I have been a patient at Fierbergh family dentistry for over 12 years and they make me feel as though I was family, theyre caring ❤ considerate and very flexible, I feel their goals are to make sure youre comfortable with your smile. Thus far i have no complaints. Their services to me have been greatly appreciated. Their waiting rooms may be a bit small, however the love care and concerns over exceed that small issue. I would not recommend at all. I took my 18 yr old there his whole life until recently we switched thank god because we just found out he stills had two baby teeth and his adult teeth are impacted. Never once did fireberg dentist mention this. I also had a tooth removed in chunks that took hours they said if I need more numbing meds to let them know after two- two and a half hours later I asked and he said o ur fine and preceded for an hour longer. They also left pieces of wire in my nephews gums that needed removed. Please look anywhere else. From A concerned parent.

I went in to get 2 cavities filled. I was coming from another dentist that didn’t take my insurance but still did a checkup to tell me what I needed done. I get there after hours of waiting and was put under. When I woke up I had 13 fillings drilled so far out I have to worry about my teeth crumbling and cannot be redone. Also 3 extractions!!! 3!!!! I cried. Medicaid doctors like this should be ashamed just to charge. I called back with an attorney and they said they had no record or file of me coming there. I’m only 39 now and this was 7 years ago. He ruined my life and self confidence. Do Not go here

I wouldn’t go here even if half my teeth was falling out, just came back from there today my brother was supposed to get some little stuff done. He was the first one to go in in the last to come out, they didn’t do nothing for 3 hour’s they numbed his mouth told him they would be back in 5 minutes. so a hour later my little brother comes walking out and we left in changed dentist office.

Went for a cleaning and then had a small filling done. The guy who gave me a numbing shot his hands were shaking so bad that the needle was moving horribly in my jaw. Im pretty sure Ill have permanent pain in my jaw now. I called to file a complaint and the lady argued with me saying none of their doctors have any of diagnose with shaky hands. And kept arguing with me instead of saying sorry or even making it sound like they cared. I also had a extraction done. The first guy that gave me a shot of numbing made me wait almost 40 minutes after giving me the first shot and said hed be back in 10 minutes before a different guy came in and asked what I was there for. I told him, he asked how long Ive been waiting for. Told him how long. He shook his head had me follow him to a different room. Had to give me about 3 or 4 more sets of shots because my jaw wasnt numb anymore. Horrible experience everytime. I thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt but again both times and calling they were not good. Do not go here. Please dont.

First off, I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from. I would definitely recommend this place! Very friendly staff. Dr. Baker is the MAN! So caring and friendly. Always concerned about my pain level and comfort. A great man me who showed me respect. Shoutout to his hygienist today, CJ. You are very kind and made me feel chill watching 2021 Homerun Derby highlights! 😎1 TINY issue today, I had 2 extractions and was only given 8, Tylenol-3. I have a high pain tolerance and fully understand there’s an opioid epidemic. But the real pain and irritation kicks in about 6-7 days after a tooth is pulled.I simply wish they’d had given me a couple more. But not a huge deal at allllllll! I can handle it.Sad but probably why a lot of you complain about pain and leaving without scripts.Uhhhh, because we see a dentist in FLINT, MICHIGAN. I made an appointment last month to have my teeth cleaned, x-rayed, and examined on May 10, 2021. I had to drive close to an hour to get there. I arrived half an hour early to complete all the paperwork prior to my 11:30 a.m. appointment. I then had to wait more than two hours past my scheduled appointment before the dentist finally got to me, but I was patient because he was taking care of two boys. He talked with me briefly about my Numb Chin Syndrome (which had nothing to do with why I was there) and said he was going to refer me to a dental surgeon about that. Then he stepped out. I patiently waited for him and/or his dental assistant to return to take my bite-wing x-rays and clean my teeth. They never returned. Instead, a different aide came in with a referral and to show me out. I asked about my cleaning--that was the entire reason for my appointment! She checked with someone and said Id have to reschedule for sometime in June. I was livid, but I bit my tongue. I didnt want to take it out on her. She was just an aide and didnt have any control over anything--and I didnt want to say anything in the heat of the moment. Later, I called to express my total dissatisfaction with their office manager. They were in a meeting. They took my name and phone number so the office manager could get back with me the next day. They never called back! I cant speak for anyone elses experience, but from my own experience theyd get ZERO STARS from me. Dont go to Fireberg Family Dental unless its the last place on earth! My experience with them was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After the appointment, I still had to drive close to an hour home! A total waste of my time and resources!

All these bad reviews are crazy... Been there 4 times and was always taking care of properly and was happy with the experience.

Absolutely dont go if your in need of dentures. Made over twelve trips there to have them redone because they couldnt get them even remotely close to being useable and ok looking. Left me looking like I have no teeth in my mouth even tho I do. When I asked for a new set, they pushed me off to a specialist saying I had tmj from not having teeth for so long even tho they caused it. I have been unable to find a specialist that deals with TMJ. And fireberg wont replace my teeth until I go to one so I am stuck with them until my two years are up to be able to go somewhere else to get a new set. Theyve destroyed my face structure and made me look like an entirely different person. Wouldnt wish theyre service on my worst enemy.

Worst place ever. Had an appointment scheduled at 830 and walked out at 10. WITHOUT BEING SEEN. Checked in to see what was going on after I’d been waiting a while 9,930,10 with no info how long it will be.I watched people with 10am appts be seen before I was.

I feel really bad for people who have to go here..I think its the only medicaid dentist in flint ..to youngest daughter there when she was young..lets just say that the dentist isnt patient with young children..my daughter was terrified..just last week my older daughter went there and she thinks they dislocated her jaw

Worst experience of my life! Not clean in anyway, no social distancing in the waiting room, the bathroom was filthy. I went in for an emergency root canal in November, I continued to express to the doctors that my tooth still hurt I was treated with antibiotics 4 times, this is crazy, all he offered to do was pull the tooth and build a bridge. It is February and at this point my primary doc is running blood work on me because I’m running a fever with body aches and chills, already negative for covid or flu. Other reviews I have read on this office include ....”butcher”....”they pulled 13 teeth and I need dentures”...... “caused permanent nerve damage by drilling to far”....... they should be ashamed of themselves

Im writing this review because Ive been to fireburg many times. Because its the only option around here with my insurance Ive been unhappy to put it mildly. I couldnt find any other dentist in my area. so I went back. I dreaded it. Canceled 3 times. Finally I went. I got Dr Fireburg. Ive never had him actually do the work. But this time it was him. And Im ecstatically happy. I wanted to write this to say wow. He did a great job and was so nice and funny. I love him. Ill go back. But Ill be sure to schedule with him. Not anyone else. Lol. Thank Dr fireburg. Im so happy.

Best Dentist practice in Flint. And Ive been to several. In fact I used to work in the Dental field so Im a fair Judge. Dr. Fireberg is gentle but thorough in his procedures. The staff is very skilled and patient. I highly recommend this office.

Great Dentists and Hygienists, but the Dentist assistants and the receptionists need work. The office is not clean. The ductwork in the ceilings are filthy. Armrests are vinyl covered and ripped open...unsanitary. What I disliked the most, and will definitely have me exploring other options, is this offices scheduling practices. Social distancing is obviously not a consideration. Scary when youre waiting up to an hour.

I had my first visit with this office last week. Ive been to several dentists including many dental specialists. I was reading some of the comments and I had a great experience there. The office was clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful even when dealing with a woman yelling at them because she thought she had an appointment that day and didnt have one. Her appointment was for the next week. The poor receptionist was so sweet and told the woman they would work her in and that wasnt good enough. The woman kept arguing and said she didnt have all day. My point is I read a comment that the staff was rude and in no way did I see this. The dentist was great, most painless injection Ive ever had and I had no wait time . I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Fireberg juggled multiple patients as he worked on my root canals which was unnerving to say the least. The procedure went well enough but felt very rushed. On a side note, Dr. Fireberg is a pretty good career adviser that may have missed his calling. His advice piqued my interest in STEM which ultimately led to a fairly lucrative career.

My appointment was made for the next morning and I didn’t have a long wait. The staff was very nice. And Dr Fireberg did a wonderful job on the teeth. Thanks

The office had been calling me to come in for a cleaning for several months so I was off work from the hospital on vacation for 10 days. I called and made an appointment a little over a week after I had been on vacation. I went in for my cleaning. The dental clinic is not my favorite but Dr. Peterson, I believe that is what his name is, fixed my tooth when I needed a root canal and I liked his work. When I approached the desk I was handed a paper to fill out by a very rude office girl with tatoos that slammed the glass before you could ask any questions. The paper asked if I had been around any covid patients. Since I had been on vacation for over a week I replied no. I had my cleaning and the girl who cleaned my teeth wore proper PPE while she was cleaning my teeth and told me that I has 2 small cavities. I asked the dentist that was on staff to go ahead and fill them so I didnt have to make a trip back. He did. I paid the co pays in fullbthat my insurance didnt pay. I went home and one of the fillings fell out 2 days after he filled one of the teeth. They saidvto come in Tuesday. I made the appointment after work and went in to the office. The rude office girl with the tatoos gave me the same survey which I answered again but told them that I have been around covid patients. She called me up and said that they couldnt see me until I had a covid test. I explained that we are screened daily. They took my temperature and it was normal. We use proper PPE every minute that I work in the hospital. We are required to wear an N95 mask. At that time the office manager rudely came up and said we will not repair the tooth that they just put the filling in until I get a covid test. I asked to speak to the Dr. And she said no you cant see him. Im the office manager. I told them that I have e co workers that just went to their Dentist on Miller Rd. And all they asked is if they used proper PPE..which we do. I looked around in the waiting room and thought to myself that some of their clientele was most likely to have covid than me and left. I made an appointment at the dentist on Miller Rd.and will never return to this office. I was treated so disrespectful. For all I know the staff there could of had covid from somevof their clientele. Its a shame that you work in a nursing profession, saving lives, then no one else is there for people and then your treated like this. Shame on them..

Absolutely the worst dentist around. This place messed up my teeth and mouth. Had tooth removed but they left pieces in and I had to see another dentist to get it fixed. This place didnt help with pain. Gave me Motrin. I ended up in the hospital with major tooth and jaw pain. Never again.

The staff here are so great. The wait is a little long but not too bad. Everyone is friendly... who cares about what the people look like in the waiting room?? This is Flint, Mi. Get used to it wherever you go, we all deserve good dental health no matter how you look. Anyway, had a couple extractions done..went quick and smooth. Went back for some fillings.. again..quick and smooth. I will continue to use this dentist..The service is great.

Each time I was seviced I was given professional treatment by all staff point blank and the work is phonomenal, denture perfect fit and natural look like my own teeth😁😁😁

03/14/2017. Went to the dentist on 02/28/2017. They did not clean my teeth, but, may have charged Medicaid for a cleaning. They did not use the same quality extraction tools, as I recall being used in the past. Also, the dentist and assistant were very rough. I received very painful anesthetic injections, that were far more painful than I have ever received from a dentist before, in my life. The dental assistant kept pinching the metal handle of her tools against my lip and teeth. This was very painful. She said, Oh, did I get your lip? I muttered, Yes. She said, Okay, Ill try to be more careful. Then, she tightly pinched my lip, in between my teeth, and her metal tool, again, again, again, and again. Four more times, even when I tried to remove my lip from her clutches, she would wedge it, again. What suffering! I wanted her to stop, but she wouldnt. When I told them that they were hurting me, they did not care. The dentist said, Well, youre going to have some pain.. When he removed my tooth, he pulled and yanked so hard, that the pain radiated to my right ear! I told him that he was hurting me, but, he did not stop. He did not seem to care. When he finished, he just walked out of the dental room, never to return again. He worked on only one side of my mouth. Now, Im still in pain, and am having issues with the filling that was placed on another tooth. The filled tooth was not bothering me before I arrived. But, now its in worse condition than when I arrived for care. Im traumatized, and Im too afraid to go back to get it fixed. So, I canceled todays repair appointment. I need to find a safe place to go to, fix the damage done.

Id rate ZERO stars if I could.. Ive had cavities filled and all of the fillings are coming loose and falling out.. This is the 3rd time they will have had to fix this issue.. Its beyond irritating.. These fillings havent even been in but under a year.. And the one filling that just fell out is one they just refilled maybe 2 months ago.. They really need to get there stuff together and correct this issue the right way.. Cause Im so tired of this issue.. They better even not trybto charge me to fix there mess up..

Have gone here for years because they are the only ones I can afford but rude does not even begin to describe them. They know people come there because its what they can afford but they make you feel 2 inches tall.

The receptionists were nice. I was finally called in around 1 and the lady who spent most of the time in the room was amazing and extremely nice. The problem started to arise when I was waiting for 4 HOURS until the doctor came to see me. Half the time nobody was in the room. The lady who spent the most in the room was in training and when they took X-rays the film cut under my tongue and the roof of my mouth. I dont blame her at all but it still hurts hours Later. When the dental hygienist came in the room she poked one of my teeth and caused that entire side of my mouth to hurt still. I originally went that after my old dentist had sent me there with my gums swollen and bleeding and because my pockets from 3-5 (Im 19). The dentist finally came in Barely looked at my Mouth then told me I wasnt brushing my teeth right. Bs place will never go back.

There seem to be a lot of complaints about Fireberg Family Dental, but I don’t get it. My family and I have used Fireberg for several years and we’ve had a great experience with the practice. The staff was courteous, the hygienist was as gentle as could be and gave me a lot of tips on improving my oral health, and the dentist treated everyone in our family with dignity and professionalism. We will continue to get our dental care at this clinic because we have been so pleased with the service and the staff.

I come to this dentist and have never had a problem. They have an urgent care side which is pretty nice. They referred me to U of M for my wisdom teeth removal so that way I could be put to sleep but it costed too much so I didnt. They have never been rude to me, always kind and friendly.

Wow! Are they real Dentists? Took daughter there for infected tooth. We paid for visit and extraxtion. They sent her home with antibiotics and scheduled exraction for 5 days later. When the time came they sent her by ambulance to hospital. Causing more economic hardship. After causing another bill there, ER Docs said go see your dentist and have it pulled out. Nothing they can do. Now 3 hours later the office is closed. Unprofessional and inexperienced!

Went to this dentist, looking for ease of getting in, and after hours appointments. Not worth it, filling fell out within 3 months. Went with my son, in October, both had cleanings. Waiting room has a lot of cheap shabby chairs, people packed in. Large divided area for children in the back. They see 10 or so patients at a time, exam rooms are cramped and tiny. My son is called first. He has to tell staff that at age 10, watching Law & Order on the TV in the back isnt appropriate for him. I get my cleaning, kid finishes prior. Well, he cant sit in my room, they want him in the sketchy waiting area. Hes not a bother, but he didnt want to sit out there, with a roomful of rough looking strangers. He reluctantly went to the kids side, sitting alone.I get a small filling on the front of a canine tooth. Its done quickly, and I get my kid after 20 minutes on his own. That night, the filling seemed to have rough edges, but whatever...Fast forward to January, filling still rough. Then while brushing and flossing, it came out...😡 Now, I know fillings can come loose, but it shouldnt be brand new ones. Not sorry- I wasnt going back to that waiting area, and the pool of random dentists working in cubes to repair something that was done improperly.This is, IMO, a dentist office of last resort.

Honestly if I could I give them a -5. I would never ever recommend anyone to come to this Dentist. Went in for a teeth cleaning and they ground off my enamel off my teeth. I had 2 teeth pulled and they left fragments of teeth in my gums. Had a partial made that I had to pick out my own teeth color and gum color on my own while the person played on their phone. Got my partial back didnt even fit. Now ontop of that my teeth look horrible now. They drilled into my teeth in spots they never told me they were going to. Now my front teeth are damaged because of them! Please save yourself Time, Money, Pain and Embarrassment from your teeth and go somewhere else!

Very honest and straight forward. Had cavities filled and a wisdom tooth pulled. First pulling ever. I didnt feel any pain whatsoever. The whole staff was awesome. They are the best! A few days later and Im doing so much better than I was. I really recommend them. Best dentist I have been to in years.

Just got done and what a great experience with Dr. Baker!! He is so nice and personal and fixed three small cavities in my front lower teeth and I came out with my teeth looking a million times better than they did before; I started to actually tear up from how nice he did when I first looked in the mirror! He filled in a chip that was causing pain on my lower teeth and now my smile is something Im proud of. The Hygienists are all so sweet too. Thanks guys!

I went to fireburg for an emergency (another dentist told me it was a simple filling that was needed) i left out with a missing tooth! i had NO warning that it would be pulled- NO meds was given...i was screaming the entire time and they kept pulling! it was blood everywhere and now my current dentist is fixing horrible work that they have done over the years...and I’m getting prepared for an implant (more money that wouldn’t have been needed in any other situation) ...DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I see an awful lot of complaints. I have been treated very well here. The staff has been great as well as the dentist. The office is very clean and up to date. The waiting room does not give that impression as much, but once you go back, all good. Although... I seen a dentist and I liked him, so I always request the same one. They have like 5+ dentists in the office. If you do not make a request for one, you will see who is next avail for you. I see many complaints about Fireburg himself, where my boyfriend has seen him and had a great experience. Many procedures at the dentist will have at least some discomfort, especially extractions. If I have had any pain issues, they always stop and try some more shots to fix it. Yes the shots hurt like heck especially the first deep ones. Again, you can only prevent some painful parts. After that, your pretty set. I have been in 5 times now, 4 of those I got right in less than 15min wait. ONE I did wait an hour to get in... Not sure why so busy that day. Hope my next visit is like the other 4. Still worth it with the wait.

Went here as a child 10 years ago to get a cavity filled, never met such an unfriendly dentist. He told me to shut up because he does not deal with disobedient children, will never come back or bring my kids here. I shouldve bit him like I wanted too.

HORRIBLE!.. I was told by a Dentist who never even looked in my mouth that I needed 3 teeth pulled, when I asked if we could just start with the one that hurt he said that he would pull all 3 or none at all. So I got up and walked out. Still in a lot of pain I went to Dental dreams were I was told it was a cavity on my wisdom tooth and that the rest looked just fine. I had it removed and have be better ever since. The guy prays on the unfortunate. Do not go there. Dont let anyone you care about go there. Its a nightmare. If your not afraid of the dentist when you walk in I assure you, you will be when you leave.

Plz do not patronize this dental office... Go someplace else that accepts Medicaid Ins. I have partial dentures that do not fit---cannot chew food or enunciate. Will not go back for adjustments -- ! I had the worst experiance with a female dentist, that wanted to destroy a bottom partial that I had paid for and have a new one made.. Sorry, not today, not ever! She acted very upset. I will not go back and will have to pay for new partial dentures out of pocket.. How can an organization honestly do business this way? Someone NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

So far the only dentist office I did not have a bad time in. Waiting time was the best thing compared to other places I experienced and not to mentioned they fixed another dentist offices mistake for me.They are also inexpensive compared to others so you can pay out of pocket or save easily enough money to get some stuff done.

I lost two teeth to this place. I went in for a cleaning never had any problems with my teeth. I lost my first tooth a month after the dentist had drilled right threw my tooth. I had to have it pulled and then the other tooth he did a botched job on broke in half now Im having that one removed

Went on a monday, had 3 teeth pulled because of an abscess. The dentist did not drain the abscess or stitch the gums. I ended up starting to go septic because the infection spread out from not being drained. I am highly upset about all of this. Where did these dentists learn from?

The doctor was polite and kind, staffing can be rude at times, had TWO sets of dentures done here. 1st pair horrible fit - 2nd pair horrible fit. Not wasting time nor money for 3rd pair.

I had a tooth pulled in July 2015. All staff was friendly and easy to work with. They got me in within one hour of my phone call. Procedure went smoothly. Since then I have been referring family and friends there.

Meant NO stars but accidentally pushed two.Same story as another poster, needed a painful tooth extraction, the dentist NEVER BOTHERED TO LOOK IN MY MOUTH, DID NOT EVEN COME IN MY ROOM, had the dental assisting tell me they would extract 3 TEETH - And Not Just The Painful Tooth. When I told them i could not handle 3 teeth being extracted back to back they refused to work with me on coming back for the additional extractions - it was closing time on a Friday - they basically pushed me out the door... I NEVER SAW A DENTIST BUT THEY MADE ME PRE-PAY fifty bucks.I received nothing....

Been waiting months on my teeth. Im moving to another state.....with, surprise, no teeth!!! Was told this is the fastest place....its the slowest!! I recommend ANYWHERE but here

Best dentist I have ever been to. They saved my teeth! Gave me a new tooth. And now I can smile again. And they work with you on a payment plan! And everyone there is very friendly!

They do not honor appointments. They are vague and evasive when questioned about excessive wait time. They make excuses and offer no apologies. This has been an ongoing problem that I was hoping would be addressed. Ive been a patient here for years. No more. Fireberg Family Dental does not value their patients.

This was literally the worst experience of my life. Worse then child birth if that tells you anything. First of all I waited for about an hour and a half before they called me back, I came in to get two teeth across from each other removed. The woman doing the procedure barely knew what she was doing she was like ripping my jaw side to side. About an hour later she had to call another doctor in the room to remove the tooth. So I get home look in the mirror and they tooth out way more teeth then we had discussed. Instead of the ones across from each other they took two of the molars I have right next to each other so now I cant chew on one side. I called and complained and all the woman said was well that was what was put on the chart seriously so furious. Dont waste your time there.

They have really polite and cheery staff, a separate area in the waiting room for kids with a flat screen and i have to repeat really amazing staff ! Love this place !!

This dentist put a huge amalgam filling on a WISDOM tooth that I never knew he placed. It should have just been pulled. The hygienist cleaned so hard she created cervical burn out which weakens the enamel of your tooth. Horrible office and he staff are not friendly. Clearly only in it to make money as quickly as they can. I waited two hours for my kids appointment last time. I would never return to this office even if it were my only option. These dentists are thieves!

Most of time they good but I went in to fireberg dental emergency for first time the other day to fix chip tooth and it didnt even last overnight. It broke again I was piss they didnt fixed right because they were in hurry for me get out.

Their very good with teeth all of my family goes there.... I got a root canal there and I didnt feel anything during or after the procedure... 👍💙💙💙💙💙 love them

I wouldnt give a star! My teeth have gotten worse since going to this dental office. I went in for a cleaning ( regular cleaning) my gums bled even more thereafter. Not only that my daughter got fill-ins and since shes complained about her teeth sensitivity I expect maybe a few weeks or so but this has lasted months. I HOPE this place isnt about just making a FAST BUCK with #Medicaid participants though it seem. However, this is a tragedy with all the complaints and negative reviews. I visit the dentist annually and Ive never had this experience with a dental office NEVER. This place needs to be investigated. Seriously!

They will have sitting there for hours just to do any work and then pull teeth to not give you anything for the pain..this is by far the worse place ever to go... I would not recommend anybody to go there and nothing last long if you get work done...this place literally needs to be shut down

I was completely terrified of having to get my wisdom tooth out and dr fire berg did an amazing job I didn’t feel any pain and he also filled two of my worst teeth! So happy

Ive been several times and had to wait at least 45 minutes each time. Dentist is quick which means nothing when the wait is so unreasonable. Im finding a new dentist.

My first appointment went smoothly. My second, which was also a cleaning and cavity filling was terrible. The female dentist didnt numb my mouth before filling my cavity and its been over a year and I have pain from that filling whereas I didnt have pain from that cavity before getting it filled.....

Filling 4 weeks ago back because it fell out... Then they scheduled me on my lunch hour said I could get right in Ive been here 2 hours hope I dont get fired... :(

First time being here. Appointment was at 11:30, showed up at 11. I heard my name being called so I asked the lady to make sure my name was called (my son was crying) she said someone would be over to grab me right away because they apparently called my name twice. (They didnt) No one ever came over. After sitting here for an hour and a half in total, we walked out, didnt even see any of the dentists. Why the hell you have 3 waiting rooms, I have no idea. Stupid.

I had a horrible dental experience at this place. My teeth look worst leaving the place. This may be due to lack in experience with the Drs. Ladies at front desk seem nice and so to the higentist. Overall I am unsatisfied on my teeth!

I had a wisdom tooth removed, I found that the staff was very friendly the assistants were so nice I mad an appt. For 1230 and was in a room by 1:00 , really Ive waited much longer some places so I cant complain about that and the dentist was awesome too. He had my tooth out in less than a minute. I will be going there from now on......I went back to have a cavity filled. The dentist was young and seemed to be more interested in flirting with the nurses then working on my tooth. he drilled to far and hit my nerve making it painful to eat anything with that tooth. I will never go back there!

This place is AWFUL. My boyfriend will be returning tomorrow for the fourth time in 2 weeks. He went in for a cleaning and to fill cavities. They put a filling over top of an abscess that caused him excruciating pain for days that we went to an urgent care. When he returned to the dentist they already knew they had done something wrong and offered a “free” root canal. They drilled a hole in his tooth yesterday and now today the dentist numbed his tooth and waited not even 5 minutes to see if it worked. Told him to come tomorrow. This dentist wants to leave a giant hole in his tooth for 2 days and leave his patient in pain because he is too lazy to accept his mistakes and do something about it. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very bad place to go for dental work. Went there to have a tooth extracted, dr. Fireberg decided to fill teeth while i was there. 3 weeks now and Im still in pain. I had to go to another dentist, cost me 1500.00 to do the job right.I went back to fireberg to see if they could fix the pain issue, they said it was a filling issue but actually he filled my tooth to the root and needed a root canal afterwards, that is why i was in so much pain.They keep calling wanting me to come back for more fillings. ARE U KIDDING ME!

The wait time was a little long but i only deal with Fireberg himself so i expected that..He has done wonders with my teeth and i have been a patient for 10 years but once again i only see him not any other dentist

I had a filling replaced here and within months the filling fell out and broke my tooth. My daughter has a tooth they drilled almost away and still bothers her and my other daughter was treated terribly because she has dental anxiety. This is the worst dental service I have ever received. I would not suggest this dental office to my worst enemy. DO NOT GO HERE!

Hack dentistry..they have racked up over 13k tab on my mouth within a few short months before my 21st birthday. Pulled a tooth from the bottom FRONT of my mouth that was free of pain or infection..completely unnecessary. Took advantage of the fact that I had government issued dental insurance at the time. My teeth now consist primarily only of filling material. Now at 30 years of age having to get all of them gradually extracted to prepare for FULL MOUTH IMPLANTS. I am too young to have dentures..may spend rest of my life with my rate of earnings trying to resore a healthy functional mouth so I dont live on a soft diet thank you fireberg dental........you should be held responsible. Would never recommend to anyone I dont know. The integrity of someones smile is something they have to live with for the rest of their lives..there has to be accountability here. You go there for a small emergency..a simple single extraction maybe and theyll create reasons to put in 5 hours of work to extensively bill your insurance.

This place absolute F****** Sucks! will never go back there now that i got a new dentist!their staff is rude and so is their dentist as well!they take hours to get you in...then it takes about another half an hour for the dentist to come in...then the dentist and the assistant acts as if its an inconvenience for us to be in their!got wisdom teeth pulled and the dentist did the extraction...but also did a whole bunch of extra fillings which i never consented to!Now i have a infected root canal, fillings that have nerves still exposed so my teeth are extra sensitive to warm or even luke warm! also have white fillings that were done; and were left to high. So now i can barley even chew on one side! absolutely SH**! Do not recommend anyone to go there...if anyone one has any type of help they want to give me to a place where i can file complaints at because even complainingto them means nothing; nothing is done! I could still go on for at least a whole page or more about how awful this dentist office is! If i could rate it any lower on this page i would!!!!

Ive walked out if fireburg balling. All my fillings have fallen out. Just two weeks ago my crowns have, He drilled a hole in my front tooth without asking, and numbing! I jerked out of the chair, and he said said quickly Okat were done! Lets shecudle again. My mouth now is horrible. Ny nerves are exposed, My teeth are cracked! Everything he did, has fallen out and my teeth have gotten even worse.! He has given me such anxiety about dental work now. Its insane. Dont recommened.

Way below average care from dentists, and hygienist. Waits are very very long even with an appointment. Waiting room is very small, filthy and the crowd is a bit scary. A few years ago this place was at least acceptible, all of that staff has moved on sadly. I gave them 2 stars because they accept all insurances. If you have other alternatives with your dental insurance, Id go ELSEWHERE.

I went in to get wisdom teeth removed and was told I had some cavities that need to be filled. I now can not eat anything without getting pain in my mouth to the point I had to visit the er. I went back to have my teeth looked at again and was told there was nothing wrong with my mouth. Fireberg is the worst dentist ever.

Dont go here and dont ever take your kids here just awful rude and not good at there craft. Ran my fiance threw the process worse then when he was in basic. Told me my daughter had a bunch wrong with her wouldnt let me back with her. Go to a new dentist and was told my daughter was fine they were wrong and Im willing to bet the few reviews right after all the bad ones are fake cuz the bad ones deff describe our time there

Took my grandson in friday had xrays they said when he had a root canal done his root was fractured and this toime we see fireberg himself wanted to pull even tho it was very infected gave him an antibiotic and motrin sent him home this is now Sunday and he has been in horrible pain since we will not ever let fireberg or baker the one that originally caused this problem ever touch him again

My wife went for tooth ache 5000 worth vaneers all had cavities left in them now all teeth need tobe pulled and dentures have to be bought another 8000 would not recomed them to any one

A few years back I trusted fireburg dental with my teeth. I needed a cleaning which turned into them doing fillings, two root canals and a cap?. When they asked if they could do the procedures I told them I didnt want them too. So then he said that they were going to ask my mom her opinion since I was a minor, they didnt ask her, they told her that they were going to do all that and that I told them that it was okay. Dr. Baker made me feel really uncomfortable too, he kept calling me His little friend and that was just weird. I really dont think I needed root canals done, but sadly before I could check out anyone elses opinion they already ruined two teeth. And within a week my cap fell off. Now a couple years later I still have the two root canals in my mouth, and the stump that was left from the cap. To this day im still very unhappy with them. Its just taken me a while to sit down and give them the review they deserve.
