Do not bring your child here to get their hearing tested. My two year old had to wait 45 minutes to be seen because the receptionist was helping someone with a billing question and she couldnt be bothered to be interrupted to check us in. Then the person conducting the hearing test told us we were late and that our appointment would have to be shorter because of that. She did nothing to make this a less scary experience for a toddler-- everything was quick and without explanation. At the end, through his screaming and crying, she determined that he had mild hearing loss. We then took him to Childrens Hospital for a second opinion and the experience (and results from the test) could not have been more different. At Alpine ENT/All About Hearing they are not familiar with how to interact with toddlers.

While Dr Brenna the audiologist is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, the rest of the office operations are not. Every time I called, the call goes to a voicemail or you wait on hold forever. Once I was on hold while driving there and I actually arrived before a person came on the line- almost 20 minutes later and still no one picked up. Worst of all, I returned a hearing device 10 days ago and have still not received a refund. I was told the billing person was out on medical leave and they had no control.

I was referred to this place for testing. It took me 2 months to get in. I walked in and no one at front desk...I signed in.. After 10 mins someone yelled do you have an app? Yes thats why I am here. Then nothing. Another patient was asked the same thing and they said..I have been forgotten about. Then 10 mins later a man ask me what I was here for....hello..I told him my name. Then nothing. As I was sitting waiting...the receptionist was talking loud. She was cursing. She said that she had all this B...S...she had to do.🤦She also was talking about how tired she was and how she was going to go out and party and drink. I cant believe you have someone like this as the face of your company. It was shocking and unprofessional. It was Halloween and she was dressed as a cat. Im not sure of her name. I went in for testing. The lady that did the testing was nice.. seemed a little agitated for some reason. Also to find out I was given the wrong info. No one wants this when your trying to figure whats going on with you. I found it to be an unpleasant unprofessional experience. I would think that this is not the place for her to work. I almost said something but I didnt. 😨🤔😱 Front desk should be professional and quiet. I dont recommend this place. Clean it up its a mess. She went on and on about her life..bla...bla..bla......please.....😬😦

After several years of living with almost no hearing in my right ear, I recently visited Alpine ENT and All About Hearing. Dr. Eriksen at Alpine ENT is excellent and he referred me to my audiologist, Brenna Whittey. Brenna did a great job of explaining my hearing loss and presenting possible solutions. Her experience and expertise helped me find the perfect set of hearing aids. The results are truly amazing. I am able to hear sounds and conversations coming from my right side for the first time in years. If you suffer from hearing loss, I strongly recommend Alpine ENT and All About Hearing.

Since moving to Colorado I have seen many audiologists for over 2 years for ear mold fittings and Dr. Hadlock is the only one who understood and was able to give me perfect ear molds. She knows what she is doing and I am very happy with her service.

I took my child in and we saw Renita, who was nice and helpful. However, the ENT wanted a CT scan but would not prescribe the sedation needed. Our pediatrician recommended that we go to Denver instead. We were cared for very well by a clinic down there. We had a issue of a broken tube. I stopped into All About Hearing to have it replace (I was going to pay for it naturally) Someone from the back came into the lobby and told me and my 3 year old they they would not help us because we didnt buy the hearing aids there. All About Hearing....they certainly are NOT!! Beyond Poor, Absolutely Horrible!!

I have been going to Dr. White for over 10 years, one of the best places for audiology and hearing aid support around.

My child has hearing loss and we have had to do a lot of back and forth with All About Hearing as far as scheduling tests at Childrens, getting appointments set up with them, etc. Its always a hassle and always more complicated than it needs to be. Im thinking of switching to the Loveland office. Also, their receptionist is unprofessional. Rude, sarcastic, and martyr-like, she told my husband when he asked for something to be sent that she doesnt do email.Edit - bumping them to a three. We got a new audiologist, Rachel White, she is awesome. Receptionist though...This is my third and final edit of this review as I am never going to this place again. My husband and I spent 2 months leaving them voicemails about getting our 3 year old sons hearing aids. They never called us back and we had to go down there. Went there today for an appointment I made for 10:30. Same receptionist said nope its for 9:30. Complete lie. Complete incompetence. Dont take your kid here.
