They make everything so comfortable and relaxing. My favorite is getting pedis with Jessica. You get so much more at Serenity than the cheap nail places and it only costs a little bit more. It is so worth it!!!

She listens to what you want and creates a very relaxed atmosphere. She is wonderful! So proud we found this spa. I take my 83 year old mother for pedicures and they are so kind and gentle with her. I really appreciate how they treat their customers. Highly recommend!!!

Loved the experience and MTs are extremely experienced. Will be going back for more services.Facial was not my favorite because my face burned for most and it was uncomfortable. My face is very sensitive though so chemicals on it are tedious to find for my skin type.

Went for my birthday today for the Relaxation Package!!! This was my first experience and just what I needed to relax, de stress, and feel like a weight was lifted off of me. In the package I had a facial, targeted body massage, and a pedicure. ! I hope to return for future services. Crystal, Madison and Jessica were great!!!

I love the use of essential oils and the complementary wine, the combination really makes for ultimate relaxation.

I love this place. Have had massages, facials and waxes here and every service has been wonderful. The staff are so friendly and the facility is relaxing.

I had gel nails done in Jamaica and they were beautiful. They lasted 3 weeks and I only had to replace them because of nail growth! I had new ones done here and after only 6 days, 2 were chipping and separating! My first set, the manicurist placed 2 layers of gel and two layers of polish with significant curing with each layer. They felt very strong and durable! These were 1 layer each with 30 second cure. Not sure what normal procedure is, but lasting 3 weeks vs. 6 days is disappointing.

Each time I’ve gone to Serenity has been an enjoyable and relaxing experience, the staff is polite and professionalism is always shown. I plan on going back very soon!!!

Clean and friendly place. Wasnt the best massages that weve had as a couple, but also not bad. Paid for hot stone massages, but the hot stones we only used for about 2 minutes of the 60 minute session.

I am huge on surprises! So I purchased a very expensive perfect package for my girl as a surprise Valentines day present at this location bc ive sent her here once before and she seemed to enjoy it. Well the lady at the desk inquired on who it was for and apparently submitted the information under her name where as MY email confirmation went directly to my girl, where she called me informing me she knew my plans for her, spoiling the surprise!!! That should have never happened! I then called and explained my irritation and informed them I was coming for a refund. They called me back like it was no biggy like cool we can just refund this over the phone for you rather than saying hey im sorry is there any way we can make this right for you! Im a funny, chill laid back dude, but if you ruin a surprise, that is my one and only immediate heartbreak bc that ruins the joy of spending lots of money to be able to see the expression on your womans face of how happy she is. Presents are for the givers and for the receivers bc we both enjoy feeling the happiness of THE SURPRISE!! Please resolve this issue, bc im a man of morality bc now my woman is upset with me bc I refunded the package but I simply can NOT do business with folks that arent in it for the satisfaction of those spending their hard earned money! So now, I had Valentines all planned out perfect to the T, I no longer have the kaboom gift available, and now there is all this negative energy between me and my woman bc I know she still wants the package but I can not allow it bc the surprise was so important to me i absolutely had to have my money back so that this place would know and preferably remember that they ruined something for two special people! I wouldnt dare ask for something free, I would feel bad for taking anything not earned, but as a man that runs a business, I make free offers every day to ensure customer satisfaction and that they come back!! Moral of my story, do what is right, and right what you wronged!
