I recently had a chip in my front tooth “fixed”. After months of waiting for an appointment. Only to have it look worse then when I came in. I look like someone patched my front tooth with their eyes closed and it is flaking off day by day. My chip is re chipped because of how uneven they sanded it down. My other front tooth is also now chipped because of where they put the material for the other tooth. So now both of my front teeth look and feel horrible. By the time I can get an appointment somewhere else I am sure I won’t have teeth left to even fix. This is why I have an overwhelming fear of the dentist because of places like this. **** edit Me here again a week later. Now more of my tooth where they “fixed” it has fallen off at no fault of mine. Was just sitting here and felt it fall off into my mouth. Absolutely ridiculous. I also haven’t even heard back from anyone from healthpoint regarding this.

I had an issue with a scheduler with poor customer service. Heather reached our as soon as she could to address my concerns. Very professional and understanding. For that reason Im changing my 1 star to 4. Thank you Heather and Debbie for your awesome customer service.

Nurse practitioner Tim does not listen to you as the patient. He has a very poor bedside manner. Wouldnt recommend him. The rest of the staff were very kind that is why I gave a 1 star. Dont ever see that man if you go there.

Went for an appointment at the OBGYN at 3:30 did not get seen until 4:20. There was dry blood on the floor in the room i was put in, also a dead bug on the window. I have the pictures to prove it... Also the rest room is always nasty they ask you to take your urine sample in. I know its for low income families and the public but thats is no excuse. Have respect for the Patience by keeping a clean facility. I will not be going back to this location...

I went in the florence location for a scheduled extraction. Although only one of two got completed, it was because of Dr. Faulkners excellent care and concern for my very high BP reading. They brought me fast and was super kind. If I had a complaint its only you cannot be seen but every few months! No appointments.

I currently dont have a regular dentist and I just recently had a piece of a tooth break off and Im in extreme pain because the nerve is exposed. I tried to call and get an emergency appointment but was told that the first time they have is in August!!! How can they expect me to go through this kind of pain for two months? This place is a joke!!! And I tried both Covington and Florence!!! And anyone that thinks that an establishment that has a 2.2 rating is a good place to go needs their heads exambend!!!!!

I have gone to HealthPoint Family Care in Florence for my dental work over the last few years. Recently, I had an appointment for my front tooth to be filled. I had put off getting it done due to how tense and nervous the experience makes me. I started out being 10 minutes late for my appointment and was still seen in a timely manner. It was apparent during the process that my comfort was important and that the process in itself was done properly. Rob did an excellent job!

Really bad service gave them my insurance card they said they took.my insurance only to discover they didnt. It took this office 4 times to fax my referral to the specialist that I was trying to make an appointment with.

I had an appointment at 9:30 and sat in waiting room til 12! I’ve been in pain from my teeth for months Ava now the soonest they can take me is a month An a half away...

I had the worst experience with Health Point which has not left my back for the past 8 months. They changed my appointment and made me see a new doctor in spite of me confirming my appointment with a known, in network doctor.I got a huge bill because of their mistake which they have not fixed in the past 8 months.Tracey from the claims department was extremely rude, curt, unprofessional and actually yelled at me. When I told her she was being impolite, she actually said “I don’t care”.They basically still have not fixed my claims problem and are blaming it now on my insurance even though they took full responsibility for it to begin with. I would never recommend this place.

This place is a complete joke!!! It should not take TWO HOURS for my boyfriend to go in and get a doctors note for work for an easy check up... waiting an hour in the lobby and waited an hour in the back to be seen. They are also unprofessional about there work diagnosing my boyfriend for something serious till we went to the hospital and the only problem was him being dehydrated. I wish this place could shut down or have better management...

I had to wait a month and a half for a dental appointment for an extraction when in pain during pregnancy.Scheduled appointment over the phone, waited a month and a half for my appointment to arrive, show up to check in for appointment and I’m told I will not be seen today because the dentist was moved to a different location for the day.Never got a call to let me know my appointment was cancelled or anything. So here I am after waiting a month and a half for my appointment and I’m told there’s nothing they can do but schedule me an appointment another month and a half away... DO NOT GO HERE.

The Florence office is amazing! They have two interpreters here to assist patients needs. I have been very blessed to have the opportunity to bring my child here. Dr Rama is the best provider wish she could see adults also. The staff and management are very friendly and opening. They even carried my child’s diaper bag to the room for me. Totally recommend coming to this office as a patient.

This place is horrible dr felons is rude and has yelled at my pregnant fiance when she went in for a check up for our baby he smokes cigarettes as a doctor its a very horrible place to go would not recommend to anyone there will be further action taken against the way the dr treated my fiance

Do not and I treat do not go here for dental care. I tried to call because I couldn’t find it and no one answered, then I got there and a guy pushed. His way in the dental line for and emergency appointment. I told the lady at the front desk no I’m here I couldn’t find it and and no one answered your phone. She said no problem I’ll get you in. I had to wait 6 weeks for this appointment and then they gave the guy my spot and made me wait. I watched multiple people go in while I sat for 2 hours. Terrible service. Should be shut down!

I’ve only gone to this office for 9 months for dental and 1 doctor visit and they’re absolutely awful if you don’t HAVE to come here don’t. Ive been going here every since I was pregnant & my daughter will be 7 in December. And I love my daughters doctor she is very nice and always knows whats wrong with my daughter within seconds Ive never had any problems with staff or any doctors. I live like 25 minutes away and was going to take my daughter somewhere closer but they just know everything about my daughter so I will just continue coming here. Its worth the drive 😊

Would definitely not recommend coming here for walk in appointments, my daughter & I arrived at 5 PM, & are currently still waiting to be seen at 7:08 PM. Traditional appointments usually go quicker. Also, dont be suprised when you call to schedule an appointment & they tell you to just come during walk in hours 🙃

Have been a patient here for awhile. My favorite Dr is Dr. Tishner. She always goes above and beyond and Im truly grateful for her. I could go anywhere due to my insurance but I chose to stay her with her as my primary physician.

We had a great experience at the Florence location. We came 15 min before they opened to be the first walk-in appt. on a Saturday. They took us back quickly and went above and beyond in the care. Very affordable, would recommend.

Was looking to switch doctors so I made an appointment with Dr Tincsher. Waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time only to be seen by a nurse practitioner instead. Never saw or talked to the doctor. Overall bad experience so will not be coming back. Read all the reviews people, they are not making this stuff up.

Understaffed AF. Management needs to look into it. I waited 4 and a half hours after signing in to only be told I couldnt be seen that night. All I needed was a medication refill and a doctor signature. I was the second person there for walk-ins that night. I came back six months later only to realize after 4 years of going somewhere else for mental help that this building still has terrible mental illness help. Out of the three doctors I have seen, they dont believe seem to believe mental illness is real or serious. As a figure who people turn to for health, this is not alright. Reasons such as this are why people dont get help when they need it, because of ignorant staff member and their actions. I know not everyone is ignorant here, but I would like to know where the good ones are hiding. I was told that they needed to test me for something I already have been diagnosed with years by another doctor at their office. The doctor refused to listen to me explaining this, gave me one sheet of paper to test me with what I already had been diagnosed with, then told me to come back in two weeks. If someone is coming to you asking for mental help or physical, it is your job as a doctor to treat them with respect and treat it seriously and to not play them off because you judged them for 5 minutes and they seem fine. This is an example of ignorance at its finest. I could have filled out that paper in five minutes and then she could have helped me with getting on some medication IN THE LEAST. I tried to ask but they wouldnt even tell me the doctors name. All I know is that she is Hispanic and has an heavy accent, and shes incredibly rude. Shes the type of person that if she ever reads this, she probably would claim shes a victim of racism and did nothing wrong. I assure you shes just a bad doctor and thats not the case. Never coming back.

I went here for my pregnancy and I will say, if you are having a baby or plan to have one, this place should be last on your list. I had gestational diabetes and my doctor wasnt checking my blood sugar levels like she was supposed to, I didnt get an ultrasound to check my babys weight which needed her consent to do so, AND I got billed for visits they had told me I was covered for. The woman at the desk had even told me if I didnt pay for my last visit, they wouldnt see me. The best part about this place is their dental.

Never again will I show up here! I came as a walk-in cause St E could not get my son in in time for his shots before school since I had to reschedule, and someone suggested this place because they take walk ins. Well they take walk ins from 5-8, I signed in at 5:07 and its 6:35 and haven’t even been called to the front desk! I asked how much longer and the lady was RUDE! trying to explain what a walk-in was and said first come first serve! All these people came at 3ish and signed in when they don’t start til 5, and they allow it! Basically said I would be the last to be seen. And acted like there was some sort of problem with the question I asked! Never again!

I have been going to see Dr. Stephens for a while now and I have to say, he is an awesome dentist. I always feel comfortable with the work he does. Dr. Stephens has never made any visit worse than what it has to be, and him and his coworkers do great work. Keep it up Dr. Stephens, great job..

The staff is excellent! My doctor (Dr. Fellens) is amazing; as were the nurses. Theyre quick, considerate and very polite. So glad I didnt listen to the negative reviews on Google.

Customer service is terrible. The providers are rude. This is a Medicaid clinic. Patients are nothing but a number to them. If you don’t have to go here, don’t.

If I could give a negative number I would. They have never helped me every time I walk in. The staff is rude an unwilling to help. The wait time is unbelievable. DON’T GO HERE if you can help it. I had abscess tooth they turned me away told me to comeback in fours hours or wait there lol. They could have treated me for an infection and gave me an antibiotic just like First care in Florence did.

Walked in at 430. Still waiting at 715. This place is terribly time managed. What’s worse is people walking in after me and leaving before me. If you have insurance or any other choice at all I would just go somewhere else.

I’ve never had any problems with this office until today when I called in. I called to set up an appointment a few days ahead for my son as a check-up. I had to wait for my Medicaid to be approved again to take him back. When I called to make the appointment, the lady was extremely rude. She told me she won’t schedule appointments in advance and I had to take him in today or they wouldn’t see him at all. I work shifts until midnight and I told this lady that I couldn’t do it until Monday afternoon and she continuously kept giving me times and talking over me. I am highly disappointed as well as had a concern about my son, but I guess that doesn’t matter to them. Don’t take your children here, please..... she also hung up on me.

This location is actually one of my favorites. It’s much better than the Covington location! Workers are nicer and more personable!

My sons dr and nurses are top notch! I absolutely love Christina Lewis!!! I no longer worry if my son is getting quality care because with her, I know he is. She is amazing! She spends the time with us, goes over everything with us and answers any questions we may have. Im so confident in this Nurse Practioner that Ive already referred all of my family and friends to her and they love her as much as I do!!! Hes been a patient of hers for a little over 3 years and I would follow her wherever she goes without a doubt!!!In the dentist department, you will never go wrong with Rob. He is great!!! I go in for a filling and am not nervous at all, I actually just relax because I know he is going to do an awesome job on my teeth.The women at the front desk in both departments always take care of us and are polite and courteous. I am extremely happy I have these people in my life and that they are located 5 minutes down the road from me!

This office is very slow and the ladies are rude. Not all of them. They tell you that after x-rays they will call you back to be with your child. So after not even allowing you to go back initially with your small child they forget to call you back. My child was nervous and really wanted me there. My child had an appointment and when we show up they say my child does not have an appointment and in fact my child has no records in their system, that my child has never been here! They make me wait, finally figure it out an hour later, then tell me they will still see her, for us to sit and wait until they have an opening, they must take their patients first!!!! My 2 children had been patients there for 9 years!!! Needless to say, that is when we left. For the last time!!!

Wish I could give less than a 1 star. I am a foster parent and because their records were already here that is where I went for their appointments. Referrals were given and its now been 4 weeks exactly and Childrens hospital doesnt have them. Ive called at least 10 times and they keep saying they are sending them. Its so urgent we get these referrals and yet nothing is being done. Had their dental appointments and they just took a look in the kids mouth with a tiny mirror and that was it. No cleaning or anything! Ive taken my bio kids to actual dental offices since they were born and I have never seen anything like this. Im sure they still billed the insurance as if they did something. I also gave them a paper I have to have filled out because they are foster kids about their dental situation and they never returned it to me and dont know where it is. Horrible place and Ill be having our foster kids records sent to a real doctors office like the rest of the family go to.

PLEASE EVERYONE REPORT THIS PLACE! WHY ON EARTH WOULD THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO BE TREATED SO RUDELY FOR NO REASON. ITS VERY HEART BREAKING. HUSBAND WAS A SHERIFF FOR 2O YEARS BEFORE HE GOT SICK. WE CAME HERE BECAUSE HIS TEETH WERE ROTTING DUE TO MITO. HE HAS MEDICARE AND NO DENTAL INSURANCE. The lady who made the appointment was super caring and sweet so we thought this was a kind place, she actually in a way warned us not to come. She said we should try UK first and other places first. We should have taken her advice! I know they are for low income patients as well as others but to treat patients this bad is unacceptable! THEY ASSUMED MY HUSBAND WAS ON DRUGS BECAUSE OF THE WAY HE WALKS. HE HAS MUSCLE WEAKNESS AND LIMITED VISION. After x rays they wanted him to be drug screened so we complied. Just got a bill for 300.00. His insurance is looking into this place. AS A SHERIFF HE SAID HES NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE AS THEY HAVE TREATED HIM HERE!

Just calling to make an appointment was an awful experience. Such rude staff, the woman actually hung up on me before I could even confirm the address. I gave them one chance, office is dirty, staff are rude, you wait forever for poor care. They act like because you are on Medicaid you are worthless and do not deserve to be treated like a human being. Disgraceful.

They are alright. I have some ups and some downs. Sarah the doctor is very nice and does a good job with the check ups. The dentists are very rude how ever. I scheduled an appointment for my son 3 times in a row with them because each time I came they said I needed something else with me. The third time after spending all of that gas they tell me they dont take his insurance and the lady smirked at me like it was funny. I burst out crying and she acted like I was stupid and this was while me being pregnant and already emotional. Sarah was my doctor twice. Once with my youngest son and now with my soon to be born daughter. She helped me get through some embarrassing things and didnt make me feel nasty for it.

The nurse that we had was very kind and helpful. The doctor that we seen, Dr. Bastawros, was rude, disrespectful and absolutely did not help us in any way possible. My 21 year old son has epilepsy and feels embarrassed by it, she preceded to try and tell him how he should be feeling. And that I needed to be quiet. In witnessing what he goes through on a daily basis and he could barely talk as his tongue is bitten up, I felt she was very unprofessional. She told us that she had informed us to see a neurologist and I told her that we had made the appointment but there 6 to 9 months out. As hes had an increase in his seizures, we was pleading for her help and she started yelling saying that we made her uncomfortable. This I dont understand. As a family doctor, where we have went for years, this is the first time Ive ever encountered this type of treatment, although my son said she was rude the very first time he seen her. Every other doctor has been kind and helpful. Needless to say we wont be going back to that location. She needs to learn bedside manner, learn to listen to her patients. One of the other staff members told me we would be better off going to another location to be seen as she is like this everyday. If its something more than a common cold, dont go to this location.

I would write a lengthy review like everyone else on how terrible this place is, but Ill leave it short. If you want mental help, do not come to this place. The doctors dont believe even though my fiancé had been diagnosed with two serious mental illnesses and several other ones, that she needed help or even had anything wrong. They also completely ignored some of the health issues she brought their attention to because they werent as big of an issue as the others. This included an intense ear ache and not being able to breathe properly. They sent her home with a paper that would test her for a disorder SHE ALREADY HAS. And she tried explaining this to the doctor, but no avail. Im sure not all of the crew is terrible, but the Hispanic woman doctor was very rude. She is the one we are having the issues with. Go somewhere else. This place deserves zero stars.

The nurse that saw my 4 yr old was rude. He was sick and acted like he was faking. She acted like we were wasting her time, she did not want to be bothered. Talked down to us. I will refuse to be treated like that again.

They treated my husband horribly he has autism n I needed 2 go back with him 2 talk 2 the doctor n wouldnt let me. They dont.listen, very rude, and want u in and out. They dont care about the patients!

I would not recommend this compassionless place at all. I am a Gout patient, who has been seem by various doctors over the last decade or so for it. Sometimes I will have an attack so bad I am bed ridden and cannot walk, crutch, or drive. In this case I would need prednisone or some other anti-inflammatory steroid. In this instance they withheld this medicine, saying I had to come in to be prescribed this medicine. If I could walk to come in, I probably wouldn’t need the medicine. So since I am already in horrible pain, they compound my discomfort by mentally stressing waiting 6 days to even give me a yes or no answer whether or not they will help me. Finally they say no, due to “liability” reasons. This would be fine if I were a new patient without a medical history. I have been given this medicine before, as it is the only type of medicine I’ve encountered that will knock out the swelling, pain, and inflammation of a Gout attack. I even mentioned to the provider, Bishop is her name that I may need this in the future if I get a severe attack that leaves me immobile. She didn’t say no then. I have never in my life so neglected and uncared for by a provider and organization.

Excellent dental care. Have two grand children and facility was very attentive and were able to save 10 year olds tooth with difficult filling. Both 10 year old girl and 9 year old boy have been to facility 4 times now and both were afraid of the dentist but no more. They raved about hardly feeling a thing and the dentist were super attentive. We showed up 15 minutes before appointment and were seen within minutes either early or just a little late of appointment scheduled time. Entire staff is there to serve and they carry themselves that way. The Doctors are extremely good and patient oriented. You would have to search far to find better care if it exists. Absolutely NOT 2nd hand care.I have excellent doctors, the kind that are talked about in medical circles and privately among patients. I have specialized conditions and I have a good health care plan. I have to sit in reception area often for periods beyond 30 minutes waiting to see my doctor. It is not because they are sipping tea and watching cartoons in some back room. They are caring for patients. You never know if you will be a 15 minute visit or a 30 to 45 minute visit in any Doctors office. If you are not use to seeing a doctor I feel for you as far as understanding what goes on. I imagine many patients who come in to Health Point are ill and need special care. So if you wait consider that the doctor is taking care of the patient the way you want to be taken care of. Its NOT Fast Food People!

I obviously should have read and followed the advice of these reviews. I have no one to blame but myself for not doing any research before coming in to have a tooth pulled. The dentist is extremely rude and inconsiderate. He did not explain what he was doing and although I told him that I was not completely numb he went forward with pulling my tooth anyway. As I made it clear that it was very painful he stated your tooth may be about to break and crumble but that is ok while refusing to provide anymore anesthesia. I have one more tooth that needs to be pulled but I was told I needed to come back in 5 weeks for that. Although he recognized and stated that this tooth was infected he refused to provide a prescription for an antibiotic in the meantime. If you want to be treated worse than a prison inmate then this may be the place for you. If you expect to be treated like a civilized, respectful person please do not come here.

This place was horrible for the dentist. The staff was really rude. After they fixed my dry socket (thank God they didnt take the teeth out) they gave me little to no information about what they did to me, or what to do. DONT GO HERE! My experience here was everything that my dental nightmares are made of. Immediadent is way better!

After wait for 45 minutes they tell me to go home and come back tomorrow, even touh I told them my boy has a 101 fever. They say they’re open until 9:00 for walk ins but they send you home at 6:25 saying they’re booked up for the nite.

The wait is crazy and when i called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was rude and hung up on me twice. I work in customer service and that is just unacceptable behavior. I know its a government funded location but everyone deserves to be handled like a human being, seriously needs to get their workers reevaluated. So rude and thats just trying to get an appointment dont even want to guess how they are when you actually go in.

I went here one time, it was god awful. I was being seen for unexplained bleeding with my second pregnancy(because I was unable to get in to see my regular ob) and had to have a Dr write off that i was allowed to go back to work. They couldnt comprehend why i needed a note for my job,They didnt check me or my unborn child at the time, didnt have an ultrasound machine, or tech on hand to hand situations like that. I never saw the actual doctor (if there even was one) I only saw the nurses assistant, They did blood work to which I never received the results for and when my normal ob called to have them fax the results to her office they had no idea where they were, and denied that I had ever gone to their facility. Needless to say I voluntarily offered to redo the blood work so we didnt have to deal with them, and I have not and will never return to this facility again. Oh and now a yr later the prenatals they called in(a prescription that is now since expired) for me at the time of the visit just now showed up on my file with the pharamacy. This place is a joke.

Horrible establishment....DO NOT go to Florence. I waited an hour for results for blood work from a physical! Told the assistant who was extremely nice that I had to leave ...she understood and gave me my results after a waiver was signed ...but I also asked for a refund since I did not see the doctor, she told me that I had to go to the front for reimbursement. I unfortunately had to deal with the girls at the front desk ..who on prior visits just sit there talk to each other were actually having to work and you could tell they were not happy about it. I told them that I was in a hurry and I could not wait any longer and that I needed a refund ...they both were EXTREMELY rude ...and both told me that I had to sit and wait for a refund....they obviously have ZERO common sense as to why I needed a refund nor did they care. I had to leave but I will continue to contact management until Im refunded as well as making sure nothing goes through my insurance. Save yourself the trouble of wasting your time at this place! I also agree with other reviews that this place should be shut down...they have no clue what they are doing.

Dr Bastawros was a nightmare. I have severe adult ADD and had just moved to Cincinnati from Louisiana and was seeking a primary care physician. She asked me not once, but twice, if I used marijuana. After telling her no, she told me i do not feel comfortable prescribing aderol or that type of medication to you because theyre too tempting to sell on the streets. Your issues are not ADD, they are self control issues and you are no different from everyone else. She then made me take a drug test and billed me $300 for it. (They did not even send it to my insurance company, which I have through Proctor and Gamble) this is a horrible woman.

Get ready to wait for hours, even when you just have one person in front of you. Theyre very short staffed but its not their fault theyre running around like mad trying to keep up.

I have been going to this office since November 2015 the first Doctor I was seeing was great, he transferred out to a different location. Since I have seen Dr Bastawros twice both times she was rude. The second time she discontinued some of my meds including the ones I need for my nebilizer, she ask me if I sit around smoking a hookah all day I said no and she said I bet and left the room.

Staff was rude when I first got there. Said to come back in 4 weeks no appointment given. Waited to make appointment no one at front desk. Had to get refill on blood pressure med and another issue. Would not see you for more than one thing. Finding a new Doctor!

Lousy establishment. Continuous rude service. Long lobby times and its impossible to get them on the phone. But If you walk in everybody working there is just sitting around chatting. Must be nice to make free money. My wife was already misdiagnosed there once during her pregnancy. Simply because they do the bare minimum to get paid. For some reason we went back. My wife has had an unknown ailment for the past months that we were hoping to get some professional opinion on. Instead... DR BOST- WHAT EER HER NAME IS. The Indian lady r adult female patients....insisted th a it is a drug or alcohol problem. She does nothing. And this was their official diagnosis... Without testing for blood or alcohol. I asked for the manager and they wanted me to sign in and wait an hour... Yeah right... Spend the extra money and go somewhere else this place should be shut down

1.ONE of the WORST family care i ever seen in my life. I visited for yearly medical check-up. There is no Physician or Doctor . Except Nurse practitioner!!! Its totally a lie that there is no space for regular physician, you have to wait for 100 years ! As because they are cheap for healthcare.2. The freaking Telephonic system is absurd, many many branches.No clear number to talk to Florence branch , always goes to voice mail. Left vm many times, But Totally a BS. No response, Sometime waited for 30 minutes by giving as a doctors office, then someone pick up the phone and transfer to VM. Its Funny.3. The NP and Staffs are not knowledgeable at all, what code should needs to send to the insurance company. i was suffering for more then 2 months with freaking insurance bills as bcz of their wrong code.My understanding , TOTAL MEDICAL SYSTEM here is broke down. NP & Doctors just worried about the commission from insurance company ,lab and from the pharmacy .Needs a revolutionary change.

This place is atrocious!! We are here now and havent even been seen yet and already have a list of complaints. My bofriend is a new patient here there seemed to be confused on which chart to sign in on as we asked for assistance the rude disrespectful and unresponsive receptionist payed us not attention. When I returned to the front desk to ask if he needed to fill out any forms, the same lady preceeded in rudness and gave me zero help. Im appauld by this behavior!! Never in my life will I return here. Never have I been to such a nasty and unproffessional place. Dont consider taking any person here especially if they are in dire need of care.

Terrible place! Call for an appointment and have nothing for over 3 weeks. Dont be desperate for help as you wont get it. My son needs his 12 month check up, 5 minute appointment and still cant get one till he is nearly 1 year and 2 months. Find a new doctor

Everyone that works here are very nice

It is LITERALLY impossible to get through with their phone system. I tried for a half hour pressing keys to get through and ONLY got through when I picked the administration option.Absolutely stupid how they’ve got this set up.

Just got dressed and walked out because the wait is ridiculous. You wait in the waiting room 20 plus minutes then wait on a doctor 20 plus minutes when you get in the back. Why make a appointment in the first place if the doctors are ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND.

This place is dirty and nasty as hell staff sucks and they could care less how long you wait to see the doctor this place needs to be looked into

I would not give any stars if possible! No one knows what they’re doing, one person tells you something and someone else tells you something different, and they are horrible about calling you back. The doctors are very weird!

I loved!!! I come from Georgia and despite seeing all the bad reviews I decided to visit the clinic I do not speak English and all the staff were very friendly all the time I was there grateful for the good treatment

Going to this place is a headache the receptionists speak Spanish and do not help the Latin people speak in a rude and very rude way
