Conveniently located for me, right on Miller Rd. (The old Mill End building) New patient paperwork was sent via text which I like because it cuts down on lobby time. Very clean, and sanitary, employees were very well organized and polite. The dentist was also informative, polite, and fast but efficient. I had two fillings done and a mold for my top partial and all that only took 1.25 hours. Im a home body, so the in and out is truly appreciated. I would recommend this dental facility.

I contemplated whether or not to leave this review but I think it’s important to the public.I was seen there on 9/24 for a root canal.I will first say the office ladies are excellent. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they ended up not charging me anything for a root canal they spent an hour on but DID not complete.As for the dentist and the dental assistant, they were professional and skilled, but they were NOT friendly in the least bit! This was my first time getting a root canal and I was very nervous. I wasn’t even told what to expect, I had to ask questions that I got two word answers to. They had me tilted so far back I ended up leaving with a neck and headache. There’s no bedside manor at all from that dentist or assistant. Also the back office area literally feels like a surgical assembly line, not comforting at all.

Ive been coming here for almost 3 years now and I absolutely LOVE this dentist office. All the staff members are really nice and my dental hygienist Janea is sweet as pie and does an excellent job on my cleanings. Im always greeted nicely and treated exceptionally well when I visit. Best dental office in city hands down. Not only do I go here but I convinced my brother to go here and my mom will be too 😁.

What a great dentist office 💖. Everyone is so nice and the place is so vibrant. Im not one to like dentist, but I have finally found a place that I like. Thank you girls for making me feel at ease and giving off good vibes as soon as you walking in the door. The Dr was was gentle, explained and talked to you the whole time he was looking in your mouth.

Had great service up until I had to pay 100% of crown work because what I was quoted was not based on a preauthorization. $2000 out of pocket. Then I was quoted for an implant for which I called insurance myself and found that the implant wasnt covered. That would have been over 3k had I not followed up. To top it all off, I took time off work for my appt and the dentist was 30 mins late... I will never go back.

Best dental care I have recieved in 20years. They got my cleaning, a filling and a extraction all within 7days. My last dentist had me scheduled out in December for services. Im glad I made the change to New You Dental. The cleaning was very thorough and the filling and extraction was painless.

So far so good. So far I have gotten a tooth pulled, a crown and a dental bridge from this office. When one dentist didnt feel comfortable pulling a weird molar they rescheduled me with someone who felt confident and made it a quick/almost painless experience. The dentist who turned down pulling that tooth gave me the crown and bridge. &He also does fantastic work. They seem to have pride in a job well done.

Been going to New you dental for almost 4 years. I always get great and professional work done on my teeth. Only issue I have had is with there process of keeping my old records. Seems like every time a system update is done, something is missing or forgotten from my previous dental records.

I am satisfied with their services and would recommend them to family and friends. The staff is very friendly and they take the time to explain the process and answer questions. I have only met one dentist one dentist but he is very experienced and knowledgeable.

My insurance company said this place was in network, so I gave it a shot. I hate going to the dentist but to my surprise this time really wasnt that bad. The staff is very friendly & down to earth. Worst experience Ive ever had at a Dental Office. I was checked in and forgotten about in the waiting room for half an hour with no other patients waiting. I was there for a consult for implants and to continue my Dental care. The Dentist who performs the implants had moved out of state and they do not not have a doctor there to perform the service they had advertised . I was then charged $50 when I already have insurance. Then told by the office manager I would receive a call which i never received. 2 weeks later i reached out needing to set up an appointment and no one ever called me for my treatment plan. I was told she would look into it and call me back within the hour and never did. Horrible patient care!

Waited under 10 minutes in waiting room before being taken back. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. Explained my options instead of telling me what they were going to do. Over all a good experience.

The people there are all very nice. The dentist is as gentle as he can be and very thorough. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this office. I had 4 broken teeth extracted and 2 fillings in 1 day and never had a bit of pain. The only discomfort was the numbness from the shots. Ive had other work done there and their all very nice and still NO pain. Always get in quick.

My first time going I googled them on Sunday night called Monday morning they had an opening for me and I went. Upon entering I was greeted by a beautiful secretary who helped me setup my paperwork which literally only took 5 minutes. Went in to be seen about a hurting jaw they took X-rays and solved my issue I’m home now with my next scheduled visit. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!

I had an amazing experience with this office. I struggle with anxiety when it comes to going to the Dentist, which is what keeps me from going unless I absolutely need to. Well during pregnancy I lost a filling and my pregnancy before that I lost another. As well as have occurred quite a few cavities. I’m thinking (sorry if TMI) but pregnancy made me really sick and throw up a lot. I can imagine it has an impact on the teeth. Anyways, I had quite a few years of damage to repair. They offer nitrous, which if you have anxiety like me, makes a HUGE difference! Not only that though the dentist that works here, as well as the assistants, are so kind and patient. They talk to you about your day share stories. They are just so friendly and and personable. They even work with me time wise because I now have a newborn that doesn’t take a bottle and spit my appointments up so I can always get back to my daughter in time. I’m in and out so fast! Couldn’t recommend any more highly! 🙂

I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. The ladies up front were very helpful with my insurance and the dentist was so kind and helpful at keeping me calm. They got me in and out quickly. So happy I switched to new you!

Todays visit with the hygienist was amazingly gentle and professional. I was very impressed no pain and i complimented her immediately. As it turns out this was not my first visit as insurance changes so does the dental team. I was able to see Dr. John Zabloki who gently talked me through getting (2) shots in the upper to knock out (5) cavities.The numbness was surprisingly gone by the time I got home and my mouth was not sore a plus. So thank you for giving me your gentle care today dental team.

Been coming here for a few years and have never had any problems. Recently had a lower molar removed and it was completely painless (during & after), never have had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen for any appointments, and the office staff has always been polite.

I had the opportunity to visit this dentist office. Everything was well. Except I didn’t like how I was treated by the receptionists. None seem to know what was the proper procedure on making payments on the work you need done.. One says you can make payment arrangements and that she had a book stating that and the other said you have to pay up front. I was in the dentist chair with my mouth numbed when she stopped the dentist from working on my mouth until she got at least one half of 2000.00 dollars. The problem being I was not there for what she wanted me to pay for. Not only was I sitting there looking crazy she was telling me how she has bills to pay and she wanted her money up front. She stood right there until I agreed to give her a grand. She gave me my purse off the hanger so I could give her my card. The dentist started working on my mouth again and she came back to asked me did I want to sign the receipt. I have never been treated so rude in my life. Before you go there make sure you know what and how you gonna pay before you get in that chair or you will be bullied and harassed and you will not get your work done until the warden says so.

Been here twice: first time root canel went bad- entire tooth cracked in Half while waiting on crown to come in. Called to see if it’s OK it was broke- went in to get it looked at- Waited two hours then a different doctor saw me for literally enough time to look in the mirror touch it and told me there’s nothing they could do it just have to wait on the crown. Was told I wouldn’t be billed for this quick visit then received a $300 bill and took over five months to straighten outsSecond time was just a about a week ago. I called and told the cost total would be $600 so I went ahead and scheduled my appointment. The front desk person had no mask on the entire time.During my appointment the doctor decided to drill down a top tooth to help my ‘bite line up.’ I now have a damage top tooth and they want me to pay another $2000 for Their mistake! The doctor didn’t even ask just want ahead and drilled on my tooth that he was not to be working on.The kick in the teeth: After my appointment when I went to pay my expected $600 bill they told me it was over $2000!! They were unable to produce a bill before or after my appointment. (Very suspicious and unprofessional to me). Now I’m left with two broken teeth. I will never go back to this awful dentist! I feel lied to taken care of and I’m in a lot of pain now. The exact opposite of what I went there and they agreed to do for me.

Just an amazing experience from start to finish. Bobby is AMAZING, all that energy was exactly what I needed being that I’m not a morning person. Dr.Shin work was nice and quick, he replaced my old fillings that I knew I needed to get them done. The checking out process was made easy. I didnt know the difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning before but during checkout Kayla made sure I understood what it was, how it was done, and any questions/concerns that I had. Kayla sent something out to my insurance to see if I was “approved” for the deeper cleaning and luckily I was and she got me scheduled quickly after getting the notice that the insurance was going to cover my deeper cleaning. After my deep cleaning Bobby did, my mouth felt cleaner then ever before and once again Kayla checked me out and made it joyful. Thank you and I will be returning for my 6 month check up, also will be referring my family.

He always works fast and is straightforward with you about what you need and how it’s taken care of and I could not ask for a better dentist. Listen ladies and gentlemen this is the place to be for awesome dental work. Chad did my temporary crown it felt and held like a permanent crown! Dr Shin did my permanent crown he gently took his time didn’t force it and it fit perfectly! New You Dental is a special place!! I’m moving outta state soon but I will be flying back here to Flint, Michigan for all my dental work if they don’t have one in Vegas. I greatly appreciate y’all❤️

The front desk services is great. I see different faces often but each person treats me with my concerns. I had one situation that is still being look into and hopefully be resolved soon since March 2020. I noticed that the office cleaning crew needs to be updated. Spider webs and sofas with stains needs to be cleaned better. The services has been okay.

Poor service, Dr Shim did not want to work on my denture because the past Dr grim made the denture. The denture was made by new you dental. Been trying to get comfort for the last two years.

I was having some dental pain and made an appt online for today. I received a text message this morning as an appt reminder for today with the date and time of appt. Got to the place and no one was there, building was closed, no one answers the phone not even the emergency number. Thanks for wasting my gas and time and def ensuring that I cant find anyone else to see me today.

Went for a bridge replacement and dr shin didn’t follow dr hechtman plan of care for me and broke my supporting teeth off. Then after realizing his mistake I was promised NEW YOU would make it right! Well they didn’t! They used up my down payment on the bridge they didn’t replace to pull my teeth in prep for implants they promised me and didn’t deliver. I wouldn’t have had my teeth pulled if I would have known they would reneg on the implant promise. They totally screwed me over. Thanks SCREW YOU DENTAL

Took me right in and prepped two teeth for crowns and put temps in place and got molds for permanent crowns and sent me home, did a good job of keeping me from getting pain when grinding had to give me extra novacane to numb the teeth he needed to work on. Feels like a good fit for the temp crowns.

One of the reasons I neglected dental care for a number of years is because I couldnt stand my dentists office and the way they conducted business. Thats a bad reason to take the risk of causing dental problems through neglect.After checking around I found New You Dental Center in Flint because they offer web specials and provided excellent communication and pricing information when I called to ask a few questions. My old dentists office acted offended if you asked them about prices and never missed an opportunity to rack up the bill.Bobbi the hygienist is the absolute best! Instead of getting shamed for neglecting cleaning for a number of years, she was understanding with a bright and positive attitude. The results were fantastic, made me wonder why I ever gambled on causing dental problems through neglect. Bobbi will definitely be my routine hygienist from here on out....Dr Tinker has many years of experience and was trained at the University of Michigan. By sheer luck, I only had one problem to deal with and she discussed treatment options and went with a less aggressive alternative which was completed on the same visit and saved me money.From here on out, Im not going to blow off follow up and maintenance appointments because I actually like my dentist office and the people who work there.

My 20 year old daughter and I have both gone here in May and my daughter in June. I did the $85 special with xrays, cleaning and a dental exam. I paid $60 for my daughter as she was a referral by me and saved us $25. My daughter had to have 7 crowns on her top front 7 teeth and the dentist did a wonderful job with the temporary crowns and the final permanent crowns. They look gorgeous. She is going back next week for 1 bottom filling and to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth pulled. We do not have dental insurance, but I have Care Credit and we used part of that and it wasnt enough so they helped us get some other financing called Compassionate Finance so she could get all her work done. We each had a different dentist, dental assistant and dental hygienist and all 6 were wonderful. The office staff is very nice and helpful. I have now given one of my sister-in-laws their name and address as she has no insurance and had a terrible time with Aspen Dental. Would recommend New You to all. Dr. Grimm is AWESOME.

I was never a fan of going to the dentist, but New You Dental Center is the BEST! Let me repeat that, THE BEST DENTAL CENTER AROUND. The whole staff is made up of fun, caring, honest and respectful people. Even when I had my teeth pulled out they did everything they could to make me comfortable and let me tell you they did a great job! I was in Flint visiting family from Florida when I had a dental emergency. Just from my initial phone consultation at that time I knew Id chosen the right place to get my care.Their office is pleasant and my wait time was short. The front desk staff, dentist and his hygienist were incredible and both knowledgeable and reassuring (I have dentist anxiety) and the pricing was more than reasonable and affordable. If I lived in Flint, they would be my dental care. I very highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and great care. I wish I could have brought them back to FL with me.
