Went here for years and loved the girl that did my nails every time. The last time I went I did not see my normal person and ended up with an infection under my toe nails (big toe each foot) it’s been awhile and my nails still won’t grow out properly . Needless to say I won’t be back.

My friend and I were looking for a place to do last minute pedicures. They got us in very quick. They were very friendly, clean, and the older gentlemen that did my pedicure did a fantastic job. He really took his time and he gave me the best foot massage I have experienced by far haha really great job and my toes look great! We will absolutely be going back again!

This was always my favorite place in town to get a pedicure but they have changed owners and the new owner is running the business into the ground. I will never be back and I highly recommend to take your business anywhere else in town but here.

Accommodated 3 pedicures rather quickly. Workers are all related and very friendly. Great atmosphere with attention to cleanliness.

One of my girlfriends introduced me to this place a while ago and I’ve kept coming back ever since! The staff is so nice, their shop is so clean and cozy, and they have the best OPI gel polish collection in Florence! They always do great paint for both manis and pedis and if you mess up a nail after you leave they are always willing to fix it for you at no extra cost. Their prices are super reasonable too. I love these guys. 10/10 will keep coming back and will also recommend to friends and family.

The older gentleman who works here always makes mistakes with my gel manicures. He doesn’t paint the entire nail, the paint comes out looking streaky, and the top coat has large bubbles. The ladies here are always great though. I’ve had my nails done here for years so I’ll definitely go back and ask for one of them next time.

My mom and I get our nails done regularly at Forum and have received great service from all of the employees. Ive personally had my nails done by both Theresa and Wendy, and if they miss a spot or make an uneven cut, I just tell them and theyre more than happy to fix it. They are always friendly and I truly enjoy talking to them. I get compliments all the time on my nails and I refer my friends and co-workers to Forum often. My friends and co-workers also receive great service. Im really glad I found them and was actually shocked to read the reviews when Googling the phone number to give to a friend.

I had a wonderful experience here I have recently moved here from a big city and Teresa was a delight. Teresa made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. Teresa is a great nail artist also. I will be back.👍🏽👌🏼

They did a marvelous job, and my nails have never looked better. It was first time getting a manicure, and I am glad I went here. All of the people were kind and very patient. The price is fantastic for all of the services they provide.

The BEST place in town for mani and pedi! I get S&S with French manicure - it looks so natural-never too thick. The pedicures are heavenly.

Pedicure was a 1.5 at best. Very minimal cuticle work. We should have checked reviews prior to spending $60. Advertised 1 hour pedicure . 40 min with polish.

Workers are super nice and funny. I go here every few months for acrylic and Ive never been disappointed. I love this place !

I was there for a pedicure. Needless to say the reviews were right, the girls here, especially Teresa is very rude. I walked in and was not greeted. The girl rushed through my pedicure. Apparently, she had to go on a date with her boy friend today and I was her last appointment.Very unprofessional. Also, the shop had a strong odor, like mildew or something.

Best nail salon ever....Wendy, Jenny and Theresa always remember everyones name and are such a joy.

Did a date thing with wife whilel on a trip, called and made appointment for 2 pedicures...they advertise a pedi as a relaxing hour...”and if still awake at the end they will do your nails too.” 25 mins from start to finish and she says done, you can sit here as long as you want. Was a waste of time. Appointment was at 1:00 done and sitting in a waiting chair by 1:30.

I walked in because on the door it said walk ins are welcome i was asked what inwas there for and I said I needed a manicure and the lady said its gunna be a long wait I in return said how long is that wait and I got attitude from the wonder saying uh a long wait I then again asked how long and got a rude reply saying an hour or two and there was barely anyone in there so unjust walked out. They can do someone elses nails bc there not good anyways.

Wife loves it. They exceed your expectations and make you leave with a smile.

We have been to this Nail Salon 3 times. Each time the Nail tech wanted to do what she wanted and would not listen to what I wanted. It was so stressful and frustrating. After the last time I figured I would not be returning to this salon again due to the tech not listening and over charging for services that I did not ask for. The salon is nice and clean but the service is not great at all.

Never answer phone when open horrible service, didnt,like my nails

Waited over an hour after I wrote my name down and then they proceeded to take three girls before me who were supposed to go after me. They went out of order. What’s the point in having a list, which they’re supposed to follow, if they’re just going to go out of order?

Most recent 7/9/13:I have gone to Forum Nail Studio 7 times now including a requested return visit from the Nail tech Theresa. Theresa, got my phone number when she ran and banged on my window of my car I was sitting in so she could call herself from my phone. She said she did this so she could call me when she had time to do my pedicure. I wish that never happened. I have had constant problems with this girl. Each time I went to the salon there was something wrong in some way or another. She has poor customer service and is unprofessional.Today Theresa saw my second review on Yelp and started text messaging my like crazy. I only wish I could post the stuff she was saying. It was foul and offensive, telling me to get a life because I wrote a review she didnt like. Then she said I was unprofessional and started cussing at me. All her text are on the verge of a harassment charge. If you go to this salon, do not go to Theresa and do not provide her with your phone number for any reason. I hope nobody has to go through everything I have gone through.Just read the owners reply. I dont want free service I want good service. I have always paid for all of the services and slandering me to other salons is unwarranted just because she doesnt like my review.Older Review 7/8/13:Ok, so I went back to this salon against my better judgment because the nail tech who originally did my nails read my previous review and contacted me to give her another chance. She also requested that I write another review; she shouldnt have done that.Well, I am writing the review like I told her I would. NEVER Go To The Young Asian Nail Tech at this salon if you go here at all. I spoke with the owner Amy as I was leaving and informed her of all of the issue that took place again and informed her that I would be writing another review. She requested that I do not use the young nail techs name since, she was going to take care of everything. I am honoring her wish. The owner redid my nails and Kim, another tech, gave me the pedicure as a way of saying sorry for what the other tech did.I tipped Kim but the owner would let me. Those two did a good job but I cannot go back due to all the problems.Below are the issues that occurred with the original nail tech on my revisit:- Nail Tech Rushed Again- Unprofessional- Requested my nails to be thin and she made them thick again.- Painted my nails and put on a design different than what I asked for so I asked her to remove it and she huffed at me.- When she was removing the polish she left some on and when I asked her to take it all the way off she said that she didnt need to because the new polish will cover it. It DIDNT.- The polish under the overcoat started to pucker and the nail tech yelled at me What did you do? in FRONT of other customers. (I didnt do anything but keep my nails under the light like she requested).- Rude - Didnt have time for my pedicure again.If you decide to go here, I wont ever again, PLEASE use process of elimination so you do not have to go through all of the problems I had to.
