Let me tell yall about my experience I went to Aspen Dental referred to by a friend he told me he went to the one in Alabama due to the fact I live in Flint Michigan I was going to travel until we googled and it was one on Miller Road the experience I had there was great I am very satisfied with the staff the cleanliness of the building and the fact that I never had a hygienist explain to you everything she was doing as she was doing it to make sure you understood thats a Plus...just the whole all around experience was a pleasure and did I mention the young lady Jennifer who assisted me while I was in the back room was THE BEST SHE MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE.. My old fillings came out and I was in a lot of pain. They were very nice and helped me get a find my insurance and see me up an affordable plan to get my other teeth fixed. The Dentist that extracted my tooth was very gentle and I felt no pain at all. Very satisfied customer!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They messed my teeth up twice, teeth that never bothered me, then I had to pay an extra 700 for a root canal because they dug to deep and didnt clean out the tooth...then wanted to charge me 1500 for the crown on the tooth they messed up. This place makes things worse and cost more and more money due to thier mistakes...buyer beware!!!

I needed my wisdom teeth out and the oral surgeon I was referred to was super expensive with me not having insurance. My friend Hillary, who works at Aspen, told me to call and ask about an exam. When I called they got me in 30 MINUTES after my call for an exam and xrays. Then they scheduled the extraction the next day.I went in for extraction and Dr. Lucas had them out within 10 minutes. Fast and painless enough that my only response was “That was it? That’s all? Seriously? Wow”. My mind is blown. Everyone who works there actually cares about the patients and are seriously kind individuals. I’d give more stars if I could.Thank you Aspen Dental for making my visit quick, painless and affordable. I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to get just 2 teeth out.

I just want to say that Dr. Park and the entire staff at Aspen Dental in Flint are wonderful!! They made me feel comfortable with the entire process of getting my dentures. I just got my permanent dentures and they are great!!! If you are thinking of getting dentures i would highly recommend you make an appt. with them.

Awesome People..although they seem a little slow..

Aspendental is exactly what encompasses the reason I HATE going to the dentist. You go in for a specific issue, they dont do anything to help with that issue, they do a bunch of x-rays and scans and then try to upsale you on thousands of dollars in services. You tell them you just want what you came in for done, they quote you a price more than double what their website said and tell you they cant do it that day even though youre in pain and its the reason you came in. And then you leave, still in pain. This didnt feel like a compassionate place for dental care, this felt more like a shady used car salesmen.

They are more worried about selling their services than providing quality dental care. Kristen is very good at getting you approved for a payment plan with no mention that she opens up a credit card with a ridiculous interest rate before any services are even provided. I blame myself for not asking more questions because I trusted that they were only doing what was needed. Two times I was there and all they did was try to sell me ivisalign. My teeth are straight besides some minimal spacing. But they have a great promotion going on now! (so better jump right into it) I could go on, but basically this place is a joke. Be careful.

Extremely disappointed in the service that my daughter received at this facility. My daughter had her temporary crowns break six (6) times in less than a month, which leads me to fear that the work that they perform is substandard. She was promised permanent crowns on March 31, which has now been delayed until April 12. It seems as if there are excuses for everything, even blaming the patient for chewing too hard. She has canceled job interviews, holidays, and now even her birthday, because she is too embarrassed to be seen in public with jagged teeth that have been modified to fit crowns that break within a day or two. We are consulting another dentist and dental lab today, along with an attorney before next appointment in the event that Aspen Dental (in Flint) will not stand behind the work that they do. Apparently each office is independently owned, which may contribute to inconsistent experiences at Aspen Dental. I will modify my review if/when work is completely satisfactorily and provide pictures.

Awesome experience, everyone was very nice and professional, kudos to Dr Park.The only con was the xray plates you hold in your mouth, they cut right into your already sore gums, they need smoothed up on the corners.It hurt worse than the tooth extraction.Overall very happy with my experience, highly recommended.Dan Bennett

I had been to two dentist prior to going to Aspin. Neither of them could make me proper dentures that I could eat in. I spent years in and out of there offices doing adjustments and alignments. All to know avail.Aspin Dental on Miller Rd. In Flint, Michigan not only got them right on the first try they also made them affordable for me. My dentures were made and in my mouth in one weeks time. Everyone was nice and attentive to my needs. Thankyou so very much to everyone that worked with me for giving me my smile back.

My experience was nightmare. Bough the most exspensive dentures with 7 year warranty plan. They cracked very shortly after purchase. Made many visits cracked upper paid every time. Last visit they were cracked they wanted me to pay three hundred +. Have been wearing my old dentures that havnt broken yet. Was gonna contact better business bureau, but figured many other people that complained while I was there said they were. I also see how they respond to complaits here. They will blame it on customer.

Such an awesome visit. The staff treated me like they had known me my whole life, despite it being my first visit. They worked together great and professionally. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a dentist.

Awful experience on multiple visits. We have finally found a new place to go. The doctors were horrible. There would be a new doctor practically every visit. My wife had a filling done and now she’s getting it redone because they did such a horrible job. They canceled an appointment once without telling me. All they would do is try to sell you things that you don’t need done.

I recently tried placing an online appointment with the office. After receiving 2 confirmation emails stating that my appointment was at 6pm, I received a phone call/email asking me to confirm that my appointment was at 4pm. When I called to clear up the confusion, I was met with hostility and anger on the phone. Being told that well we dont change it, so you must have. I further stated that I had emails to show that this was not the case, and asked if there was no other appointments available after 5pm as thats when I finish work, and was also told no.Cant trust a doctor whose office staff cant even keep his schedule straight. Steer clear of here.

This was my first visit. From the moment I walked in the door until I walked out every person I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints at this point.

I had just moved back to town a was having a problem and Aspen took me in the very next morning. Did a thorough exam and corrected my problem. Im very thankful for the dentist and staff and would recommend them.

Pretty disappointed. Staff was friendly but it seemed like they were more interested in up selling to expensive procedures and there was pressure to commit to services quickly. It felt more like buying a car and being hammered into an extended warranty and rust proofing than a medical consultation. I will be going elsewhere for a second opinion definitely.

If you want to listen to false promises and waste many days missing work to accomplish nothing this is the company for you. I recommend you go anywhere else unless you have time and money to waste. There is a reason they want it all paid up front because they know they wont deliver and you will really have no options after they take your money.

Watch your billing if you go there!! The customer service from everyone was great up until I met the office manager who also handles the billing. I would have scored this place an all around 5 but she ruined it for the business. My sister warned me about her. She signed me up, ran my credit, before billing my second insurance. Thanks for the ding on my credit score. I had to call my secondary insurance and do her job because she was trying to bill me for thousands of dollars I knew I had coverage for. I spoke to my insurance multiple times and twice, we did a 3 way call with her, still she said I wasnt covered. This back and forth went on for a week. She was every unhelpful and unprofessional. I will not go back there because of her and I should have listened to my sister. She did the same thing to her. Sad, everyone else was awesome but Aspen lost my business.

If a person was worried about there customers they would reach out to them to rectify problem. This place gives you a number that will most likely end up deadend or pay more.

I appreciate that they encourage me to start better dental care without blaming me for my past neglect. From the receptionist to the financial manager, its a great staff.

Super friendly and did a great job for me

Support staff and facilities were excellent, doctor was abrupt. The whole experience was typical bait and switch. I asked when I called if I could just have my dentures replaced, ignoring whatever other needs I might have. I was assured I could. I left with a treatment plan worth 4x as much, no new teeth. I would not recommend and will not visit again.

I had a very good experience, everyone I dealt with was very kind and informative. Got my procedure done the same day and it all went very well.

Took two stars away for two reasons, one was for the equipment used for X-rays was more painful than the extraction I wound up with - the equipment for the X-ray was bulky and super uncomfortable to use (the tech was apologizing for it before we even started). I would have given the fifth star if communication would have been better upon my arrival. I get that it’s hard to keep an “on schedule” appointment book but if your running an hour or more behind you should let your customers know up front, I could have easily done my business communication/paperwork while waiting if I had known. Over all a good experience, staff was friendly and pleasant to be with.

I paid for the dentures, went to fittings, finally got lowers to fit after two tries. So now ready to work on uppers and their best denture dentist says it since not possible for me to make dentures to fit you comfortably. In talking to other dentist in that same office I pulled together an idea that seemed like it would work but their lead denture dentist would have none of it. So I said I would keep the bottom dentures but I would like to be reimbursed for the top dentures. Well, Im still waiting for that answer, something about 90 days.... Wonder how long this will take to figure out, your lead denture dentist told me she couldnt do it.

Waited almost an hour to be seen even when I arrived 20 mins early for my appointment. I was a new patient but printed out new patient forms prior to appointment and had them filled out. There was a few patients that were ahead of me but then had a lady who was late for her appointment who was taken back before I was. The X-ray technician was extremely rude to the point where she was literally tapping my chin when she needed my chin to come down a little bit. She also made me gag when placing the X-ray devices in my mouth. Once in the room she gave me no instructions or than to sit there and wait. Again extremely rude. Was given a astronomical estimate that I would need a loan for. I will not be returning. After coming home and telling my wife she then called and cancelled her own appointment. I do not recommended.

It was a very good visit. How many times do u go to the dentist and get served some of the best bacon ever.I am scared of dentist even at 72, because of a bad experience years ago. But I was treated so kindly I know it will be a piece of cake getting my teeth fixedThey are really in bad shape after 4 years of brushing in the flint water. But so far so good

We are in the middle of a pandemic and I have a dental problem. I called Aspen Dental and got an appointment the next day. I was a little nervous having not been out in 6 weeks. They were professional, friendly and so quick to get me in and out for our safety. Thank you to the Flint office of Aspen Dental. I will definitely be a customer once thisPandemic is over.

Horrible! Complete waste of my time. My mother-in-law made the appointment for me, because my mouth hurts so bad did it hurt to talk. She was told by the man on the phone the exam and x-ray was free and at the very least they would be able to get my pain gone and my appointment was made for about 3 days later. I came in with the expectation that I would probably have to have my tooth pulled. I have one tooth that needs to be pulled and another one that has to be cut out because its broken at the gum line. they never pulled the one tooth thats hurting me so bad and they did absolutely nothing for pain. All they did was tell me that it would cost me thousands of dollars to get every single thing fixed that is wrong with all of my teeth. at the time all I was concerned about was getting that one particular tooth that was causing me pain taking care of and they wouldnt even do that nor would they help my pain. I will never go back to Aspen dental and if anyone ever asks me about them I will not recommend Aspen dental to anyone because I was lied to and I was not helped in any way with my bad tooth

I must say I am very happy with aspen. I hate the dentist but these gals have made me feel comfortable and take the time to make sure Im as comfortable as possible. Im having a lot of work done and they are up front about the cost and the process. Thats huge! They also work quickly and the work is high quality. Definitely recommend this office.

Nice and friendly staff , no hidden costs, the dentist and hygienist were very thorough and informative. My only complaint is my first appointment I had a little bit of a wait but my next visit I was in and out within an hour. I would highly recommend this office😊

And Ashley was super nice in explaining everything and making sure I understand what she was talking about.. And the dentist was very cool.. Honest and explain everything. . To start I dont like going to the doctor or the dentist, typical male, as I have been told. When you bite into something and your eyes cross, then another bite will drop you to your knees, Its time to go see the dentist. Im a truck-driver and its not always easy to get an appointment without taking extra time at home. Ive had two visits to Aspen to catch up on my dental hygiene and Im glad I came to them. From the time I walked in to the time I staggered out, I felt this was one of the best dentist visits Ive ever had. Very short time in the chair and that helped relieve the anxiety of the visit. A special thanks to Michelle, Crystal, and Dr Lucas for giving me that warm and fuzzy feeling. I thought the prices were reasonable for what I had done, when you are on your knees crying from a toothache, you want relief at any cost. They took care of me. I was scared to go to the dentist but my view has changed. I LOVE Aspen dental. The whole staff is very nice. Christen helped me get a payment plan I could afford. Dr. Shah is very gentle. The hygienist Amanda was very caring and knowledgeable. She gave me a pain free cleaning same day with great advise on how to care for my teeth at home. Thank you Aspen dental for taking such great care of me.

Very bad experience. They are way over-priced and more concernedabout the financial aspect rather than the actual treatment.I went in for a simple extraction and was there just under 3 hours,which was ridiculous. They talked more about what I shouldhave done rather than what I went in for.My regular dentist was on day one of a 10 day vacation and Icouldnt wait that long. I happened to see where Aspen saidwalk-ins welcome, so I thought I would try them. Bad move.I wont be returning there and will STRONGLY discourage anyfamily, friends, neighbors or acquaintances from going there.Live and learn.

They said I needed $10,000 worth of dental work! My teeth are fine. I went in for a cleaning and didnt get that. Was told I need that work done before I can get a cleaning. For that amount I could get all my teeth pulled and a couple sets of dentures. Went to another dentist, got my cleaning and all is well.

On my first visit, I was told I have 7 cavities that need filled and my 4 wisdom teeth should be pulled. This didn’t sound right to me, but the dentist assured me that this was the case.I canceled my next appointment and instead went to my childhood dentist. They told me I had 0 cavities and my wisdom teeth DID NOT have to come out! They said what Aspen Dental told me was cavities were actually plaque that simply needed to be scraped off.I’ve never left a negative review anywhere, but this place truly earned it. They are out for money and not their patients best interest. It’s one thing if you want to scam me for my money, but when you want to perform unnecessary services on my BODY for money, that’s unreal. Awful place should be shut down. Hope I haven’t been unclear.

I was a new patient & made my appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I was in there for almost two hours & never did get them cleaned! I was told I needed over $400 worth of stuff done which. I told them I just wanted a cleaning & was told nobody would clean my teeth till I had it done. Mind you, its only been one year since I saw my dentist & at no time has he ever said I needed these things done. I had to switch because of insurance. I will NOT ever go back there nor will I recommend them. Total rip off. Very very disappointing to spend two hours there & all for nothing. Bs all I wanted was a cleaning!!

I had a GREAT experience at Aspen in Flint, MI! My first time in, as a new client, I was able to quickly fill out a few forms, got me in quickly, got x-rays and all the primary visit procedures and evaluations done, as well as the cleaning, and also 3 of 5 cavities needed. They got me well taken care of in just one visit, my first! I didnt have to wait long between services either. I only now have to come back to finish the last 2 fillings, hopefully for at least another 6 months. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Im happy with the work done. My teeth are feeling good! Shout out to Amy and Jessie at the Flint location!^___^

I came in from out of town with a terrible infection in both my left wisdom teeth. They were courteous and got me seen right away. They did X-rays and the extraction on the same day and even made sure to have me come in for a post-op that following Monday to make sure I was healing properly. The office staff was fantastic and everyone try their best to make sure it was a great experience...

The office staff was so helpful when we had an insurance hiccup at our arrival for a cleaning. They explained everything and held our hand while we resolved the issue with the insurance company. The appointment was for my Mother. When leaving my Mom shared with me that the dental cleaning she received was so good and thorough. The hygienist did a GREAT job and was so friendly.

I went in with a toothache and they wanted to do $6,000 worth of dental work . I I left with nothing. no relief from my toothache just an explanation that I have tarter. the people are very nice. The prices are outrageous. I would not pay what they requested. I got a second opinion I would never go there again for treatment its too expensive. they get you at the free exam and X-ray and you pay more for the perio treatment than you would anywhere else. thousands more. Buyer beware. Also am a former insurance agent and know a little bit about what most dental providers charge. They are way over priced

Well I talked to receptionist twice explaining exactly what was wanted and needed, and she said no problem and made the appointment, well once we were there they seemed to give us dead ends, no results and they don’t do implants so the whole thing was a waste of time!!!!!!! So angry

Awful horrible place. The office staff are rude and have no idea how to present treatment to a patient without offending them. And the office manager is a joke. Zero accountability. The male doctor is just mean and insensitive. DOES NOT LISTEN, TALKS OVER YOU THE WHOLE TIME. The female doctor seems to have a much better personality however. The in house lab makes ugly over sized dentures and they actually expect you to take these things home! Very unprofessional all around. Refund requested and never going back.

Didnt do anything except hurt me!! They poked around in my mouth and said I needed a root canal... THATS WHY I MADE THE APPOINTMENT!! over the phone the lady said they would take care of me! I feel like I was in one of those car insurance commercials... Im not a dentist, Im a dental monitor GIANT waste of time! All these positive posts have to be family members of employees or something!

I had a abcessed tooth and Aspen got me in right away appt.was couple hours after I called. I had to be on medication for a week to get rid of the abcess.The following week I had tooth extracted. Feel better no more pain.I do not like going to the dentist unless I absolutely have to, but they did a good job of making me calm and I was in and out in just over an hour each visit.

Got all four wisdom teeth removed. Procedure was pretty quick. Didnt endure any pain at all and everyone at Aspen Dental is super nice.

Clean, Friendly, I liked that they emailed me the forms so I could fill them out ahead of time. But I didnt care for having to sit in the room with my 16 year old son as he had his cleanings and fillings. Seems a bit rediculous.

They are very good at every part from making sure that I understood what was going on with my procedures and how knowledgeable and professional everyone at the office is . Everyone was very friendly. The wait was a bit longer than I expected. I had two teeth with cavities fixed..... I would love to have my teeth cleaned but cant afford the cost as I have NO dental insurance.... I would go back again for fillings but some of the other prices were just too high.

I give 3 instead of 5 b/c the the lady in the front desck didnt treat me well after she checked my insurance card and found that they dont work with them.But honestly Dr.lucos and the dental assistant are very nice and took care of me in a professional way.
