We had a party of 5 celebrating a birthday. We spent the entire time we were there with Alicia and Cerise. We all loved our manicures and pedicures and enjoyed being with them. Both were very friendly and professional. Several people also received facials and massage. They were pleased with theses services. We dealt with 2 different receptionists and both were pleasant and checked several times to see if we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Cloud 9 and we will be back.

I had my first appointment this morning. The support staff at the front desk were awesome. Blair, who did my services was very professional, polite and easy to talk with. It was such a relaxing environment and experience! I loved every minute of it!!! I give Salon 9 10+ 🌟.

Clara did an amazing job on my facial!! I already scheduled to go back and see her again. She’s my girl now for all things skincare! Def recommend her!!! And the spa itself was stunning and spotless!!

Took my daughter here for something special for her birthday! It is Beautiful, clean, they are so respectful, we got excellent results! Im so impressed!

This was my first visit to this salon. I had an appointment with Laney, but when I got there, I was told she had passed me off to another stylist! Firstly, I dont appreciate be passed off. I had shown the stylist a photo of the haircut I was going for (a short pixie with spikes). She barely glanced at the photo. I had to ask to have clippers used on the sides and she cut the top so short, it cant be spiked! Also, I asked for my neckline to be squared off, which didnt happen. I did buy product and gave the stylist a tip, but, all in all, very disappointing. I doubt Ill be going back so I can get passed off again! Great Clips does as good a job for $19, including tip! I paid over $50!! This is what I asked for and this is what I got!! I look like a refugee from Auschwitz! And to their response, not true! I stopped in last week and showed this photo and asked if they had someone who was good with short hair! They told me Laney was the short hair expert. Consequently, I made and appointment with Laney, not someone I was passed off to!I had a call from the owner JJ who asked me to stop in and see her. I did as she requested and she shampooed my hair and tried to cut a little volume into it! Didnt work! She said that in a week my hair might be too long to spike the way I wanted. It is now 4 weeks later, and my hair is not where near being long enough for the style I had requested! Save your money! Go to Great Clips!

The place is very clean and has a relaxing environment, everyone is very friendly. Jeremy, is amazing at what he does. He takes his time and explains everything that hes doing. He definitely had me walking out with my confidence back!

Darlene is an amazing masseuse. She gives the perfect pressure and my back hasnt felt this great in ages. Ive been getting massages from her for years at Mi Salon and Im so glad shes back in a salon. This was an even better experience than at Mi Salon.

I came here today to get some extensions done and it was great! The front desk lady was friendly, and the lady doing my lashes not only got them looking great but was super nice and easy to talk to during the hour and a half. Also, I had to use the bathroom a few times and she was more than ok with it which made me feel great because I didn’t feel like i was making an issue like some people can make you feel like. So ANYWAYS, when you go to get some eyelash extensions, ASK FOR SAVANNAH! I will definitely be coming back had a great experience and love my lashes!! :)

It was my first time being in a Salon and the lady in the front was friendly. The person that did my hair cut was Savanna, she is the nicest person and easy to talk with. I love this Salon !

If I could give no stars I would. Moe is the stylist I was stuck with and she is so unprofessional. She burned and blistered my scalp, she was rude from the start, and she gave me highlights then charged me for a Balayage, which is what I wanted. Ive contacted the salon several times and Nothing! Called and emailed. I was charged 185 for bad service and an even worse haircut.

I am not a routine haircut gal, but when I do decide to go I will always pick Cloud 9 Spa. This place is amazing & Savannah never fails to disappoint with my hair cuts even when my requests are confusing lol. Highly recommend!!!

I first went to Lori Miller in April 2020.  She was nice and courteous at first.  She colored my hair honey beige blonde perfectly and did a great cut.  Five weeks later I got it colored again.  This time I took note that she used different types and amounts of product and I was not happy with the color, it being much too light. I showed it to my neighbor who is a hairdresser and she said that it was not the same formula as before.  I have photos of each time I went to Lori.  I then noticed in July on the News how they treated a R.N. regarding COVID-19.  So I started to read the reviews.  I gently told Lori that my color was a little light and said, it may be my Hypothyroidism causing the issue.  She said no... I asked to please do my hair like she did the very first time.  Well, I got a completely different look, very brassy, almost orange.  When I mentioned it in a very non-confrontational way, she immediately said I should probably see someone else.  Lori was several months pregnant at the time and I wrote it off to hormones.  Lori insisted I should see Blaire while she is out on maternity leave. I went to Blaire last week and I told her I wanted the original formula that Lori used. I came out with pure white/gray hair.  I showed my neighbor and she said this could only have been done intentionally. I thought, how could someone be so cruel because you have questions.  Come to find out, there are other customers of Cloud 9 reporting bad attitudes, poor customer service and even several who have been fired as customers. They dare you to complain, and do not want to accommodate anyone.  The owner never smiles, Lori never smiles, they barely say hello, and forget about being offered a bottle of water.  On top of all that the charge varies each time, somewhere between $140 and $170 for the same cut and color.I do not want this to happen to anyone else.  I am a pleasant person who was never rude or demanding.  These women are EVIL at this salon!  Save yourself time and money.  Also, as an RN I am very concerned about their COVID-19 protocols.  There are no screening questions and I never saw a disinfectant bottle or anyone wiping down chairs or counter tops.  Maybe they do, I just never saw it.Update 12/30/2020 following the owners response: The owners excuse for not smiling is that they are wearing mask. By this time in the pandemic we know when someone is smiling via their eyes, and they dont smile. I called on 12/21 to request a refund and was told that the owner would have to review the complaint and that someone would get back to me one way or the other. Its been more than a week with absolutely no response from the owner! This is a case where the rot starts at the top.Instead of complaining about my questions regarding how my color turned out maybe the owner should be more concerned about why I wasn’t happy with the results that I had paid for at her salon. The fact is they never even offered to have me come in for a color correction despite my dissatisfaction.Ive never felt the need to write a critical review of a salon before, but heads up ladies, you need to avoid this place!

Stylists are educated on the latest hair trends. This is a full service salon--hair, color, lashes, massage, etc.. Always feel like Ive been pampered when Im there. Would highly recommend!

When I moved to Kentucky, I needed to find a new place to get my hair done. I don’t trust just anyone. I’m Asian and not everyone can cut Asian hair properly. This place was recommended to me, specifically Kristi L. She works wonders and is amazing! The salon is BEAUTIFUL and luxurious yet reasonably priced! Go here!! You won’t regret it!

Ive been here before with a friend of mine while she was getting her hair done by Moe so I came back to have my own hair done. Moe is such a sweet girl and so very nice, she cut and styled my hair for a work dinner meeting and she made me feel beautiful and so comfortable. I would highly recommend Morgan (MOE). (:

I just recently moved here to Kentucky within the last year. I needed my hair dyed for my up coming wedding and I am so glad I picked cloud 9 salon to go to. The staff was so friendly and the place itself was so clean and so high class looking. The prices were great. Moe (not sure on spelling, so sorry if it’s wrong) did my hair and she did such a great job on it. I am so happy with it and it looks so great I have gotten multiple compliments from strangers. I will absolutely be coming back!

I’ve never been here but I’ve never had my eyelashes done, I was wondering what the cost is for a full set?

Went in on a Saturday for a color test with Randi. She told me I would hear from her the beginning of the week. I called on Wednesday. No call back. I called on Thursday. No call back. Called twice on Friday. Finally got a call back. Scheduled the first available Saturday for two months out. Fine. I understand. Recieved a call a week before my appointment wanting to push it out over another month. 3 months for an appointment. Not acceptable.

The gals at the front desk are very friendly. The management/owners are very condescending. You will find this in the review comments- as they seem to always shift blame back onto the customers. Please don’t waste your money here.

Love this salon!I get a shellac manicure 1-2 times a month and a pedicure about every other month with Alicia. She is so kind and sweet and is always ready to try something new with me. If I break a nail within a few days of our appointment she always fits me in to fix it.I also get my hair done with Kara every couple of months. She listens to want I want, looks at all the pictures that are my inspiration and tries her best to get me want I want if not better.My husband and I also come in for a couples massage every now and then and it is always a good and relaxing time. We havent found our person yet but everyone does a good job.Cloud 9 is alittle pricey but once you find your person that understands you and your needs it is worth it ! I will never go to a another nail/salon unless my people leave.

My wife had a appointment with cloud 9 salon. She use to talk highly of them until she showed up for an appointment and they canceled on her the second she walked in. Not only was my wife apart of a wedding when you left her stranded she had also just had our son. When she woke up that morning she was so excited and happy and looking forward to getting her hair done. Anyone women should know how it feels after having a baby that you just want to feel beautiful again. Unfortunately, instead of finding a solution my wife walked out of there in tears. Instead of giving her her power back you helped take it away. Shame on you for putting a client through that. Thats extremely disappointing. I would never recommend cloud 9 to anyone again.

First time there yesterday and had the Hydra facial. Katy was awesome. Then, I had a mani/gel pedicure. that was not as enjoyable. took too long, jets did not work and my feet should still be smooth today. but they are not. too expensive. wont be going back.

This place is great! I had my haircut by Jackie and its probably the best cut Ive ever had. She spent a lot of time making my hair perfect, and listened to exactly what I wanted. She thinned out my very thick hair and it lays so nicely. Ive paid double for a cut that doesnt look at good. The salon is clean and well lit. I highly recommend Cloud 9!

First time there, but everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome. I got my hair cut with high & low lights put in. I explained what I wanted and Randi did exactly what I asked for. She was super attentive and really wanted me to be happy with my hair, which I was.

Can’t trust them! I put my necklace in the locker. I forgot it as I went him and left it there. Came back and they gave my husband the engraved heart with my initials , that was attached to my necklace. But they stole my gold necklace. Wow, just wow!

Called to schedule an appointment. Specifically requested a Saturday and was scheduled for about a week out. I arrive on Saturday and they tell my appointment was on Friday even though I specifically requested a Saturday. Told me they had no one to take me and asked if I could reschedule for Tuesday. I said no and left the salon. About 5 minutes later I receive a call that they actually have someone who had time and could take me. So I go back in. I wanted my hair trimmed and my eyebrows done. A lady took me back and i was out of the salon in less than 15 minutes. Hair cut and brows done. The job was done quick and without care. No desire to do a good job but rather get me out of the salon as soon as possible. The lady who did my eyebrows told me ,as I was in the booth, my right eyebrow is skinnier than my left but you cant tell unless you look really hard. I get home and take a better look to find out that you can tell VERY easily that my left eyebrow is much bigger than my right! I have NEVER had this done before. Not only that but another stylist on the way out said Wow your eyebrows are really red. So I paid $45 dollars for a dry trim that took not even 5 minutes and a brow wax that wasnt done right. Additionally I was told this is not the only scheduleing issue they have had recently and that they just let someone go and hired someone new. I will NEVER come back.

Really really disappointed. This was my first time at cloud 9. The spa was beautiful and the massage therapist was very sweet but that is where the positives end. I chose to try Cloud 9 because it’s closer than my regular spa and being 7+ months pregnant I wanted convenience. I went in with high hopes as my last massage elsewhere in August was the best I’ve ever had. I noted firm/deep pressure on the form- got a light rub down at best. Her hands or the lotion were freezing the whole time. I felt very much like I was her last massage of the day and she just wanted to get out of there. I went in looking for some relief from pregnancy discomfort and came out wishing I’d saved the money for something else. Just really bummed.

Just saw Janette for the second time this year with my 6 year old daughter. She is awesome! She sees us both back to back and is very good. She is very attentive and friendly, and very pretty. ..my daughter says she looks like a barbie:) Thanks Janette for doing a wonderful job again, we will be back! And thank you for making my daughters tangly hair much more manageable😊

I’ve been to many Salons & Spas. Cloud 9 is by far the best. I’ve had hyperpigmentation since my last pregnancy and after only a few facials my skin is almost clear. In my profession I shouldn’t wear makeup and now I don’t feel self conscious about the discoloration of my face. I see Cloud 9 for all my beauty needs, facials, hair and my eyelashes. I can’t say enough about this place. The staff, the atmosphere, the owners. They bend over backwards to make you feel glamorous and comfortable!

I absolutely love this salon and spa! Its a very clean, classy and professional place. Kathleen is my favorite stylist! I dont have a favorite massage therapist and the several that Ive had appointments with were beyond amazing. No matter if Im getting a haircut, highlights, massage or facial Im always so relaxed in this gorgeous establishment and I leave satisfied and happy!

Horrible customer experience. Girlfriend spent $165 on a haircut she was not happy with. Stylist refused to fix unless there was an additional charge, manager was incompetent, and owner was rude. People who don’t value clients should not be in business.

Fantastic experience. Highly recommend Danielle. Not a local resident, but I was in Florence for 3 days and needed a haircut. The gal at the hotel recommended this Salon. When I called a friendly gentleman answered the phone. He was helpful in my concerns about trying them out and recommended Danielle. Super glad he did. Wish I could take her back to my city. She did a highlight, cut and style. Super Happy!!!

They refused to honor their return policy, later took the product back but never issued a credit. The owners are rude and condescending and only care about money. I highly do not recommend them for any service or product.

I had been there for customized facial(50 minutes) and I was 7 minutes late, which I informed them and they were fine with it. But they finished my facial within 26 minutes. They made me fill out lots of paperwork and questions about my skin.. wasted another 15 minutes, finally they ended up putting blame on me for coming late and given me only 26 minute service for 75 dollars.

I love cloud 9 salon. They always welcome me like an old friend and pamper me beautifully. Love love love!!! Hair, nails, pedi, massage, makeup, eyelashes... Ive had it all. I love them!!

I recently moved to Cincinnati for a job, as well, I was looking for a new stylist and salon to go to on a regular basis. I am very particular ab my cuts so I was concerned about finding one that would live up to my high standards. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Cloud 9 Salon. I was preparing myself to go through three or four different salons before I found the perfect one, but after my first two visits with Janette, I am happy to say I have found my new stylist!!! She is awesome, listened to what I wanted and gave me professional input on what she thought would look best. The salon is great for a spa day or just a haircut; they offer great services at very reasonable prices. If you are looking for a stylist to really care about you as a client, Cloud 9 is the place to go and Janette is THE girl to ask for!!

I have been a loyal customer here for awhile. I went in Just for a hair cut. (Just to clarify after I blow dry my hair it looks like I have a Afro.) I told the lady I wanted two inches off she washed my hair then cut it. Then blowed dried it. At this point my hair is super frizzy and looks awful. Then she takes my cape off and says thank you. She didn’t style my hair, even though I told her I curl my hair. I was so embarrassed that I had no words. Then proceeds to charge me $46!!! I’m not a person that can be rude. As soon as she walked away I had to put my hair in a bun. Then I came home and had to fix my hair. I literally paid this salon to cut my hair and then had to come home and fix it. I always love going to a salon, I feel so much better about my hair when I leave. Not this time. The lady who cut my hair was super sweet and I felt like I couldn’t tell her that my hair looked awful. I thinking I will be finding a new salon. I will never pay $46 again for a 2 inch cut and feel hideous that I have to put my hair in a bun.

Amazing experience!!I went to cloud 9 with a friend for a spa day, we chose about 5 services that we planned to have throughout the day. Every single person (8 total) was incredible. They were all very kind, friendly, and talented.We both had massages for the first time, and it was fantastic. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome.If you plan on getting a manicure ask for Alicia! She does the most precise beautiful mani/pedi on the planet.

I took two teenage girls here 13 and 15. I gave three-star cause one daughter loved her stylist. The other one not so much. The stylist didnt speak to my 15 year old. Ask what we were doing and that was it. My daughter was very uncomfortable the whole time.

Jeremy, the master stylist at Cloud 9, cuts layers the way the masters used to, back in the 80s. My layered long hair falls in a beautiful shape, and theres blended movement all over the whole head, different from the layer-around-the-edges experience you mostly get now in salons, because somehow everyone else forgot how to cut hair.

Im personally pretty high maintenance when it comes to getting my hair cut. This salon does wonders and its not too expensive (I spent $20 for my hair cut). The staff is very friendly and courteous! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is picky about their hair!

Worst hair cut ever!!!! I went in with a picture of what I wanted and wasnt even close. When asked what I thought I told her how unhappy I was. She then told me she couldnt have given me the cut I wanted. I said nows a nice time to tell me that. And it was cut so short there wasnt enough hair left to fix it. I looked like Adolph Hitler. When I went to pay I told them how unhappy I was. I was still charged and was told a manager would contact me to try and make it right. But I never got a call. Nothing was ever done.

First time at Cloud 9. Went in for a deep tissue massage. I had Tabatha M and what an amazing massage I had. Very very friendly staff, very clean place. AMAZING AMAZING people will definalty be going back...

Went there for with my wife for our anniversary. Spa was great, and will go again.

I have been here twice, my first experience was absolutely fantastic. My second one, not so much.I showed my stylist a picture, she assured me before starting that my hair wouldnt look like the exact picture. Which i was fine with, as long as it was close. The end of this process wasnt close at all, and i am not happy with the turn out. I paid $175 for a color that isnt very pretty on me, and i also didnt want to hurt anyones feelings by disagreeing. Cause she absolutely loved it. I thought i would get more of the color in the picture, which was a pigment of pink, instead i got a copper orange color. My stylist was very polite, and extremely helpful. I just am not happy with the end results.
