First of all I’ve never received such great, friendly service ever at any doctor or dental office as I did here at this establishment especially from the front to the back. Blair the dental hygienist made me the most comfortable when it came to my deep clean he was very understanding and talked with the most gentle calming voice ever ensuring every step of the way I knew what was happening and knew what he was doing next I explained my fear of dental work and he assured me he was gonna take care of me and he did this will be me and my kids forever home when it comes to my dental work!

I arrived for my cleaning, and I was just getting sat down when I went in for my cleaning. I had to have xrays, I usually have a gagging problem, but that went very easy with a full head scan. The cleaning went great, and everything went as planned. Thank you.

Ever since Dr. Butcher passed away customer service has sucked. I had been going to this dentist since I was a kid well over 20 years. My husbands dentures broke during the pandemic and had to wait 4 months before getting new ones mainly because we were waiting on authorization from our dental insurance. They kept billing the insurance wrong. In the meantime my husband lost alot of weight because he couldnt eat but soft foods . He finally gets dentures after four months and we paid our portion and they said we were all set. Then they send a bill in MY name and I dont even have dentures and the insurance is in my husbands name. They keep wrongfully billing us instead of insurance. They refuse to listen when try to explain it is their error. Then threaten to turn you into collections. Im all done with them. It was great until Dr. Butcher passed away. He would never treat his patients like this. The billing department person needs to be replaced. They dont know what theyre doing. Just overall even being cared for it is not the standards Dr. Butcher gave us. Our insurance company is stating they have not got the claims from them and we notified the billing department of what we were told. Now she is leaving messages saying Im the cardholder and I havent had dental insurance in my name in over 3 years. Everything is in my husbands name.They got the information. This is ridiculous!.

The level of concern explanation and willingness to help is amazing. Dr. Ismael is very helpful on my journey to having teeth again.

I went into Family dental for the first time ever yesterday due to sever tooth pain. I was taken care of by Tina and Dr. Kanas. They were personable, kind, and made me feel very calm and secure about removing two wisdom teeth right then and there. They did an AMAZING job and I’ve hardly been in any pain since. It was so quick and easy. I was there for less than an hour total. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much 😊

I am very satisfied with Dr. Delgado. But the admin staff there are very unprofessional and appear to discriminate in which Patient they are kind to. The front desk staff (admin) talk over you when you have a concern. They are rude and biased. I have taken my 5 member family to another dentist office after being there for 3 plus years. There has been too many to count occasions where an ortho and/or dental appointment was canceled and after My husband and I schedule my work day around the appointment for my family members. We never find out until we are there or on our way. Admin or scheduling staff say that they called all patients when the Dr was not able to come in that day. My family never gets the call when appointments are canceled. Too much inconvenience. When brought to the office managers attention she did not show any sympathy towards my concern and only would say “okay” for the entire conversation. Not one staff has apologized for their inconvenience or the rudeness of their front desk employees. If you have a busy family I do not recommend this Dr. office! However I am very satisfied with Dr. Delgado!

Ive spent many years avoiding the dentist. I would go in for my appointment and come out feeling like I had been tortured. It would take me quite awhile to get up the nerve to go back. The staff and doctors at Family Dental Group are very thorough when explaining my treatment plan and the estimated cost of each treatment within the plan. My experience is the exact opposite of the worst review I read and I felt I just had to respond.Each and every single person that Ive come into contact with in that clinic, were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and after several treatments Ive never felt tortured. They have been direct and upfront about what needs to be done in order to correct the damage done to my teeth and gums because of my fear of going to the dentist all of these years.Thank you to everyone at Family Dental Group for taking most of the scary out of a trip to the dentist. The fact that Ive actually had several treatments done and scheduled for more speaks volumes. I will definitely recommend you to others.

Dr White was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. This is the second time I’ve seen him and he took care of me and made me feel 100% comfortable. I will only have him as my dentist from here on out.

Have had numerous problems with the office staff the dentist themselves are great but billing and the front desk can be a problem. They like to sneak bills on you and surprise you with appointments you don’t even make. You request a regular teeth cleaning they take amongst themselves to book you for a “deep cleaning”. They have a fly by night staff most don’t stick around long I’ve seen that staff change a few times with the exception of a few. They call you 4 days before your appointment telling you that you don’t have insurance when I do. Even my insurance company told me to switch dentist due to their incompetence it’s extreme. I’ve had to verify my insurance with these people at least 6 times they can’t even handle their own paperwork properly. Once again the dentists are great it’s their staff they have a hard time getting together. I understand it’s a business but they go about things in a shady manner you tell them regular clean which your insurance covers they want to make money off you on a deep clean. I’ve gotten a bill from these people 4-5 months after seeing them and they will lie and say they were billing you and you don’t receive one bill till 4-5 months later. I’ve given this place chance after chance but this office staff will fail every time finally time to part ways I’ve spent thousands with these people they just will never let up watch your billing watch what you make appointments for and tattoo your insurance on their foreheads because their paperwork is always f’d up.... good luck! In response to theirs still no place to do business my credit information was breached at this place on top of them still not getting the point of my response they have horrible paperwork it’s happened over and over no excuse and people writing positive reviews will in return change that over time. Found new dentist couldn’t be happier they put the patient before the dollar can’t do anything but respect that as this place wants to know about your insurance for the 100th time a week before your appointment remember regular cleaning is what I wanted no one authorized deep cleaning when you haven’t even looked at their mouth your establishment is about greed over patient quality care. No need to contact you about anything.

Had the worst experience with them. Staff gets irritated easily, then they called me names and literally hang up the phone on me complaining that i raised my voice during talking. When I complained about the behavior to a supervisor she didn’t seem to care and didn’t address my concerns. I strongly recommend against dealing with them.

I had not been to dentist in a couple a years. The staff at Family Dental Group is amazing to say the least from the receptionist to the dental assistants, and hygienists. The staff is very professional and polite. Dr. Kendra is a jewel! He made me feel so at ease. I definitely will be recommending this place to my family and friends.

I am in town from out of state and don’t have dental insurance so I googled cash friendly dentists in the area. Family Dental Group popped up with a coupon for new patients and they even had Saturday hours. I did not have to wait past my appointment time and the Dentist was prompt in the exam room as well. He made me feel comfortable and I had confidence in his knowledge of options. I was also impressed with his honesty. It was a situation where I came in thinking I needed more work than I did, and he could have taken advantage of that. But instead he was honest, fair and even gave me a discount. The staff were all very helpful and sincere. They kept me well informed of what the prices would be beforehand, which is really important when you are paying cash without insurance. I would highly recommend this dentist and his staff.

I would give this place 5 stars if I only had interactions with Dr. White and his staff. Unfortunately, I started with Dr. Kendra and would rate my interactions with Dr. Kendra and his staff at 1 star.I started with seeing Dr. Kendra...big mistake, he made me wait over an hour at both of my appointments. The first was an emergency, so I understand having to wait a little bit but then his assistant scheduled me 3 weeks out while I was in pain the whole time and told me there was no other appointments, at which time I asked to be placed on the cancelation list so I could get my tooth pulled asap. No call over the course of 3 weeks and when I came in to get my tooth pulled, which was a scheduled procedure and appointment...he told me he needed to get another xray and then told me he couldnt do it and referred me to an oral surgeon, making me wait even longer in pain. When I explained that I already waited 3 weeks, he said why Ive had openings? Now Im infuriated that he didnt call, since I was on the cancelation list and that he didnt tell me 3 weeks ago that he was too inexperienced to pull my tooth. My insurance doesnt cover specialists so I was looking at over $700 out of pocket to have this tooth pulled.Now for the good: I explained what happened to Tina, I believe she is a receptionist and she went above and beyond to help me out. She was able to schedule a next day appointment with Dr. White to pull my tooth, saving me the $700 and allowing my insurance to pick up the tab. She apologized over and over even though it wasnt her mistake (it was Dr. Kendras and his staff). Tina has excellent customer service skills and she is definitely an asset to this dental group. When I came in to see Dr. White, I didnt have to wait long even though he had worked me in and was greeted by his dental assistant Brooke. Brooke was also amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely compassionate. Dr. White came in and pulled my tooth in what seemed like 10 seconds. It didnt hurt at all. Which makes me ponder why Dr. Kendra needed to send me to an oral surgeon to remove it? I just returned from my cleaning with Blair the dental hygienist, he was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and the cleaning didnt hurt at all. He also gave me tips on best oral hygiene practices and recommended a mouth wash with fluoride. Dr. White, Tina, Brooke, and Blair all deserve 5 stars.This would have been a 5 star review had I not have had the unfortunate appointments with Dr. Kendra. When he is terminated, I will be sure to update this to 5 stars.

My experiences here have been decent for the most part- the staff are always friendly and the service is usually fast. However, the lack of communication over the past few months (during the Stay at home order) has been awful. They never called or sent any emails about appointments being canceled. I had to initiate calls twice about my orthodontics appointments to see if I should even show up, just to be told that my appointments had been canceled. The first time, it took me 2 days to get someone on the phone. I rescheduled my first appointment in April, then the day of the ‘new’ appointment, I was told the ‘new’ appointment was never scheduled and that they were closed until June. So, not only is it frustrating to not have my braces adjusted for 90 days, It’s a huge inconvenience to schedule/pay for childcare(a second time) just to be told (a second time) that my appointment had been canceled.

First off, the professionalism demonstrated by the staff from the moment I entered the door till the time I left was awesome. Everyone I encountered was phenomenal, especially Nicole my periodontist. She was very pleasant and friendly, and very courteous in checking to make sure I was comfortable periodically during my procedure. The other thing I love most about this practice is the flexible times. They are always able to accommodate me after my work hours during the week, or on Saturday. I’m pretty confident I’ll be a patient for the foreseeable future!

I love Dr. White!!! His assistant Tina is also exceptional. Crystal too.They are so caring and kind. Doctor White is the ONLY dentist I have had that can give painless shots in the mouth. He also never tries to give unneeded work to escalate the bill. Which is also rare. He works with a payment plan. Basically leaves you no need to avoid the dentist. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Hands down the best!! Prices are way lower than any dentist I had in the past.

Love Family Dental group in Flint, MI. Everyone in the office is absolutely amazing, from the moment you walk in they make you feel they care. They are all very professional. This is not the first orthodontist office I’ve been to, but it’s by far the best experience. I also take my kids here and as a mother of toddlers I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am for the patience they had with my kids. I never have to wait too long. I definitely recommend them.

I could tell you that they got me in extremely fast (within 2 hours of calling). I could tell you that they assessed the situation and gave me my options with a detailed explanation and the cost of the different procedures. I could tell you that they did all they could to make me as comfortable as possible. But what I will tell you is that by far this has been the best dentist office Ive ever been too. They were nothing less than awesome!

Dr. Kendra and Coco did an AMAZING job today. Im so, so thankful for the skilled and gentle staff at this office. This is the nicest office Ive ever been to. Everyone was really kind and polite. No one acted impatient when I asked questions, and they gave detailed answers that put me at ease. The office is nice and inviting looking and so are the exam/treatment rooms. The business hours are very convenient. Everything was explained really well; there werent any surprises about what was going on during my exam. Im sensitive and it usually hurts when my teeth are cleaned or poked at, and they were attentive to that and werent rude or annoyed. Ive only been to 2 other places in my whole life that were as wonderful as this one. An overall great office hard to find. Id reccomend everyone to go to this place who asked where they should go.

Dr Kendra and his assistant Davonda are amazing. I have been avoiding going to the dentist for six years because my last dentist caused me so much pain. Needless to say I needed to get a lot of work done. But Dr Kendra was excellent with each procedure. Very little pain, especially when getting me numbed up. Hes also very meticulous with each step which gives you a lot of reassurance while he is working. And his assistant was very friendly and skilled at what she does. They are an excellent team. I highly recommend them!

I just went today and these are the nicest people ever! Theyre all so kind and fun and it makes it actually kind of fun going to the dentist! I got the bands in my teeth replaced and it didnt even hurt! I really recommend going here

Ripp off.... non professional... tried charging me 5000 for a dead tooth that came out for 300.trying to charge me 300 for a cleaning i never recieved.rude front desk!DO NOT GO THERE

Very disappointed! Made an appointment to get my teeth clean. Went in they did an exam, would not clean my teeth. Told me they would run my insurance to see what my insurance covered (Which it covers cleanings). They said they would call me and let me know. 5 weeks go by no one has called. So I called them, they said they couldnt find my insurance coverage. So I gave them all the information I could. They still couldnt find it, I asked if they had a copy of the back of my insurance card for the phone numbers they said yes. A couple more days go by the lady calls and asks for the numbers on the back of my card. Come to find out they did not have a copy of the back of my card and was calling the wrong number to verify my insurance. So once the insurance was verified the lady said she would check to see what my insurance covered since they still hadnt done that. A week later she calls to let me know the periodontal cleaning is not covered and it would be $241 dollars for the cleaning. I let her know that I will just get the standard cleaning because my insurance covers that. She said I do not qualify for the regular teeth cleaning because one side of my gums are a 4 on there number scale. And that I would have to pay the extra $241 for the periodontal cleaning. I told her to forget it, I am not making an appointment and I will stick with the dentist I already have. Just wanted a dentist near my work for convenience. But this was a hassle and wasted 6 weeks of my time. I noticed on another review a person had the same problem that they refused to do cleanings on her teeth because she had periodontal disease and wanted her to pay the extra for the periodontal cleaning. So I guess they would rather you not get your teeth cleaned at all when you can not afford the top dollar cleaning... Makes no sense. Will not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Staff is kind and professional. They are prompt and will call to have the patient seen sooner if they experience a cancellation. The atmosphere is pleasant and very clean. I absolutely recommended Flint Family Dentistry.

New client, they must be killing it, because I was dropped from my very first visit 3 times before I said enough for me... Its like they have no calendar on the desk that says who is to come in, and at what time and what not. Always an excuse but never an appointment.

Service is excellent! I left my last dentist not happy with some bad experiences everything so far seems to be great! They really take time to tell you whats the best options. Not just trying to get money! Only thing they can improve on is the waiting time when you arrive for your appointment.

I decided to give Family Dental Group a chance since my current dentist wouldnt accept my new insurance. I was able to schedule the initial appointment on-line fairly quickly for a complete checkup and evaluation. It was determined that I needed to have a cleaning and some work done which I was fortunate enough to get in the very next day. This was crucial to me since my coverage was only temporary and about to expire by months end. Dr. White and his staff were all very friendly and professional towards me and I wouldnt have any reservations recommending them with full confidence. They do good work and may have just become my new permanent choice for all future dental needs.

Assistant Colleen was great when working with Dr. Delgado in orthodontics. Very professional, caring, and created a cheerful atmosphere. Very thorough and explained everything.

If I could give them a ZERO star review I would. This place has the absolute rudest and most ignorant front desk staff. They like to double and triple charge you. They don’t bill insurance appropriately. The office manager will tell you what you want to hear and then go behind your back and do the opposite of what she says. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Dr White and Dr Delgado will try to get you to do unnecessary treatments because they just want your money

I had an emergency; a broken tooth right to the nerve and I was in a lot of pain. It seemed like every dentist I called in the area was out of town. I called Family Dental Group and they got me in within a couple of hours. I had the tooth pulled and I was in and out in 45 minutes! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are now my regular dental provider!

Staff are friendly the dentist was friendly. My wait was not long after I finished my new patient paperwork. The education I received about my oral health was awesome. I look forward to my future visits. This will be my childrens new dentist as well.

Easy and simpleQuick and efficient

BECAUSE I was waiting 45mins to 2 hours each time I left this dentist after 2 years and 6 family appointments. Being asked to leave and come back was the last straw. No complaints about the quality of work but they are either consistently behind or I suspect they are double booking.

DR.KENDRAIn the last 2 weeks I have had multiple appointments to deal with multiple issues that I HAVE CAUSE TO MY OWN TEETH, knowing my INSURANCE was coming to a end and decided find a new Dentist. DR.KENDRA was the first person who has never beat around the the push with me and told me what the deal and problem was with my teeth and that he would sure would try k ow everyonw that enter has different tooth and issues, DR.KENDRA was what sold me on the tthought of moving forward and not let my anciety get to a point in which I didnt trust was came next. I can tell ALL OF YOU that in the last 2 weeks and 5 the appointments I have had with has giving me faith in moving forward with getting dental work done in my life with know more gaps of time in between. Today I also learned when going into the office for a emergancy appointment do to severe pain in 1 tooth, yoy could tell he was sorry and thought it was his fault and wasnt and him veing sorry ment the world to someone that foesnt like the dentist...THANK YOU DR.KENDRA Ill see you next time KEVIN RENKIEIWICZ

Dr White is terrific! Takes the necessary time and makes sure your questions are answered! Had my first root canal and the staff made sure I knew the procedure and kept my pain level to a minimum.

Very polite and knowledgeable. Good service.I was very pleased on the first visit. The second visit I was left in a chair for over a half hour while being xrayed, then had one spot xrayed times because I was told it was a hard one to take,( and I mean 4 times). You shouldnt try to burn through designated insurance money just because it is there. After that I was told a lot of different bull that you got to go elsewhere to get my work done. I just started to trust dentist again after a bad experience with them . Im searching again.

Dr Delgado is wonderful with my daughters and her assistants are wonderful too always smiling and happy. Wonderful experience
