Mandy is AMAZING! I struggle with a good style for my thin, fine(ish) hair and she never disappoints! She explains how to accomplish the look I want and SHOWS me how to do it! Down to how to hold my arms! The conversation is never forced; she’s so easy to talk to and down to earth! Highly, highly recommend!!

Its been a struggle for me to find a good hairstylist until I found Debra. Ever since Ive been coming here Ive been loving my hair and now my daughters are clients too. She knows exactly whats good for my hair. I tell her what I want and she understands and does a great job. Debra is talented! Always a pleasure sitting in her chair. I highly recommend Debra.

I cant rave about this place enough. Ever since I walked in and met Katie Steffen, Ive considered her an instant friend. Not only is she amazingly sweet and kind, funny, and lovely, but she knows just what you want. She listens to you, no matter how long you talk, and works with you to create a style and a cut far beyond your expectations. Ill never go anywhere else, this is HOME!!!

This is for Debra, (one who does waxing, pedicure /manicure) i had to wait for 35 minutes, and no clue of debra, i was in waiting room, trying to call her, and she didnt even picked my calls. worst experience. will not return again.

I love haircut I got but the place is a little dumpy. There was no attention paid to the interior finishes. Ugly door trim, paint, etc.

Very upset. I messaged a stylist and was very clear with what i wanted. I wanted a bayalage style. I sent pics of what i wanted. I wanted my roots to stay dark with my natural brown, and blended into my already highlighted hair, just wanted the transition softened. My hair was very blotchy and had been heavily highlighted. I went back this evening to have it fixed, and now my roots are pink. 2 times, both negative experiences. The owner, i think her names Diana, said to come in agsin and she would paint a dark color back on my roots. By this time, im done, and Ill go somewhere else to have my hair fixed. I asked for a refund and she rudely said i would not get any portion refunded. I sent her pictures of my hair, and she insists that i go back for a 3rd time. Heck no. Bad customer service, here! I have pictures, i need to figure out how to upload.

Brianna was so friendly when I went to her for the first time, and I enjoyed my time spent there. Before she started, she talked to me about how warm highlights vs ashy would look better with my natural hair color and complexion, and she explained that she needed to start my balayage higher than I wanted to look more natural with my hair. She sounded more experienced than she actually is.Near the end of my appointment, her next appointment arrived. She blow-dryed my hair, didnt style it, and didnt get a mirror to show me the back of it. I respected the fact that she needed to hurry to get to her next appointment. I thought the front highlights looked a little patchy, but I didnt get to see it styled. It was hard to judge right then and there.When I got home and looked at the back in the mirror and the front more closely, I was so disappointed. I enjoyed my appointment so thoroughly that I didnt want to write a poor review or hurt Briannas feelings. On the other hand, I cant justify spending over $100 and not being pleased with the outcome.I went in with it being months since having balayage done at another salon, and I understand its a process to get the look I was going for; however, my balayage looks like uneven grown-out highlights and SO patchy in the front. The color looks faded (not fresh AT ALL), and the bottom is totally blonde with no dimension. The cut is straight across and doesnt look layered as she discussed doing. I feel as though I should have saved my $108 and kept my hair the way it was.I have been trying to find a new hair stylist, since the one I went to for years stopped doing hair. I was hoping to find someone new that I could trust when I saw Brianna at Doubletake in Florence. I had no idea going in that she had so little experience and wish that when I was originally texting her weeks ago pictures of my long/thick hair and what I wanted done that she may have referred me to someone else with more experience or suggested doing something different to it.I sent this review to the salon after receiving my text receipt from them, and I have heard nothing back from anyone. I made a 911 appointment with a stylist I havent gone to in over 5 years that is located very far away just to fix this disaster.
