I recently worked here. I was hired to do one on one care for a client. The home is beautiful and clean. The caregivers are amazing so kind to visitors and the clients that live there. The atmosphere is probably the best that I have ever seen. I do one on one care in a lot of facilitys, hospitals, and assisted living homes and this is by far the best place I been too. Beautiful job Terry Lake!!!

This was the perfect place for our mother to be at home during the last months of her earthly life. The owners, Todd and Cheri were over the top in doing whatever they could to make things comfortable and workable for Moms unique situation and the care-takers and staff were the same. The facility is so comfortable and homey that Mom and all of us as family felt very comfortable there. The small number of residents meant better individualized care and it gives Terry Lake Assisted Living a family environment rather than an institutional feel. They were able to give a higher level of care than most facilities in this category which persuaded doctors to allow Mom to be at Terry Lake rather than a large skilled-nursing facility as they first recommended. That meant a lower cost, more comfortable and loving place for Mom to live. We had a number of extended family who are medical professionals that visited and were extremely impressed with the care and the facility as well. It was a win-win for us all the way around.
