. Please take my advise and stay as far away from this Super Cuts as possible.

All the stylists are top notch and its great to have them open again.I got the best haircut ever a few days ago.Love those ladies and dudes, dont hesitate to leave a healthy tip. Theyre worth their weight in platinum and gold combined.

My stylist, Talei, was very friendly and helpful. I came in thinking it would take 10 minutes, but because of my endless instructions it ended up taking about 35. She was very patient and didnt try to rush me. Also the haircut looks great. Highly recommend.

Drove 25 miles to be turned away. We have a tight schedule and I thought supercuts would be the kind of place to go to in a pinch. I came to supercuts at 445 they closed at 5.. We just moved here and the other supercuts in Kansas would have got it done with time to spare. They said sorry we close in 15 minutes. So how long does it take to cut boys hair? P.s.no one was in there and there were 2 of them. Not happy we will go somewhere else

I was not pleased with mine or my sons haircut. I let it go and paid for it and left a good tip but i have to spend more money to get mine and my sons hair redone because I did not even want them to fix it, its horrible. The girl that had to fix my hair seemed like she was upset about it but if im trusting you with my hair and paying for it i expect a pretty good job. Never again will we go there.

Leaving a poor review because I had a poor haircut by someone who I felt was incompetent and did not care to do a good job. The worst part was that I left feedback through the website and the owner had the stylist call me to try to resolve? Obviously I wouldnt let the same stylist try to fix my hair. I will not go back. Lisa is great! she needs to train the other stylists.

Pretty decent haircut and good service. However, there was only one employee working, seems a bit understaffed.

The first thing I said to Christina (I am 98% sure thats her name) was, Im the type of person that will cry if it comes out different than I want. Mind you, Im not a mean person.. Just a sensitive Sally. She was patient, she listened and she was funny. If I wanted something tweeked, she made it happen. My hair looks great and Im so happy that she is the one who did it. 👍 10/10. Thank you!

I took a picture and of the colors I would like to have highlighted in my hair and told her to trim it. The colors were very noticeable and she chopped my hair and they charged me $140

I went in there at 7:30 and they didnt want to cut my hair when there was 2 people there cutting hair and there was still 30 minutes left till close and no line so im pretty dissapointed with the place...need to find somewhere else to cut it

If you show up at 7:20 you cant get a haircut because they close at 8:00. The lady smiled as she sat on her butt .
