I had my first appointment here, exam and deep cleaning. Everyone was very nice, I felt comfortable immediately. My dentist was Jason Lee and my hygienist was Rachel. Both answered all my questions and I did not feel judged for not having been to the dentist in awhile. After seeing the dentist, he told me what he recommended, I saw a lady from the office who provided me the cost breakdown of the services. I then saw the hygienist, Rachel, who was very attentive and made sure i was not in any pain. She also answered my questions, and helped develop a plan that would benefit me most. (She did not try to sell me on more services). All in all, it was a great experience. Their online system is also very convenient.

Appointment time was changed without my consent. Then they informed me they couldn’t keep it at the original time because the doctor wanted to leave early.Also very hard to get through when you call. Had to can 3x’s then go through a robo voice option then finally I was able to speak to someone.The only reason I gave a 3 star because they were able to offer a discount for the extra time I am taking off of work.If you do decide to come, I recommend calling multiple times to make sure they did not change your appointment time. With those who have a full daily schedule on their hands it is extremely difficult to accommodate the dentist when they decide they want to leave early, even though when the appointment was done weeks before. Disappointed. Hoping everything goes well at my appointment, will give another update soon.

Dr. Jason Lee is awesome ...as a new patient he gave me vast insight my oral assessment and put me at ease with the treatment plan. My hygienist Rachel was exceptional very attentive and patient completing my cleaning. I look forward to my next appointment at Dentists of Fontana!

This is a new office, and they dont know how to handle customers, dental plans, and who know what else. Give them two years, and if they have good reviews come and check them out again. Right now, do not be the guinea pig.First, I made my appointment ahead of time (a month). A month later, I show up to my appointment (cleaning). They took x-rays and sat me on a dentist chair for close to an hour, and no one would come and work on my teeth!! I gave up, and I asked one of the workers walking around to check on the dentist. She leaves to check and comes back and tells me that they are checking on my dental insurance. If I didnt want to wait, I could make another appointment. I was mad since they had me waiting, and they had not said a single thing, AND theyve had my insurance for a whole month, and they never checked my plan before I showed up.I went to see the Dr, and I asked him why it was taking so long to clean my teeth. He didnt explained anything, and said he was going to check with his staff. At that point, I told him that I was not interested in his services, and I left his practice.A month later, I received a notification and the dentist charged my insurance for the x-rays and for items that were not even part of my plan, so I need to come out of pocket to pay for services I did not need.I was assisted by Jason Lee, but I dont think any of them are good dentists, so I recommend to go somewhere else. I come from a great dentist that I had to leave since I moved to Fontana, so I know how great dentists should look like, and they are NOT it! A good dentist should review the dental plan, assess and explain the patient what is covered under the insurance before doing any work and avoiding patients incurring any out of pocket expenses. The are greedy and money hungry, so stay away. Please!

First let me start off by saying I have had my teeth cleaned every 6 months for the past 30+ years. Today I had an appointment for x-rays and cleaning.I was told that I need a deep cleaning at a cost of over $800. I declined that treatment and asked to have an regular cleaning and was asked to sign a statement agreeing with the diagnosis decling the deep cleaning when I did not sign the statement they would not clean my teeth. I felt like I was dealing with a used car sales man . Very unpleasant experience

As an apprehensive first time patient I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was very professional and had a great sense of humor. All of my questions and concerns were adequately addressed and I was very satisfied with the detailed recommended treatment plan. My general impression of this office is that the people who work here really care about the patient and take pride in their work. Excellent service, unparalleled patient care!

From the welcoming reception staff, to the specialist and her team, to the dentist and his assistant, and the hygienist, I am beyond pleased with my experience! This was my first time having treatment here, I recently left the dental office Id been at for the last 17 years, so I was very nervous. I am so glad to say that I was very well taken care of and because Im an especially nervous dental patient (even at age 48), Im even more glad to say I was treated with kid gloves! I was constantly checked on during the procedures (root canal, crown prep, cleaning) by being asked if I was okay. They never made me feel ashamed for being so afraid. I look forward to taking my son there, and Im not at all worried to go back for follow up treatment. I apologize, I didnt get everyones name, but my dentist is Dr. Schmidt. Something tells me, no matter who you see at this office, youre going to have a great experience. Oh, and they are COVID19 compliant! I was glad to see the precautions that were taken very seriously!(2-17-2021) HAD TO GO BACK TO THE DENTIST, AND I WAS HOPING MY AWESOME FIRST EXPERIENCE WASNT JUST A FLUKE, AND GLADLY I CAN SAY.. IT WASNT! FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS! I AM VERY NERVOUS WHEN IT COMES TO THE DENTIST, I ACTUALLY HATE GOING! I REALLY CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED, FROM THE FRONT DESK RECEPTION STAFF TO EVERYONE IN THE BACK, INCLUDING THE DENTIST. I WAS MADE TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE TREATMENT AS WELL AS THE COSTS OF EVERYTHING. I LEFT FEELING CONFIDENT THAT I WAS ON A POSITIVE ROAD TO COMPLETING THE NEEDED DENTAL WORK. I HAVE QUITE A FEW APPOINTMENTS AHEAD OF ME, BUT BECAUSE OF THE TEAMWORK OF THE STAFF, IM NOT AFRAID OF THE ACTUAL WORK, OR THE COSTS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE, DR. SMIDTH AND ALL OF THE STAFF!

Amazing experience from start to finish. From the receptionist to the dentist, every single person was extremely thorough and exceptionally caring. The positive energy was radiating through the roof. I felt authentically welcomed and cared for. Everyone felt genuinely happy to be working there, the environment is great. 100% recommend Dentists of Fontana.

I’ve been trying to find a new dentist for my mom for some time now. She’s so picky and always wants to see someone who speaks Spanish so she feels comfortable with understanding what is being done. Because this office is new I️ thought I’d give them a try and I️ am so happy I️ did. As soon as we walked in the office we were immediately greeted and checked in. We waited not even 5minutes and were taken back for X-rays. Monica, the assistant was so friendly and best of all spoke Spanish. My mom had a deep cleaning and a couple of fillings done. Dr Schmidt was so patient with her and explained everything from the numbing process to the actual treatment of the fillings. Shelly the hygienist was so nice and friendly. Everyone was so welcoming and nice I️ can’t get over our experience. Oh my god and they offer payments. My mom is on social security so I️t was important for her to not only feel comfortable but to also be able to afford her treatment. I️ can’t say enough about this office. Thank you Dentists of Fontana for taking such good care of my momma. We will be back in three months for her follow up cleaning.

So excited finding such a great office! Newly opened with state of the art equipment thats very clean with great staff. Dr. Schmidt and his dental assistant Monica were so friendly and attentive ensuring that I felt comfortable the whole time. Valerie the office manager greeted me upon entering and was so personal. She was great explaining everything and guiding me through my insurance. I’m definitely recommending all my friends and family.

I went in for my first appointment today. This office is clean and bright, and everything looks modern and brand new. Its also right next to Sprouts, which I love! I had a panoramic x-ray taken, which my previous dental office did not do. Dr. Schmidt then did my exam and cleaning with laser treatment and fluoride varnish. My teeth feel super clean and seem brighter and whiter than before! I also have extremely sensitive teeth, and Dr. Schmidt was very gentle when working on my teeth. The office manager Valerie went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome, and Im definitely coming back in 6 months! Highly recommend this dental office if you need a greatly dentist who cares about his patients and does amazing work!

I was referred here by my insurance to see the Endodontist and Im glad they did because I had some good laughs with the entire staff. Every single person was super polite.They checked my temperature at check in and I didnt wait to long to be called back which was good. (We sat 6ft. Apart)Thankfully valerie was super helpful during my check out. I ended up switching general dentist to this office because its nice to go to one place and not have to drive to different offices to see different specialists. They come to us.😁Every single person I saw was happy to be there and Im thankful they were polite. Ill add the extra star once I am done with my process.And yes everyone was following covid-19 guidelines! finally a place that practices what they preach😉

This office is amazing! Fast service, very polite staff and the dentists really know their stuff! Dr. Schmidt is the man you want working on your teeth, that I can tell you. Hes as high caliber a dentist as Ive ever met and he was patient and kind. I was a bit nervous(I was at the dentist after all!) and he made me feel at ease and calm and I didnt even feel the numbing injection he gave me before working on my cavity. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back for regular cleanings I recommend you all do the same if you want the best smile you can get. Thanks again Dr. Schmidt!

I had an excellent experience at Dentists of Fontana this morning. It is a brand new office located right next to the new Sprouts opening soon. I was greeted with beautiful smiles and shown to a chair for treatment right away. The staff offered me something to drink and eat to start my morning. Dr Schmidt and his assistant Monica made me feel really comfortable. Shelley, the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth and was very knowledgeable. My room had Directv to entertain me while receiving treatment. My X-rays were fast and easy. Everyone answered my questions. I am so happy I chose to visit Dentists of Fontana. I strongly recommend this dental office to friends and family.

The main dentist, Dr. Christian Schmidt, is a UCLA Dental School graduate & has 7 years experience as a dentist in Fontana, doing all kinds of dental work, big & small. Plus the office is brand new with all the latest equipment & a great location (next to Sprouts). Im happy to see Dr. Schmidt get his own office & am eager to get my dental work done here.

Dr. Schmidt is a great dentist. He is honest and explains things in a way that I can understand. I have happily recommended him to my family and friends.

I havent visited a dentist in a while, and recently got my teeth examined by Dr. Schmidt. He took his time to explain what treatment I needed, and addressed my concerns regarding my painful gums. That night, my pain was significantly better, and the next day my pain was completely gone! I can now floss and brush without pain! The hygienist Shelley cleaned my teeth and gave me laser treatment. I also got my teeth whitened, and all for a very reasonable price! Im so happy with the care I received and will definitely be back.

I brought my kiddos In for their 6month followup appt. I just love this office. The entire staff is so friendly and overall everyone seems to work together. As I checked In to my appt Lisa remembered myself and my family from 6months ago. She is always so personable and my kids love her. Eliana, the assistant took X-rays on my boys and made them feel extremely comfortable. Dr Schmidt examined both of my boys and to my surprise No Cavities. We just love this office and look forward to our next appts. I mean who loves coming to the dentist but when the staff makes you feel like family its easy coming back. Thank you DOF for taking care of my kids. If anyone is looking for a great family dentist look no further. This place is great!
