All these reviews on the staff is absolutely true! Dr Sabbagh, please analyze your staffing! They SUCK! This is your practice get a handle on it! You can not blame covid on this!

Absolutely terrible! Never answer their phones, fail to fax over important documents and they had deleted my review! They can never handle the truth and always lie!! THE NURSES AND RECEPTIONISTS ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING!!!!! SAVE YOURSF SOME TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Completely unorganized, unreceptive, and careless office. Dr. Sabbagh himself was fantastic, its a shame he has such incompetent staff ruining his good name.Good luck even getting someone to answer the phones!

Worst experience ever after having a tbi failed to take care me. Its been 4 years and a new doctor to finally find out what is wrong with me

My brother had Dr Sabbach, he is low functioning. The Doctor took care of him with true kindness. I read the other comments about problems with refills, we never encountered this.

Dr Sabbagh is a very kind doctor. Yes there is a wait most of the time to see him but thats because he takes his time with his patients. He helped me through my appointment and test and has offered me help and a diagnosis. His staff are busy but they were not rude and I have been in the office 3 times. I will continue to see Dr Sabbagh and recommend him.

Ive been waiting for this doctor for 3 months now to get medication for my diagnosis and the 1st month theyforgot to even send it. They do not get anythingdine properly here. Even if its urgent. The doctor is nice the office is terrible.

Try getting a refill from this office....a nightmare! I own an AFC home and everytime I call to get a refill for some one it takes numerous numerous calls from myself and the pharmacy. By the time they finally refill the person has been out of seizure medicine for a week! I would not go to this place for myself EVER! Dr Sabbagh is a great dr but the office staff is the WORST Ive encountered....EVER!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sabbagh for two years and am very impressed with his professionalism and kindness.

Dr. Sabbagh has been very uncaring and unconcerned with my issues. Was referred to him for peripheral neuropathy and will only deal with that issue, does not want to hear about the multiple other neurological disorders I have, when I bring it up he shuts me down.

Dr Sabbath is a really good caring Dr but the wait time is terrible. Seems like they over schedule people and the staff there is not friendly at all...

I dont think they are even worthy of 1 star if I could rate them zero or negative I would , they more than Double book, try triple book , be prepared for no place to park, no place to sit in the waiting room you will walk in and think your at a concert because the waiting room is so over packed over crowded, be prepared to wait at least 1.5 hours just in the waiting room alone before they call you back. There is litteraly a line at the desk and a line for the restroom, many people complaining the same things long waits no seats, no parking! Here its not about the patience its only about how many insurance companys they can bill, your nothing but a file number here not a person to help just a paycheck. If you must go here bring something to do and probably a snack, I wouldnt recommend bringing kids due to everything stated above.

Told me I could not get blood results over phone. Would rather have seizures than see him again.

My husband has epilepsy and too get refills is a nightmare this guy is the worst

This office is what nightmares are made of.

He is a good doctor but his office is utterly awful.
