I’ve been going to Selina at Gem for a few years now and it is hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to! The vibe is so beautiful and relaxing, I honestly look forward to going to my appointments to unwind after work. Her technique is incredible, safe and very organized. Plus I get to shop on her boutique side of the salon after every appointment and that just makes the experience there so much more amazing! Let’s just say I will never go without lashes again after getting them done by her! Lash artist turned friend. Love her. 🖤

The ladies over at Gem are hands down the best. Each one of them makes you feel so welcomed each and every time. Selinna is a lash goddess and will slay each and everyone of your sets you get. I had never had lashes before going here and now I could never imagine not having them. The girls genuinely turn into your friends here and make you look forward to your next appointment with them. I can’t say enough good things about them! They go above and beyond in every aspect of their business. The place is so beautiful, clean and welcoming. The girls are so friendly and accommodating. And the LASHES! Lauren did amazing framing my lashes to my face and to fit with glasses (I’ve been in a constant battle with having to choose between lashes or wearing my glasses the last 2 years 😬). They are on top of it, even when it comes to education, care and cleaning. On a scale of 1-5 I give them a 💯!

I have been coming to Selinna for a few years now. I started from having no self esteem to feeling amazing every day. I’m not the type to use much make up but Selinna makes sure my lashes always look good when I leave the salon. My experience has always been so wonderful. I have been getting my lash extensions and brow waxes at Gem for about 2 years now and I could not recommend a better salon! I receive compliments on my eyelashes about 3 times a week from strangers!! The retention of my lashes is always amazing and I never look sparse before my next fill! I stumbled upon Selinna on ACCIDENT. Like it was the universe that knew I needed her in my life. I started going to Selinna last year on a whim through a nail tech. I was so nervous about getting lashes I literally didn’t know what to expect but I knew I wanted them. I’m ANNOYING, ok? I am picky, I like to talk and I like to get the service I pay for. With Selinna she not only was super patient to my millions of concerns she went as far as making sure step by step I knew what she was doing and that I was comfortable. You do NOT find that in many places. Not only that I felt I could connect with her because she heard me out when times were tough, being Black in Fort Collins and not seeing many minorities or treated a certain way for being a minority Selinna went to lengths I don’t even want to mention (cause you’ll get jealous!) to pamper me (ok she bought be a free massage) and she didn’t have to and not saying she will for every client but for someone to listen to my problems and sense I needed the extra pampering was WOW to me. To make a long story LONGERRR, I developed an allergy to the lash glue—which is rare but it could happen—and she made sure I took the right steps to take them off and make sure my overall health was too priority. She didn’t make me think it was no big deal and convince me to come back so she can get money, she was true and honest and I just respect her for that. I am so sad I can’t get my lashes done in general anymore but with all the boutique items, atmosphere and kindred heart I feel like I found a forever friend. If you didn’t get my point from this discussion post, Selinna is THE lash tech to go to in FOCO PERIOD. 😭

A lovely soothing atmosphere. Hip without trying too hard. The service itself is top notch. Half the weight of glue on strip lashes. Lasts through swimming and much more for over two weeks. Im adhesive sensitive and their special glue handles that perfectly.

Selinna and her team are nothing less than amazing. They’re flexible, friendly, make you comfortable, and so professional. This is literally my escape from my kids and they make my time and money so worth it. I am so glad I found Gem! So lucky I am!

The salon was very comfortable, And stylish. I had a classic full set applied by maegen, she was super professional and I left with beautiful lashes that are having great retention and don’t feel heavy. I would totally recommend her to anyone wanting natural Looking lashes!
