She helped me discover answers to a life long connective tissue disorder and refered me to specialists who helped me to be able to walk and live comfortably again. Shes excellent, she listens and actually cares about her patients.

The amount of times I have tried to call the office and no one answers. I’ve called multiple times a day, and still, no call back. I came in the same day, still no returned phone call because my sister is sick and cannot breathe. We walk in and the lady at the front desk said “I was going to call you back, but we are completely booked today.” Alright that’s fine, but have the respect to call someone back! So we left, thought about it and went back into the office. Their website says ‘same day appointments’. When the lady at the front desk asked the doctor, in the back room, I could hear the doctor say “that was forever ago”. This office needs to update their website and adjust their attitudes. The nurse was rude to my sister when she took her back. I would not recommend this office.

She took me in as a new patient when my previous doctor was full. She listened to what I had to say and discussed multiple options. Her staff was more than helpful and very friendly. Dr. Wilsheres office is what a doctors office should be like.

Update:Dr Wilshire is a great Dr her only flaws being that it takes forever to get refills, appointments or someone to answer the phone. Ive left 3 messages in the past week and so has the pharmacy because I have had to bare being out if my meds because no one can get a hold of her.Absolutely love her, she took me on and then my hubby and oldest daughter then she referred me to a pediatrician for my youngest daughter. Ive recommended her to many.

Dr. Wilshere always truly listens to what my family needs! Her staff is kind and very helpful. I never feel like a burden with them!

Such a horrible experience dealing with Dr. Wilshere, she doesnt believe anything about my post-concussion syndrome. When I do call to express my worst moments, she yells at me and unnecessarily calls 911. Dont try arguing with her either, because she cant be reasoned with. Just my opinion after dealing with the office for over 6 months.

Dr Wilshire is amazing !!! I had moved to the Cincinnati area from the south and was in need of a family doctor. After multiple searches I found NKPC. So glad I did. Dr Wilshire and her staff are all wonderful. Theyre very kind and understanding and actually care. Would recommend them to anyone !

Could not get even a single refill for Ambien without paying for another appointment. I dont know about you, but I cant afford to pay for an appointment every time I need a prescription refill. I was told it was due to state legislation. I contacted the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy, and they told me there was no such law, requiring an appointment for a refill of Ambien.
