No stars from me the girl that worked on me messed up my teeth scratched her nose and almost tore my lips apart. Had long nails.i called and talked to a manager and she said since you have so many complaints dont come back and that she believes I lied. my insurance runs out the end of this month.i cant offord to pay for this.well Im going to file a complaint with the state and bbb.

Very pleased with Cincinnati Dental Services, Florence KY location. Paige, Treena and Dr. Rolf are all very kind,, compassionate, hardworking and professional! From registering me as a new patient to the practice, answering all my questions/concerns in a timely manner whether in office or on phone and of course most importantly I received excellent care, extremely thorough and detailed treatments!

They called to cancel my appointment which was for my 6-month cleaning and they couldnt reschedule me for another 6 months. 😳

Cincinnati Dental Services has been our dental practice for years. This year we had an amazing hygienist. We love Kara! She is very friendly, quick, and efficient, and we felt like she really cared about our oral health. Three members of our family had Kara this month and we are excited to schedule with her in the future. Thank you for the friendly staff and knowledgeable care we receive every time.

The service was excellent but the cost for cleaning and x-rays was way too expensive. After insurance, it still is costing me $221.00.......

I was told over the phone that it would be fine if I had to bring my son with me to the appointment. When we arrived for the appointment, they would not allow us back if I had him with me. We had to leave. I’ve never had that problem before with any other dentist or doctor’s appointment. I called a new dental office and they were able to get me an appointment that day and had no problem with children. If you have to bring your child/children with you, this may not be the place.....

I’ve been going to Dr. Berry for years! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is very caring, friendly and professional! He also has a great team! Trina and a few others (I’m bad with names) are always AWESOME and hilarious! They definitely put your nerves at ease!

Chelsea, the hygienist, was so friendly that she could put any nervous patient at ease. Dr. Berry was very kind and thorough with his exam and explanation of diagnosis. They are both wonderful dental professionals and made my visit an enjoyable experience.The front office staff were also excellent. I have great confidence in their abilities.

I had a root canal and crown and was told one price and had to pay over 300.00 more than was quoted. they sliced my upper gum and got infected and no one cared. then i had to go to another dentist for the crown to be correctly done again. i will not go back to this dental company

My hygienist is amazing! I am lousy with names, sorry (red hair). My teeth always feel spectacular and ready for the world when she gets done cleaning and I am always happy that she doesnt overuse water, etc when cleaning. Ive gone to offices that run water the entire time they are cleaning which seems wasteful to me. It seems like a lot of dentists come through the office but so far, each has been polite and thorough.

A friend recommended this location and I love it! Great dentist, great staff, can’t get any better than that.

Susan, the hygienist, and Dr. Rusher are THE BEST! They made me feel so comfortable, informed and welcomed. They were very personable and answered all my questions. Their office staff is very kind and very prompt. I waited maybe 5 minutes before being called back, and my hygienist got right to it. I would recommend this office to absolutely anyone who fears the dentist. They treat you EXACTLY how youd want to be treated!

I absolutely love the Cincinnati Dental Florence office! The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I take my whole family to see Dr. Rusher and we are always cared for promptly.

Dr. Rusher and his staff are very friendly and competent. Dr. Rusher does excellent, thorough work on my teeth; I am very satisfied. I have been a patient at the Florence office for several years.

Had a root canal and crown done here on one of the molars. The crown broke within the 2nd year. Called to report the same and to check if they can do the crown again, the lady at reception said will check with the doctor and call back - which didn’t happen. Called back the 2nd day and they still haven’t checked with the doctor. And the receptionist says the doctor will have to see BEFORE they can say if the crown is covered or not. Very frustrated with the response, 2 years is not a very long time for a good dental crown!

Previously I dreaded going to the dentist, once I switched over to Cincinnati Dental Services in Florence I now look forward to my checkup appointments. The dental hygienists/ doctors are so friendly & professional. Highly recommend.

The staff is always so nice and they get you in pretty quick! They are the best I have found around this area for sure!

I have been a patient at Cinncinnati Dental Sevices for about 8 years and will continue to be for years to come! Prior to the Florence office opening, I was driving to the office in Clifton.The staff is incredible! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. As someone who cares deeply about her dental care, I wouldnt trust any place else!

Great place

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Berry for more than 20 years. Even though we moved to Southern Alabama 18 months ago, we have been so satisfied with the professional care that we have received from him and his staff that we have not seeked a new Dentist in Alabama and continue to come back to Florence for our dental care.

****Final Update**** years later still some pain if I chew wrong on that one tooth. Never ever had pain before that specific tooth was worked on. It does not feel like a cavity, but like my tooth was broke in the process of them placing a filling, which I can imagine would lead up to them suggesting a Crown. In the meantime I have avoided all dentists, as I no longer trust them.Though very friendly from office staff to doctors, so are salespeople, and politicians.***update*** Couple weeks later still pain at tooth 13, especially when I floss between my teeth. No Bueno**update** After 2nd day experiencing pain biting down on tooth that was filled at CDS. Hoping it will go away.*2nd visit: Dr Berry and dental assistant (forgot her name) worked like a well oil machine. Always aware of my state of comfort, from injection to checkout everything was fast and smooth, and more importantly painless. They also answered my questions and explained my xrays. I did have to wait at least 20 mins to be seen however, but I prefer that they take their time with another patient than rush the whole process, as haste makes waste.1st visit:I went in for an issue I was having with one tooth after being seen at another dental business-not CDS. CDS looked at my forwarded X-Rays from the other dental organization and took 3 bitewings to make sure that no new infections had set in after my previous work at another dentist. Both the dental assitant and Doctor Berry were patient with me and listened to all my concerns. They both suggested some ideas to help me out with my TMJ and teeth grinding. The front office people were friendly and personable as well. No complaints so far. I will update this review after some fillings are placed.

Extremely nice folk that seem to genuinely care about their patients!

Was denied service (cleaning) because i had concerns about harmful effects of frequent xrays. i was told that i had to submit to xrays or leave. i was not permitted to speak with the dentist.
