If youre looking for a dental office where you get to have a say in your treatment, this is NOT that place! I had a horrible experience here a few weeks ago but I purposely waited until getting a 2nd opinion until I posted my review. I scheduled with them to get a routine cleaning. I had been receiving my regular cleanings every 6 months with my previous dentist (my insurance changed so I had to switch) and during the last time I was there, I had zero cavities and she told me everything was fine. Then 6 months later I come here and all of a sudden I have 9 cavities, my gums are in terrible condition, and I risk having my teeth fall out because Im neglecting them. What the heck?? They made it sound as if I hadnt seen a dentist in years after I had told them I received regular cleanings. They came across incredibly judgmental and tried what they could to shame me. The dentist here had zero personality and looked disinterested much of the time. He also looked bothered when I dared to ask questions. He and the rest of his staff kept asking questions that I had already answered on my paperwork which told me they hadnt even reviewed my paperwork. The work they were recommending (after insurance) would be costing me close to $2000. I asked for the regular cleaning that I had scheduled and was told that they would not be working on me. In other words, I had to cough up payment for all their recommendations or not receive any service at all. This is the first time Ive ever been denied service. I wasnt going to fall for their scare tactics and once I let it be known that they would not be dipping into my pockets, they couldnt get me out of there fast enough.Since then, I scheduled with another dental office. What a difference! They provided me with the regular cleaning and told me I DONT HAVE ANY CAVITIES. I was informed that everything is good. Im so glad I asked for a second opinion. I believe the reason places like Sierra Dental Health exist is because they prey on people who are trusting and wont have enough sense to ask questions or advocate for themselves. Dont be one of those people. Ask questions and get a second opinion if something doesnt seem right to you. Dont allow places like Sierra Dental Health to scam you!

I had the best experience with the dentist! I needed an emergency root canal during the Covid shutdown and this office was the only one that was open. I didn’t have insurance at the time, however, the root canal job, the crown and the price was unbelievable!! I thought I was going to pay more but the price was reasonable! I’m so happy with the job well done and I highly recommend this dentist! He knows what he’s doing he will tell you the truth when it comes to your teeth!! Highly, highly recommend this dentist!!

Amazing dental office, every single member of their staff is very caring and professional. Dr. Nguyen is great and very knowledgeable. They offer payment plans and the waiting time is almost non existent. Ive never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Highly recommended, youll thank me later.

Great experience here. They educated me on the procedure and applicable dental health issues, and listened to my concerns. Very courteous staff as well. I was referred here for a specialty, but now I will be coming to this office for all future dental care.

I work at Kaiser and the insurance told me to come here. The staff were very professional, courteous,and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back and will recommend to all family and friends or anyone that need or ask about dental work. I got my work done without any problems.

Efficient scheduling and well organized. Took care of my emergency the same day. I later got an implant and it was done by a specialist. Not too much pain post surgery. Im sure once I have the tooth again, it will be perfect

I have gone in a few times to get work done and they are wonderful!The dentist was very helpful in explaining what all needed to be done and making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The girls up front are some of the sweetest! Just all around a great experience!!

From the very beginning with scheduling the first appointment this place has been wonderful. The lady at the front was extremely helpful in explaining what my insurance covers and the break down of every process needed. Then there was another lady that came in and explained step by step as the more than basic cleaning would go and how that process went. Then I finally met the actually dentist and he was very informative as how everything was a process and I would need a lot of work done due to not getting regular treatment. This place has truly broken my fear/hate for dentist and I recommend them to any and everyone!!! They are absolutely amazing on how thorough they are with explaining and making sure you understand everything.

Love this dental office.. very professional, very nice staff. My hygienist was amazing. Dentist was great at addressing my issues and explaining things to me.

Its a Good Friday. Everywhere was closed but I was in pain. They were able to see me on short notice and relieved me of pain right away. Had a darn good friday thanks to them. Otherwise, Easter would have been miserable.
