My parents lived at Fox Meadows for several years. Due to the warm and caring atmosphere, and the professional expertise that the owner has, gave my parent the best quality of life in their last years. The home is clean, the setting is beautiful, the food is delicious, and there are activities that benefit each resident. I worked at Fox Meadows Assisted Living for several years and this is a wonderful place to work, and a wonderful home for the residents. Northern Colorado Living Solutions does an amazing job of making this place a real home and you can feel the love given to every single resident from the day they move in. I loved the family atmosphere and felt at home myself when I was working!

Great assisted living home. HOME. The setting is unlike any other place you will find in Fort Collins or anywhere, really. The staff is nice, caring and alert. This place has 24 hour help for residents. What is there more to want from a place like this? Caring cnas, a beautiful home, nature and plenty of home atmosphere.

Fox Meadows is the Premier care facility in northern Colorado for Seniors needing assisted living or memory care. Tamura Meurer, the owner, is a Nurse Practitioner. She and her staff closely monitor and customize the care each resident requires. We moved my Mom from a larger National care provider to Fox Meadows. Mom had reoccurring urinary tract infections (UTIs) that required many visits to Poudre Valley Hospital emergency room. One such UTI episode at the large care facility progressed to Sepsis and C-Diff. Because of Tamuras knowledge about infections, she consulted with UC Health in prescribing a low dosage antibiotic that ended Moms UTIs. During the COVID-19 pandemic Fox Meadows has had an effective protocol in place that has kept the residents and employees safe. Tamura has an extensive network of professionals who visit the home weekly to provide social expression for residents through music and crafts. For residents physically able, there are activities like crusing Horsetooth Reservoir on a pontoon boat and attending concerts and plays at Lincoln Center. My family and I believe our Moms life was extended many years because of the care Tamura and her staff provided. This is a care facility like no other!

My mother fell and injured her shoulder in March of 2016. I had to quickly find a good solution for short term assisted care. We lucked out and were able to get a spot in Fox Meadows. What a life saver! Tami has been terrific and has had great suggestions for medication modifications. All the staff are caring and considerate. The food is terrific and setting idyllic. It was a great solution to a rotten situation. The ability to quickly and personally communicate with Tami has made thing much easier on everyone. Thanks to Tami and her staff - cant thank you enough!
