He’s patient, knowledgeable, great with us and our kids!

I called after finding a lump in my breast.It’s been 3 weeks, and they haven’t sent over the correct orders. I’ve seen the doctor twice, and he googled my symptoms both times, I have zero faith in this practice.

Awful experience. Wasnt listened to. Told the Dr. Of my PTSD experience and put on heart medication. Went to cardiologist verified that it was a mistake. ( Dr.even changed to a different med in that case still didnt hear that the first made me sick)Second repeated mistakes within office for simple referrals,(does cervical sound like lumbar to anyone else).Third sent to exact place I asked not to go to because of wrong diagnosis of previous Dr. at this entity. Well same place made another wrong diagnosis??!!!Fourth when first seen I was rushed and didnt get to finish my paperwork do to severe hand issues (none offered help like other offices??), my information wasnt told in full.Fifth insurance company was handling an out of network issue with me and agent had made a mistake in process, and when I stated what was being done I was called a liar. At which I stated I needed to make a grievance with insurance company. I recieved than a letter stating I gave misleading, misinformation, and was told to find another Dr.Well, did get a second opinion on the hand issue, and was put on surgery schedule immediately, proving the one entity a total failure.I did make repeated phone calls to try and correct things.I did record these phone calls with One stating you dont have all my information did I put down even my cancer on paperwork?Seriously this all happened in a two week period. So I may be right with the thinking that the banner network is using people to pass from Dr. to dr. to make money. Or its really that bad that this office maybe the worst in the area.The were reported to the insurance company, but insurance tells me they need several reports before they decide whether or not to contract them within there network.So please record everything to protect yourself, and report all problems to your insurance company.
