The Mailroom Studio is such a fun, bright, cozy salon. I’ve been going to Molly for about 5 years and she’s the best in the business. I don’t ever want anyone else to touch my hair. She’s that good! All of the other ladies in the studio are phenomenal as well! I highly recommend.

I have been to the Mailroom Studio for my last two hair appointments, and I just love it there! Kayla has been helping me go gray gracefully and with her NYC training, I couldnt be happier with the way my gray is growing out. I love the old building and brick interior walls with modern washbowls and appliances. Plenty of spacing between chairs, too. If you can get an appointment with Kayla, go for it!

There are a lot of great salons here in Florence for the ladies, but there arent many barbershops that are truly on trend. My husband can be pretty particular about his haircuts, and he LOVES the barbers here. He looks amazing (and smells amazing!) each time. Ive started coming to the salon myself and always have a lovely experience. The barbers book far in advance, but theyre so worth the wait, so patience is key! Priced very well, clean facility, and talented staff.

I used Molly for two years while living in Florence and leaving her was the hardest part about moving. Her color work is outstanding and worth every single penny! I’ve since relocated to Manhattan and paid double the price for it to be half the quality. Book in advance and be flexible (and turn on post notifications so you can jump on those last minute cancellations). I promise it is worth the wait to get on her client roster. The color lasts for months and grows out so beautifully that you’ll find yourself going far longer between appointments than you would have thought possible (or not because you just want to hang out in her chair).

Ryan has been doing my hair since 2012. I even lived out of state in Nashville, TN for 7 of those years and still traveled back to Florence just to have her do my color. She is a phenomenal hairdresser and always stays up to date on new techniques and trends. She is not afraid of change and has always given me EXACTLY what I wanted, even if my description was incredibly vague. The mailroom studio is hands down my favorite salon she has worked at. Its very modern with such a cool vibe. I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan and any of the other stylists that work at The Mailroom Studio.

Not a lot of real Master Barbers around anymore like the guys at the Mailroom. Basically, these guys are great. The appointment only system is great. No waiting just sit down and straight to business. Atmosphere is amazing and the services are top notch. Rob Bispo cleaned me and my son up perfect. I highly recommend these guys to anyone. Also the salon is awesome as well. My wife gets her hair done there and it makes life so much easier to be able to get all 3 of us done within the same hour at the same location. Hands down the best Barber Shop in Florence...Arguably the only TRUE barbershop. You have to make an appointment early because he stays booked 1 month in advance. It is however, well worth it. The precision and care he puts into each haircut makes it more of an experience than a weekly/monthly task. The atmosphere in the shop is just as amazing as the cut, vinyl records playing, books on how to properly purchase and drink whiskey, homemade wooden furniture. Do yourself a favor and try it just once... youll quickly become a regular.Also, his hair care products for men are amazing. Pomade, Beard oil, Beard balm, even chap stick, all made in house... shocking that we have a shop of this caliber in Florence SC.

Easy to schedule. Professional environment. Robert did excellent job, first time I had anyone cut my hair in 15 years. Hot towel was the icing on cake!Only disadvantage is always booked, I have to cut my hair weekly or every 2 weeks and normally just do it myself. Would like to see a walk in opinion eventually but that’s only negative thing I have to say. Everything else is awesome.

Ive been getting my hair cut at The Mailroom Barber for years now. Ive never had a more positive experience at a Barber shop or salon. The barbers there are unbelievably skilled, and I always get compliments on my hair afterwards. The entire staff are genuinely great folks, friendly and kind. Another fantatic perk is that The Mailroom runs tightly on schedule. I always hated waiting around for my scheduled appointment at other places, but when I get to The Mailroom theyre always ready for me. 10/10 couldnt recommend any higher.

I had a new client appointment today Tuesday December 31, 2019 at 12:45 pm. I walked into the shop at around 12:40 and was greeted by a lady with dreads. I sat down in the waiting area for my turn. I walked out at 1:20 after not being acknowledged since I walked in the door. I understand that people get behind but to never acknowledge a possible new client is very poor customer service.
