They told me to be here before 7 I was here at 6 45 number 15 in line they failed to tell me they do all denture patients first so honestly it doesnt matter what time I got here bc denture patients keep flowing in and I keep getting pushed back been here almost 4 hours and nothing!!! They need a better system I wish I could give this place a big fat zero

DR TEPPER IS THE BEST EVER HE TOOK TIME WHEN HE DID MY DENTURES VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.

This is the only place I will ever go have my teeth worked on , they are wonderful an really care about there patients

Dr. Davis was awesome! I got cavities filled and advise on what to take for my heart condition at the same time. He was very patient and experienced with his work. This is the only place that I have gone to since 1995 and dont plan on going anywhere else.

Had a tooth extraction today and Dr Perry did it and oh my he is awesome. Although the procedure was a little tuff but overall my experience was great. Dr Perry made me feel comfortable, and he was really nice including the assistant that was there.

I live in polk County Florida i recently went to South Carolina to get some dental work done by Griffin Watford &Tepper on 5-28-20. In Florence South Carolina so you know there were expenses for traveling to get there and back . Not the best experience there while doing an extraction the dentist completely removed the crown on the tooth next to the extracted one and all he had to say was you will need a filling there . yes dental work is cheap there but at what cost to other teeth !

I kept telling them that my partial wasn’t fixing right . But they insist that they were the perfect partial now I’m back again the next day because the partial made my gums bleed. Let the dentist that pulled my tooth did a great job and I do feel some of my tooth in my gums and that’s because it broke.... I don’t have money to throw away...I really want a refund for this killer partial 😩😩😩😩now after I just came from the back while I was back the the damn doctor got 😡 Mark A Perry threw my partial in the damn sink hard because I told him I didn’t was anything in my month that was going to hurt . I don’t care how much pain I ever be in or if my partial ever breaks I will NEVER COME BACK Carolina regional used to be griffins

If I could choose a rating lower than 1 star I would absolutely not have a problem doing so. Too many issues with my visit to list on here because it was honestly a nightmare from beginning to the end. Several hours sitting in the waiting room even though I had an appointment. It was the most painful dental experience Ive ever had. The dentist was rude, rough and seemed to enjoy humiliating me. He actually said that I was the worst patient he ever had to me and in front of the nurse/hygienists. I left there sobbing uncontrollably, humiliated, bleeding, in excruciating pain and with the ugliest partial that hasnt fit from day one. I wouldnt go back there again if it was the last clinic on earth. In fact, I wouldnt go back if it was 100% free! To all parents, do not take a child .If theyll mistreat an adult theres no telling what theyd do to a child.Okay, Im done ranting. Just remember, if you decide to go there for any dental service, youve been warned.

I wish i could take away ALL stars but it wont let me review otherwise!My boyfriend and I made a 2 hour trip to this place last week...they were very nice and bery quick. He had all upper teeth extracted within an hour and had a denture made. He left there in extreme pain. It would have been worth it if the denture actually looked good! All the teeth are crooked! And he was told to wait 24 hours before removing and cleaning the denture...he took it out to shower...10 min tops and could not get it back in! 900$ charge....for nothing!We found a great dentist today that is making him a new denture and they are amazing! Very thorough...and are taking their time...4300$ ... but well worth it...you only get what you pay for;)

Went Friday because sexton dental turned me away so I went next door and the took good care of me.. .The staff and dentist was amazing they pulled all my top teeth and had my denture by 3 will definitely recommend people here

Dr H did a wonderful job pulling my tooth this morning he were very patient and kind. Ms.Libby were very sweet she cleaned around my mouth to remove whatever blood was there.

The people here were great. My wife and I both had work done the same day, and we both had awesome nurses and doctors. Plus there wasnt a line out the door like at Sexton. Also, pricing was great. For full extraction and dentures with insurance was 127$, after the astronomical prices elsewhere this was good to hear.

Dr. Bruce was exceptionally kind and compassionate. Very quick with minimal pain. Ive never had a dental experience as well as today.

We waiting over 3 hours to be seen. They ladies at the front desk were very rude and did not want to help us at all. Everyone before and after us was seen very quickly and most of them were walk ins as well. We end up walking out after 3 1/2 hours. I do not recommend this place to No one. Very unprofessional and rude.

Great place, had 15 teeth pulled. Very easy with me i felt no pain what so ever and was completely numb during the process. Got a denture same day and havent had any trouble.

I wouldnt recommend anyone here EXCEPT if its an emergency and you have no where else to go. This is your run of the mill first in, first out dentist office. Its always packed in there and hot but in an emergency, if your regular dentist cant fit you in, their your only hope.1. Long wait- if your a walk-in, be prepared to wait at least 1½+ hours before being called to the back.2. Rude dentists- their Assistants are very nice and make you feel welcome but I guess they are the calm before the storm. Dentist came in and went right to work. No hello, no introduction.3. Shady work- I went in for a simple extraction. Dentist came in, gave me three shots in the top of my mouth and walked out. When he returned 15 mins later, he went in and pulled the tooth up and when he went to grou it, he broke the whole damn tooth to the point that it was still inside the gum. So now my gum had to be cut to get it out. Even then, it seemed to get him aggravated and if he didnt care before, he didnt care now. All the sudden he walks out for about 10 mins and returns. He starts drilling and I can feel the pressure they say your gonna feel, but it began to feel like pain. I tried to tell him but he just continued to work. Right before I was about to turn my head when he lifted the drill, by the grace of God, the assistant said they got it out. When I tried to be cordial and thank the dentist, he looks away and walks out. i think the dentist knew he was being rude so she made every effort to try make me feel calm.Price- the prices arent bad $108 for an extraction without insurance but being that my gum had to be cut and required sutures, it raised it to $218. I wanted to asked why if the dentist broke it but my insurance took care of most of it and I wanted to get the hell out of the

The only good thing here are teeth cleaning & extractions. Had teeth filled and the fillings didnt last 3 days. Went back in to have another doctor refill it & I was advised there was still decay in my tooth that wasnt removed before it was filled the first time. SEVERAL other people were coming in on both of my visits complaining about their fillings falling out too... shouldve been a red flag for me,but I learned the hard way.

Dentist was rushing .Left a piece of tooth in my mouth after extraction l. Called to get the rest of tooth removed had to sit in waiting room for hours and staff was very nonchalant like it wasnt a big deal after i told them twice i was in severe pain i do bout recommend this dental office

My visit there was horrible , the dentist did not even swob my gums before he stuck the needle in it , I was yelled at , and the pain was severe and to suffer all this just with an extraction . The Dentist I had did not even introduce himself . I did not know that he was the one who would pulled my Tooth . I called back the next day to complain to whoever was in charge and was told that someone would call me back but no one ever did. Im still mad as hell with that clown who pulled my tooth. Im writing this review hoping that people will see it and in return help the next person not to have an experience like the one I had 😠😠😠

My experience at this Dental Office was terrible. This Office was recommended to me, and since I trust the ones that told me, I thought I was in for a great visit. Dont know the Dentist name but he was very rude and didnt show any concern or remorse when I started to cry. He was removing my Wisdom tooth, and it was extremely painful. He told me to stop crying or he was not going to work on my mouth, the nurse showed more concern for me than he did. It was just awful, would not recommend anyone to this Dentist Office, and I will never ever go back there.

Have used this office several times with mixed experience. Most visits have gone very well with a very nice and kind set of personnel who were very nice and made sure to accommodate in every possible way. Last trip got a younger dentist that did extractions this guy was horrible but must say he was the only one, the rest of the personel was great. I would definately use this service again how ever I will not be using the young man that I seen last time. Most of the dentists here are grade A but like anywhere you always find that one that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. That said I do recomend this place by far over sexton dental clinic and will continue to use their service. This from a person who despises dentists in general. Keep it up just get rid of the one dude or re train him to be professional and not seem like its a bother that you came in.

Each time ive been here, very rude staff and show no professionalism at all, if their your last choice I recommend, other than that, I wouldnt waste my time, I drove 3 hours from work in North Carolina to be at my appointment, get here they are closed, no call or anything, talk with a rep at their answering service, was told..( they shoulda called you, its not my fault and then hung up on me!!!

I was there for over 3 hours, they were very unprofessional, wouldnt do the work on my teeth that I was asking for, they are very rough and rude! As I was sitting in the waiting room a man walked in and paid extra so he could get seen first while everyone else waited.. I nor any of my family will go back there.

My husband using this dental clinic because of the exstra low prices,(my husband is a penny pincher to say the least) He convinced me to go to them. My visit with the dentist went as follows. Dentist:open your mouth, point to which tooth He then numbed my tooth with an injection turned and left the room. Assistant did say he will come back in a few minutes, just follow his directions when he comes back. Dentist returns in about 10 minutes. He walked in the room said, open your mouth, keep your hands down, If it hurts just tell me He then pulled and pushed and twisted for about 3-5 minutes and finally my tooth came out. He dropped the instrument he was using and tooth on the tray and turned and walked out of the room. No goodbye, kiss my bisquit, have a nice day, just nothing. The assistant did place some folded gauze half way in place in my mouth and handed my a dixie cup with more gauze in it along with printed instructions. This visit I ended up with a dry socket withing two days. I ended up going to the ER because I live an hour and a half away. I must be a glutten for punishment because my dear hubby talked me into trying them again. The next vist went the same way, say bedside manner , same non friendlyness. There was a difference though, this time when the dentist exstracted my tooth he crunched and crushed it into pieces before he pulled it out. He did get a couple big pieces of tooth out in on piece but the rest of the tooth was cracked apart. What was really terrible was after he removed the big pieces out he didnt even try to get the crushed pieces out, the dentist grabbed some folded gauze and shoved it in my mouth and turned and walked out. I took the guaze out and asked the assistant could you at least help me rinse all the broken tooth out of my mouth. He did apologize and helped me rinse my mouth out. Once again I ended up with a dry socket again. This is the worst dentist that I have ever been too. My opinion is this is cheap assembly line dental care at best. If I had to choose between going back there or exstracting my own teeth I believe I might just go for it and do it myself.

Terrible! I was there 4 hours just to get a tooth pulled. I felt like we were herded cattle. The dr was very unprofessional. He didnt introduce himself and was very rough in handling the procedure. This was my first experience there and my LAST!

This place is terrible . Dr. Cantrell is awful. I didnt enjoy my visit(s). He was rough and didnt seem to care. I have fill-ins coming loose. His work was just bad and I wouldnt recommend him.

Will never go back there paid for dentures that dont fit they look like a child made them I ask to have them redone and he wanted to charge me 300 dollars more for his mistake Im on a fixed income so now Im stuck with dentures I cant even wear very rude also.

They are not very friendly.couldnt get my plate right and they told me it was my fault because I had a small mouth. Over $500 of my money and still not happy.
