I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Dental Center and I would recommend that everyone use this facility for all dental issues.The entire staff is extremely personable and they genuinely care about their patients. Dr.Thiede is a wonderful addition to the staff and I absolutely love him, as he is my new dentist, that replaced Dr.Herbert. .He is extremely nice, caring, and very helpful when you have w budget, as he will do whatever he can to accommodate your situation! He made me feel like I was more than just a patient, in fact, he made me feel like I was family, so to speak.I know that I am in good hands and I am looking forward to my next visit! I absolutely LOVE my new dentist!!

Very professional and welcoming. My nerves always get so bad when going to the dentist. I don’t why, but I’m always terrified!! Jenna was awesome and very informative, i don’t think I was ever left alone the whole time I was there, which calmed my nerves so much. Dr Thiede was great!! Very friendly and explained everything in detail, so I knew exactly what was going on and he did everything he could to be sure I was comfortable.

Everyone was extremely nice. Dr. Visel was great! And Lori, she is the BEST! After my exray, she went over, in detail, everything that needed to be done for me to have a perfect smile. There were no hidden fees. She explained how I can break it down into stages. She said other than what would be concerns for health problems, everything was totally up to me. Never once did anyone try to push something on me. In fact, she helped me save money my very first day! I will be going back very soon. Advance Dental Center has always been a pleasant experience. From making the appointment, arriving, being served, scheduling next appointment, and leaving was great. Ashley was absurdity absolutely phenomenal and Dr. A was informative and gentle. The technology upgrade is amazing. There are many other places I could go that would be much cheaper, but then thats the quality of work Id receive. You pay for quality sometimes. Nevertheless, it was Great experience.

This was my 6 yr. olds first time at the facility and she was treated so nice! She says it was a fun experience. They were able to see my teenager and my 6 yr old the same day which saved time from school. They both had a great experience. The teenager kept looking at her smile in the mirror!

This was our first experience with my 16 year old and we were beyond satisfied with the service we received from the moment we walked in until we walked out. All the staff we were in contact with were wonderful. We saw Dr Abbas, he was absolutely wonderful, he took the time to explain everything to not only myself, but to my daughter as well. My experience as a new patient was so overwhelming positive I don’t even know where to start! This was hands down the BEST dental experience I have ever had!! Going to the dentist is already filled with an air of anxiety because you’re not sure what they will find. If you have had prior or recent ortho trauma it makes the trip that much more unsettling. However, upon arriving my fears were immediately laid to rest. The outside of the facility was clean, inviting and there was ample parking. When I opened the door I was greeted VERY warmly by the receptionist. 🙂 I was taken to the back for x-rays quickly. My dental hygentist was an angel! She talked through every step of the process with me. She was kind, gentle, understanding and professional. The pictures of her smiling children and family on the wall were nice to look at instead of a cold wall or dull office picture. 😂 The doctor was BEYOND amazing. He listened to all of my concerns and actually took them into consideration while reviewing my x-rays and gave me his opinion. I felt like a partner in my treatment plan the entire time and that meant a lot to me. The collaboration and interaction between the doctor and hygentist was fantastic! They worked quickly and while I couldn’t understand their conversation (dental jargon) I could tell they respected each other and that is important to me. The technology used was fascinating! I felt little to no pain during my deep cleaning. My teeth were so clean when I left I couldn’t stop smiling! I honestly could go on and on but I know this review is already quite lengthy. 🙂 I want to end by saying THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AND DOCTORS AT ADVANCED DENTAL CENTER!

My experience was wonderful. The Staff are awesome and .amazing. DrStride was breat taking he pulled my teeth and I did not feel. He has Style very gentle and smooth. The whole is so loving making sure you are at ease. I would recommend Advance Dental to everyone. I have been before. Love it.

It seems that the regular price of services there is a little steep but there are a lot of specials for various things that can help and they don’t hide the real price from you before they do any work. No one loves going to the dentist but this is a good choice if you need one

Kassie T. is always a lot of fun when I go in for a teeth cleaning, and Robin H. says hello to me every time Im there, even if Im not scheduled to see her. She is super sweet and always lets me know to contact them if I have any questions. The ladies at the front desk at checkout are always helpful when Im paying my bill. Highly recommend going there!

My experience at Advanced Dental Center was awesome! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. I was also able to schedule all three of my children for their first appointment within a week of my initial visit. Dr. Hess answered all of my questions without any hesitation. Last but definitely not least, Raven’s cleaning was the best that I have ever had. She was also very helpful as to what I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy.

My first visit to Advanced Dental Center was very satisfactory. My hygienist,Summer,was kind and professional. She explained what to expect during my initial visit and the costs associated with the procedures available to me.My interaction with Dr. Abbas went well also. In a friendly and knowledgeable way he explained the different procedures available and the steps necessary to get the results I seek.So in a nutshell I give ADC high marks for their professional manner and the transparency of knowing the costs associated up front.

A visit to the dentist office is one of my least favorite chores in the game of life. I had some poor experiences with other dental clinics in the past which caused me to have some significant dental related anxiety. The staff made sure I was comfortable every step of my many procedures. Procedures were discussed ahead of time so that I would be surprised with anything. My input and desires where included when formulating my care plan. Every single staff member is fantastic. Dr. Abbas and his dental team members are superb at their profession. I will follow Dr. Abbas to the moon, if needed, so that he could continue providing me with all my future dental needs. The compassion and professionalism is top notch; I’m proud to say the my dental anxiety is now a thing of the past.

As one who has a phobia of visiting any medical professional, ADC made my experience beyond smooth. They were quite pleasant and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. There was virtually no wait time and most importantly they were quite professional and did not rush although they were closing early. Definitely would recommend.

I have been going to Advanced Dental ever since 2012. I just recently came in for two fill ins in which I thought I only had one minor cavity watch. The service was okay. However, I came back because while flossing I could feel the tooth nerve as if it were decayed more. I was told to use Sensodyne tooth paste when I came back. This was a few weeks ago. I am still feeling the tooth nerve while flossing and a little dishearten that I have two teeth that could be decaying now. I’ve always loved this place, but my last visit has shown me a bit different. I hope to get this fixed.

The nicest people I have ever had care for me at any medical facility. From the quick check-in all the way through my treatment they kept me updated with my progress during my visit. I was actually seen early which is something you seldom see anymore. Everything was explained to me every step of the way and the team was very friendly. There was never a doubt that I was in good hands. Dr. Visel and his assistant Lori are definitely the pain-free duo of the dentistry world. I would give Advanced Dental Center of Florence 100 stars if it was possible.

I observed not one both two dental hygienist in the room with my daughter messing with their hair and one even adjusted her glasses with their gloves on. They also left out of the room with the same gloves on as well as type on the computer, so me being a nurse, I asked her if she was going to change her gloves before going back into her mouth. My observation was not kindly accepted, so I was asked to leave the room. During a time like now with Corona being on the rise you would think cleanliness would be first priority for all health care facilities!!!

Im very pleased with the care I received. My hygienist Destiny explained every step she was taking and her personality is just 🌞 sunshine. Destiny is definitely a people person ,she makes you feel at ease. The whole place is runned very orderly and professional. I was a bit chilly by the AC and was given a blanket. It doesnt get better than that. The place was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Advanced Dental.

It seems they have grown too big to keep up the historically good service. I have rarely had to wait past my appointment time. But this past visit was a let down.After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I asked how far behind they were running since I had another meeting to go to. The receptionist said they may not be behind, they may just be waiting for a room to be available.No time estimate was offered so I waited a little longer. Once called, I had to wait again for the X-ray room.Anyway, it was not bad, just not as good as it used to be. Like I said, they have grown faster than can be accommodated as efficiently as before. Hopefully just growing pains... Well see

I did enjoy the atmosphere, I only received part of my services which was x-ray and cleaning. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned that actually day. I have to get a lot of work done. But I would’ve appreciate a slight cleaning . I had to pay $200 for and x-ray and analysis and get extra things for the next visit. The employees where very nice and welcoming, but I was disappointed in myself for waiting so long to go to the dentist. But also disappointed that I didn’t get the services I came in for..

This is a terrible and overly large practice primarily concerned with doing what they want to do and not at all with what the patient is concerned about.. I’ll explain.I broke a front tooth and wanted it repaired and I explained this to the receptionist I who booked the appointment. She got me in a month away. Nothing sooner.I called to re-appoint a day before.the appointment because I wasn’t feeling well. They re-appointed me 3 days ahead.I appeared at the office and after 1/2 hour of paper work was taken back the the treatment area by Stephanie. She led me to an x-Ray room. As we entered I explained that I was there only to have what broke repaired. What I meant was no large x-rays and just a small x-Ray of that tooth. Stephanie led me to a treatment room and disappeared. She returned 10 minutes later and told me that she needed the large x-Ray to do a treatment plan. I again explained that all I wanted was a temporary fix for my immediate concern and that I would come back for the large x-Ray and treatment plan. She asked to see the broken tooth and then told me the tooth needed root canal and a crown. When I questioned her about that she left again, returning in another 10 min. Her conclusion: Their way or the hiway.What a waste of time.The words I use too describe this practice are:Enormous, Incompetant, Self Serving, Not listening, We’re only in it for the money. Etc.Stay Away. They don’t listen and never stop selling..

I thought the staff were professional, yet friendly and easy to talk to. I was pleased to know that the dentist was willing to take the time needed to make sure I was well informed with all of the details pertaining to any concerns I may have had about the procedures, and options for my dental care. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is that I have to visit a difference office for some of the procedures, and would like to be able to get all of my dental needs fulfilled at one place. Other than that the staff is great, and did a nice job making me feel comfortable and appreciated.

Called the office twice today to find out the color used on two crowns. Never got a call back from first request. Second call when I asked the same question what color was used for my crown the lady said she would research and call me back. When she called me back she could not give me an answer!!!!!! How do you not have a complete listing of procedures with detailed information!!!!!!!! Why could I not get an answer for such a simple question? Imagine had it been a difficult question!!!!! Unfortunately you lost a customer that was inquiring about the color of my crowns!!!!!

Made an appointment for long overdue dental work. They performed the examination, took x-rays and provided me with a proposed plan of action to have the work performed at reasonable price. I elected to have the work done and have been extremely pleased with the work that has been done so far.

Very friendly environment. Just make sure your care plans are explained throughly. Ask about each phase of the plan and the payment options for each phase and your ENTIRE treatment plan. I had a treatment plan for an extraction and replacement. They ask for more money on the day my surgical replacement because they stated procedures were missing on the original plan. They did grant me a nominal refund, but I was still unable to have the replacement surgery.

Advance Dental was my original dentist when I relocated to begin with. It had been ten years since my last visit. I was expecting a negative outcome with this visit since it had been so long. It was exciting to hear that I had no cavities!!! Woo hoo!!! I just need to have a deep cleaning done and then just maintain my appointments. See!!! It was better than I had anticipated. My dental assistant was awesome! She was very engaging, comical and hospitable. She did not fail to ask whether I had questions, if I was comfortable and even asked if I needed help with my purse (mind you; I carry almost everything in it - she lifted it and we both had a good laugh) and the doctor was awesome as well; willing as well to answer questions or wanted to know if I had any questions. With that being said, my youngest daughter has her appointment set for next month and my oldest will become a patient as well! Thank you for the awesome service. A family member was suffering from tooth pain and needed, what we believed to be, a root canal. ADC quickly scheduled an appointment/examination as a new patient. We were seen quickly and the root canal was performed without pain. The recovery was without incident. We would recommend ADC without any reservations.

I love them at Advanced Dental Center, P.A. They are very nice and help you out. If you dont know something the will explain it to you. There do not rush in and out they sit there and tell you all the options that you have and try to help you find out what you want to do. Love them and they also make sure that you are not in pain.
