Best dentistry I have ever gone to! They’re very helpful and explain everything in term that a customer would understand. Stephanie is very helpful and polite, she explains and makes sure you’re getting the best results and price. She makes a connection with the customer that is unbeatable. Awesome team and awesome doctors! The doctor also makes sure that you are comfortable with every step and really cares about his customers.

My whole family of 4 has been coming here for a few years now and love the office staff and Dr. Penalba. He is very caring and takes the time to explain everything and is very good with kids. They are also very knowledgeable about insurance issues and very affordable. I was very happy to have found this dentist And office. Dr. Penalba has a very friendly and pleasant demeanor and makes you feel very comfortable and calm. I recommend this office to anyone, especially those nervous of dentists. They are a great group of people 🙂

This is by far the best dentist Ive been to. Everyone is kind, i cant express the welcoming feeling you get as you enter the door. Place is clean, there is a play area for kids and cartoons in waiting room👍. Staff had Excellent service. Affordable prices, theres no pressure to take care of everything in 1 visit. I recommend this dentist 100%

Love this office. There is never a wait. The staff is always friendly and warm. I feel the head dentist knows what he is doing, and does his job with precision, never feels sloppy. This is an important quality of anyone dealing with your health, at any level. My wife has had 7 fillings here and I have had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled at once and was eating food normally three days later, no extra time needed due to brutal tactics that some people can use. No problems this far. Nice, professional people who aren’t pushy about trying to get you any procedures. No scare tactics just informative, and await your personal decision.

I had the best experience with Dr. Penalba. I am a little anxious going to the dentist but going to Golden west Dentistry was the best decision I ever made the staff is incredibly friendly. I never had a wait time and any treatment I needed was thoroughly explained to me. 10 out of 10. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends!

This family owned dentist shows empathy for all of their patients. The dentist goes over with the diagnosis and treatment in detailed and makes you feel confortable with the process. He also defines some dental terminology to help better understand your dental health.

I have been seeing Dr Penalba close to a yr. Prior to attending his office I would dread going to the dentist I would always feel very nervous & anxious, but not anymore.Dr. Penalba helped me feel at ease I no longer feel anxious or nervous.I appreciate their customer service all the girls are great! Very courteous and goes above and beyond to make sure your appointment goes well, from the beginning point of scheduling your very first appointment all the way through the financial process before any dental work. Dr. Isaac Penalba is very attentive and informative before each procedure from the financial aspect to the final delivery of fulfilling an amazing smile on my face. I would highly recommended Dr. Penalba office, actually already have to a Family member.

Great spot to get dental work done! I live about an hour away from this facility but it is definitely worth the trip! I came for a visit because of a lot of pain. I had two wisdom teeth extracted, a filling and a crown done in one day! I must say Stephanie and Dr. P were so informative and they know their stuff. Before I got anything done, Stephanie gave me a quick and simple diagnoses and explained what should be done and why. This helped me understand my situation and made me feel comfortable. You can really tell that they really care about your health and have a lot of pride in what they do. I normally have a tough time going to the dentist but that changed until I came to this facility, which is why I don’t mine the drive and plan on going again for more dental work. The staff was great and VERY friendly. After my visit I wasn’t really in any pain and ate some pizza right after. I was perfectly fine after all the work that was done. They definitely know what they are doing and are very good at it! Thank you so much Stephanie and Dr. P!

Dr. Penalba and his staff are so nice. They treat you like family. They are very gentle and are truly concerned to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Penalba makes sure to explain the treatment all along the way and that you understand completely in layperson terms.

I hadnt been to the dentist in a few years so I was a bit nervous before my appointment, but Dr Penalba and his assistant Lily were awesome! Excellent customer service and a good experience. I will continue my treatment there and I recommend this place to my friends and family.

I had my orthodontist appointment yesterday I was called in at the time of my appointment. They were busy, staff was efficient. It amazes me how every time I go theyre always on time Im never there more than 45 minutes even when my treatment changes. The staff is super friendly and always seems to be interested on how your day is going, not like other clinics where you just check in and they ask you to sit down. I noticed that everytime theyre busy the manager is always in the back helping, that shows team work. So happy I chose Dr. Calvillo to do my braces. I would highly recommend this Dental Office.

Let me tell you! I absolutely love them. Dr and his wife are amazing at what they do and are very pleasant people to be around. I went to that same dentist office as a child and left with a horrible taste for dental work by the old owner/dr. When i back went back dr was so amazing made all my horrible worries fad away. My husband and I are so grateful for their work.100% recommend them to everyone!

I just wanna say that being seen by Dr. Penalba and Dr. Calvillo is a great experience. Not only do they have a lot of patience to discuss your treatment plan and options but also makes it affordable. They are honest and do everything they can to make your experience as painless as possible physically and financially lol. But all kidding aside their services are amazing I just had my wisdom teeth pulled out with zero pain. I will be doing all my future work here!

My mom was not happy with the dentist covered by her insurance so she canceled coverage. One day she had a tooth ache my sister called several locations and no one could work her in...called Dr. PANALBASoffice they treated her with great care...I took her in for her next apt.- i live in az come to visit in summer. I was extremely impressed with how they explained in detail what the game plan was...mom is 90 they were very patient...I was so impressed... I scheduled a paradental maintenance cleaning and ordered a new bite guard with them....we all cash pay due to no insurance. there prices are below average and the care is top notch... thank you to all the staff at Golden West Dentistry :)

I love this office Dr. Peralta and his crew are truly great at what they do! My mother has been a patient of his for some time. I now see why she would always speak highly of him . He is a super nice person and is always happy full of positive energy. Believe me when I say he is one honest dentist who is always looking for ways to avoid unnecessary procedures. I could truly trust dr Peralta. He makes me feel comfortable and always takes the time to explain in details what he is going to do. I had another dentist do a poor procedure and he has been the one to fix the mistake. You are truly my life saver. He provides amazing customer service and bedside manners.
