Got my nails done yesterday and I looks like I already need a fill. Nails are already lifting.. this place used to be good, definitely not anymore. Not to mention, whatever product they used, burnt the hell out of my real nails.

I called late morning and made an appointment for the same day at 6 pm.I was a little hesitant because of the number of poor reviews on here.None of the reviews were custom service problems. All the bad reviews were on the bases of i had a broken nail 2 days later( yea, but did you let the business know, so they could fix it before you gave them a bad review?)OR I got NAIL FUNGUS !?!?!?!?! Really woman?How long you keep your set for? Did you really just claim the worst possible scenario happen to you because you contracted a fungal infection at some point throughout your period of time with the false nails on?I dont believe you.Half of you negative Nancys keep going back to Globe to get your nails did STILL, EVEN with your bad reviews up. And Laura and staff kindly do your antithetical nails as they type rude, snide reviews.I get it, there are some people that you just cant please, but as far as Im concerned, if your not pleased, go get great prices and service elsewhere!BtwIf you want to know i got a stiletto nail acrylic.Gel nude sparkling ombre on the tipShe only charged me 45 or 50 for everything!Extremely impressive manicure. Cuticle care, massage and very good conversation. Not to mention my nails were the same length and shape. Hard to do with stiletto!Cant wait until my next trip down from South Dakota!

Got “square” acrylic, they were not square. They flared out like 2000s nails. They make the nail super thick and chunky. Sloppy polish job. Do not recommend. Spent 2 hours trying to fix it at home.

Worse nail dip ever. I knew they were doing a poor job. Manager tried to fix it, but after 2 days dip is chipping off. They do not know what they’re doing and I will not go back even to fix this.

Service was good, pedicure wasnt over the top, but was satisfactory. One girl asked if I had a mask, I told her I wouldnt wear a mask. Need to stay up with Gov Duceys EOs as there is no longer a mask mandate (Screen shot below). She wasnt happy with me, but that is my right. If you want to wear a mask, that is yours. Wont be back.

I asked for a simple candy cane design and what I was given is a total joke. My five year old niece could’ve done a better job. I was really upset when I was charged $45 for this. I have to go get my feet re-done because I can’t walk around like this.

Didn’t make an appointment and was fortunate enough to get a chair fairly quickly. The whole experience was peaceful, cleanliness, and professional. Definitely will come back

I love going to this place to get my nails done. the lady there is so talented, she is really good at gel and shaping acrylics. i have never once had a problem with my nails.

Really nice group of employees and locals that visit this place. Harden my original nails with the stronger gel paints, was happy to hear them recommend that. Ask for clear, but not a boring clear and loved the shear pink that matched my natural color. The added flower on one nail was cute touch. Conversation was great, look forward to going back.

This was my first time and I was impressed. I have never had a pedicure done so completely. I have visited quite a few salons and was not inclined to go back. Im looking forward, however, to going back to Global Nail Spa.

I usually see Anna (because shes amazing) but shes always so busy, today I took first available and had Lisa do my manicure and pedicure. The staff is always really friendly and I lucked out living so close because I would drive just to go here if I wasnt. Lisas attention to detail and extra time she took was everything I needed since I havent had time to do this in over a year. Its nice to go somewhere and not feel rushed...Ive tried out a lot of nail shops in the Queen Creek and San Tan but this seems to be my favorite by FAR. If you are anything like me, you know how hard it is to find a good nail tech that goes above and beyond and this is exactly what this nail salon does.

Rosies did a fantastic job on my pedicure. I opted for the deluxe. The hot stones were ran twice on each leg. She rubbed my legs while my feet were in the paraffin, no foot rubbing tho. Damn, thats the best part. Dont think its worth the extra money. Win did my full set awesomely.

Dont go to the guy. He speed races through the whole procedure. Barely does the massage part. My feet look good, but he was so fast on my hands that they didnt dry properly and the polish rubbed off 5 minutes after I left. (and I did sit there for the obligatory 10 minutes). My nails arent filed that well and he never asked what style I wanted. My friend had the opposite experience, so they cant even coordinate it when you go in together. I will not be back.

I love this place! They are very friendly and patient. They remember their clients. I have no complaints about their style of nails. They do a great job and unless Im extremely hard on my nails they dont lift or break easily. I would recommend these ladies to anyone.....and I get a ton of complements on them too!

I am so annoyed. I asked for gel nails. I have gel nails put on in Canada, they last me 4 to 6 weeks. They never break, I have found a lady in Queen Creek who knows how to do gel nails properly. When asking specifically at Global Spa for the Canadian type gel nails, oh, no, American gel nails are better. Well, not. They didnt do it properly and one of my nails broke the next day and less than a week later more have broke. I will not be going back. Gel nails breath, have no smell, are strong and dont break easily unless you use them as tools.

It was my first time to get the deluxe pedicure and Win did an excellent job. I love the way my feet feel.

Rosie is the only reason I go to that salon.She is very professional and very gentle.Ive never recieved a better pedicure than the ones Rosie gives.!

Went in for a fill on Tuesday and 4 nails are already broken. They were done way too thin and acrylic was only put on the area being filled and not the entire nail. Waste of money since I need to go get a whole new set now.

It is usually ok, but 2 days ago I went, and had a new gal do my pedicure. I have chemical burns on my foot that still hurt. Not good at all. I am limping it is so painful. I felt it burning and got it wiped off as soon as possible, but it still burnt me where she got the chemical to remove caluses on my skin. Ugh!

Came here last week for a fill and left feeling extremely disappointed. He kept pulling my hands instead of actually asking me to put them certain ways. Once he found out I picked polish and not gel he was even more rude toward me. He rushed through the Polish and skipped big chunks of my nails with his clear coat. I would pay the extra and drive a few extra miles to another salon!

Worst experience I have ever had!! I went in to get fills and the man doing my nails rushed through it and made them too thin. After arguing i got tired and just let him finish but I hated them which was addressed to the owner at the time.They were closed over the weekend for Fourth of July and several nails broke during that time. I went as soon as they opened the following business day.They just did not want to fix my nails, the owner refused to give me a refund and wanted me to get a full set and pay the difference!ANOTHER CUSTOMER FELT SO BAD ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION THAT SHE OFFERED TO PAY FOR ME! FINALLY THE OWNER GAVE ME A REFUND. She told me don’t come back and I haven’t since. Why would I want to return to a place with horrible customer service, any good company would’ve made sure their customer left happy when they first complained and definitely would give a refund when the customer came back with broken nails that are only a couple of days old..

Went for dip nails and it was the worst experience. Hurt with the drill multiple times, nails were filed uneven and the acrylic powder was left stuck to my skin because the sides of my nails weren’t filed. There for an hour and 45 min to leave in disappointment.

Two friends and myself were given pedicures by male employees who were unable to verbally communicate with us as to what type of pedicure we wanted. Very unprofessional in service provided. We felt as if we were rushed through the process. I was directed to the nail drying area and left there for 10 minutes. I finally asked if I was done and received no reply. So removed nail spacers paid my bill and left. When given manicure nails were not properly filed and polish chipped on tips within 2 days. I will never patronize this spa again...total waste of money.

Anna did a horrible job, cut off my nails short and left product so thick looked like blobs, didnt polish back to cuticle and looked like a week outgrow when I left. Ended up 2 weeks later discovering I have a nail fungus now!!

Worst gel fill in 20 years. They had me come back on the Monday and put on an entire new set, which was a waste of time because they werent much better. I now have soar, bumpy lumpy, spatulas for nails. Nice enough people, but what a horrible job on my nails.
