I have had over 5 appointments and a lot of work done over the last month. I have seen both Dentists this practice has and have absolutely no complaints. I am terrified of the dentist but they make it comfortable for you and do their best to make sure youre doing good through all procedures. I 10/10 would recommend this office

I was denied to use the restroom during my visit. They told me it was out of order but that I could go to Vons market next door to use the restroom there. It was hard to believe since they just opened since Covid-19 and having a restroom for their patients is an essential. They are also very bad about giving you a courteous reminder of your appointments. Very poor customer service as well.

It was a wonderful experience. The Staff is Professional, Caring and Kind. Office is very clean. They listen to your concerns and explain what needs to be done very well..

I dont know why there are negative reviews, this is the best place ever! The staff here is so caring and always calls me to remind me about my appointment . This lady Raquel in the comments is just mad because she couldnt use the restroom but maybe she should have used it before she left her house duh (: Ive always had great service here, even got my teeth whitened here and they left my teeth brighter than my future how crazy! Anyways, I would definitely recommend this place to my homies and their mommas. If I can give it more stars like in GTA I definitely would! Keep doing your thang Heritage Dental!!

I wish i could give no stars. Terrible experience with this office and wont be going back. I scheduled a first appointment for my three kids. Showed up at 2:20 for our 2:30 appointment. Upon arrival was told that all three of their appointments were at 2:00 and since they were more than 15 minutes late they refused to see them. I would not have scheduled a 2:00pm appt because they arent home from school at that time. However, I understand its possible I made a mistake and wrote the time down wrong so I tried to be polite. I asked if they could still see any of them since I took time off work to bring them and was told no. As I stood in a completely empty waiting room with three soaking kids after getting there in the rain there was no offer from their staff to accommodate, reschedule, work with us in any way. They didnt even check with the dentist, just flat out said we wont see you. I asked if they typically call to confirm appointments and was told they left me a voicemail. I checked my phone (including deleted voicemails just in case) and had no missed calls or voicemails. I asked her to verify my phone number and she gave me the wrong number. I said thats not it and she back-pedaled and gave me a different number. Their info states that walk-ins are welcome anyway so their refusal to see us was ridiculous when there were no other patients in the office.They made it very clear they dont value their patients and I dont get the feeling their staff are trustworthy. With so many options out there Id suggest skipping Heritage Dental.

Great people working, Had fun and the place always has a positive vibe, feels like family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
