Great care..however you may have to wait a while due to their double booking. Referrals seem to take a few as well. While waiting you can enjoy the beautiful turn of the century building.

The ONLY problem I have with this doctors office is the wait time. Be prepared to wait usually more than an hour to be seen. Everything else is great! I love the phlebotomist. She is the BEST at her job! Never ever feel the needle going in or being taken out.

I went for an abscess and was told it was a rash. I knew it was so today I got a second opinion. When they went to Lance the abscess open, they had to numb it. It didnt numb completely because the infection was real deep. I wont be coming back to your office again. I see malpractice in your future. She didnt even check the site. She diagnosed from 4 ft away.

This practice is absolutely not ethical concerning a patients time and money. They make you come in for all information, make you pay a copay unnecessarily, and take a half day off of work everytime because you have to be there for 4 hours because they have triple booked. This isnt even starting on how rude they are, the PA staff turnover, and incorrect billing practices.

This practice used to be a great place to send your family for medical advice/ treatment, but in the last few years, the staff and over all atmosphere have begun to reflect an apathetic demeanor. When you think of a local family medical practice, you think of customer service and a more intimate experience, but you will no longer find it here. After many years of being a loyal patient, many mistakes were made, that at first, could be easily resolved and forgiven, but quickly turned sour as the unknowledgable staff have created a feeling of what can only be described as bureaucratic red tape. The bottom line is that they have lost sight of what a family practice should be.

UPDATE: Still havent found a better one but Im dropping to three Stars because they have no sense of respect for peoples time anymore. New front staff every time I come and no one has a clue what theyre doing.LOVE my new LPN tho. Connie is an absolute Joy. If not for her, Id be looking for a new office because Im tired of going in for an appointment at two then waiting till nearly four to be seen. Thats insane. What a ridiculous waste of your patients time! If you cant see us till four, schedule is at four!Original Review:The best doctors office Ive found in Florence. Definitively better than most and most respectful of different people.

Short version: highly unprofessional and disorganized. The good of the patient and patient satisfaction is not a priority.Long version: I was unable to be treated for continuation of care as I am new to the area and my diagnosis is not something they treat. My reason for scheduling the appointment could not have been more clear. Mistakes happen; therefore, I can understand to some degree how they wasted my time and money. That is not the problem. Billing a low complexity evalution when I was not treated /touched / or spoken to by the NP or MD is questionable, but again, if its legally required to bill and me pay out of pocket for having my blood pressure and vitals taken by a nurse or nursing assistant - lets talk about why and how to solve my dissatisfaction. The lack of attention to detail from several employees and level of disrespect upon trying to resolve the situation nicely is where I give the facility one star. Showing accountability for your mistakes goes a long way. In attempt to apologize, Dr. Clemens hung up on me mid-conversation. Non-productive conversation or not, that is unacceptable in the role as a physician. Its a shame that money turns people into monsters.I am not quick to write reviews, but as a healthcare provider myself, I think its important people understand the priority of a physician and/or clinic.Thank you for the motivation to be better than subpar.

Went to this doc with 3 broken ribs. They told me to call the next day to get a referral to a doctor that could help. Well they lied. I called back the next day, and they acted like they didnt know who i was. They could have at least told me that would not help me. This doctor is a joke. Worst doctor Ive been to. If this doctor is your only choice, you may as well stay home.

The lady that answers the phone (Courtney) needs to STOP calling people “sweetie” on the phone, it is both condescending and rude, just like she is.
