I love coming here to get pedicures! The staff is always friendly and does a great job. I also love the atmosphere and decor. They have a cute little boutique with some really cute items. I got this cute kimono cardigan once, and the prices arent really that bad for what youre getting. I would definitely recommend coming here for any of the services they offer!

I created my own mini spa day and really loved it!!! Olivia did my private pedicure where you are truly relaxed and receive complete pampering. I upgraded to receive a quick facial and it left my skin soft and clear. Heather did my manicure and did some cute art. Darlenes massage was definitely a gift from heaven!!!!!!!!! I cannot stress enough how amazing she is. I had so many knots and a hip injury and she just seemed to unlock them like magic. I am feeling completely better. Finally, I saw Marissa for a keratin treatment and a color. She is completely gifted in color and keeps it looking beautiful even up to months later. It never turns and fading is extremely minimal. It was my first time doing a full keratin. I have truly crazy wavy curly hair and my hair feels like silk now. It is crazy how it thinned it down without removing any hair. So perfect!!!! This was an amazing way to unwind from all the stress thats going on. I strongly recommend these ladies, especially Darlene and Marissa!!

Always a great place to take the family too. You get what you pay for and Tiffany is a little on the high side but her work is flawless in every sense. She makes my family feel great and look even better every time we go there. This is the best salon to go too in town and Tiffany is without a doubt one of the best in the building.

Very dissatisfied with the service this time. $188.00 my daughter got a haircut, half of her hair colored ( when it was supposed to be the whole head colored) and they didnt even style it for her. So because they messed up, I had to make two trips, pay extra because it took longer and send my child to school for two days with half her hair done. They made it seem like it was my fault but they would fix it for free. Need I say more...

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage here today. This was our first time visiting and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The facility is beautiful, but the spa was amazing. It was so peaceful amd relaxing from start to finish. Our massages were done by Deborah and Darleen and they are so great! We will be returning! Highly recommend.

I have been a customer here for several years on the salon side. This was my first time using the spa side. I got a swedish massage and it was amazing. I was really nervous, but my massage therapist was wonderful and within the first 10 minutes I just felt my whole body give in and relax. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Alexis - I intend to when I go back.

This salon is fantastic. I spontaneously decided I wanted to cut all of my hair off, so I made an appointment here simply because it was well rated. I’d never been there before or known anyone who has. I went in kind of nervous because the way I wanted my hair cut was a little tricky and I only had a few photos as an example. They set me up with Rhonda, and she was literally the best hair stylist I’ve ever experienced. She was so friendly and she was very determined to make me happy with my hair. She made sure she knew EXACTLY what I wanted before we even started and she talked through everything she did. She took every comment I made and changed even the smallest things I’d asked her to. She was such a lovely person and the entire experience was just great.

They took the time to cut my hair like an individual and not just a person. I will definitely be going back. And the prices were reasonable.. I even got to drink coffee which was really good while getting my hair done.

I love Tally! She had been doing my hair for a couple of years, and she is always helpful and eager to please. She takes her time and listens to any concerns. My naturally curly hair can be difficult, but she does a great job. I even started talking my girls there, because their childrens haircuts are very reasonably priced.

Went to the spa for the first time today and I absolutely loved it! Their prices are extremely reasonable and well worth it. I had Kylie for my facial and Marissa for my haircut afterwards. I would recommend this place to everyone who asks!

So disappointed. I went in with pictures of what I wanted. The stylist looked at them, we discussed how to blend the two ideas. What I received wasnt either style. Its a full TWO INCHES SHORTER than what I asked for. I cannot style it the way I like. I dont think she knew what she was doing. She couldnt get a bob even. My husband hates it too. My hair grows very slowly, so Im stuck like this for months. But Im not stuck with this salon, because I wont be going back.

I just moved to the area, and in the midst of frantically trying to organize, begin classes, and start a new job, I found this gem-Mi Salon & Spa. Tici and Spencer did a phenomenal job of making me immediately feel comfortable in the salon and styling my hair exactly how I requested. I needed a bleach retouch, toning, and dusting off my ends, and I have never been happier with my hair than after the service they provided! I would just like to give a big big thank you to the artists at Mi Salon!

The ladies did an amazing job on my bridal hair and makeup. They nailed my 50s retro look which was complete with pin curls and wings!! All of it lasted beautifully on a muggy, July day. Ive never had a bad experience here. I couldnt recommend it more!

If i could give this salon a negative star I would. I went last week to splurge a little on my self since it has been 2.5 years since i had my hair colored. I had a specific color that i wanted and showed the stylist . We talked a little and she got right to it. Next thing i know i was leaving with almost the same color of hair that i walked in with, so i contacted the salon the next day to let them know that it was not what i wanted. They told me how sorry they were and that they wanted me to come back in to correct it. I went in that night with the same picture that i showed the first stylist. This new stylist said okay we can do that, 4 hrs later i walked out with BLEACHED yellow hair that was fried to no return and Brown roots, it looked like i bleached it myself about 4 months ago and the roots were coming in. I was so embarrassed to even go to work the next day. I called back to the salon to let them know that this was unacceptable and they kind of made it sound like it was my fault. I had told the stylist that i wanted blonde hair. I had to go to another salon who worked magic on my hair, and get it all chopped off because Mi Salon FRIED it.I have told many people this past week about this horrible experience and wanted to save other people from having their hair ruined.

I loved this place, its amazing. My granddaughter got her haircut here and absolutely loved it. All of the hairstylists are very generous and hilarious.

Growing up in the area, I have tried many nail salons, hair stylist, and spas for relaxation purposes. When it comes to the full experience, Mi Salon is thoroughly enjoyable. During each of my pregnancies I had prenatal massages worth raving about! from the water/coffee in the entry, to the employee who assists clients in the relaxation room to the massage therapist I am highly impressed.I do also want to share that recently I experience a difficult situation with the facility where for a moment I was not fully satisfied. To my astonishment, I learned that I am indeed important to them as a customer. Michelle and Olivia went out of their way to do what they could to make sure that I was more than satisfied with their services and that I would continue to enjoy utilizing their facility for my relaxation needs. I was not asked to write this review and want to make that clear. I simply want to share my gratitude with anyone who is interested. Great customers service goes a long way! and when you care about an individual, who you dont even know personally, it never goes unnoticed! so keep it up Mi Salon Staff! People are watching and they like what they see. Thank you!

This is a high-class, full service salon and you get what you pay for. I get my lashes tinted by Lindsay and my hair cut and colored by London and I am always satisfied by the service. My manly husband even prefers this place to his Sweeny Todd barber.I know that if I was not satisfied I could get the service redone free of charge but that has never happened. For the holidays, I gave gift cards to all my friends and stocked up on hair product for myself as well. I will be getting my first ever couples massage with my husband as an anniversary treat this coming month. I really love and recommend this place!

Karla Cazarez did my makeup for my wedding! And omg she made me feel like a princess 😍 She asked me what I liked and told me the products she was using while doing it! I really appreciated that because I struggle with my skin but love makeup as well. Karla was also very easy to talk to. She’s very sweet! My makeup lasted the whole night of dancing and sweating! I HIGHLY recommend her for your special night, whatever that may be, she will make you feel gorgeous. Karla is very talented ❤️

Ive been coming here for years. They are always very professional and nice.I absolutely love David at Mi Salon. He has fixed my hair, which was a disaster. About a year ago I mistakenly dyed my hair, making it super dark. Everytime I tried to go lighter, I just didnt feel like me. Im so happy David listened and worked his majic to make me look beautiful again! I even received the best compliment after getting my hair done. Someone didnt recognize my picture in my ID because my hair looked so different. Im so happy to finally feel like myself again!

Bought a spa package for a friend for her birthday.. spent a couple hundred bucks, but felt like I was a bother to the staff.. they got me what I needed but werent very courteous.. probably wont return..

The prices were reasonable and people are friendly. My hair cut is also great, however, the highlights I received isnt the color that I requested. All in all good experience.

I have been going to mi salon for many years and this 1 time, for the 1st time, I had an issue with my haircut and requested the I would like some more cut off. I spoke to the manager regarding a scheduling issue I was having regarding their 2 week policy.She was very rude and kept making excuses as to why they refused to accommodate me in any way.Because of this I will never return. This is in no way to do with the stylist. Its a shame that I you dont care if you lose a good customer over something so minor. Your manager needs to learn compassion towards your loyal customers because I might not have been in the best of spirits because of a recent death that I just experienced and they need to learn that the customer comes first because we are who pays your salary. Thank you for listening.

There may be a few good stylists there but i didnt get one. Two different stylists butchered my hair. When i went to a different salon , they were baffled at what the previous stylist did to my hair. Took months to correct. A couple girls at the front desk were on the snooty side too. Pffft.

I have been here many times, and twice now I have had an awful haircut experience. Most of the time I would describe my experience as ok, but never anything more than that.I feel that the majority of people who have cut my hair are in a rush to get me back out the door. This last haircut (from shampoo to cut to style) was completed in 20 minutes. And to be honest it looked like it was done in less.I did have a very nice experience in the spa about two years ago. My massage and pedi technicians were excellent and really made me feel like they were devoted to the time they spent with me.I might go back to the spa, but after 5 years of getting my hair cut here, Im looking for somewhere else.

This is one of the worst Salons Ive been getting greatlengh hair extensions in my hair for over 6 years now and sadly my stylist moved to a different state. So I put my trust in a stylist there (Chloe) who claims she knows what she is doing? She either put bad hair in or a poor application I called the company myself. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had! with these or anyother salons or stylist. I have more of my own hair than extensions!!! 18 hundred dollars thrown down the drain!!!!!!!

I go here once or twice a month for massages. Every single time I have a great experience and the staff is wonderful.

Over priced. I usually pay $115 including tip to get my roots fixed and highlights, came here and paid literally $215 with tip for the same exact service. My hair looked no better.

Very bad service. I was quoted a price of 75 for a trim and root touch up. Afterwards I am charged a price of 139!! When asked about the price difference I was informed the stylist can adjust prices based on how much effort they feel it was. I have short straight hair and it was just a basic cut with root rouchup....Ill never be back.

Best massages EVER!!! Wife and I have our *own* ladies that do our massages, absolute miracle workers.

I have gone to this salon for 6 years, my fiancé has been going for almost a year. This is a wonderful establishment. Tiffany and Sutton are both amazing! They are both the sweetest people. I’ve had both girls work on my hair, and I always leave looking just how I want. I have long, thick, wavy hair; it is easy to make it look bulky or cut it too short. Neither Tiffany or Sutton ever have troubles making it look nice and manageable. They have both also colored my hair, and it always looks stunning, whether I do a summery balayage or a deep chocolatey brown. They both always give me a color that flatters my complexion. Tiffany is also the absolute best at eyebrow waxing. I highly recommend asking for her for a wax to get a beautiful shape. When My fiancé Jeff goes in for a cut, he always sees Sutton. She always gives him a GQ worthy cut. He has very fine, straight, greying hair, and the style she give him helps with volume and body. It also makes it easy for him to style at home. I couldn’t recommend these girls enough.

Update 8/3/18: Turns out a beautiful facility doesnt matter when your clients and employees are taken for granted. I have seen and heard so many negative things about this place since I first rated and reviewed this establishment; the staff is rude and snobbish, they blame clients when they make a mistake (like not giving a confirmation call), and they have an ad hoc disciplinary policy where they ostracize those they dont like and turn a blind eye to those who are in the circle. And you cant tip for your service with a credit card anymore; even though that limits employees ability to receive consideration from clients, at least Mi saves the card processing fee.Veronica English is now at Escape Spa in Ludlow, KY, and her book is filling up fast. So many clients reached out to her when they found out she wasnt there anymore, because they want a master nail technician who does amazing work (best in NKY 3 years), is a caring person passionate about her craft, and someone they trust. Their immediate abandonment of Mi Salon shows that its not the expensive flashy atmosphere or free chamomile tea. Its the experience they have with their technician and the amazing work they get when they see her, regardless of location.

This is a great place and they do excellent hair styles.

For someone who is a tomboy and rarely gets her haircut was 2 years no haircut i was treated right and i have no fear of a hairstylist thanks to Sarah i will be back prices are just right

Ive been going to Mi Spa for several years now for massages, facials, manis, and pedis. I love the relaxing atmosphere and their amazing staff. They are always a pleasure to work with. Theres nothing like their hot stone massage after a long work week. Their facials are superb. My manis are always on point when I leave here. Also, on my last visit, Veronica gave me a lovely taupe gel mani that Ive received endless compliments on.

Save your money! My daughters bought me a gift certificate for a full set of eyelashes. To start with they were very over priced, the woman (jen) was not fully trained to do them, she kept trying to get me to tint them and to make a long story short I walk out of there with only 2 lashes in each eye and one fell out that night. She said she only could do a trial for right then but for me to make another appointment. I told her I was not satisfied at all with her performance and I wanted my money back. They said no refunds that I could spend my 250.00 on something else there. After walking around for four days with only 3 eyelashes the district Manger finally returned my call. Eventually they decided to refund my money!!!!

Price qoted on the phone was 60$ no where near what they charged me 110$.. The stylist was personable.. I say expensive for what they offer..

I wish I could get my money back. It was the first time I got my hair professionally colored and I am so dissappointed. If you ever go, do not ask for Ronda. First, the color turned out way darker than what I wanted but she said that it will fade to the color I wanted, thats not the problem. I have spots and stripes in my hair around my face where she didnt cover up all the blonde! I only noticed that after I got home when I parted my hair how I usually wear it because when she was styling it she parted my hair in a weird way to try to cover up her mistake. And trust me, its noticeable because its brown on top of light blonde! Also my hair isnt even! My right half is longer than my left. I cant believe I gave her a 20% tip...she did not deserve it. I also thought it was weird that she didnt hand me her card after she was done with me, but now I know why. Terrible experience and Im never going back.

Good cut, but feel taken advantage of.I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new stylist. I saw this salon had good reviews and came in to get a cut and balayage. They charged me $229 for a cut and color (2 colors) today and I about died. The cut and color are good but I dont know how they can charge that price. I am willing to pay more for a good stylist who knows her stuff, but that price is absurd. Ive had a balayage/ombré for three years or so and highlights for years before then. Im familiar with the formula and process for my hair and I have never paid this much in my life.Their site says cut $24 and up and balayage $100 and up? They confirmed this pricing when I called to schedule my appointment. Then when I was checking out, they rang me up at $229: $45 for the cut (I only asked for 1-2 inches off the base) and $165 for my color plus $20 toner.. who know about the extra $9.. I feel totally cheatedIts a shame because I really liked my stylist, but I wont be back.
