I am a young adult and Dr. Jibaly is the only person who has given me answers for my health issues. She listens, explains to you what shes thinking in a way that makes sense and is not condescending, and she is extremely easy to open up to. I highly recommend her for anyone with gastro issues :)

Caring and kind doctor, took notes of all concerns, open minded in treatment options and thoroughly investigated all concerns. Cut through typical red tape & went above and beyond to get to the bottom of my daughters problem. Phenomenal office staff. Took time and attention needed to hear all our concerns. Highly recommended.

Every appointment we had we waited almost an hour just to be even seen. She didnt listen to our concerns. Just wanted to keep trying the same thing. The last appointment she kept was waiting 45 mins just talking to someone in her office. She could reschedule us if she need to talk to that person.

Love her and her staff. She was the only one who could give me answers and she didn’t criticize me. My son is a totally different baby in a good way! Thank You so much Dr. Jibaly

Dr Jibaly is amazing... She helped me with my baby at 4 months old..she listened to me and didnt make me feel like I was being a crazy parent.. my daughter has been seeing her for only 2 months but she is a different baby now thanks to her.. I have a happy baby....

Excellent care. There is usually a long wait, but she takes time to fully evaluate each patient. She was able to resolve issues other local doctors were missing.

I see Dr.Jibaly regularly and she is one of the best. Shes very friendly, she always listens to your problems and tries to help you the best she can. She has helped me out a lot since Ive been going to her, she has definitely done more for me than any other doctor has and Im very thankful I found her.

The reason the wait time is so long is because she takes time with each person. She does a great job. I love this doctor and if my future children ever have issues like I do I will be taking them to see this doctor.

Dr. Jibaly is the best specialsist I’ve ever been too. She’s a pediatric doctor but she said she would continue to see me even though I’m 18 to help with the terrible stomach issues I have. She is absolutely amazing and will give you the best care possible. I don’t know how many times I called and she would fit me in the same day to try and help me the best way she can. She truly cares about all of her paitents and that’s really hard to find.

I consider myself so fortunate to have our pediatrician refer my 11 year daughter to be seen by Dr. Jibaly for her stomach problems.Dr. Jibaly is one in a million. She is extremely competent, attentive and methodical in addressing my daughter complaints.She genuinely cares and takes her time to listen and explain. I could not ask for better specialist. Thanks to Dr. Jibaly my daughter is doing much better and I have peace of mind she is best hands possible.

Physician is very knowledgable however she lacks bed side manor & common respect for patients time. I bring my son in 15 minutes early to every appointment as per their office request and everytime the doctor is late. No respect for the schedule her office staff creates for her.

Piss poor service dont even know if doctor was even good. Waited over 90 mins past appointment, and still wasnt available to see my son. Left office due to other appointments.

I was in Chicago, I had many doctors for my son. Dr. Jabali is the best Pediatrician I ve ever seen. Thanks a lot Dr jebaily

1 Star just for the office staff. The girl at the front counter tries her hardest to do everything for this doctor. The doctor is very lazy, and doesnt do anything for herself. It takes forever to get to the back and then you sit and wait forever for the doctor to actually come in the room. When she finally comes in, she is rude, condescending, and disrespectful to everyone in the room. For being Peds GI specialist she likes to ignore the child and doesnt care what they have to say. She interrupts you constantly and doesnt allow you to get a word in. She types on her computer the entire time and then recommends some bogus treatment. We will not be returning to this doctor. She is the only Peds GI in Genesee County (probably why her office is always busy). We will be driving OUT of Genesee County just to find someone with a little bit of respect.

Dr. Rima Jibaly is an excellent (and one of the only) Pediatric GI specialists in Genesee County. While some have wrote some terrible things about her it is quite mind numbing. For people to say she does nothing. Dr. Jibaly has multiple offices and does scopes for outpatients. I would rather her take extra 5-10 minutes on a patient and be late to my appointment then for her to do nothing and potentially have a patient suffer. She does a thorough job and has fun while doing it. She has a very different sense of humor (which is funny).I encourage any parent who is in need of answers to make an appointment with Dr. Jibaly.SHE WILL LISTEN!

Thiefs... They charge full amount ahead of time rather than use your insurance. This is a great loophole for their office as you have to fight to get your money refunded.They schedule follow up appointments even if they arent needed, then guess what, thats an extra $45.00 in their pocket bease YOU signed a paper about No Show charges.It is not possible to cancel your appointment and you cannot prove you left a message, during working hours because they didnt answer.Its a D☆☆☆ good thing I wasnt present when you tried charging for the visit rather than the Copay since I am the Insurance policy holder. Confuse and take advantage of people is how these Thiefs run their business.Everyone beware, Do Not Pay for Anything except your CoPay, Do Not Schedule Followup appointments unless YOU need it and call to schedule it.I will no longer be silent while you try to keep this Country running backwards you crooks-

I really wonder why mr. Jims he Wrote like this? (because religion or Racism)But when I visit this Doctor I got excellent care.

I will not subject my family to this doctor or the office due to the comments I have read. Charging a late/no show fee and then the doc not being available for the schedualed appointment is disgraceful. My family will not a patient of this doctor.
